Wanderlog - Travel Planner for Positive User Reviews

Love itSo easy to use.Version: 2.93

The best- and ONLY travel app you will ever needThis is honestly one of the best apps I’ve used, especially for travel. I just came back from my honeymoon and used this to organise the whole thing, and it made it a breeze. I have already recommended it to all of my friends and will happily continue to do so!.Version: 2.93

Love itGreat app. So helpful.Version: 2.76

A must have for travellers!Only new to this app, but loving it after planning just one trip. There’s a bit of a learning curve, but once set up it’s a real timesaver. Being able to simply email your bookings (flights and accommodation) and have the app automatically update your itinerary and budget is brilliant. I bought the full version. It’s worth it if you are planning a few trips this year..Version: 2.101

Best travel app I’ve ever used!Without a doubt the best app/website for planning trips that I have ever used! It is so simple to use and to collate your ideal itinerary for your trip. I love that you can create multiple lists so you can organise your saved spots in a way that makes sense for you. It even syncs up with Google Maps which means you can click straight through for more reviews and even check opening times!.Version: 2.52

Perfect travel planning appThis app makes planning an trip or holiday so much easier. The best feature is being able to put in your points of interest and then seeing them on a map, allowing you to plan out the best routes and really optimise your time! Would 100% recommend, especially for city breaks!.Version: 2.73

Great App for Travel Planning and ItineraryI'm usually skeptical of travel planning apps as they usually only have basic functions that is just slighly better than excel sheets. Boy was I wrong. Wanderlog was different from the get-go with quick and friendly customer service chat. I love their map feature that lets me visually see where events are located so I can plan ahead. I didn't use the premium route optimization feature, but may upgrade in the future to check it out. My one complaint is the lack of manual personalization for itinerary. It locks you in for specific dates and hotel check-ins and check-outs are all at the top of the timeline, with no way to add a time or manually move down the itinerary, so on days where you have to switch hotels, it looks a bit messy. I also had days where me and my travel partner did separate things before meeting up again and would have loved a way to customize a "Option A" or "B's Day Plans" within the itinerary for groups who have separate plans but can still enjoy the group planning aspect of the apps. Overall, LOVED it and I anticipate there will continue to be cool new updates and features..Version: 2.93

Great travel planner appThe best travel planner app I have used thus far. Free version works great for planning itinerary and organize the trips with a group. Can download plan to view offline..Version: 2.103

This is a great toolI am travelling to south east Asia in a few months and I’m at the stage of mapping out a rough itinerary and I made a notion database to track everything like flights, places to visit, costs etc This tool is like my notion travel database but 10x more powerful and easier to use so my girlfriend can contribute to it simply with no prior knowledge of the app (unlike notion) I will use this app to use the AI feature to research stuff to do, restaurants and to plan itineraries I also will be using to track expenses and stay on budget Right now, I don’t know what I could add to make it better for my use case I am super glad I found it and look forward to using on my travels Great work by the team!.Version: 2.119

Brilliant!Planning a roadtrip and this app allows you to plot multiple stops on Google Maps (not just limited to 10). It suggests places to stay, areas of interest and you can even add costs etc. What I like the most is it tells you mileage and times between each stop. Which is really useful. It’s really easy to edit when you change your mind about something too..Version: 2.93

Brilliant app for creating an itinerary for a trip.I found this so easy to use and most of the places I select are on the app, so it puts them on a map and can calculate best route by walking, public transport (called transit on the app) and driving. Really helpful to check your days itinerary is practical. I have only used the free version and not got any inn app purchases, but it does exactly what I need without them. Its easy to adjust the order of visiting places and you can put times and your own notes in too. It also tells you opening times, which is so helpful. The app even found my flights based on the flight numbers. Having the option of doing the trips by bicycle would be a useful additional feature..Version: 2.91

Great to organize and split costI used on my trip to Japan, great to find the places to visit, organize and split cost with my sister, totally recommend to plan, use during your travel and have notes about your vacation and remembering where and what you did every day!.Version: 2.106

Simply OutstandingHave recently completed a “complicated” European trip including London, Paris, Brugge, Zurich, Como, Venice, Rome and Majorca with connecting flights from Australia via Singapore. Connections by train and aircraft and car hire and all accomodation self booked. Wanderlog a app was absolutely outstanding in supporting all of the various bookings and having them easily accessible in one place with logical layout and itinerary views. The ability to import the content of the bookings or if that wasn’t possible, the system provided the link to the emails. Bizarrely, the application is free and we got so much value from its functionality. It’s rare that you come across something this good with so much value. An outstanding app.Version: 2.99

Excellent Travel Planner and Tool While TravelingI have always done a lot of research and planning before trips but have made notes on paper or in digital docs and spreadsheets. I am so happy too have found Wanderlog. I enjoyed keeping my lists of restaurants to try and places to visit in the app planner and then was easily able to move the places we actually visited to the date in the itinerary to serve as a journal and record of our trip. The app is also very helpful to find places to eat on the fly to see how far the places you’ve listed in advance are to where you are physically in a certain city and call them or make a reservation if needed. The app is also designed to let you collaborate with your fellow travelers so they can add to the lists or add comments. I have already seen some updates to the app and will look forward to seeing its features grow. Tech support is terrific as well as I had a few questions as I was getting started and received help very quickly. Fantastic app and I can’t wait to use it for my next trip..Version: 2.83

Soooo usefulAmazing.Version: 2.112

ExcellentJust found this apps from Google search for travel itinerary logging and it worked perfectly as I wanted. First it makes it easier to save the itinerary planned for future trip, but to make it even better, you can see your daily trip on a map! This makes things much easier with the route planning and everything. Really recommend this apps to anyone who is going for a trip soon or even planning a trip for someone else. 5 stars definitely.Version: 2.93

Travel agent? Never heard of her. When we decided to go on a 17 day long trip to Europe (3 countries and our first ever trip out of the US), I thought for sure we’d need a travel agent to help us keep our lives straight. In an attempt to save money, I did some research on the good ol World Wide Web, and discovered Wanderlog. This app made our trip SO EASY to plan and was SO helpful when we were actually on the trip! For a few months before the trip, I was able to look up some key places I wanted to go, and just with a quick tap, add them to my itinerary. It automatically let me know how long it would take to get there from the previous item on my itinerary, allowed me to move things around by just dragging them to its new spot on the list. Every time you add a new place, it plots it on the map and I was able to move things around in seconds if i saw that my daily activities were not in the same area. Also - being able to just forward confirmation emails for flights and hotels straight to the app and it auto loads that info for you too?? Chefs kiss. Anyhow once I was actually in Europe I pulled up Wanderlog over and over again in order to remind myself what’s next, get ready for each day, and even add a few extra things based on suggestions it made itself. Long story short I’m obsessed with this app and I will use it every time I travel anywhere!.Version: 2.88

Extremely helpful for planningHaving an itinerary showing walking distances, a map of the city, and info about where you are going as well as recommendations is unbelievably helpful. Being able to share the trip with others too so they can see what is going on at all times is so easy and useful..Version: 2.116

Great trip plannerThis app is awesome - it helped us plan our recent road trip from Sydney to Melbourne - and maximise the chance to see and do as much as possible! The maps really helped to work out drive time and what places we could see along the way! The itinerary was relevant and every family member had a copy and could contribute. Have shared with friends and they adjusted and completed heir own! Busy planning the next adventure to NYC!.Version: 2.93

Great app to manage a multi faceted/location tripI was laid off, and decided to quickly pull together a big, multi-location, multi-week trip to Phuket, Thailand and make the best use of my open schedule. I’d never done anything like this before, but with the help of Wanderlog I felt very confident that my trip was well-planned and documented from start to finish. Wanderlog made sightseeing suggestions for activities, and great restaurants in every location. The way it puts it all together into an itinerary makes planning and executing the trip so easy- I never had to go through any paper back up records once! My Wanderlog had all the confirmation numbers I needed at every location. I can not say enough about how much I enjoyed using this app! I could relax and enjoy my trip instead of organizing paperwork as we moved from place to place. I highly recommend this app, it enables the customization of your perfect trip, like no travel agent could ever match! Happy trails!.Version: 2.90

Happily impressedI’ve been trying to find several different apps that will help me be more organized in a few different categories (budgeting, traveling, etc), and I saw a tiktok where a girl was absolutely raving about this app and she said she wasn’t sponsored or anything AND she pays for the pro version, that’s how much she loved it, she just wanted more people to know about the app. So I checked it out. I keep everything in lists on my phone or in my bullet journal and while I love my journal, not having to create an entire page for everything is nice sometimes. This app really does have everything in one place. Flights, rental cars, cost of things, what I’m doing that day, can all go into an itinerary that’s broken up my day. I’ve planned two trips so far, the first is in a few days. Will update how I feel about it after..Version: 2.105

Great functionality even when freeThis app was a must have for our trip to France and the UK - even without the subscription the functionality is fantastic, particularly pushing routes between locations to Apple or Google Maps. Easy to change/add/remove visits and locations, and will definitely use for our next trip..Version: 2.96

A bit complicated but very comprehensiveThis is one of those apps that the more effort you put into understanding & using it, the more value you get out of it. We have organised a complicated multi-location 1 month tour of New Zealand and the app has proved invaluable in planning itineraries, saving bookings & reservations, managing the budget, exploring things to do, etc..Version: 2.117

Super useful appWe used Wanderlog on a three week Europe trip. After forwarding our booking emails to the app, and adding some key locations, we found it incredibly useful when checking ahead for check-in times and addresses. Rather than hunting through email, all the details were right there in Wanderlog. One minor quibble: I’d love it if the app opened on the current date when travelling..Version: 2.99

Use as a scrap book to plan your tripWe used the app to plan an 18 day trip across South East Asia. Find places to visit put them in the app then move them around on the different days to make an itinerary. Addd notes about each place so you don’t miss anything. You can also add your hotel bookings and flights - so everything is in 1 place. Easy to use and easy to reference. I’m now looking forward to planning the our next trip somewhere..Version: 2.90

Brilliant itinerary planner!Used this app for an 8 day campervan tour of Cornwall, found it amazingly helpful! All conveniently in one place for me to view and know the next days plan, easy to amend, great local suggestions to add on, easy to click website etc links on each location added, notes section for me to add reminders or notes after going about what we ended up doing there too! So a great planner and memory keepsake in one :) thanks guys!.Version: 2.69

Genius way to organise all your travelSo glad I stumbled upon this. Used Wanderlog to capture all my bookings and any additional information / notes in one place for a 4.5 week trip around Europe. Definitely encourage everyone to give it a go using the free plan, and go from there..Version: 2.93

Fantastic planning toolBrilliant app to plan your trip. Creating lists and your itinerary and seeing them on maps is super helpful. Couple of wishlists to convert me to buying the pro version - Allow tags or querying by tags or list names Allow filtering by time Inline images in notes Quarterly license as a compromise between the yearly license and expensive monthly license for people who take their vacation during a certain period of the year.Version: 2.104

