✓ PerformanceI’d give this game 5 stars but the performance this game runs at, even on the lowest graphics setting it jumps and lags like the frame rate ruining the control or flow of the overall experience. For reference I played on my iPhone XR and iPad Air 3rd generation. Hope there’s a performance tweak fix coming in the future..ErometalVersion: 1.14

✓ Unfortunately, update did not fix heat / battery issuesSadly, the updates made no difference for me. The battery drain is worse than any game I've played in many years and after one song, my phone got searing hot right through the case like I left it in the car during the summer. This is all on low graphics and 10% effects. I'll have to drop my rating because for me, the game is unplayable now. It's not good for the phone to get constantly this hot. ✓ I should have listened to the other reviews...I enjoyed the first one so much! Yet, I felt that this was a HUGE step backwards. Yes, it’s beautiful, but there are things that I miss from the first one that aren’t in BH2. One thing is the floating screen... I can’t stand that the screen doesn’t move with the ship, like in the first one. My thumbs get in the way of some ships and end up getting destroyed. Another things is why remove the single thumb control?! I played this game because I wanted to chill and have a visual experience while listening to music that I store on my phone, but the dual stick wasn’t for me. Lastly, the GAME RUNS EXTREMELY HOT and this is coming from an iPhone 12 user. It’s unfortunate, but I actually want a refund. This is sub par to the first one. Please release an update ASAP that will allow beat hazard 2 to support music streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music. I like getting new ships every time I complete a new song. But I’m almost running out of new ships since I can only play about 422 songs. The remaining songs are what I bought through Apple Music. ✓ 11Pro Max. Heats the phone.I used to play the first one in an iPod. I saw an ad and downloaded it. It is not compatible with Apple Music, so if you think you can play songs from there it won’t. After one song the phone has heat up so much that I got a warning to have the phone cool down before using again. It works great with an Xbox one controller with little to no lag input. If there’s a patch that fixes the heating problem I’ll probably come back to edit this review. Also have more songs added..AntNotLowVersion: 1.14

✓ Won’t play my musicFor some reason it only recognizes a few of the songs I’ve bought and downloaded on my phone, sometime just one or two from an entire album. How can it recognize one but not all of the songs off an album when they were bought and downloaded together? Defeats the whole purpose of buying the game. Extremely disappointed.
