✓ Very RacistThe first thing I see when I open the app is a disclaimer to their racism. It says please understand that we cannot support/handle dark skinned selfies. Honestly it’s a cartoon face app there is no reason that being dark skinned should hinder adding cartoonish features to your face. Also they want you to be patient with their server that’s gonna crash and be unresponsive instead of fixing the problem. If I could give it no stars I would the cartoon graphics aren’t even good to begin with..Version: 1.0.6

✓ Pretty Not AccurateInstalled this and then uninstalled within 10 min. I know there is a little bit of imagination involved to create the cartoon look which is fine, but the filter does NOT look like a cartoon version of my wife. ✓ Not suitable for brown peopleThe app works fine. After you save one avatar you can’t save any more you would then have to subscribe which is fair enough. However if you are NOT white or Asian there is no point as it will not recognise your skin and make you white. So it is best for white people and Asians.Version: 1.0.2

✓ HorribleI never write reviews but this app is god awful.. I tried putting in pictures of me and every. single. time. the character was white (I’m black) and extremely deformed. I tried using different photos too and they all were terribly deformed and looked nothing like me. I decided to try them on my boyfriends photos and they were still extremely deformed. The only thing right on my boyfriends was his skin color and his hair (he’s white). This app seems really cool besides that and has potential- they just need to fix some things..Version: 1.0.2

✓ Racist and colorist. My friends and I are hurt and angry.I am disgusted. The first thing I saw when I opened the app was the disclaimer that all my black friends were getting too. That they do not have a dark skin avatar so they cannot “handle” a dark skin selfie. Beyond it being incredibly inelegant it is also clearly racist. Did this app originate in Asia? Is that why it appears the not understand the complexities of political correctness and inclusion? If you don’t have a dark skinned Avatar do not release the app at all. At least not in places where there are dark skinned people who would like to use it. You are limiting your user base just by doing that. It’s downright silly. And I don’t even think I need to say it is offensive and hurtful. You make dark skinned people feel alienated and outcast, perpetuating the hardships they already have to face living as some one with dark skin. Racism and colorism are not things you can just wish away with a disclaimer. You need to act upon it and do something about it. ✓ White anime girl in black faceI read the reviews & it stated that they white wash black people which is obviously a terrible thing by its self. but when i test this app with one of my favorite singers, something came up that is just so...ignorant. ✓ This is a total scam.At first you think its a costless offer, but you actually have to pay for it. $79 LTD, $7 for three days use on subscription. Every three days I get charges $7. I chose the three days use. From that comes a disclaimer notice that you must give 24 hour notice when you get off the subscription or you get charged again.