Fantastic - will be even better as it adds featuresReally enjoying using the app. The ability to email my booking confirmations and have them added in is sensational. The ability to add restaurant bookings, and Airport Parking would be a game changer also. Seems to still have a little bit of trouble with Rent-A-Car bookings, I’ve had to always add them manually..Version: 2.90

Only travel app to useI used the Wanderlog app for our recent itinerary to contain everything Including flights, accom, tour tickets and connection to google maps etc . EVERYTHING I do have a couple of items to note for updates / improvements though : would be great to be able to print off a pdf WITH maps. Hard copies are handy / backup and the print off needs to show times (start and finish) would be great to be able to tick one box to turn off recommended spots versus having to tick it on each day on laptop browser and same on phone would be ideal to only show one days map with each days itinerary versus having to click / unclick chosen days Being able to add items OR the full itinerary to calendars / outlook Times do not show when you do a print out . Work around for this is to enter the times in the description of each item Need to be able to attach more than one item to each flight / hotel / itinerary item etc Would be good if when you are using the map that it automatically went to the trip and day that you are on.Version: 2.101

Brilliant! At first I thought this app was a bit overly complex but once you’ve used it just a little it’s power becomes clear. Yes - it’s not perfect - but I spoke with one of the developers and it’s clear that they are committed to continual improvement. In short - I have not come across anything as good as this for planning trip and holiday. It is a revelation..Version: 2.99

Loving this appI am really putting it through its paces. Planning a 6 month trip through Europe and this app is offering me more than any other I have tried. This in conjunction with Searchforsites (screen looks to busy to plan trip on) and Park4night night, and I’d course Google which will marry up with Wanderlog are allowing me to do fine detail planning. Can’t wait to actually start the journey but as they say it is the journey (planning) for me that brings me as much pleasure. I also received an email from one of the developers asking for feedback and Pete has responded well to the ideas I have suggested. So all in all a very positive experience..Version: 2.33

So far so good!Have been recommended this app, and have been using it to plan. Big Europe trip. Has made planning dates so much easier! And is very user friendly! A must for travel planning !!.Version: 2.88

One of my favorite app purchases to dateI’m never compelled to review apps but Wanderlog is an exception. This trace planning app is a feature-filled in both the free and pro versions. I started with free and quickly subscribed to pro. I was looking for something to keep track of my future trip ideas - both “bucket list” plans and ones already booked. I had passed through a city and collected a handful of those ads/travel guides for free typically houses by the elevator at a hotel. I saw a bunch of fun stops but couldn’t fit them into this trip - but wanted to remember them for next time I was in town. Wanderlog was perfect for this. I’m able to insert points of interest and hotels onto an itinerary, along with notes under each (aka why was I considering stopping at this place to begin with!). Oftentimes points of interest already come with helpful notes - like “closed on Mondays.” I recently reached out to support to ask a question and had a personalized, helpful reply from Peter, one of the co-founders in under an hour. I can’t recommend this app enough..Version: 2.93

If you like the outdoors and adventurePlanning a road trip can be kind of a pain but this makes it so much easier. Start by making out your route with places you want to go and check out the map view for places around the trip to fill it out. The app will also recommend places along your route and most are geared towards the outdoor enthusiast. I have a few apps I like to cross plan with because I like the unique less touristy spots and I camp a lot. It can be very helpful to also map out your trip with those in mind and see how the rest of your adventures play out. My favorite features: day by day itineraries and the locations have web links if you need to purchase tickets this is great. The recommended places to visit along the way, offline downloads, the app is basically perfect..Version: 2.93

Easy to useUsed for a trip to NYC, and it was amazing.Version: 2.80

Practical Travel Planner AppAwesome platform to plan your travels! My only suggestion till now is that the dates on the left sidebar could have the same colours as the pins in the group. So when looking at the map we could automatically associate the pins with the date (when the date bar is not expanded and places can't be seen). I hope I was clear! Great work guys 👍.Version: 2.66

Best travel planning app! This app is amazing. I used it for my 10 day trip to Japan. It helped me map out my itinerary, and the best part about it was the distance displayed between each item on the itinerary. This saved me time and helped me be efficient while sight seeing!.Version: 2.117

Amazing!I don’t normally review apps however, this is exactly what I was looking for! Worked out my itinerary from entirely within the app, gave me suggestions on activities and was very helpful to be able to put my entire trip info (flights, hotels, budget, activities, etc) in one place. Went back many times over planning it to check info I would normally have to search through emails to get. Would recommend very useful.Version: 2.117

Super Helpful AppThis app was a huge help to me before and during my trip overseas! It was really handy to have all the locations of the places I wanted to visit on a map so I could plan my time and my hotels effectively. I could also optimise my route for each day and attach my booking confirmations so I didn’t have to go searching through my emails. This app really stood out to me because it has everything in one place. Budget, map, things to do, packing lists, hotel searches. Thanks Wanderlog developers!.Version: 2.96

Great appLove that it tallies the cost, I do wish you could add travel partners who aren’t on the app to make splitting costs easier but still very handy. Love that is shows your activities as pins on the map and will optimize your route. And the fact that you can link your flights and hotels/air bnbs is great too. Really handy app for our Spain roadtrip and will 100% be using again..Version: 2.112

ShareableI liked using the app as I was a solo traveller so being able to share my journey with family was great. Worked out how to change my itinerary around was great. I have other travel planned so will use it again..Version: 2.112

AmazingThis app was brilliant. Used it for our recent trip to New York. My friend and I added things we wanted to do in advance of the trip and then made full use of the itinerary feature when there to plot routes etc. The ability to track costs was also great as it meant we could keep better track of who had paid what and easily see what we owed each other!.Version: 2.90

Ah-MAZING!!!My friend and I live in different cities but are planning a girls getaway to a locale that neither of us have been to before. This app has been the BEST resource we could have dreamed of! It allowed us to collaboratively explore ideas of sites to see, places to go, things to do and the map feature allowed us to plot out of all the options which were close together for creating an itinerary. The ease of having websites and hours for all of these options also helped structure our trip plan. And the expense tracking, while there could be some very minor enhancements, has been great for her to make reservations so I know exactly what I owe her. I have recommended this app to so many people already and I will never plan another trip without it! And honestly the app has been almost as fun to use as we hope the trip itself will be! 10/5 stars!.Version: 2.117

Great for research, planning and remembering what you’ve doneWe travel fast and visit a lot of historical places in one day - so easy to record them all here so we remember them after a trip. Plus the links to location websites makes it easy to check opening hours and prices etc..Version: 2.102

Best app!Super easy to use. Keep track of everything. The app gives you itinerary. Couldnt travel without it anymore. Thank you!!.Version: 2.116

Fantastic Trip planning App!I was looking for an App that would let me arrange my own walking tour and provide directions from each location to the next. Well I found it in Wanderlog and so much more!!! This app let me build a detailed daily itinerary. It gave directions between each site I had chosen. It also offers the option to optimise the order of your itinerary to save you time if you want to do that. I was also able to save travel and accommodation details in the App. I saved all my electronic tickets in the app too. This was a game changer! Instead of having to find the relevant e-ticket in a folder in my email, I simply opened the App and went to the day in my itinerary and then I had saved the e-ticket to that site in the app. So easy to use! Buckingham House Tour? No problem, tickets linked to it in my itinerary! It also offered options if you weren’t sure what to do. As it links to Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze, you can easily get directions while you are out. It also provides travel times between locations which is really helpful when planning your itinerary or route on any given day. I used this app every day of my trip and would definitely use it again for my next trip. Highly recommend it!.Version: 2.117

How to make travel planning simpleJust starting out. Have not paid any money, yet, but thinking I should because the levels of stress this has removed already are worth it!.Version: 2.93

The app that has it allWanderlog helped myself and my family travel around Africa. It’s helpful tips, email scanning and the planning aspect of it is superior to any other app I have used. It is user friendly and can’t recommend it any more! Only slight feedback is to have only methods of paying as one yearly price is hard to justify if you only have one trip every year or so..Version: 2.93

Amazing App for my Super PlanningBeen looking for an app for my Malaga trip and this one is so amazing. Love how it’s let me store my flight and hotel details and put all the places I want to visit and restaurants etc into individual lists. The main thing I was looking for was my stored places of interest to be logged on a map and they are in coloured number order which I love. Also let’s me add in my itinerary per day. I could faff about all day finding info on it. Spot on 👍.Version: 2.37

Coming Back For Round 2I used the app in 2022 when I was planning a trip for me and my partner. I loved the ease of everything and having everything in one place. This summer we are planning on taking our kids with us to one of the places we visited so having this to go back to and utilize this again is exciting..Version: 2.116

Photographer’ friendI have found Wanderlog to be my friend when planning a trip. I am able to add a bunch of places that I would like to photograph then using the map function, I arrange an itinerary and plan where to stay. It collects important information like confirmation numbers, flight information, renal car information, and phone numbers in one place so you are not fumbling in your phone through a million different emails. I can even clip images from other sites to remind myself what is on the web and try to get a unique shot. Overall Wanderlog has been very helpful if you put the time into consolidation of your pre trip information. It has a seemingly endless number of locations programmed into the app. I think it is worth the price of admission! Get it today!.Version: 2.99

Perfect way to organise your travelsThis app is amazing, even without the paid features. I’m having so much fun allocating all of my travel details with notes, prices, directions, literally everything you need to know all in one place. I was able to use it to organise a group trip last month and it made splitting up costs so easy. I might purchase the pro version to plan my sabbatical for next year, but for now the free version has everything I need.Version: 2.99

A MUST HAVE FOR A TRIPThis app was fantastic was a game changer for us! Had everything you needed recommended places and places which you had it you add it has it all👍 it does your maps for you so can see visually too! The time it takes to each place which it transfers straight to your maps for you it made our recent trip to New Zealand stress free and will be 100% using this app again 🙌.Version: 2.106

Best travel app I’ve ever usedI’ve been trying different apps for years to plan trips and stay organized. This is hands down the best one yet! Loved using it and can’t wait to see it get even better..Version: 2.101

Great app, used during one of my travelSo I used the app for the entire preparation of my last travel and during my stay and here are the pros and cons : PROS: - extremely helpful to plan a trip and there’s the option to add someone to the trip so you all see the same thing - user friendly - multiple options such as : add restaurants, itinerary’s, costs, notes etc CONS: - unfortunately, during our stay, we did not use as much as we thought we would because it requires a lot of batterie and data - paid option is only for a year which make no sense and is expensive. No option to buy for a shorter period. I would’ve 1000% consider buying paid version if there were more flexible payment option. - app can be laggy.. and had to reload each time we opened it. - no option to print the itinerary in a printable / short version (I think the printed option it gave us had 20 pages for a 2 week trip…).Version: 2.101

