✓ Great for Focus and Calming downI usually use the app first thing in the morning before I check any of my messages to “set the mood for the day” so to speak - also really good for focusing. I like the added soundtracks but mostly use the immersive option. I think the more music they add the better the app will be - sometimes I feel like the music gets kind of repetitive. I don’t usually fill out my mood change after I’m done listening so that probably messes up the results in terms of “mood improvement” but I find it too tedious to fill out twice..Dyager23Version: 1.5.1
