✓ Impossible to NavigateThis app does not allow you to choose a pcp or which of the five companies you want to get your health care plan through which is literally the only thing that it seems to have been built for. Been trying all week. I just want Healthy Blue and the PCP I already had. And it looks like I might get stuck with whatever they pick for me. Had a great health care plan through the market place. Hope this works out..Version: 2.24

✓ Worst app/site ever...If I could give some negative stars, I would. I’ve attempted to use the app and website to enroll or get info about the health plans. It’s completely useless. You can’t do anything with it and the links continue to take you in circles. This is terrible. I’ve spent hrs of time wasted..Version: 1.1
✓ This mess is a joke!!!Unfortunately I don’t make enough money to afford insurance for my son and this should have been more organized and better set up we are given a time/ date to get this done but yet not all health plans are showing up online for my sons doctors!!!!! This mess needs to be fixed! I know they say that they add more daily but why wouldn’t they have all of them already added so there’s less confusion and aggravation!!!!!.Version: 2.2

✓ EnrollmentI could get absolutely no help from anybody whether I called the number or whether I tried to chat online I can get no help as to whether plan that I chose was in the Wake Forest Baptist Health network. I cannot find my primary care provider either by looking it up by her primary care providers name or by network. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.Version: 2.3

The website that goes with this awful app is just as difficult to navigate and does not take you to literally anything you need for choosing your plan. (I’ll have to call or snail mail it, I guess?) Non-functional options are not options..Version: 1.1
