✓ My StayIt was nicely decorated and clean. My recommendations to improve a person’s stay: 1. The King bed could be improved. It needs a new mattress, not very supported. 2. The Breakfast Bar Stools were cute but not functional. 3. The internet was very spotty and not secure. It needs to be password protected and the speed increased. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay..Version: 2.0.33
✓ Minimum stay issuesThere are far less rentals available than other applications but also there is minimum booking requirements that make some of these not even feasible. For instance, I’m going on a cruise and I want to get into Miami the night before so I can plan accordingly, I can’t book a room for the one night before I get on the boat. I gave it 4 stars because that’s not entirely on Vacasa but they should incentivize property owners to reconsider this in towns where people are just passing through..Version: 2.0.37
✓ 👍We use Vacasa for our family trips. We save all of our money to just be with family once or twice a year & we always know Vacasa will take care of our kids, dogs, and us in a beautiful home. Anything that goes wrong is ALWAYS taken care of.. once an alarm went off due to an electrical storm from 3am to 5 and our lovely Vacasa helper fixed all. Thank you for our memories!! ✓ Las marinasWe enjoyed our stay at Las Marinas. We have a couple suggestions for #405. The shower door in the bathroom with the tub is dangerous. It needs to be replaced. The lint collector in the dryer needs to be replaced. The sink in the hall bathroom needs to be unplugged. Very slow drain. I realize it is up to the owner to make these changes. ✓ Future stay creditJust wanted to say how awesome the folks at Vacasa have been to me. I had some family health scares that prevented me from returning to Belize and instead of losing my money they issued me a future stay credit and I will be able to return in may 2021’ for a week and again in Nov. can’t tell you how grateful I am that I chose Vacasa to work with..Version: 2.0.26
✓ Yellow houseThe house worked for us but if you have kids or a lot of people it’s not very roomy only one sitting area and it’s part of the kitchen and dining room and the furniture is cheap and not comfortable and no cable so no regular tv ( it does say that in the description) just heads up! ✓ Love it but...I love using Vacasa for making vacation rental arrangements however lately it is impossible to get in touch with them and get any kind of help through the customer service. I waited for four hours on hold one day to try to talk to somebody and still have not been able to reach anyone either by phone or by email..Version: 2.0.15
✓ Vacasa for the winMy x husband and I always used Vacasa. Now, myself, my boys, and my mom, love Vacasa. I couldn’t get into our house and I called them. I was in within minutes. They talked me through the locks and codes. The houses have all been wonderful. Any issues get fixed..Version: 2.0.49
✓ Booked next trip and haven’t even left yet❤️Doesn’t that speak volumes? House is perfect! We have had a blast. So peaceful and quiet and comfortable and staff at Vacasa was great! Beds are comfy. There was only two of us so we had our own room and bath. A plus! For sure!! Kitchen is well equipped and next time we are bringing our e-bikes🤗🤗🤗. ✓ Great house but Vascasa can do better!We loved everything about the house and location!!! The customer service thru Vascasa was pretty horrid tho-I had to call numerous times and wait a total of 2 hrs to talk to a person while we were there cause I had one simple question. The customer rep was nice once I finally got thru and I know it’s not her fault they don’t have the staff they should.Version: 2.0.12
✓ Excellent ViewsThe home was very clean, and the views were excellent. The check in process was not as described and needs to be updated in the description. I would advise to pre-print your parking pass and make two copies, put one on the dash when you get there and take the other copy to the first floor of the main building to get your arm bands. We were told that there is no longer anyone at the desk at the parking garage area anymore. One other thing that needs to be updated or fixed in the description, is the grill does not work on the balcony. We called the customer service of the property management and was told they would have someone out to take a look at it, but they never showed up. The home was in excellent condition and we will come back if it is available..Version: 2.0.54

Great parking. Food store around the block. Roomy, clean and relaxing but close to anything you want or need. Great extra space with a pocket door for some added lounging privacy. I was able to find all the information I needed for my trip and it was just very convenient to have all of my information and receipt available easily! Highly recommend and I will definitely be using this app every-time I book!