AmazingSo easy to use.Version: 2.114

Fantastic travel planning toolI used this app to plan a 2 week road trip with my 2 sisters, their families and my mother. It was intuitive to use, had great search features to link in our flights, hotels, car rentals and points of interest and able to share among our group. I highly recommend and would definitely use again..Version: 2.99

Great app under constant development[edit] Updated my review score because I think the team has put a lot of work into performance. I haven’t noticed any issues recently and the app is going from strength to strength :) …Great features and app, and I’m happy to pay the Pro subscription fee. It’s a shame that the performance renders it increasingly unusable as the trip I’m planning gets longer. It’s even worse on desktop (I recorded a total blocking time of 45 seconds just to enter some text), but even on iOS each interaction is taking upwards of 5 seconds to get a response. I’m planning a 2 month trip, and it’s gotten to the point where I’ll edit some text or select some activities I want to move, and then go and do something else for 30 seconds while I wait for the app to catch up….Version: 2.83

Makes trip planning easy!Made our month-long trip easy to plan and navigate. I highly recommend Wanderlog!.Version: 2.117

Awesome AppThis app was so helpful planning before we went, helping us to keep all our travel information together on our trip. It is very easy to use. Love how it is being upgraded all the time with new and intuitive features..Version: 2.99

I love this App, honestly the best of its kindI've tried so far! (and I tried a lot over the years) there's nothing I could think to make it better, you guys thought about everything! I love how easy is to find new activities and how it pulls info from Google. Being able to see all the colours on the map it's just great. This is my first trip planned on the app so I guess I still need to keep finding the nice tools, but so far soooo good. So I will add a couple of things that I also like: - Sharing!! AWESOME - the desktop version makes it so easy - that it shows you the driving time between one place to the other - Nice and tidy, great experience design!.Version: 2.47

Couldn’t recommend this app enough! This app is perfect for planning and organising your holiday itinerary. If you’re completely unsure and starting from scratch, the app can help provide you with ideas based on where you plan to visit. In my case, I already had most of my itinerary written in my phone notes but transferring them over to Wanderlog was such a game changer. It’s so easy to use and the app does all the hard work for you. It’s incredibly detailed, down to how long each place you plan to visit on that day will take to either by walking or through transport. It also helps you map out where you plan to visit in a certain order that’s the most time efficient so you’re not going back and forth. I used Wonderlog constantly during my trip and it was especially useful for being able to transfer an address to google maps to help navigate wherever I was intending to go on my itinerary. It’s also a great way to share with friends and family your itinerary in such a detailed, easy to understand way. I highly recommend this app to everyone who loves to travel and organise their trips. I can’t wait to plan many more itineraries on this app!.Version: 2.106

Great app for planning tripsLove how this app lets you see your travel plans right on Google Maps with your photos on the side. Adding flights and hotels is super handy, and checking out tips from other travelers really helps you find awesome spots to visit or eat at..Version: 2.117

Best app everIt’s super easy to forward your itinerary via email and it adds in the cost. I love being able to throw up a short note of what I did that day and add in my expenses so I know how much I’m spending. The only issue I have is that sometimes it doubles up an entry so an expense will show up twice. But super easy to delete..Version: 2.112

Love the ‘view on map’ optionI liked that I could log all the things I want to do in a area I’m interested in visiting and then using the ‘view on map’ it pins all the locations of the things I want to do, this was great as it really helps me plan the order of a road trip to fit everything in or it allows me to see where would be a central base to stay while we’re there..Version: 2.89

Amazing Itinerary Making App!I used to use TripAdvisor for my holiday making plans. I discovered this app the other day and I liked the fact that I could categorise things and also put down prices for activities/lodging and it will allow me to split the money between friends I may be travelling with! 10/10.Version: 2.54

Best trip planner for group travel!I am using Wanderlog to plan my wedding celebration abroad, and it is pretty much the perfect tool! I can organize my recommended hotels, historic sites, travel options, beaches, and more; create a detailed itinerary; and the app automatically populates all of that information onto an intuitive map that syncs with Google Maps. I am planning to share the itinerary/trip plan with my friends and family who are traveling with us, and I know it’ll make their travels so much more seamless. They will have all of the important information in one place right on their phone or other devices as they book flights and hotels, and they can use the app in-country to navigate to our various events. This app also has an incredible team providing top notch customer service. I cannot recommend this app enough for people looking to plan their own group travel! You won’t regret using Wanderlog!.Version: 2.13

Absolutely amazing. This app has been a lifesaver. I had been going crazy trying to organise my most recent road trip and stumbled across this app (after trying multiple other apps). So easy to use, lots of suggestions for you to add to your trip, and having a map next to screen is brilliant. I’ve recommended this to my friend and we’re going to be using it to plan our overseas travel now too! I do have a question/suggestion though, is there a way to mark a trip as completed rather than deleting the trip? I don’t want to delete it, I like to see my past trips and keep a record of it to come back on when I visit those places again..Version: 2.75

GreatThis is great for planning longer trips with multiple bookings. I used it to keep track of 12 different hotel bookings, ferries, flights, and other special things - all the booking confirmations in one place, and the ability to add notes (e.g. paid in full, which account , breakfast included or not etc), and the budgeting features were great. It also allowed me to plot specific things to do / see on certain days as an aide memoire. I loved the fact that you could see a copy of the original email confirmation from within the app as well..Version: 2.93

Great App. Please change business modelThis is a great app but I think the business model should be changed. I don’t think the optimisation feature and other features are worth the subscription fee. The app itself is really helpful and the UI is great. Well done to the team that developed this app More success to you go..Version: 2.96

Everything at your fingertipsI love this app! You can have all your travel bookings, ideas, sightseeing and plans at your finger tips. There’s suggestions for what to see with directions available for your destinations. I’m a bit of an organisational control freak, and this suits me perfectly but also great for the go with the flow or less organised traveller as it keeps all your bookings together and easy to access. I’ve used Wanderlog for 2 big trips now, and recommend it to all my friends. It’s so user friendly too. If you’re travelling with a group you can share the itinerary..Version: 2.80

I've finally found the planner I was "looking for"I recently used Wanderlog to plan a 3 week trip thru NE Italy, Venice, Croatia, and Montenegro. I used to have piles of misc. notes jotted down as I came accross sites, hotels, recommendations, etc. using TripAdvisor, Rome2Rio, etc. This involved keeping a lot of balls in the air, backtracking when I returned working on the project, and constant rechecking to make sure all the dots were connect. Wanderlog was a breeze as it kept all the info in one place, brought up opening days/times and costs, places for notes specifically for me, imported flight and hotel reservations. Once on our journey our schedule was easy to check, phone and confermation numbers readily available and even suggestions for sites and restaraunts available on the fly while there. Love it! I wish these guys every success for making my travel life more enjoyable. Jim H.Version: 2.93

Amazing - All you’ll need for your upcoming trip!I am so impressed with this app, it is so intuitive to what you might need when planning your trip! It makes planning so easy, everything is there in one place for you to see - I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! If you’re planning a trip then you need this app!.Version: 2.88

A true travel planning appI used Wanderlog for my trip planning with my travel mates, the app gives all the flexibility of choosing different types of itineraries alongside the budgeting the whole tripe. Adding want to visit places and comfortably push them as soon as they make sense to you. The app also suggest the time it would take to travel between spots. If you are travelling at least give it a try, you won’t regret it..Version: 2.47

Won't travel Internationally without this!Just completed phenomonal 3 week trip on West Coast USA and Wanderlog made it the best trip ever. From organising where to go and how, identifying places to see, timeframes, amenities around us, keeping all travel docs in one place, accommodation, flights and tickets. Share with everyone you wish to and BOOM you and your travel buddies are sorted. Love it..Version: 2.90

EXACTLY my vision for a travel planning appI’m usually the type to haphazardly put things into a Google doc as my trip “planning”, since I never trusted any fancy apps or websites enough to be just what I was looking for and feared planning part of my trip only to run into disappointment and have to start over somewhere else due to a lack of necessary features. But with a weeklong trip to California with multiple destinations coming up recently, I wanted to maximize our schedule and stumbling across this app was PERFECT for that. It was exactly what I would envision creating myself if I had any computer skills whatsoever, and the app was quite simple to use both on desktop and mobile, even on the free/basic plan. Inputting hotels, locations, and timing for stops was a breeze, and I LOVED that it calculated the drive time between each stop, including the drive to our hotel for each night! Being able to see the entire map zoomed out with each day color-coded was so freaking cool too. I am so glad I found this app and if you’re a maximizing Type A travel planner like me you’ll love it too 😄.Version: 2.92

From Daunting to DONEPlanning our first around-the-world trip was overwhelming, but Wanderlog has made it a breeze and fun! Among the many great features, my favourite so far is the ability to shuffle the events and places using the map. It’s easy to figure out the best order of stops. The coloured map pins help work out the days too! I notice some places include information like how long people typically spend at an attraction. This is helpful information. I wish all sites had it! I’m using the free version, but as I go further with my trip planning, I may upgrade..Version: 2.84

Brilliant.First up, let me say I paid for the full version- reward for effort for the developers and I did not want to deal with banners and pop-ups. It worked seamlessly through a European trip that is coming to its conclusion as we have one more day before catching the non stop Qantas flight from London to Perth. The daily itinerary changes and connected mapping function was incredibly useful and time saving- comments on the socials was how much we were seeing each day. I have reviewed the security protocols and hosting of the company and on our return will be uploading our own photos and other notes, Wanderlog will be our travel journal going forward..Version: 2.91

Amazing App for TravelThere’s so much information you can put on the app for your travel itinerary I feel like I’m already there..Version: 2.112

Great itinerary app!By far the best itinerary app I have used! Very user friendly and great user interface too! Looking forward to future updates!.Version: 2.7

Good with potential to be ExcellentThe app is good but cluttered and confusing at times. I end up using the web version a little more for editing trips. When I insert time on a place, it would be nice to show the time I will be arriving at the next stop, you could implement an option to automatically get arrival time from the driving time, while keeping the manual option to insert the time I want to leave. Also no option for metric system..Version: 2.84

GreatGreat trip planning app, even the free version is sufficient for my trip planning. I can also invite my family with read permission so they can have a copy of our itinerary..Version: 2.117

Wanderlog with easeWe used Wanderlog on our trip to New York last year and are planning our next one already. Links all your Goggle map saved locations and is so easy to use. Booking accommodation or investing places to visit, all the information is on Wanderlog. I highly recommend everyone used this anywhere you plan to travel. Thank you for creating Wanderlog.Version: 2.117

Game changer in the world of travelThis app is a game changer for me especially when planning trips with my group of friends. Easy accessible to share poi’s/itineraries and the budget facility when working out split costs. I also love the fact you can get inspiration from other ‘wanderloggers’ of their planned trips in similar locations (if not on private setting). As much as I love a spreadsheet when planning it’s been great to replace it with this app especially when the basic version is all I needed..Version: 2.74

