✓ Take more time to develop your brandingI really really want to support BLack owned businesses BUT the optics are off. The owner needs to take more time on their visuals because the app looks shady - I don’t feel confident purchasing any of the products. I’ve also read many complaints about people not receiving their orders or getting them super late which is very troubling. I think solid visual branding would go along way. I reached out several times and did not get a reply until I gave a bad review and still they asked me for a packing slip from an order I received three weeks prior. And on the shop site it CLEARLY states that the order was partially delivered.
