✓ MONEY GRAB!This app used to actually work and it was free if I remember correctly. Now they charge $8.99 a week and no taxes actually go through. I would like a refund. I have reach out to customer service and only received a generic automated response to everything but my actual concern which is why faxes are not sending successfully. Beware!!!! Also be careful with your information since this is not a working app it could be collecting not only your money but your information..Version: 1.5.6
✓ Never works when you need it tooSuper expensive considering I have canceled my subscription and then somehow was still charge weekly for who knows how many months- all so I could try to send a couple of time sensitive fax-that of course never went through. Even tried getting help through the app but that didn’t correct the issue either so I think our of six months only 1 fax was sent successfully. Waste of money time and effort.Version: 1.3.2
✓ $8.99 one week charge for a no-show faxSigned up for the app, as I needed fast delivery of an emergency fax. I liked the benefit of having my own fax number and was willing to pay the $8.99 a week for the service. (I chose not to pay the $89 for the year thankfully.) The record of the fax was “sent” on the sender’s end and verified by a different agent than the one who sent. I did not receive. Still hasn’t shown 3 days later. I also see even if you pay annually this mobile fax app company will shift and give you a new fax number every 30 days. Great for a drug dealer or scam artist, but not for me. ✓ Couldn’t useThis app sucked. I paid $8 or $9 bucks whatever the amt was, and I wasn’t able to use it! The app kept on freezing and taking a long time to load. I tried faxing numerous times, and was never able to complete a fax. I tried getting my fax number, so I could forward it to my colleagues, and it just kept reloading forever and ever and ever!! I emailed the company and never got a response. I’m glad I tried it out for one week before committing to a year. Don’t waste your money with this one. ✓ Authentic fax experienceIf you’re looking to waste your time, this is the perfect app for you. Every page on the app takes about as long to load as a normal fax would take to send. Half the time the fax doesn’t even go thru. Unfortunately I already payed the 8.99. I’m definitely going to go out of my way to tell people to not use this app, and also to write bad reviews :) oh also, your “app support” is a spammy give away page. What a joke..Version: 1.2.4
✓ App never worked - save your time and moneyThe app never worked. I reached out to the support team who never responded over a 10 day period. They charge on weekly basis so I paid for two weeks for something that never worked. I am still waiting for a response but won’t hold my breath. ✓ ScamI downloaded this app to send a fax. I paid $8.99 for a weekly subscription in order to be able to send my fax. Despite trying to send over the course of several days, the fax never sent. Instead, the app kept erroring out. I ended up taking the documents to a local print shop and they faxed to the same number and the fax went immediately and was confirmed by the recipient. This app does not work, and simply exists to take your money without ever providing the service..Version: 1.5
✓ Waste of MoneyI bought a week subscription to fax a single page. It never worked for me. The app also had a difficult starting up. (~5 minutes). Then of course the fax kept failing to send. I texted it by sending it to a working fax machine in front of me. This was also while trying to fax for maybe 5 minutes. I submitted two different help requests. No response. ✓ I want a refundI bought this membership hoping that it would be my go to fax application. I can’t send a fax with it so what’s the point of paying for it though? I am sending this fax to college board so there’s no way their number is incorrect, even if it was I spent the last hour on the phone with them to get an alternative number. That didn’t work either. ✓ Impossible to contactI signed up for the membership for a short while and canceled when I was finished using it. I contacted support months and months ago and they just keep charging you and they are absolutely impossible to contact and they do not respond. ✓ Worked great until it stopped!This worked well for a couple months and then just stopped. I tried to contact support and heard nothing. I had to buy another app. The faxes just wouldn’t go through, even though if I called the numbers they were indeed fax machines and not busy. ✓ Beware! Will keep on charging after deleting appI don’t even have this any longer and it keeps on charging my bank account. It’s $9 a month it’s a complete scam. It works to send a fax. But if you only need to send one fax and try to stop it it won’t stop charging your account each month. Beware if you don’t intend to keep using it!!! I have to cancel my entire debit card in order to stop the charges. $9 a month added up for nothing being used is WAY TO EXPENSIVE!!! ✓ Wasted 9 dollarsApp was laggy from the