Fabulous!I just found the Wanderlog free app and it is just what I need to keep myself organized. So much better than the other apps I tried. It is so simple to use and does the footwork for you. If I travelled more I would get the Pro version. As it is, I have recommended this app to two friends within one day! Love it..Version: 2.101

Great app so farI’m planning a solo trip and felt overwhelmed by the amount of tickets, transfers, hotel bookings, hostels etc.. And this app has taken all of that stress away. Im using the free version and honestly I’m impressed. It’s allowed me to put everything in one place, including places to visit and recommendations for food places. I fly next week so I’m looking forward to using it!.Version: 2.83

BEST APP IVE EVER OWNEDBy far the best app I have ever owned! I just did a 2000km trip across Australia and it helped me plan the whole trip. Some really great features! Would like to see an option to share an overview of the trip on social media, you can share your trip so others can view the whole thing but it’s be cool if there was the option to see an overview of the distance to be travelled the time, some places being visited, and a visual of the roadmap..Version: 2.47

Love it.This is the first app review I’ve left if that tells you anything. I was planning a month long trip to Europe visiting four different countries and I was STRUGGLING to plan it. After looking for a structured planner I found this and it’s exactly what I needed. For me I knew places I wanted to go but was struggling to make an itinerary. So I loved being able to add all my places, and see the notes from google under them to show which days they are open. Being able to add the price and see them all on the map! Then using that info to plan my week. It’s very nice being able to move them to the itinerary and color coding. You can add your Airbnb reservations, you just have to forward the email with the link they give you. Some improvements I would make is being able to organize your trips. I have two different multi city trips coming up and I would like to be able to order how I see them in trip plans..Version: 2.93

Exactly what I’ve been needing!Just downloaded this today and wish I had found this sooner! Well done devs! I agree with others that the UI is a little bit cluttered and the pop-up tool tips are very annoying, however overall it’s a GREAT app for those who want to be organized and collaborate with others on a trip! I love seeing all the places we want to check out on the map so we can make efficient plans for each day of our trip. I did take one star away from my rating because this app eats up an INSANE amount of battery, even on WiFi. I also found that the response time of the app started to really slow as I added more places to my lists. I would have to click things 2-3 times before the behavior registered. Not sure why that would be and I’m hoping it’s just a temporary glitch. If that does not improve I will likely remove the app. :(.Version: 2.119

Wanderlog is the bomb!!!I started planning our trip using OneNote and then came across Wanderlog. Never looked at OneNote again. This app is amazing and exactly we needed considering we were self driving the South Island of New Zealand. Just tap the next location in your itinerary and Wanderlog does the rest interfacing seamlessly with Apple or Google Maps. Email your flights and they’re populated in an instant. Search for a point of interest and it will find it while also providing more suggestions. I couldn’t stop raving about it to people we met on our travels and our friends at home. You cannot go wrong with Wanderlog.Version: 2.109

Thank you! This app was really helpful in being able to plot all of the activities & places we wanted to see on our trip. It also linked with information about our flights & accommodation, keeping everything in the same place. I really liked the map function to help to plan and organise activities while away. We will definitely use again! Thank you.Version: 2.75

The best and only travel planning app you needThank you to the developers who put in their hard work to create this app - its amazing. I tried a couple of others before but would always delete them after a couple of days as they would not have all the functions I wanted. Recently, I discovered this app and I have been using it and playing with it almost every day. It is super fast, no bugs, has suggestions from many resources. Finds the flights, hotels, attractions and restaurants fast with all the info in one place. You literally have ALL the info you need fornyour trips. I just simply love it! Its also free. You can subscribe for a premium for some extras but it will still have all the functions you need on the free version. I probably will sign up for the premium to support the app so it can keep growing and getting even better. Will recommend to everyone! Thanks again!.Version: 2.55

Great for planning your next adventureWe planned our trip to Europe in three months. When we began planning it we found a few apps available to help us out. To be honest, this was the first link I clicked on, that's why we started using it. We have just came back from our trip and this app was wonderful. We travelled through four countries and eight cities in one month. It help us keep everything in one place and on track in our daily activities..Version: 2.91

Best Travel PlannerThis app has it all and it makes it a breeze to plan a trip. I particularly love how it includes budget and whether or not it’ll be split by everyone or certain individuals. I also love how organise this app is. It lets you show on the map the areas you wanna visit. Love how it has a tab for transits, hotels, and particular places you wanna visit. I’m clearly just loving this handy little app!.Version: 2.91

Love it! Great road trip planner!Planning a big road trip around Australia and so glad we found this app! Made it super easy to start planning and mapping out the itinerary and dates. Because it’s a road trip we’re planning, I love seeing the travel distance between different stops so we can get an overview of which days are going to be a big drive, little drive and plan what stops we want to have during the day. Would recommend!.Version: 2.13

My Executive Travel AssistantOur travel is so smooth using Wanderlog. Everything we need is in one spot. It’s easy to add extra excursions, change our itinerary and adjust our plans with a few clicks..Version: 2.117

Highly Recommend!Have been looking for an app that would hold all our travel documentation as well as a detailed itinerary of our trip & this has exceeded expectations! We’ll worth the $$$ spent!.Version: 2.90

Save my dayI have a sudden plan to visit London first time and I only have a week to plan it. This app save me a lot of time to choose the tourists spots and itinerary because it can see the distance and adjust the itinerary at the same time. It is also easy to share to your friends or partners. Highly recommended. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.Version: 2.83

Love this app! Background: I decided to hire a travel planner for my upcoming out-of-state wedding and honeymoon. Her and I met back in May to discuss this for my June 2022 wedding. She explained things would not be available until closer to a year out and she would get back to me. I’ve continued to reach out to her and finally she just stopped messaging me back. So I was at a loss! This site and app let me do all the planning for our 15 day trip in a little over 6 hours! I love the feature of attaching confirmation emails, so they are easily accessible and quick to find! I also love the budgeting feature and the ability to add stops with suggestions! Great tool that made planning an absolute breeze! I can’t recommend it enough! And now I get to keep looking back at my itinerary and get excited all over again! :).Version: 2.39

Fantastic travel appI stumbled on this app while planning a trip to Italy for a group of 6 adults. I love the functionality - ability to collaborate, plan, budget & track and split costs. This will be my go-to app for travel planning from now on!.Version: 2.111

I’m always using this from now onUsed Wanderlog to plan a recent trip to NYC that involved a lot of moving parts—tours, reservations, shows, different forms of transportation, you name it. I loved the app during planning because it let me keep everything in one place, and share all that information with my fellow travelers. What I didn’t expect was how much we would use it during the trip to navigate around the city and keep track of where we had actually been (this was changed on the fly more than once and it was amazing not to have to worry about working out which different MTA train we needed to be on; the app updated the directions automatically). Tracking expenses was just a bonus for me, it wasn’t the primary reason I wanted to use this but it did help us stay on budget and was a nice feature. I’m already planning the next trip!.Version: 2.66

Almost great. This app is almost great. It has a lot of helpful features, and I look forward to using it for some upcoming trips. However, the app itself is a cluttered mess. There is way too much information presented at once, and I would like to see a more streamlined view of my itinerary with the additional information tucked away behind a tap. The fact that I have dismissed around 20 pop-up tips indicates that features are hidden in obscure places and behind non-standard iOS UI elements. Again, I look forward to using it because I haven’t seen anything quite like it — but the app could use some UI editing and better design choices. Finally, the default Google integration is a little bothersome; I would like the option to have a Safari extension and Apple Maps inside the app. Currently, the extension is only for Chrome, and Google Maps is the only Maps UI inside the app..Version: 2.93

Great App - super easy to use!Downloaded this to try in April 2021for a domestic road trip. It was a last minute choice as previously used App no longer free but made a great pick downloading Wanderlog. Seamless to import accomodation and flight bookings that were already in my inbox. Found app intuitive to use, with all the details I wanted. Would definitely use again..Version: 2.15

Fantastic! My husband & I used this app jointly to plan our honeymoon in Portugal. The app was fantastic as it’s available via web browser and app (handy for planning on the pc & then viewing on the go via the phone). It gave great suggestions, helped us plan our day and even had links to maps for destinations we had written. Would thoroughly recommend!.Version: 2.61

Love this app for all my travel planningI've been using Tripit for years to plan out my journeys and I love how it keeps all my trips in one place at a glance but Wanderlog is SO much better in nearly all ways. I've only used it for one trip so far but I'm busy planning an overseas trip now with more complexity and so far so good. I love how it suggests attractions to visits when you add a place, I love how easily you can shift things around if you change your mind about the order of visiting. And of course seeing them on a map. I LOVE the budget section, keeping a track of costs is very cool (although I'm not sure I want to see how much I've already spent for my upcomingn trip!). And I love that you can split it with those travelling with you, even better!! I love how you can share it with friends easily - one asked what the app was. The accommodation feature is great unless you try to add an address it doesn't recognise. English addresses sometimes just have a house name and no street number so it won't allow you to add it. Transit section - it would be great if you could add car travel as an option, currently there is only Bus or Train. I am being picked up and driven to somewhere but I can't add that which is annoying. The main thing missing is the integration with your calendar. Tripit does this and it's one of the most important features for me - so much so, that I have to continue using Tripit until Wanderlog adds this function which is a pain as it's doubling up on my planning. Once this is added I guess I'll have to ditch my old faithful companion Tripit. Thanks for a great app so far though :-).Version: 2.117

AwesomeI can only say one of the best app it is & probably the best in case of travel field. You can virtually arrange everything starting from to do list to hotel/train reservations, best food & drink available etc. Though I am yet to avail the Pro version & thereby maximising the potential of the app, I am sure it is worth of the expenses towards yearly subscription..Version: 2.117

This made planning my trip so easy!My husband and I married young, and we did not have enough money for a honeymoon. For our 10 year anniversary, we found ourselves in a much more comfortable place in life and decided to book a trip of a lifetime. We decided on a 10 day Scotland trip. I have traveled internationally before but had virtually no experience planning every detail of the itinerary, and this app made planning everything so seamless. I was able to look up things to do, restaurants to check out, import hotel and flight reservations, etc. The notes portion was perfect for adding the booking info for tours like meeting location and time along with the confirmation number. I just loved everything about planning our trip on this app. Thank you for such a user friendly, professional, and intuitive app!.Version: 2.88

Best travel planner appThis app is really useful. I used it on my first solo trip to Montenegro and it helped me not be overwhelmed with plans on what to do during my trip. I was able to plan for each day and move things around . It even gave me suggestions on tourists places to check out. Highly recommend!.Version: 2.96

