✓ Amazing CRPG experience with interesting setting and great mechanics!If you have ever played the original Fallouts, you will settle into this game like you might settle into a favorite book you haven’t picked up in years. The mechanics and style will feel updated but pleasantly familiar, while the setting and story-line is still unique and engaging. Combat feels perfect and dialog trees and quests have multiple paths that allow for a lot of flexibility in how you want to play your character. After the latest patch, all early performance issues I was encountering disappeared. I highly recommend playing this! Just adding to my review, I completed the game in about 50 hours so a lot of content. Dead City, without spoiling anything, completely blew my mind as I was expecting a small map but what you get is basically a huge new area with new landmarks, enemies, encounter styles and mechanics. ✓ ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLEThis game is worth every penny. Finally beat the game after 50+ hours. It’s incredibly immersive, well-written, surprising, and funny. Growing up, Fallout 1 & 2 were my favorite computer games. If you liked them, you’ll LOVE this. Strong trading mechanics, dialogue options with real consequences, and turn-based combat which requires both strategic planning and taking calculated risks. This is not an easy game. You have to be smart. Of course, if you get stuck, there are answers online. You will not believe how much there is to discover in this game. Bravo, developers. I’m a fan for life..Version: 1.171.6
✓ Fantastic!Solid cRPG, if you liked Fallout 1 and 2 or the Wasteland series this is right up your alley. I wasn't sure how well this type of game would play on a mobile device, but the ATOM Team have done a top notch job adapting the controls to a touch screen. I haven't run in to any bugs so far, and it plays great on my iPhone XR. I'm only in the early parts of the game, but it seems to have an impressive amount of content for the price. Also, I love that there are no in-app purchases. I hope they release the supporters pack and the new expansion for iOS as well..Version: 1.200.1

If you want a true classical RPG that really lets you role play the character without shoving adds and auto play in your face then this is the game for you!!! Beautifully made game with a lot of playback value. I know personally I will be designing multiple characters to play this game to it’s full potential. What you say and do in the game really effects the full aspects of the play through as well! ✓ Fallout fans rejoice!I don't often write reviews but felt for this on I had to. Came across Atom RPG by chance looking for good old CRPG games on mobile via an internet search and this popped up. Would never of found it on the AppStore otherwise which is a crying shame. Just finished my first run through of this game at about 100hr gameplay (I took my time and ground a few levels for personal preference) and am looking forward to starting my next! This is a game that takes the essence of the Fallout 1 & 2 gameplay and has build out a wonderful game set in post apocalyptic Russia. The conversion to mobile has been very well executed with the addition of a joystick and a button to highlight and label interactive items. A few bits still seem to not work on mobile but there have been regular releases to correct; I couldn't get 'monster law expert' to work on mobile and if I was in a location where the car was also and went to global map when driving off the car glitched to off map forcing a reload of an earlier save. Over all I thoroughly enjoyed playing this and really hope their expansion 'ATOM RPG Trudograd' soon makes it to mobile too!.Version: 1.151.19

✓ A European Fallout ExperienceAtom RPG has its faults. But so does every single other of my favourite games. The combat is very old XCOM/Fallout turn based esque, but can be really satisfying when it pays off. The AI can be clunky but usually responds realistically (going behind cover etc.) and the occasional issue can pull you out of the game. However, Atom RPG has a rich lore, diverse array of characters, quests and items to interact with, a story that after 70+ hours of playing I haven’t even reached the end of! And multiple ways to play, with different companions, character builds and ways to complete missions. There’s moral choices you can change, there’s ways to complete quests that aren’t spelt out for you. And through the different character traits/skills, you can easy get 2 or more play throughs of this game (Good vs Evil + different experimental classes/builds). The devs still update and fix this game to this day and it shows in the reviews. A year ago there were many bugs and issues. But now? I didn’t have a single game breaking bug, maybe the occasional crash but I’d recommend frequent saves (every time you complete a quest or move to a new location/after a fight) regardless. In short. Atom RPG is not a perfect game. But if you’re a fan of 2.5d/isometric RPG games with a post apocalyptic twist, European takes on American humour and characters that are very well written. I’d recommend purchasing it any day of the week. I rate it 5* because, in my opinion, it’s a truly worthwhile game to get and the amount of content is truly staggering..Version: 1.201.14

