✓ UnusableI can't use it because the allocated time is too short, making it practically useless. It has a quote feature, but it can't even show the full quote before the 5 seconds are up. You can't tweak the time to make it workable. Super disappointed. Can't even reach customer service. Now, I'm stuck as a pro member and can't use the platform at all. ✓ Potential but very buggyThe concept is great, but the user experience is average and there are lots of bugs. The app crashes a lot, and I often lose my work. I’m paying the premium membership but have no idea if that’s what I’m getting, it tells me to upgrade still but then says I already have the VIP membership. Favourites don’t save. ✓ VIP for lifeI think this is the new way of scam. They promise this membership for life, make you pay, then instead of updating their apps. They create a new version then charge you again for this “vip for life” membership. Contacting them does not help. You’ll get a reply giving you instructions on how to find your apple purchases, but they don’t even address the matter. So since I paid the for life membership for the first version of this app and I upgraded to a newer phone, I can’t even open that old app, so I have to get this new version, but I have to pay again.