Great way to plan ahead and keep track of experiencesI used Wanderlog on a 5 week trip around Europe with my family in our campervan. We’d planned a rough itinerary but also changed our plans along the way. I found it useful to keep track of how much time we had to get from destination to destination. The fact that it shows travel times between places was very useful. It also acted as a place where I could note down potential places to visit or stay, with a hyperlink to more details. I found that occasionally the app didn’t detect a location, so in those cases I put them in as a note so I could look them up on a separate mapping app. I didn’t use the suggestions much but they did give me a couple of ideas. I’d definitely use it again. It would be nice to include an option to link in your own photos so it can act as a record after the journey..Version: 2.72

Fab appThis is a brilliant app for planning a trip. The features that are included in the free version are more than enough on their own and we used them to plan a 2 week road trip. Next time we’re going to upgrade as it’s not a lot of money and the developers deserve it as they’re not money grabbing! A must have for travellers..Version: 2.99

Great trip organizer for multiple plannersMy sister and I used this app to plan a long family road trip. We live on opposite sides of the country so this app made it extremely easy to collaborate digitally and asynchronously. We sketched out where we wanted to be and on what days. Whether we needed them or not, Wanderlog provided great suggestions for popular things to do in areas we chose and we did end up doing some of the things suggested which we might have missed otherwise. We used the itinerary throughout the trip. Links to websites, maps, and directions made it pretty seamless. We didn’t use the budget feature this time (we were already using Splitwise), but it is a great feature and I will use it next time. All around, this app took a lot of the stress out of our trip planning. I can’t recommend it enough..Version: 2.68

Wanderlog Eases My WorriesI have used Wanderlog for the last month planning a trip to Tokyo with 3 others. I have never been to Tokyo, and being able to have an itinerary that I can add notes to (for trains, platforms, buses, etc.) has eased so many of my travel worries. The only suggestion I have would be to be able to add a place in the itinerary wherever you want, rather than having to add it at the end of a day, then rearrange to put it where you want it. Otherwise, it’s fantastic!!!.Version: 2.117

Love This AppAs an avid traveler it is very important to me to find a user friendly app I like to help me stay organized. I have really enjoyed using Wanderlog for travels and chaotic logistics while keeping loved ones back home informed of where I’m going, without allowing them to edit my plans. One of my favorite features is that the app pulls in suggested activities to add based on your trip location - I.e. if you put in Paris, France, options would display to add the Eiffel Tower, or local museums. Back when Google Trips was a thing I really enjoyed this feature. My only suggestion is that the paid subscription cost be lowered - As a self-booking and self-planning traveler who doesn’t use a travel agent I’m pretty good at keeping organized myself when it comes to travel. So I can’t justify spending another $16/month on another subscription. However, if the yearly cost were closer to ~$15 I would upgrade to pro, simply for the automation features..Version: 2.83

Useful app to plan your tripUsing this app to plan our itinerary for our 2 weeks travelling round Iceland made our trip come to life. The app suggests things to do and sights worth seeing which is very useful. The distanced and times to drive between various points of interest or overnight stops gives you an idea of what is possible each day..Version: 2.60

Fantastic app!! So easy to use and perfectly detailed.Loved using this app for our recent Tasmania trip and will definitely use it for future trips. So easy to navigate, through the app and through the places! It gives great detail of nearby attractions, and helps to move you through the country easily. Also giving information about distance to travel between locations 👌.Version: 2.78

10/10 Highly RecommendHave used Wanderlog for 4 trips overseas now and can’t thank it enough. Not only has it been so exciting being able to plan my trip on such a seamless app, but being able to see the location of each activity/hotel makes it so easy to plan. The recommendations given by the app are also a very nice addition. Overall, such a great aesthetic app to use and very useful. Would recommend to everyone!.Version: 2.116

SimpleIt is so easy to use. My daughter and I are using it to plan a trip to NYC. Every time we see somewhere we would like to do on the trip, we add it. Nearer the time we will whittle down the entries as we only have 7 days. The app shows you on the map where things are so we can plan each day doing everything in one location rather than zigzagging across Manhattan wasting time. We think it’s amazing..Version: 2.106

Amazing app!!This app is absolutely amazing and it’s so easy to use and you can add so much useful things in it. You can add hotel, reservations flight details, places to go and see it means planning trips super easy! It is also amazing that you can share the itinerary with people you going on the trip with. They can also edit the itinerary as well and in places they want to see. One of my favourite apps..Version: 2.96

It’s that person on your trip with the plan, without all the anxietyOr guilt. Look, when you go on a trip, you ought to have even sort of a rough plan. Sometimes you don’t. Sometimes you sit in your high dollar Air BnB in your underwear wishing you had something to do besides get takeout and stream Into the Spiderverse again. Don’t act like you haven’t done this. We see everything. The point here is that if you took that trip by yourself to avoid all the griping from the person you go on trips with who actually has their act together, now there is a quieter less guilt and anxiety inducing version. Wanderlog. Yep, you will love it or you are wrong. And you’re allowed to be wrong, skeptical type A person who is afraid of being replaced. Don’t worry, it makes you more tolerable. It will take even your annotated tape flagged agenda book to a level of organizations so fine and detailed that even you will be able to have fun. Subsequently, if incidentally, allowing whomever you go with to also have fun. The fun stuff is there. All the less fun stuff is there. You can casually put it in some kind of order. Or not. It is actually as organized as you wanna be. You need this if you’re not that person and if you are that person you will wonder how you lived without it. And so will anyone else who still wants travel with you..Version: 2.62

Must have for the planning people!I used to use a spreadsheet for every single holiday I planned until I found Wanderlog!! This app/website is hands down the best travel planning tool I have come across in years, allows you to easily organise your trip, input costs, accomodation and flights all in the one place. Thank you team!!!.Version: 2.76

Helpful AppI’ve not used any travel app other than this one, but it very helpful to have all travel details on your phone in one place. I’ve used it for 5 or 6 trips so far. I would appreciate having a log in password so if my phone is stolen, they won’t get my entire travel itinerary. The biggest issue I have is the font is so tiny. I struggle to see confirmation codes, addresses. You don’t have the capability to enlarge the size to make it easier to read - it is fixed. Adding a larger font or at least making it so you can highlight text by being able to bold the font would make this app perfect for me. I like being able to enter my flight number and carrier and having all that info automatically entered. It will also search your hotel and provide you the address. Phone numbers would also be helpful..Version: 2.116

Make the most of your tripI love planning my travel but this app really makes it so easy to organise and envision. I love that you can use others’ trips to add to yours and the whole thing is super customisable and attractive to look at. Email scanning for hotel reservations is genius. You can really make the most of your trip with this tool at hand..Version: 2.105

So useful!I recommend this app to all my friends who enjoy travelling. Whether it be abroad or a staycation, this app is so hopeful for planning a holiday. The app gives you tips and ideas of places to visit along with recommendations for restaurants etc. The map feature is brilliant, as I can visualise the distance between my hotel and the place that I am looking to go to.Version: 2.112

No better travel planning platformAfter struggling to plan my 3 month travelling trip, I stumbled across Wanderlog and it has been so easy to plan day by day my trips. A real life saver. Not only is it perfect for planning, the map features are great and I love the section for recommendations of things to do in the area that you are travelling to. Now you have everything you need in one place, so I had a massive weight of my shoulders knowing Wanderlog can even save emails of hotel bookings and even plan my budgeting! Can’t recommend this enough for people planning a long trip like myself, and I look forward to the new features the team brings in the future..Version: 2.52

Fabulous travel appI absolutely love this app. We were planning a week long trip, staying in a different place every night and this helped me to keep all of that information together in one place, told me how long the drive was between locations and even had links to recommended things to do or places to visit in each of our locations. I even used the expenses part to keep a track on budget. I’ll definitely be using it for my next trip!.Version: 2.93

A must when travellingThis app has been absolute gold during my recent 5 week trip to Europe. From the itinerary, notes and ability to attach emails and files - it’s an invaluable tool when away. Something that was a real benefit was when I couldn’t access internet, as I’d backed up all tickets and bookings in it, so when I couldn’t get online they were accessible here and that was such a relief! It made planning easy too, with PDF attachments and email confirmations being easily attached to travel days. From flights to trains to experiences - all there. My only niggle is I would have liked to have saved a duplicate and stripped financial info from it to share with close friends and family. That would make this app even better! Will definitely use it when planning and doing future travel..Version: 2.93

So handy for travel planning!I feel obliged to leave a review as I have used Wanderlog every day of my travel! It is so good for planning..Version: 2.97

Best Trip App I’ve FoundI absolutely love this app. A huge plus over other apps I’ve tried is the ability to create lists. I find this especially useful for making a list of possible restaurant options for the trip. This is a detail that I typically research beforehand but don’t make a final decision until near the time of the meal. Sure, I can make a list of restaurants in other apps designed for that, but I like having everything all in one place. Plus if I’m traveling with a friend I can add them as a tripmate and they can see the options as well as itinerary and have a say in the planning. The only improvement I would like to see would be some kind of integration with AllTrails or another hiking trail location source. I’ve found adding the location of a trailhead a little tricky as it’s often given in GPS coordinates rather than a street address..Version: 2.39

This is a fantastic app! This is the first review I can remember writing for an app. However, I have been so happy with this app that I wanted to give back in the form of a review. I have only used the free portion of the app and still find it fantastic. I have now planned a trip to Ireland, Las Vegas and Japan with this app. It is incredibly helpful to be able to start planning by putting in places I’m interested in going to and eventually making them into an itinerary. Each place you add allows you to add in your own notes, the hours and the cost of the place. It also gives you a link to the website of the place and some general information from the web. It was so helpful to have all that information together. Plus it helps you with locations on the map and ideas of how far places are from one another. It didn’t really help with trains in Japan, but it was still great for so many other things. I was even able to keep a budget for the trip. I have been recommending this app to everyone and I am so happy that I found it. Keep up the great work!.Version: 2.93

Best app I’ve used!Love it, would definitely choose this app for planning and itineraries over any other, it does it all! One feature I wish it had would be grouping of guides - I want to make a guide for specific towns and then group them into different countries. Please add this.Version: 2.101

Everything you need to organise your itineraryI’ve really enjoyed using this app to plan my trip. It’s easy to upload locations of interest pulling information from Google listings. It helps you organise your days the most efficient way to plan your day using maps. Links in each destination pulling google data like open times, websites, reviews, etc. Lots of useful pre-filled lists for to dos before you go like pre-travel takes and packing. I’ve recommended it to a few friends now and great feedback all round!!.Version: 2.93

Awesome appI love this app thoroughly. Not only can you add literally everything you need all in one place (whether importing bookings from email, searching attractions, and setting itineraries), the app also shows all added locations on a map with numbers; it calculates distances between attractions / lodging to optimise the day; it offers intelligent functionality to add new “things to see” based on region and sights already planned. Absolutely brilliant and a must-have for me now as I have planned a few trips with the app. Makes travelling even more pleasurable than it already is, especially for a fan of structure!.Version: 2.81