✓ A very good Fallout homageIf you've been waiting for a good quality Fallout-like experience (the first, original isometric game, not latter day 3D ones), this appears to be it. I've played for several hours on my iPhone X and it's been very good so far. A few interface and performance glitches here and there (eg, some of the text cropping poorly in the Character and Inventory screens and the frame rate suffers whenever a fire is on screen) but none that have impacted on playability. ✓ Recent update improved performance like crazyIt’s been awhile since i’ve logged in on my ipad, but last time (about a year ago) it was pretty clunky even on medium grpahics. Only time I really ever get fps dips is when i’m rotating the camera. All in all this is a huge improvement.Version: 1.201.20
✓ Best RPG on iPhoneWas desperately searching for a fallout style RPG, and this did not disappoint, difficulty is perfect, weapons and skills are balanced, barter system is balanced. Quests(with the exception of repeatables) aren’t repetitive. Tons of hours of gameplay. Progression is adequate. The amount of randomness based off skills make this game re-playable for a different experience. They advertise 60 hours of gameplay, and I believe they are selling themselves very short. Very impressed, deserves much more praise and downloads, also, no micro purchases!!! To the devs, please keep updating and I’d gladly purchase a dlc. ✓ Unexpected discoveryHello, First of all, dear Devs, thank you making iPad to be a viable gaming platform. I have a copy of this game on PC and boy was I glad to see it on iPad. This is a full featured game with story, combat, crafting and no feee to play BS. Game is just released so here goes hopping that following things will be added at some point: * Russian language (PC version has it) * keyboard and controller support * quick actions like grab all items and close dialog (pressing multiple times buttons to perform a simple action gets tedious) * joystick on screen is a nice touch, but there is no quick action to open a box when I am close to it. So you have to stop using joystick and start touching the screen again. I can’t wait to get back to this game. Was browsing the paid games section and saw the same casual games selection. ✓ A wonderful fallout style RPG with tons of character.Edit: The recent update has addressed the crashing issues and some others which means the game is now playable. The port still isn’t perfect, but it’s good. And the game is great, so if you are a fan of this style of RPG, it’s an absolute must buy. Played this on steam, and if I had to give a rating for the game itself it would be an easy 5 stars. However, for me on a 3 year old iPad Pro, the game is unplayable. Even at medium and lowest settings, the game crashes randomly every 10 minutes or so. It is laggy, and some text is cut off at the top of the screen. ✓ Car gets stuck on global mapHi, please fix the bug where the car gets stuck outside the global map making it impossible to move... if you view the global map whilst on foot from within a location, then go back to your car and leave the location, the bug will make the car appear way off map and unable to move. If you do the same process from the same load point but don’t view the global map on foot the car works fine when you leave..Version: 1.171.3

✓ A CRPG Master ClassBehold...a gaming beacon of light in the void of cheaply executed/made hack n slash redundancy of so-called “RPG’s”! This is a stellar example of an RPG (done right)! An epic yet down to earth storyline that begs the player to wander the lands in search of every morsel of lore and background on the environs and its interesting inhabitants and history. It is everything you would expect a classic CRPG to deliver: a VERY detailed (reminiscent of a BG1 and BG2) and compelling story. Of course, on the smaller mobile format item views and texts can get a tad convoluted. For the most part however, gear, stats and option menu’s are neatly and sensibly laid out with screen real estate maximized (IMHO). Great job porting this gem over gentlemen..Version: 1.12.42

I play it on my Switch; I just bought this version to support the ATOM Team, because I love them. :) They poured their heart and soul into this game. Like seriously, if they were offered to remake Fallout 1 & 2, they'd succeed with flying colors. I suppose if you save every minute or so and are patient enough not to mind the somewhat lengthy load times this game would be great, but otherwise don’t bother until the devs do something to address the crashing issue.
