✓ Does not save the files to phoneIt works ok. But it doesn’t save to phone when you click the files and it saves downloaded. It goes nowhere because in the iOS setting it has no options to read or write to photos/videos/ie on your phone. You can search all your folders. It’s not there. Basically worthless..Version: 1.2.8

✓ Terrible video qualityWell, it works ok and that’s about it. You have a choice between SD and HD. I assume by HD, it refers to video above 720p, but recording video in this “HD” setting is lackluster. ✓ Waste of moneyI can’t even comment on how well the camera works because I can’t connect it to wifi. I followed all instructions and it’s a piece of junk. What made it worse is I bought 3 of them and none of them will connect! I tried calling the support phone number and it can’t be connected to. ✓ Doesn’t work - Save your moneyTried connecting, entered the right password, and after multiple resetting the device name never comes back if you delete it to start all over again. Do not waste your money in this at all. I am out $130 bucks..Version: 1.4.9

✓ Not bad.. but with some issuesThe application is not bad but it has some issues. At first I was able to set the various options for motion detection, SD recording length, etc but after a few days any changes made to these options do not save anymore. It says it saved the changes but reverts back to the default options if you exit and re-enter the options page. Also my camera is supposedly 720p / 1080p but on the record screen it shows 1080p / 2k / 4K which is odd. There is a small difference switching between these options. Recording videos to the cameras SD card or via the app into the phone results in a low bittate 720p 15 fps video which is disappointing. Not sure if this is due to the app or the camera though. It hasn’t crashed on me yet and seems pretty stable. I found it easy to navigate and if it wasn’t for the above issues I would give it a 5 star rating..Version: 1.5.6

✓ Decent- Can’t set alarms for overnight, when doing so it says “start time must be lower than end time” - Notifications are inconsistent. Sometimes days will go by, while there is movement, and I get no notifications. Almost seems like there is a quota as to how many notifications I get each month. ✓ Terrible App/ Don’t buy camera that needs this appI usually don’t care for writing reviews but this is app is truly terrible. I bought a camera that requires this app. The video quality was Not too bad but when I tried to view any saved videos on this forsaken app it would always fail. ✓ Okay but needs improvement.I have several camera that all use an app similar to this one. Overall I’m happy with this product but have noticed a few bugs. 1. When watching live video the sound will play over the speakers and not the headphones. I did find if I unplugged and replugged my headphone jack it would work. But each time I close the camera or app I’d have to do this again. 2. The alarm play back “files” won’t load. Some will say they have “0” storage on the file, and others will show a file size. For not however it won’t play the video. The only way I’ve been able to record video is if I am manually watching the camera and hit “record”. The Alarm recording is basically useless. I have played around and tested this on 3 camera and they all have the same issue. Over all I’m happy with this product, but it does lack what other companies have excelled in. I find the privacy concerns to be very concerning. And I would like assurance that those have been fixed in the interest of your customers. I would be glad to provide images or videos to show the exact issues I have been having ..Version: 1.1.6
✓ Horrible!This app is always buffering or super glitchy. I got 2 glitchy minutes of watching followed by 3 minutes of watching circles dance while it buffered. If your camera requires this app, get a different camera..Version: 1.4.9
✓ Look camVery cheap camera with an even worse app. The app is not intuitive and it frequently freezes or doesn’t work at all. You have to remove yourself from your wifi network in order to access the network the camera is connected to. Really poor design.Version: 1.4.1

