✓ Awful customer service.I bought the Ultimate package from their previous app within the past 2 weeks. I’m now locked out of that app (they removed all functionality with no warning) and they want me to pay an outrageous subscription. I’ve contacted them 3 times in the last 24 hours with no response even though it says they typically reply in under 5 hours. They say i have a free upgrade, but it doesn’t let me upgrade anywhere. ✓ Too many outdated Qs for current NASM-CPT examIt seems that the “QOD” is always based off of the current (7th edition) NASM CPT text, but the more questions you add to your pool (in other words, the more times you load the ten-question format), the more questions from the 6th edition start popping up- information that isn’t even touched on in the 7th edition. When I pointed this out to the app developers I was told: even though this info might not be in the current edition, the answers are things that NASM-CPTs *should* be able to draw a conclusion on. If you have a flux capacitor, can hit 88mph and wish to go back in time to take the NASM-CPT exam two years ago, then this app is for you…if you are looking for a tool to accurately test you on information on the CURRENT NASM-CPT examination, keep looking. ✓ Help!Initially I thought what a brilliant idea and has been using the basic free version. As it seemed so good, I signed up for monthly access to more questions, at a pricey £19 plus per month. However the app does seem to realise I have been paying now for 2 months for the premium version and continues to give me only the basic free access. I am now a whopping £40 out of pocket. ✓ Ugly app only for IphoneThe previous app i can study using my ipad not anymore, they forcing you to use this new app. I preferred the other app before but since this all about the money i guess ilo be looking elsewhere on my next exam. They could have still gave access to the other one. Everytime you turn around theres a change to use something else. I spent my money i should have the option to use what works for me. ✓ False sense of securityStudied for ACSM religiously using this app. Two or three questions actually correlated to the actual exam. Luckily I didn’t just use this for studying or I would have failed. They also updated the cost of the app to ridiculously a ridiculous price. It used to be paid in full but now it’s a subscription. ✓ Good but some major oversightsSo majority of the questions for the nasm CPT exam are great except on multiple occasions I have found ones where the creators of the app made an error and selected the wrong answer as correct. the description of the correct answer will not align with the one that they put down as correct. This is very frustrating as it messes up your stats, and there’s no way to report it in the app.Bd3542Version: 3.9.0

✓ Don’t download if you’re taking the NASMCPT examFirst off, as soon as you give your email it asks for money. Im not paying $20 on top of paying $2k just for the NSAM course. It should b free. Even worse, a lot of these questions are incorrectly labeled as incorrect when you answer them. ✓ What book are they using?I downloaded the app to help prep for my ACE PT exam. Page references were not the same as in my book, and a bunch of terminology in the quizzes is not in my book. Maybe this app is out of date? I just received my book in January, and it matches up with what is on the ACE website, so I don’t think my book is the problem. Complete waste of money for me, just undermined my confidence making me think I didn’t know anything when I didn’t recognize the terms used in the quizzes, only to find out they weren’t in my book at all..AlcigoehVersion: 3.3.0

✓ Questions should have more integrationNice study tool is limited to basic information. Use it only to cover the material in this manner. Be aware that you must be able to integrate multiple concepts in order to answer one question on the actual exam. Don’t get a fals sense of confidence with this tool..HnH1567Version: 2.0.2

✓ Good tool but do not rely on thisOverall, this app proved to be a good tool to study most of the material was up to date and the questions are formulated similar to nasm’s. However even though they claim to have updated the questions some are still not up to date or are incorrect. For example there is no mention of the sharks skills test or the Davies test on the current version of NASM but it is on this app. Another example is: mechanoreceptors are located in all of the following except: ans- pacinian corpuscles ... however pacinian corpuscles are a type of mechanoreceptor And lastly: they refer to self-monitoring ( NASM) as self-management (app) There are more discrepancies that I encountered that I don’t want to get into. But if you are going to be charging a premium for the service these discrepancies should be minimal or non-existent..Luis.Ruiz.Version: 2.2.0

✓ This app gave me the false confidence I needed to successfully fail my test!This app is user friendly but as far as the actual content goes, the CSCS questions were very far off from the content on the actual test. The test questions were much more specific and this app asks questions that are very broad and simple. I had an 87% average on the app’s quizzes yet still failed my test. Don’t make the same mistake I did. On top of that they offer a pass-guarantee or your money back, but only if you can prove that to them within 30 days of your test date. Overall I’m extremely disappointed with this app and would have went with another practice quiz resource for this test (CSCS) especially for the money they charge..Alexander7272Version: 1.6.0

✓ Bad customer serviceThis was recommended to me by a NASM customer service agent, but turns out it didn’t have my test on there (I was told AFAA PFT and NASM CPT we’re compatible, then later told by a NASM support service team that they’re not).
