✓ Could be awesomeThe potential is there I tried the Demo and it was really cool! Only problem is only like 6 apps and sites support it so as of right now it’s pretty much just a gimmick, oh and 6 is counting the demo site. Such potential for an actual game changing way to login but it’s barely ever advertised so no one knows it exists and in its current state it doesn’t offer much beyond the promise of something great down the line.DfrfdanielVersion: 1.5.2

✓ If you make mistake this app is uselessMy automatic password filler filled out my old account with Verizon rendering this application useless now I cannot disassociate my old dead account with my active Verizon account. ✓ WhyVerizon forgets my password every time. They forget my fingerprint every time too. Somehow they positioned this asthe solution. But the first thing this app asks for is my password. Which I don't know because Verizon didn't save it and I don't remember it. Don't get the point of them sending me to a third party as a solution to that..Ase reviewVersion: 1.5.3

✓ Endless loopI keep getting stuck in an endless loop when trying to add my Verizon Wireless account. It gives me a push notification when my iPhone xr on iOS 15.4.1 to allow access. I hit allow, but this app never registers that I allowed access. This app feels useless to me..CapPicardVersion: 2.0.1

I download this nonsense, open it, “you have the wrong version, click to install the correct version.” I click the link, takes me to the exact app in the app store. ✓ Has PotentialI like the integration with the Verizon website. I finally don’t have to get those annoying verification codes via SMS every single time I sign into my Verizon account. However, I noticed that I can only use ZenKey on the desktop Verizon website; not the mobile site. The ZenKey app is minimalistic and simple. I love how the app even supports iOS Dark Mode (even the ZenKey website does too!) Little details like this make a great first impression to the user in my opinion. One suggestion I have, though. I’d like to see an Apple Watch app in the future. Why? Instead of having to pull out my iPhone every time I want to identity myself, I can instead do it from my Apple Watch. The user would still have to enter their ZenKey PIN on their Watch app for added security. Still, I believe would be really convenient to have as an option!.JayySurVersion: 1.4.2

✓ Buggy, unstable, and supported by few websitesThis service is very buggy, the app crashes frequently or the service on the website just simply doesn't work. ✓ Potential is here, but like anything else, it needs marketing.As stated, I feel this has great potential. The fact that all the major US carriers are in on this is awesome. However when it’s only literally a handful of apps that can use this, and to set it up with Verizon you end up in a loop as stated by others. It’s not worth it. Has Samsung not taught EVERY. SINGLE. ✓ A Nightmare to Fully InstallTried for quite some time to install. Kept getting pushed back and forth between Verizon and ZenKey and told I was in Account recovery mode (what? I was told I was good and then immediately in recovery mode when I try to log in). I called Verizon support and got no answer. No joy with online chat either. ✓ New userPathetic indeed. Did they once think about pen testing this before announcing to the world some crap that does not work? Clearly they did not! Not even worth a star. They might need to invoke negative stars in the future. You don’t need ZenKey to use a FIOS app. The review widget doesn’t even work correctly. ✓ Zenkey via VerizonDownloaded app, set up it logged in, created pin and the add Verizon is just a perpetual loop...click add acct via zenkey (this is add Verizon fios via zenkey), zenkey pops up with leaving zenkey to configure Verizon acct and redirects to Verizon and from that point it logs you into Verizon and then NOTHING. When going via Verizon it tells you to do all the steps required to download Zenkey to include making your pin and selecting Verizon from the add account section in ZenKey at which point it allows stops telling you what to do. So now I have this app that is in a loop of “adding acct” with no actual options to link acct..RioinwaVersion: 1.4.2

✓ ZenKey powered Verizon WirelessSetup the app and the pin. All went fine but when I went into the app no listing for Verizon Wireless when you click “Add” just Verizon Fios. Pretty stupid, huh. ✓ ZenKey and AT&T are horribleI can activate a third AT&T internet account because I am taken back to a previous email address and I can’t active the new account. ✓ Doesn’t work!I installed and fully set up Verizon ZenKey and not only does it not work for their own My Fios app, the demo site doesn’t even work! As soon as you hit the button to log in with ZenKey, it redirects to a Verizon page advertising ZenKey and asking if you’d like to download it. Did they even test this before release?