✓ App used to work great but now doesn’t workThe app worked great for a bit, but then it stopped working. When I try to connect a new camera to my home WiFi network the app times out when it should list all of the networks available. Once this is fixed it should work great again..Version: 1.3.3
✓ Improve the appHere are the things that need fixing: 1. When listening to live stream it does not work with headphones on my iPhone. I have to listen through the phone speakers. This doesn’t work when you don’t want other people to hear. I should be able to wear headphones to listen. 2. Recordings do not play sound. Fix it so video recordings play sound. I shouldn’t have to download a recording to a computer to hear sound. I need sound in near real time on playback. 3. When playing a recorded video you are not able to skip forward or backwords. I don’t want to watch a full three minutes on my phone for each recording especially when the stream is on loop. I shouldn’t have to download recordings to a computer to hear sound and skip around to a different portion. 4. Motion alarms don’t work consistently and seem less reliable if the sound alarm is turned off with only push notifications. ✓ App keeps crashingFor the most part the Wi-Fi and IP connection works fine. Night mode don’t work for nothing and the same for sound… there is a mic but you can’t hear anything on the recording or live feed. Notification works fine but doesn’t record a video that will attach to that notification. My biggest issue is the constant app crashing. I was recording something happening in my yard and after 2 mins of recording the app keeps crashing and doesn’t save the video. You will not have a saved video unless you still the recording before it crashes..Version: 1.4.1
✓ Avoid!!!!When downloading this app and connecting to WiFi I immediately had issue with home WiFi and all smart devices… suspect this app is a Trojan Horse Had to restore all my devices before I could get anything back to normal..Version: 1.3.8
✓ MysteryWas working ok.. then started kicking offline.. Had to reset many times. -Now it saves and can’t watch most of them… -You can download but I’m not sure where it saves to? Fixes needed. This could be a great product but the disconnect between the app and the customer service is apparently huge as they don’t respond to anyone. -When you open an alarm notification it doesn’t attach to the video that was recorded… -You can’t fast forward the recordings… So while it’s nice- it is becoming unreliable And when it was needed (for security) it Was easily defeated and knocked off line… It has great potential- it just needs some fixes.Version: 1.4.8
✓ Networking IssuesThe app has issues when connecting to networks other than the hotspot for the device. You won’t be able to use the camera with your home WiFi. It’s sad when an IT technician can’t even get your app to work with your device. ✓ WorthlessThis app stops logging your videos so you’re not able to review them. It will log into the file section but then will stop and you can’t get it to restart. ✓ App needs helpWith some work, this app could be decent. The alarm config settings indicate changes were saved but if you go to another device setting and return to alarm confirm, it automatically resets. Without alarm settings you have to watch all footage to see a detection. No option for delete all saved files without clicking each one but that doesn’t delete the entry. It still shows up but with 0 in each data field. You can’t ffwd through files without downloading but it doesn’t download to your phone. The live viewing has night vision but unsure when it’s on or off and no changes are noticed when toggled. Set the recording intervals for 30 min but files were an hour and 45 min. There was a 3 hour gap during continuous recording. Changed record interval to 5 min and it seems to record accurately..Version: 1.3.3

✓ Decent when it worksThe overall app is pretty decent with ok controls, easy navigation, and ok layout, BUT it rarely works, extremely difficult to connect to the network, loses connection 99% of the time, simply doesn’t work properly 99% of the time, and constantly acts like it’s trying to connect to eventually get that dreaded, “Device Offline” error. I’m planning to research to find an app that actually works with my camera, even if it’s 50% of the time. Modern technology is only good when it works and this app renders my camera useless and a throw away at best. ✓ App is decentCons -pop ups are in Chinese (but everything else is mostly English) -no explanation of what any button does or how to set anything up - app doesn’t crash often but does slow down and mess up from time to time -when viewing files saved to the sd card, you cannot skip ahead in the video, you must sit through the whole 5 mins of you wanna see the end of the video (if you download the video you can ff and rw) - sometimes when downloading files the download bar won’t show up but will still be downloading -if you leave the files page to go view your stream their downloads will be canceled. -Must stay on file page to download files even if you never leave the app -doesn’t provide camera wifi information (ip address etc) -recorded video is a little slower than it actually is Pros -does what it’s supposed to do (stream and record videos) - doesn’t crash as much compared to other apps - camera is always online when I check it -there is a lot of useful features and options on the app such as the motion detection recording and night vision but you have to figure it out for yourself Overall 3 stars bc it works better than most other ip camera apps but is by no means perfect.Version: 1.1.2

✓ JunkHere I thought I would be able to look into my house while away from the house, but in order to see your camera you have to be connected to your wifi and then look through the camera. Which defeats the purpose of having a camera not only that but if you don’t use it for 10 minutes it shuts off and you literally have to take it down turn it off and back on for it to connect to and then connect to your 2.4 wifi to look at yourself because your home and it doesn’t work unless you’re home . This was a waste of money for me I’m going on vacation and would like to see my house while I’m gone but can’t because this product just doesn’t work period. ✓ Alarm doesn’t workI paid for alarm cloud storage. I have it setup but never get an alarm trigger or recording to cloud. This makes the camera worthless. I have it in my personal office. People and coming in and rummaging around and I can’t record anything unless I open the app and manually record. But I never get an alarm trigger to know when someone is there.
