✓ UselessI have set up the app and linked the watch to it. For my husband to be able to contact our child, he has to log in using my information and on the watch, only my information comes up. There is no way to set up for more than one contact. This is a waste of money and I will be returning the watch as it is no better than a V-Tech Walmart watch..BrfdbvnVersion: 1.4.9

✓ Hoping for moreI was so excited to see Sprint offer a kids watch, and so far we have been able to message back and forth, but I am hopeful for more updates and growth. The fact that the watch can only send and receive messages to one user is irritating. My husband has to log in as me in order to message the watch. Would love to be able to add additional users. What if there was an emergency and I wasn’t able to respond? Please tell me more updates are coming?!?.MandyGDizVersion: 1.5.3

✓ Very disappointedI was so so so excited when I saw this. I’m a sprint customer and absolutely love sprint but this Watch is a joke. I’ve never gotten any messages after several different attempts. BUT I do get sos texts so now my 8 year old thinks it’s okay to send those. The gps is way off. He was in school about to leave when it said leaving grandmas. Which mind you lives 3 hours away 🤣🤣. ✓ App not letting me registerApp not accepting any email id when I try to register, it simply bounces off request by error "something went wrong" , there is no information on how to deal with this either on youtube or google. please let me know if this app works at all or not. ✓ Do not get notifications of new messages on phoneCan send/receive messages but do not get notifications on phone. Have turned watch and phone off and back on and phone off and back on. Made sure app settings notifications is turned on. Also, it took me forever to figure out how to view and send messages in the app. The instructions online were not clear at all and I went as far as to try to chat online with a sprint tech support but they were no help at all and I eventually figured it out on my own. Thinking of returning and getting the kids watch from Verizon instead. They can make phone calls from that one and it actually works. My daughters best friend has one and loves it. ✓ AwfulThis was suppose to be able to allow my child to text me but it will only allow her to send a voice message that's not what was advertised!