beginning (iPhone XR). Could not even load my fax number to view it (app force shut down after loading for several minutes). Unable to send fax to known working phone number, even via multiple file types (through built-in camera, pdf, from photo library) over multiple attempts. Finally forced to fax using a different app, which worked perfectly. ✓ Not sending my fax after multiple attemptsI have been very discouraged trying to use this app. First it’s difficult to open up on my iPhone 11 unlike other app. Then when I send the fax it takes forever and then I can’t tell what it was sent or not. If I go back and look at history it says it wasn’t sent. I have tried this in multiple locate locations after multiple times during the day and different days. Have been trying it on Wi-Fi and cellular doesn’t seem to make a difference. I’ve contacted the developer and have had no response yet. I’m about ready to give up and try another one.I read the reviews on their site. ✓ Dont waste your money or timeWarning!! This app is a scam!! It immediately charges you $4.99 then wont allow you to access photo but instead makes you scan..then it claims “it takes two minutes to send s fax”...so i scanned my document, hit send and it claims it takes 9 minutes to send..but never finishes sending..then just shuts the app each time you try to resend. It keeps trying to send my fax from a foreign country using the “1” before the areacode...and we all know most fax machine software doesnt accept foreign phone numbers due to large amounts of spam. I have reached out for help from this apps “contact services” and I have not heard anything back. ✓ Pretty much worthlessI had to receive a fax so I paid for a week of this app. I received the fax, but then could only read it on my mobile device or re-fax it out. The forwarding functionality to email, messages, etc is broken in the app. Contacted customer support. No response. ✓ This app has to be a jokeIn the first sentence in the description of this app is the question: “Have to work from home?” I bought this app because I do have to work from home and I do not have a landline installed, so I thought this application would give me the tools to receive and print faxes. Receiving the fax worked well, I was even notified quickly of the received fax, but I cannot print the fax. I have an iPad Pro with the latest iPadOS installed. When I click on the box with an up arrow that should give me multiple options, including print, nothing happens. I wrote the support team before 2:00 pm and it is now almost 8:00 pm and I still have not received a reply to my request for help. I really wish I had chosen one of the many other fax programs rather than this one. ✓ Does Not WorkDownloaded app, tried sending an 11-page PDF fax (with cover) to my own fax number as a test, and it failed to send though it seemed to make the attempt. Saw a message to Resend, tapped the Resend button, saw an ad appear, I closed the ad and I was still unable to send with no valid indication as to why. I deleted the test fax from my queue, recreated the fax, retried sending and the fax would not send at all (not even make an attempt like the first test) though I kept seeing ads pop-up. I have chosen to delete the app. Totally doesn’t do what it claims..Version: 1.1.8
✓ App did not work and is a waste of timeThis app does not work, don't waste your time. Downloaded app, then opened. It took A long to open but finally did. Cost is $8.99 a week or there is a monthly/yearly option. Selected a weekly option with plan to cancel after I sent to document… Drafted a fax without issue, tried to send and it would never send. Drafted again, same issue. Deleted app to try again. Same issue, slow to open. Once open, it won’t recognize the current subscription… Finally deleted the app and requested a refund. ✓ FAX APPThis app appears to function however; 1. I find the fact that you cannot keep a record of the fax a major problem, 2. There is no way to confirm that the recipient actually received the fax, 3. The cover sheet calls for the senders fax number which in fact is one’s own cell number and not an actual fax number. ✓ Is this a Real App?I need it to receive an important fax so I figured I’ll just let me go and download the app and set up a fax number so that I can receive the information I needed. Unfortunately this app takes at least a minute to start and I know it’s not my phone because I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro Max and every other app that I open on my phone seems to run flawlessly. Everything seem to be working properly until I paid, once I paid for the one week subscription the app started acting up. I tried to go into settings and look and see what the fax number what’s that for but every time I go to that section in the app it just keeps spinning, I’ve tried it on cellular connectivity and with Wi-Fi connectivity and I’m still unable to get this I have to respond properly. Definitely going to be requesting a refund for the subscription fee since I never got a chance to use it..Version: 1.2.4