Extremely helpful!I used Wanderlog for my recent 2-week trip Thailand and it proved to be tremendous help in setting up my flights and sightseeing itinerary as well as for my hotel reservations. The app is very intuitive and provides the information you need in different ways and incredibly easy to access. You can make notes for things to remember or as a travel diary. There is also a section to record your travel expenses and you can access guides from contributors for suggestions on what to see and do. All this and more comes with the free version! I didn’t go with the pro version as I don’t travel frequently and it seems that the only option is to pay yearly..Version: 2.93

Well worth the moneyThis was a fantastic app well worth the money to purchase. I used it for 17 day trip to Japan. I was able to share the itinerary with my travel partner so we could both book and plan. Before we went on the trip I could also share a view only link with our parents so they knew where we would be and important details. My only feedback is that Airbnb bookings need to be better integrated with the email but I was able to manually add it in the end..Version: 2.101

Everything I have been looking for.I just discovered this application about a week ago. I have been a traveler for the last seven years, usually traveling abroad between two and three times per year. I love being organized, and have tried all kinds of apps to accomplish this. What I had finally settled on was Google maps for marking places and a spreadsheet for my itinerary. I had recently decided to try to build my own app, until I discovered this app. It has everything, and I mean everything, that I had wanted to build into my own application. it's perfect for me because it allows me to store places in one list for ideas, and then move those to an itinerary list to use when I'm actually on my vacation. And I can easily move items up and down my itineraries list when things change. I tried it for the first time two days ago, and it was perfect..Version: 2.81

Very organizedIt’s got everything! I love it so much that I bragged about it to my sister who is the most organized person I know and she immediately fell in love with it, too. The app helps you organize your entire trip and your day to day. You can include costs to each thing: groceries, tickets, gas, etc and can split them out with others in your party. The app will tally all of it up and you can even set a budget for the whole trip. The app can read your email if you let it and will add those to your trip here. There are pro features like adding attachments which is a nice touch although I did not opt for it. I think the only gripe I have with this app is that it isn’t as responsive as I want it to be. It sometimes takes a few seconds to respond when I want to open a section and moving things around can also be finicky. Other then that, it’s awesome!.Version: 2.69

Fantastic! Can’t recommend enoughI found this app kind of by accident after trying to organize a multi-city Europe trip with some friends. We went from a clunky shared Google doc to the Wanderlog and it was such an improvement! We were able to keep track of all of our hotels, trains, flights, museum trips, dinner reservations, and more! Having everything all in one place and viewable on a map really helped us level up and make the most of our time. We found some gems while traveling and being able to plan together ensured everyone got to see the sites they had on their bucket list. I talk about this app all the time and I literally never write app reviews but I felt like I had to for this one. I will use this for all of my future trips and vacations..Version: 2.116

Amazing!!!I love this trip planner!! It is incredibly powerful yet easy to use. Recently used it for a trip to Amsterdam and it was amazingly helpful to coordinate all of our plans. I can’t wait to use it again!!! It is not perfect but I’m sure the developer is working to improve it. There should be two separate itinerary views… one for editing (current) and another for viewing which is more simplified. Maybe a calendar type view would be do the trick? Also, it would be nice if the times entered for event auto sorted according to the time entered? That would be especially useful with the autoroute option so that specific times events would be static and the flexible events would arrange effiently around them. And I’m sure they will eventually do the email import thing for dinner reservations and museums/events. That will be amazing! But overall an surprisingly useful app for travel. Thanks!.Version: 2.93

I'm so happy I found this!My wife and I initially were dragging our heels while trying to plan a two country, three city vacation to Europe this summer. Despite being excited for such a trip, the process of planning it was, frankly, a little daunting. We (thankfully!) stumbled across this app while searching for suggested itineraries for inspiration, and it was an absolute game changer for planning our trip. We found it very intuitive to use and felt it was seamless to transition between using the desktop site at home and the app while on the go to plan and keep tabs on the budget. It solved our pre-trip planning doldrums, and was an excellent travel companion while on the go during our trip. It even made entering and categorizing expenses during the trip super easy so that we knew if we were staying within our souvenir versus food budgets. We were VERY pleased with this product..Version: 2.97

Makes planning even more fun!I was lucky enough to hear about this app through a friend, I honestly cannot believe it is free! So helpful that it reconciles all my flights and activities! Really love using it!.Version: 2.93

Best Travel App EverThis app is phenomenal. Used it on a girls trip to Paris. Was able to split costs so easily and research and plan our trip, while all being remote from one another. Also, if you need help you get personalized service. Highly recommend for all travelling’.Version: 2.106

Great appVery handy to plan my trips!.Version: 2.75

Absolutely Stellar!I've been using TripIt for probably about a decade at this point, and while it's been fine, it often doesn't do what I want it to. I stumbled upon this app through a Google search, and I'm so glad I did! It blows TripIt completely out of the water! My wife and I are going on a trip to Portugal for two weeks, and I was having a hard time finding a way to rationally organize our itinerary, including flights, hotels, and points of interest. TripIt's ability to do this is laughable at best, so I had resorted to writing it down in a travel journal, which wasn't very conducive to planning a route or best order to do things. The way Wanderlog handles the planning of a trip is by far the best, slickest solution I've ever seen. If you travel at all, even for work, this is definitely an app you'll want in your repertoire!.Version: 2.62

Highly recommendIncredibly easy app to navigate and put together itineraries! Love the fact you can share with other travelers and edit your trips together 😊.Version: 2.101

I feel like this might become my favourite travel appIt’s early days yet and I’ve just started using Wanderlog to gather ideas for a trip in the future but so far I’m impressed! I love that even before I work out my itinerary I can list places I’d like to visit, restaurants I’d like to try, accomodation that appeals and it’s all mapped for me. Then when I’m ready to start booking I have everything at my fingertips. I also love that it can be used to collaborate with fellow travellers..Version: 2.48

Great travel appThis app is super great for planning and helping to work out the budget to allow for a trip. It’s helped me to get amazingly organised, and made all the planning and preparing even more fun. I particularly like how it gives you the time it takes to get between each place in your itinerary whether on foot, in a car or on public transport, as this was a really good way to initially work out how much we could pack into each day! Only one little thing I would give as feedback for an enhancement would be good to be able to add more than 1 attachment to a ‘place’ entry in the itinerary. While not always needed, I have had some places where that would have been handy. But it’s certainly not a deal breaker. Highly recommend this app!.Version: 2.116

I will give it another tryI was confused about how to add something from my “Places to Visit” list onto a specific day of my itinerary. The reason for this I think is the name of the options you get when you long press a place from the list on the overview tab. The Rearrange and Move does not let you add a place to a specific itinerary day, however, the next option Select to Copy/Move apparently does (discovered this after getting a quick response to my previous review). I guess I gave up trying when the first option of “Move” didn’t do what I wanted. Perhaps adding some clarity would have helped me. Like an option called “Add to a specific day” and have a pop up menu that has check boxes of each day that you can select. Another issue I had was adding a checkin at my hotel early afternoon and then continuing on to see other things and return to the hotel afterwards. The developer gave me an image of exactly what I wish it would appear as, but I still today don’t see an option to make my hotel show up as a stop like that instead of a purple block at the top. I suppose I can add the hotel as a completely separate “Places to Visit” but that is an extra step. Maybe just allow me to arrange the purple blocks in sequence with other itinerary components?.Version: 2.102

Exactly what I was looking forI have loved using Wanderlog to plan our roadtrip around Scotland. I'm able to save hotel and restaurant bookings to easily access offline when I'm travelling. It's been really handy to plot my stops on the map and get an idea of how long the journey will take to plan booking times for castle entries etc. I look forward to using Wanderlog for my next journey to Japan with friends, and using the sharing function..Version: 2.93

Amazing - just what I was looking for! This app is fantastic, just what I was looking for! I love how it pulls maps, trip ideas, notes, bookings etc. together to help you visualise your plans and create a realistic and enjoyable itinerary. Being able to access your trips on desktop too is a massive bonus! A few minor niggles/areas for improvement: 1) Friends aren’t receiving email invites when I add them to collaborate on a trip. I’ve sent invites a few times and nothing is coming through, so have resorted to messaging them the itinerary link. 2) Train routes seem to just show ‘no available transit options’ which is odd (car and walking work perfectly). 3) Including ‘bike’ as the mode of transport would be nice, though not a dealbreaker. Otherwise, I’m hugely impressed and cannot recommend this app enough! Keep up the great work! 👍.Version: 2.93

Best Travel AppI just completed a 3 week overseas trip that I planned and recorded on Wanderlog! I purchased the Pro version that absolutely was worth it! There were a few times on the trip that I needed to access documents while offline and If I didn’t have that access things would have been a lot trickier! I referred to the Wanderlog App every day when travelling and used all of its features!! I really love the Wanderlog App and will continue to use it for all of my upcoming trips!!.Version: 2.92

Great App for Trip PlanningI had a trip to Japan that I wanted to plan an itinerary for that was just under three weeks long. I was looking for software to help me plan an itinerary and came across Wanderlog. I really enjoyed using this app for so many reasons. I love the way the app is laid out, it’s easy to use and fairly intuitive. I really like that you could connect it with Google or Apple Maps and directly map to the location you wanted from the app. We used this function a lot in Japan. Function I didn’t use a lot but I think would be really helpful is the budgeting function which allows you to calculate how much everything costs and who owes what if you’re travelling in a group. I also liked that you could share it with the people you’re travelling and they could look at the itinerary too. Overall, I will definitely use it again to plan a trip..Version: 2.111

Everything I’ve thought ofSitting planning a family vacation around California and Florida, all on paper and thought it would be great if someone had an app that I could put all the plans into and share and build collaboratively with the 8 others travelling with me, one Google search later I have spent the past 2 hours loading all our flights, hotels and plans into the app and I am super impressed. Well done, loving the planning capabilities and linkages and think this will make us more efficient to spend more time enjoying the trip versus having to adapt and adjust plans on the day. A real time saver - so valuable!.Version: 2.61

Easy to useEasy to use!.Version: 2.15

Awesome Travel OrganiserI have always been very organised with travel planning and started looking for a digital solution this year and came across this App. We used it for a big holiday for the 6 of us in our family and loved using it to plan our daily itineraries and found it very helpful in using the map to plan how to use our time most effectively. It was useful to be able to share without editing rights with family and others in our trip and those left at home to know where we were when. The links to websites and information on places to explore was thorough and helpful. This app has it all - Thank you!.Version: 2.99

Used it every day on our trip!Fantastic app, really made it easy to keep track of everything on our holiday!!! The best travel app I’ve found yet!.Version: 2.99

What a great little appWas looking for something to add all the information about my trip to Costa Rica as we had 4 locations and 10 trips planned. This was perfect. You could easily find everything by a simple search & add it to each day’s itinerary. Then I shared it with fellow travellers & family left at home (so they could feel jealous 😆).Version: 2.84

