✓ Cannot recommendAt first I just loved this game played it multiple times each day. I still like it but I had to stop playing it. The shaking moving shimmering shivering jumping is just unbearable. Those people who are still thinking about downloading this shouldn’t. Especially if they have a medical condition that would be aggravated by all of this moving shimmering shivering jumping all over the place. I reached my limit when the latest forced upgrade added even more of the shaking moving shimmering and jumping. ✓ Is your IQ under 50? You may enjoy this game!I am a huge jeopardy fan but do not see the point of this game. The first clue is going to be simple of course, and you would think it would get more challenging from there. Nope. I forced myself through the first four rounds of simple four-letter word scrambles and it was time to delete. ✓ This is a children's gameDont be fooled, I can't imagine any Jeopardy fan enjoying this game. It's so easy and simplistic my entire experience felt like a chore. I figured it was going to get more difficult as I progressed but after level 20 I lost patience and uninstalled. ✓ Purchase don’t work - developer said they’d fix but didn’tI tried making a purchase to get rid of the ads. It would go through Apple’s pay system - it would complete, charge my card and hand me back to the game which would then say (in a dialog box from the game): Sorry, purchases aren’t available right now. I ended up being charged three times before opening a help ticket with the developer. Their first response - clearly they didn’t read what I wrote because they were telling me how to trouble shoot Apple, not themselves. They finally understood and said they’ll work on it, thanks for being patient. Another round of questions from them and the same - we’re working on it. After waiting for a couple of weeks, I went back into their system to pull up my ticket, and it said: closed. Solved. Except their game still won’t provide the purchase after Apple charges you. Maybe if everyone stops playing their game it will get their attention. (Oh, and I’m sure Apple is paying them after taking their cut, so for people that make a purchase and get nothing and don’t know how to get a refund - this company is taking people’s money. ✓ Was An Enjoyable gameI used to enjoy playing this game. But ever since they made changes to the game, it has been a drag. You can’t collect any stars for doing the daily challenges, even though it says you can. I usually beat the challenges and I get no stars. This has been going for weeks. I contacted the support desk, and all I got was “the developers have been made aware of the situation.” That has been at least 3 weeks. ✓ Thieves!I’ve bought their $5.99 bundle twice because it gave me an error activating it both times. I have been charged twice and have nothing to show for it. I’ve tried restoring purchases and get an error. Both purchases have gone through apple and I’ve been charged for them. This is theft. This company is stealing from people. I have opened a complaint with this company and am awaiting a response but if I am not refunded, I will be opening a formal complaint with Apple and the Better Business Bureau and I implore everyone that has been screwed by this company to do the same thing. Companies like this keep stealing from people because nobody will do anything about it. Delete their game, trash their name, and make sure others don’t become victims of big business. This is wrong and this company should be ashamed of themselves. If purchases aren’t available, it shouldn’t even be an option. They know exactly what they’re doing. ✓ Game stopped workingI have been playing and enjoying Words for five months now and accumulated quite a high score. Then suddenly the game has stopped working. I have tried reinstalling three times and doing a backup from the cloud and it still will not work. It shows my score at the top but then a blank blue screen with only music playing. I have not been able to get in contact with support at all. No one has responded to my messages which is very frustrating as this is one of my favorite apps.
