✓ Buggy at BestUsers report frequent crashes while performing work orders. Data lost include notes, pictures, timestamps, and observations. This is incredibly cumbersome, as the work the technicians are doing requires being in the resident units, so they are having to go back into units to redo work orders and inspections for proper documentation. The only solution we found is to delete the app and then reinstall, but that’s a very temporary solution.