Best travel planning app I’ve used!I don’t ever leave reviews but this app deserves one, as it is honestly the best travel planning app I have ever used! Currently planning a 5 day trip in Wanderlog which will include lots of walking and hiking. When using the Itinerary tab it will indicate a rough estimate of how long the walk (or drive for that matter depending on the type of holiday you’re planning) will take, which is really useful when trying to figure out just how much you can squeeze into one day. The added ability to import flights and accommodation from emails (or inputting them manually) is a huge bonus, and there’s a function to leave extra notes pretty much everywhere (which for a serious planner like me is super helpful!). I have only really used the ‘Trip Plan’ tool in the app so far but can’t wait to try out the ‘Trip Story’ tool during my trip, and the ‘Guide’ tool for after my trip!.Version: 2.15

Fun and easy app to use!One of friends told me to try this Wanderlog app. It’s intuitive to use and fun to collaborate and share with others.Version: 2.106

Great App, Will Be Even Better With Improved AIThis is the best travel planning app I have been able to find and I really like it. The beta AI is fun, but definitely needs improvement. The AI plots some of it’s recommendations in the wrong city, but otherwise is fast and has great recommendations. The app itself is very easy to use. You can plan your itinerary down to the minute or you can keep it loose with a category of suggested places to visit that are plotted on a map. I love the feature that you can email your hotel/hostel reservations to the app and it will put them in for you. The app will also auto forward the emails if you give it permission to. Definitely try the free version and if you love planning I would recommend the 50/year upgrade for a big trip or multiple trips in one year..Version: 2.97

UnrealAmazing for planning a trip! I’m not an organized person but this app is a breeze and helps you fill your day with suggestions and lists of sights to see ! Recommend to everyone.Version: 2.117

Absolutely fantastic appLove this app. So easy to use, appreciate the desktop / web browser interface too so I can look at maps/items on a bigger screen for planning and then use the app on my phone while travelling. Great functionality in the free app but I upgraded as I wanted to support the developer and additional functionality in the future. Bravo!.Version: 2.119

Brings multiple app into just 1I’ve just returned from my 1st organised trip and found Wanderlog invaluable. I used it to organise my itinerary, plan my packing, keep documents to hand and plot my route for each day. It was great to be able to use it on my computer to get the main structure and do all my research before doing the fine tuning on my phone. Being able to keep note of great bars & restaurants along the way was really helpful. This app has been really thoughtfully put together with superb usability..Version: 2.90

Nice app but needs more flexible pricingI really like this app a lot. It has nice UX and design and it’s very intuitive. It basically replaces all the trip planning tools I currently use: Google Calendar, iPhone notes, Yelp, google maps, etc. However, it only has one option for the pro version which is paying $50/year, and if you want to share an itinerary with a friend that’s another $50 for their account as well. I really only take one big trip per year or two where I would be inclined to use this app. I’d happily pay for just a month or I’d be glad to pay $50+ for a lifetime account. Just seems like the developer could be making more money if more pricing options were presented. As it stands, I can live without the pro features so I won’t be using them, but I totally would pay if the pricing were more flex. I feel like this nice app deserves $ but not $100/year for the two of us..Version: 2.89

Brilliant appI didn’t know where to start when trying to organise our itinerary to Japan so I downloaded Wanderlog. It was so easy to use and gave me suggestions on places to visit and in which order to reduce our travel time and be more efficient. I will definitely be using it again for our next trip..Version: 2.104

Get organized on vacationLove this app so much! Everything from my trip was in one place. I was able to easily access all the confirmation emails, tickets, etc. directly in the app..Version: 2.101

Super helpfullReally easy to plan your trips and have all the documents in the same place. Even your expenses during the trip stay well saved and you can foresee it. Gives you optimized maps and show the attractions in relation to your hotel. Only downside is that the paid version which gives you all this perks is quite pricey, unfortunately I’ll need to stick with the free version which gives you less advantages..Version: 2.117

The best app of its kind. This app is great and really has considered what features a good road tripping app should have. Every time I think to myself, "I wonder if I can . . ." there is always a feature that does what I want. Just great. I love how easy it is to add locations, and notes and times to the locations. The data it automatically imports for a location and the way they present it is clean and very useful (for instance just having the website for a location available and clickable saves me so much time). I love how it makes directions available between entries and how easy it is to switch from driving to transit to walking. I love the lack of visual clutter and the lack of ads. And it's free, though I'd happily pay $10-$20 a year to subscribe to it. Highly recommended. Update: Edited out my comments about it not supporting landscape on iPad as they recently updated the app to support it. Not the best landscape support I've ever seen, but it works now, os that good enough..Version: 2.31

Get PRO for freeGot your attention? This app is fantastic! It's so versatile and helps me keep track of everything for my trips. It's incredibly useful. Now, you might wonder why the PRO version is free. Well, let me tell you about my upcoming summer trip. I booked a hotel for 2 nights, costing me a total of $915. Then, Waderlog sent me an email notifying me that the price of my hotel had dropped, and they offered to rebook it for me. Guess what? I managed to rebook a similar room for just $800. That's a savings of $115! The annual PRO license is only $60. You do the math..Version: 2.117

Absolutely fabulous - so usefulCan't say enough about how useful this app is. I have tried other travel planning apps before but they created more work than help. Wanderlog is great - you can import your flights and hotel bookings just by sending the confirmation emails to the app and it puts them all in order for you. Lots of extra functions so you can add notes and docs, I have a very complicated trio coming up with multiple destinations and forms of travel and the app has been so useful in helping me plan it and put the itinerary together. It also has helped me to more easily identify things I have overlooked in planning like car hire, taxis etc! Thank you to the developers - don't know how you did it but wow!.Version: 2.83

Just short of perfectAs someone who travels a lot and plans a lot of trips, this is almost the perfect travel planning app. Where it falls short is the ability to set specific departure and arrival times for items on dates. It’s great to know what time an activity starts but I should also be able to add in personal travel unrelated to a rental. I dislike that flights are on the top of the date and you cannot plan things above or below that so if you wanted to do something in the morning before your flight, it’s going to show up on that day below the flight even though you were doing it before the flight, I think if this was fixed and you could do a true itinerary on the days this would be perfect. If you could combine the visuality of this app with the functionality of tripsy it’d be perfect. Please consider these changes in the future..Version: 2.117

Finally travel planning made easyI love this app. I am currently planning a 2 month trip and I love to be organised so this is an amazingly helpful app. I can add all my accommodation including Airbnb (although will only be included as an address which doesn’t brother me). Flights and flight numbers to help keep track and all the places I want to go. Two suggestions though. Wish there was a way to add tours with pick up location and details but I just did pick up location as a place and added the details on a note. Also wish I could add the ferry, we are doing some travel by ferry so would be great if that was a transit option. Overall all amazing and always a way to do what you need with it..Version: 2.99

So easy to use!I could do all my research on this one app which is amazing! I really like the convenience the app offers..Version: 2.83

The best app for travel!I planned my entire trip to Japan using this app. It was so helpful for suggesting places to go, it helped me discover some exciting places to see and food to eat. I love how you can upload all your tickets and transport info into there which you can access offline. My favourite feature is where with a press of a button the app shuffles your day to reduce amount of travel time..Version: 2.84

New to travel appsWhat I enjoy is the simplicity of the app. Easy to use and thankfully up to date with locations and experiences to enjoy. I like the budget part also as it gives you a good idea of expenditure. I also enjoyed the itinerary section and the mapping of my trips. As my holiday is in the future I will update my review on how I got on using the app live. But so far so good..Version: 2.99

Awesome for a three wayThree of us travelled in Thailand, Cambodia and Singapore and relied heavily on Wanderlog. We’ve also been telling lots of other travellers. The app was great to help us track expenses, our itinerary and everyone’s different flight schedules easily. There is tons of functionality to help you plan your trip with ease, even in a three way..Version: 2.112

Itching to plan another trip with this app!I had been dreaming of a travel tool like this, hoping someone would build it, and now it exists! I usually hate planning travel because there isn’t a great way to put everything down in one place and organize your trip how you want it, but this app changes the game entirely. I just went to Iceland, and using online guides, blogs, and some of the guides in the app itself, I was able to collect all the places I wanted to see into a list, while also viewing their locations on a map. I was then able to create a day-by-day itinerary based on the geographic proximity of those places- the app makes this super easy, like rearranging songs in a playlist. I used this to help me decide where I wanted to stay each night, and was able to add in my hotel reservations. This alone helped me plan the entire trip, but then during the trip, I was able to navigate quickly with a link (using the map app of my choice) and add costs to monitor my budget. You can even share your trip with others and calculate how much you owe each other (though I didn’t use this feature). All of the above is just the free version of the app! I cannot recommend this app enough. I’m already trying to pick a next location just to use the app (never mind going on the actual vacation haha). Thanks to the creators for building this!.Version: 2.73

YOU NEED THIS APP!!This app is INCREDIBLE. The features are just unmatched - especially if you’re travelling with others! It also has guides for advice on things to do, see & eat in every city! I would give it more stars if i could.Version: 2.54

Puts my spreadsheet to SHAMEThis app is literally the realisation of the perfect travel app that I thought I could only hope existed. I actually go out of my way to show people because it is so satisfying. It is so easy to use and automatically and accurately ingests booking info straight from email. And all in the free version! I was previously transferring everything into a spreadsheet like a LOSER. This is saving me hours and is also just slick, convenient and user friendly..Version: 2.75

Better than TripItFabulous travel planning and itinerary app. Easy to use. Love how it’s easy to navigate to an individual day and to switch activities to different days. The interface is well presented and interesting to use. Not like TripIt which is awful as it’s a nuisance to scroll to individual days. Have been using Wanderlog so far for shorter domestic trips. When I’m nearly ready for my next longer overseas trip I’ll buy the Pro version so I can upload documents. The Pro price is affordable and I’m happy to support a small development team who have created an amazing product. I have tested heaps of apps, this is by far the best. Can also use it on a web interface..Version: 2.69

Simply the best!I do not know that I’ve ever been more excited about an app. I am planning a long road trip with multiple stops in multiple cities and this app has been absolutely perfect for that purpose. It takes the best things from multiple other apps and puts them all in one place for my convenience. Planning has actually been fun instead of tedious because of this app. I believe this one app will eliminate the need to use five or six others (Tripit, TripAdvisor, Roadtrippers, Google Maps, GPS My City, Yelp…you get the idea), and it has a beautiful interface.I have not found anything about it that I do not like yet. I’m so excited to work with my friend on our trip and will be really interested to see what we’re able to do with it once we are actually traveling, because it seems to add additional capabilities for chronicling the trip while you are on it as well. Love love love! ❤️ I would spend money for this app, and you will almost never hear me say that about anything, but it is just that useful! If you are going on a road trip and want to have any sort of plan, this app will help you. One of the coolest things is the level of detail you are able to include. Seriously fantastic resource for any road trip!.Version: 2.55

