✓ Absolutely beautifulThis game has not gotten enough reviews to do it justice. The game runs perfect on my iPad Pro, and is incredibly beautiful and relaxing. The design of this game is outstanding and the developers deserve more praise for what they have created than the 1 other review they currently have. ✓ IncredibleI have I used many ‘pattern and sound’ apps that emulate the kind of closed-eye hallucinations that meditation, relaxation, falling to sleep, and other things can produce. Whilst many of those apps have been good, they do not come close to this one. Incredible visuals, incredible music and sounds, and amazing interaction. This is the real deal. I even found myself laughing at times - at lights and sounds! Developers - you have done it with this one. Using the app also gave moments of synethesia of taste and smell too. ✓ Game? Not So MuchHad to remove one star, because those looking for a “game” experience will be disappointed. But for the open minded and artistic; those fascinated with light and color; or anyone looking for a meditative experience will find this to be a beautiful, mesmerizing journey. Each level has different clusters of light, each with their own patterns. Some you burst through, others you must carry along as you progress. I often stopped just to play with the various clusters, to see what they did. I loved this, and I hope to see more offerings such as this on Apple Arcade. The graphics are beyond stunning, “playing” is easy to learn and maneuver, and the sound effects are stellar. Playing seems like such a stupid word to describe this app. Every time you use it you’re experiencing interactive art that somehow still gives task and goals in a very minimal and easy to understand way. Ya know those ads for apps that are 4k/3D quality and make the game look gorgeous, but in actuality it looks like the original farmville? ✓ Lifelike.I downloaded Lifelike absolutely superb it played perfectly I was amazed and enthralled, a number one game so I thought. I played other games then turned off my iPad..When I turned on my ipad again Lifelike would not download,the screen did not even flicker. I had a chat with Apple Support..and asked questions..my iPad is 14.01..47.2 GB of 128 GB used..he suggested deleting Lifelike and then reinstalling it...this I did...it did not reinstall....later on in the day I tried playing Lifelike AND it played but all the levels I played had disappeared.....I played the game to level 11..played other games then turned off my iPad.....later on in the day I turned on my iPad ...BUT Lifelike wouldn’t play and hasn’t done since..l contacted Apple again but as yet NO solution....there is absolutely no response from Lifelike not a flicker on the screen...in 2 years I have never had this problem, I am always on WIFI fibre with a good strong signal....At my age I am not a whizz kid just a person who loves this game along with all the sounds..l am looking forward to hearing from you so that once again I can play Lifelike.................... It wouldn’t be right of me to rate the game now and give it a poor rating as when Lifelike is working we are in a different world......TOP STARS...please help....all I can think of everything was all right until Apple upgraded to 14.01 before that for several days I had the pleasure of playing Lifelike the day after problems ....Apple Support can’t help me but you have my permission to contact them on my behalf if it would be of any help .....Thank you for listening I have tried to put words together to help you sort this out...looking forward to uniting once again with Lifelike it’s like listening to an ..........unknown peace...with beautiful movements.. ✓ This is NOT a game……it’s an interactive, immersive, meditative experience. It is stunningly beautiful - I’ve had to force myself to stop. I like the way it forces you to slow down, you can’t get ahead of yourself, because you need to wait for the fish - well, they look like fish - to catch up before you can progress. I’m autistic - and I NEEDED this, even a young child could pick this up and know instinctively what to do (although very tiny fingers might have some trouble moving the - well, whatever-it-is, glowing orb-thing). There’s no winning, there’s no losing, there’s just fish and shimmering, silky, nebulous things (I don’t really know what they’re supposed to be - I can’t even decide if it’s underwater, or in space). Oh and a gentle, adaptive ambient soundtrack. ✓ Extremely immersiveThis is nothing like playing Mario on NES back in the day. Heck’s it’s not even like playing anything else on the App Store really. If I could play this game in AR with a few upgrades (like from the future think star trek tng holodeck level) holy guacamole i couldn’t imagine the possibilities. It just feels so nice to have a sense of limitlessnes yet still have an objective to make it a game. Sometimes yes I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be doing but a minute later I get it and I’m on the right path. The music in sync with my movements and various game interactions it’s just beautiful. Amazed at how there is noticeable ‘viscosity’ to the cells as you move the tiny object through them. (And the movement doesn’t have to be linear or slow! I punched holes through, spun around inside different cells, amazed at the reactions to each varied action) Exited level 5 too quickly and went back spending time to watch the interaction of objects, like fish fireworks with different sizes and magnetic polarities...