The BEST app for planning any type of travelI first used Wanderlog to plan a small family trip over the holidays. After the experience and ease of use for that trip, I was hooked. I bought the Pro version (which is WELL WORTH $50) so I could have automatic email scanning and some other features. All I can say is, no matter the size of the group, Wanderlog makes planning so effortless. I often find myself using it for personal trips too because all my travel documents and reservations are in one place. Gone are the days of manually filling out a spreadsheet and then trying to view it on your phone while running through the airport or digging thru your 64,000 unread emails to find your confirmation number. Seriously, this app does it all. I love the work they are doing and with new features being added constantly, this app just gets better and better. Hats off to the team at Wanderlog, I don’t have a single complaint about this app!!!.Version: 2.59

World class service and supportThis is a brilliant app, the only thing better is the level of customer service support. I had a issue with Pro version interfacing with google maps - which turned out to be a user error…. The responsiveness from the customer support team was unsurpassed, quick, professional and resolved the user error in no time..Version: 2.93

Everything I have been looking for and more!I have been looking for an app like Wanderlog for such a long time. After using Sheets and Maps for so long to plan, it was getting really hard for long trips. Wanderlog has everything in one place, and it makes things so easy to visualize and change! I love how the photos are shown next to the places in the itinerary and how the hotels and flights are automatically added. Its also such a useful and unique feature to show the opening and closing times and show a warning when the place is closed on the planned day! I hope the creators can keep this up and maintain the free offering because it is such a great app!.Version: 2.117

Love it so farHave only been using a couple days but this app combines a few different docs we’ve created. Love that it has a place for flights, hotels, trains, buses and activities to put everything in one place. The ability to attach docs is great so if I can’t find paperwork the day of, I have the docs easily accessible. I also love that you can forward your confirmation emails and it will import flight info. Didn’t work with a local airport but the email didn’t have much info and was able to manually enter it. The places to visit sections are great too. You can add as many as you want so I’ve created lists for each city we’re visiting with some ideas of what to see. Love the ability to add and remove sections. Great trip organizer!.Version: 2.112

Fantastic app for planning and creating memoriesThis app is perfect if, like me, you often travel to places and when recounting your trip you struggle to remember where you went, what you saw, when you saw it and how you got there. I used Wanderlog to help create a once in a lifetime trip to New York City. It was so useful for planning out our day and making sure we didn’t miss any of those ‘must do’ moments. I not only used it to plan where to go but also to record where we had been. The map overview is a perfect tool for ensuring you don’t miss something that is just around the corner from where you had planned to visit. It does take a moment to work out some of the capabilities the app has but this is mostly down to subtle differences between English and American English. For instance an English person would never use the term ‘transit’ to describe travelling between two places in a vehicle. However once you have become comfortable with the terminology the app is really detailed. Minor issues such as this will only improve with the more people that use it. I have not subscribed to the ‘Pro’ option as I do not take holidays often enough but would consider doing so if I was a more frequent traveller..Version: 2.117

Easy peasy - Import itineraries and auto generate suggested activities?!I purchased Wanderlog about 4 months ago and used it haphazardly for guests visiting me but it wasn’t until I tried it out with a slog of a trip (10 flights and 5 cities) to SE Asia that it really came in handy. I simply forward all of my flights and hotel reservations to a designated inbox and voila, it built it out. The idea of this trip had been gestating for awhile however booking it was last minute, and while we have a few friend in-country that can guide us you never want to rely on them entirely because they’re doing their own thing so I use the AI generated feature to create some suggested activities. Even now I think I’ve only scratched the surface of what I can do and looking forward to many trips to new lands heretofore unexplored because it was frankly intimidating with the options, and when you’re traveling into time zones +13 hours ahead in places that friends and family have never visited it helps to have this planner..Version: 2.112

Perfect for a Planner!I have been using spreadsheets or word tables for years whenever planning complex vacations. I have given them up now since finding Wanderlog. Thank you. All my hotel bookings come straight in to my vacation, and the hints it comes up with are thought provoking. Being able to share the plan with people who might be joining me OR my mum and children so they know where I am planning to be has been great. I can leave days without definite destinations and others with full details. Great app for the iPhone and iPad..Version: 2.100

Best app for organising travelI was lying in bed thinking about how amazing it would be to have an app to help with my upcoming trip to Iceland. Grand visions of developing one myself and making some good coin, but when I checked in the morning I found out that the perfect app already exists. Wanderlog makes organising and recording your trip effortless. Have told all my friends about it. I never write reviews for apps but this one deserves it. Can’t recommend it enough..Version: 2.110

The most incredible travel app ever madeI've never encountered a travel app as comprehensive, practical, and user-friendly as Wanderlog. It made planning our trip to Barcelona with my wife a breeze, providing day-to-day itineraries to ensure we didn't miss anything the city had to offer. We even ventured to Madrid to visit family, and Wanderlog effortlessly mapped the best routes for each location using live map data. Whether utilizing the metro, long-range trains, or simply walking, Wanderlog allowed us to specify our mode of transportation for each leg of the journey. The app's restaurant recommendations were spot-on, seamlessly integrated into our daily plans. The insightful articles from various travel bloggers were a bonus, and being able to add mentioned locations directly to our itinerary was incredibly convenient. Now, as we plan our trip to Amsterdam and all future adventures, Wanderlog has become our go-to travel companion. If you're looking to maximize your travel experience and explore all the "must-see" locations, Wanderlog is indispensable. It's like having a modern travel agent at your fingertips, but even better.Version: 2.117

Used the app for a 5 week solo Europe and Israel tripThe app was amazing. All my attachments and documents in one place and attached to the day in my itinerary. all my hotel reservations. Click to get to google maps. Etc etc..Version: 2.104

Super useful for tripsI came across Wanderlog while looking for a way to dump ideas for my trip to Japan. I found the different categories really useful (hotels, flights, customisable groups, etc). My partner and I used it to plan our days as well. We used the map and recommendations quite frequently to add places close to our existing plans - thought those features were handy. Already thinking about my next trip to Japan (or elsewhere) and definitely will be using Wanderlog again. Can’t recommend it enough! Plus I really appreciate Peter and the team’s emails - feel really engaged and cared about as a user. Thanks team!.Version: 2.89

Super handy and easy to use!Love the features and saves a lot of time over manually creating my own itinerary. Love that all my booking info and map links are all handy and I don’t even have the pro version :).Version: 2.102

It has almost everything I want in a travel plannerI love this app. Truly. I love that it gives suggestions, that you can break things down by day down to the hours. I also like seeing all the points on the map however one thing it doesn’t have that I would really like to see is a line connecting all your travel points and a total distance option and directions available instead of just place by place. I’m planning a 12 day trip currently with over 76 stops and I can see the distance and get directions between each stop which is super convenient but I would also like an overview so I could calculate gas costs without having to use another app or website. Another thing that’s mildly annoying is that when you export to google maps the items in your itinerary don’t stay in the order you had them in via the app so it makes the google maps export kind of useless for me. Other than that I do really like it and I’m glad I found it..Version: 2.13

Really helpfulI'm truly enjoying this app for its ease in planning trips. It's fantastic how it organises places and times. However, I wish there was a monthly subscription option. An annual subscription of £40+ doesn't seem justified if I'm only using the service once or twice a year. Currently, I'm on the free trial and unlikely to commit to an annual plan. Despite this, I appreciate the app's features and functionality..Version: 2.102

Exactly what I needed to plan a tripI have been putting off planning a mini getaway vacation for me and husband to take because I like to make lists of everything and I just haven’t found the time or energy to start a spreadsheet for a travel itinerary. I didn’t even know where to start looking as far as a place to go let alone plan everything out then show my husband, get his opinions, go back and make changes to the itinerary, etc etc etc. This app solves everything and then some! It’s unbelievable! This app is a virtual Travel Agent at your fingertips 24/7, spoon feeding you the most up to date information on everything you need plus all kinds of fun ideas of things to see and do on your trip! One more great thing, you invite people to your planning so they can view or make changes (you give them the permissions) so they are always in the know! If you are planning a trip, you need to just give this a try it to see what I mean. I can’t imagine anyone not loving this app! I did not get paid to write this review. I actually never write reviews but felt the need to on this one!.Version: 2.50

A fantastic appI was looking for an app to help store all my docs to do with my travels. I then ended up planning my whole holiday on this and it was just fantastic. I was able to share it each day with the family. Brilliant.Version: 2.84

Travel planning essentialThis app is awesome and makes it fun to plan and organize my trips. The support team is also best in class from my experience. Highly recommend this app..Version: 2.112

Exactly what I neededI am planning our family vacation to Iceland and Italy for a whole month in June and I struggled finding an app that would help me decide on the cities to visit and the most optimized itinerary. I ended paying for the “optimized route” feature and it is totally worth it. I love that you have the ability to add sightseeing places, museums, parks, hotels, restaurants, etc to each day of your city visit. They have an integrated feature where you can pull suggested sights from TripAdvisor, Lonely Planet, Google, etc. I am having so much fun planning my trip with this app and I know our family will end up having an awesome and fulfilled vacation because I planned out each day instead of our typically spontaneous days where we end up missing key areas to visit, get lost, or spend too much time figuring out what we want to do. Highly recommend!.Version: 2.83

Awesome travel app! This app was so helpful for our family Europe trip. From planning, to saving confirmations, to sharing the itinerary with everyone, it was perfect!.Version: 2.116

Great itinerary planning appUsed this app to plan a 2 week holiday to Japan. We really useful to plan things from a high level perspective down to the finer details and planning. Link to open in other map apps was very helpful. Good options to move itinerary around during the planning and to add other items. Suggestions for places were helpful as well as hints when accommodation was still needing to be booked. Great functionality even without subscription. Would highly recommend..Version: 2.104

Wonderful WanderlogNothing makes a holiday more successful than a well planned trip. When travelling I like to have lots of choices to make the best of my time. Using this app has made every moment of my trip special. The app lets you plan every detail, so the things that are a must see are enjoyed and may even give you time to add more if that’s your thing. Being spontaneous is also a joy with a quick search on the app you can find somewhere to shop, eat or just chill. I now wouldn’t travel without it..Version: 2.76

One of the best apps available for multi centre trip planningI have been using Wanderlog to plan a 2 week RV holiday and it has become absolutely invaluable. It is a fantastic tool for planning a multi-centre holiday. It is very intuitive and provides all the features of comparable apps but without a paid subscription. The best things about this app are how quickly you can input data, how easy it is to navigate and the fact it can be used in a web browser. You can also share and export your trip. This is a great app with a personal touch..Version: 2.11

AmazingIts so helpful for planing trips, You don't need to pay. Love how they have a map showing where all your plans are..Version: 2.110
