Always crashing and under maintenanceI liked this app in the beginning but slowly it started to go downhill with the app always crashing, some days I’m not able to load money on my card, always under maintenance and it more inconvenient than it is convenient for a person like myself who gets paid semi monthly..Version: 1.59.1

Please give me my moneyUsing Dayforce is overall good, but I’m having a problem trying to get pass the login. I know my gmail and password, but everytime when I try to login, it always says something about the Wi-Fi that’s not making me able to. That’s funny though cause my Wi-Fi is working and there’s no problem with it. Why don’t you let me login in? I have money in there that I want to use. I don’t feel safe leaving my money there anymore. Please let login to get my money. That is my money that I work for hours. I want my money out of that app right now..Version: 1.46.2

FraudI used this service only once and never again. I had a transaction listed that I did not do and I tried calling the customer service number. I typed in the account number 3 times correctly and each time it said it was incorrect. A cs rep got on the phone but disconnected me after I gave my phone number for verification. The second call, I got a cs rep again because again it stated my account number was incorrect. I then gave them my phone number and date of birth for verification but then insisted I give the last 4 digits of my social security number. I asked them if they could see the number and they said yes so I told them only the last 2 numbers and stated that since I’d had such issues with the phone service not accepting my number, I wasn’t comfortable giving the last 4. If they could see the numbers, they should have been able to verify by my giving the last 2 only. The rep insisted they couldn’t so I asked for a supervisor. He refused to get a supervisor. Sorry but that is another huge red flag. Transaction that wasn’t mine, invalid account number while I was holding the card, disconnected after the first call, refusal to get a supervisor. All this seems pretty shady to me so I will not be using the service again. Fortunately it was not a large amount of money since I can’t get it back..Version: 1.65.1

The worse customer service ever!These people are taking money out from peoples accounts then talking about it’s because you had pending transactions and they need to make adjustments… Whole time they’re taking all the money from the available pay just for them to make “adjustments.” Then when you call and talk to these people they have no clue or idea what to help you with and put you on hold just for them to hang up. Could have been the bestIf it weren’t for the vulnerabilities exposed through the app by the horrible torturing hacker named Luke that destroys my life, I would still have all the money that I earned instead of the money stolen from my available pay before I could transfer it to my card. I thought I could trust Ceridian and use this as an alternative to a branch checking account. But now I demand to know what Ceridian plans to do to take evasive action in an attempt to resolve this matter in cybersecurity/cybercrime. I plan to file an IC3 report so I expect Ceridian to take this matter very seriously as it will lead the capture and arrest of a very terrible criminal that is destroying people’s lives..Version: 1.46.3

Dayforce/ customer serviceHorrible!!! Waited 3 weeks for my card and to get a new verification number sent through the mail. I received the card and had NO VERIFICATION number! I’ve had problems with Dayforce for along time. Holding time is an hour! How ridiculous! DO NOT USE THIS APP!!Never in my entire life have I encountered such incompetent, rude, dishonest and unprofessional people. This “bank” app should be shut down. They have somehow “lost” my $950! No one can tell me anything other than “there was a glitch in our system”. They opened a case on Thursday, November 30th at 8:12 am. This was 12 hours after my money went missing. I was told it would take TWO BUSINESS DAYS to get a resolution from the technical team. Of course, TWO EQUALS FOUR BECAUSE IT WAS OVER THE WEEKEND. Not to mention it happened on the 30th, my rent is due on the 1st, and they had my rent money. Regardless if this is resolved on Monday, I will never use this as a bank again! Bad appThis is a really bad app I think they give people access to your card information to take ur money like it’s a scam I saw someone else in the comment say something about a 782 dollar target purchase and day force would not give them there money back this happened to me about to days ago with a Walgreens purchase all the way from Floridia when I live in Indianapolis they claim that my money will be back in 45-90 days which is too long and not only that they are probably gonna refuse they claim..Version: 1.63.0

Give Me My Money!I needed access to my hard-earned money to purchase groceries but instead Dayforce Wallet blames my internet connection for its own technical issues! I have perfectly functioning internet connection both cellular data and WiFi!! Everything works except your garbage app! If your app is having technical issues then own up to your own errors rather than blaming others, that’s extremely unprofessional and childish! I can understand technical difficulties and I’ll be patient but blaming my internet connection when it’s clearly working perfectly fine is a red flag. I refuse to deal with such unprofessionalism, I will be deleting DayForce Wallet and I will tell my co-workers to tread carefully with this app. I’ll gladly return when it is under new management that understands business etiquette..Version: 1.59.1

Seems scammyI downloaded the app and attempted to connect to my dayforce account. After an hour of buffering, I decided to connect the app to my account manually as instructed (Log into dayforce from a web browser , go to profile, go to settings, go to apps….what do you know. “Apps” isn’t under settings. I can’t find “apps” anywhere on the dayforce website. And now after reading all these bad reviews about losing money. I think I’ll pass..Version: 1.60.1

Can’t even log inI keep getting an error that the app needs updating but when I go on the Apple Store to update it, it’s already updated. Called customer service, said they were going to reach out to me in 24-48hrs and here we are days later still not able to log into the account..Version: 1.70.0

Switched BanksRecently DF Wallet switched to a different bank and it disrupted near all of their services. The card failed to be shipped, I therefore couldn’t activate it. When I asked support if we can update the digital card so that I can use it immediately I was told this isn’t an option. It’s a blessing in disguise, though. These apps are a free version of a Payday Loan, which is wonderful in the event of an emergency. It isn’t wonderful, however, when you’re now short x dollars and lo and behold you’re borrowing money again. It’s a vicious cycle and the time spent not being able to use it means I’ll be back to a healthy paycheck and budgeting correctly again without having to assume a loan withdrawal being necessary. Don’t trap yourself. If you can live a few days without the thing, do it. If you can depend on a real person to help you, do it. Otherwise you end up like me and miss payments for the couple weeks of recovery..Version: 1.72.1

ATM List Needs UpdatingI just tried this app out and received my card. Unfortunately I drove to 3 towns to find a bank that was still in existence where I could use the ATM. FIX YOUR SERVERSI understand that sometimes the servers go down or whatever. But for them to go down so frequently is extremely inconveniencing. All the other features doesn’t matter if i can’t access my money. Thats what the whole point of having this app. I have 5G, unlimited data and full bars and the app still doesn’t load ip sometimes. If it was a thing that happens every once in a while, but the frequency of the outages make it a bigger problem than it should. Also the ability not to transfer funds immediately to peer to peer banking apps like cash app is also a weird feature to skimp out on. Funds stolen! Fraud! No security protecting employee funds!Do not use. As someone with years of payroll and Human Resource experience, I cannot recommend this app or debit card to ANY employee or employer. This app/debit card does not protect employee funds. My card was used to make a fraudulent purchase to the tune of $786 at Target in Brooklyn, New York and I live in South Carolina. I have provided supporting documents showing my location at time of fraudulent purchase and they continue to deny my claim. I’ve asked for the contact information for the investigation department, investigation documents, and a call back from a supervisor on three occasions, and am told they do not have this information, nor can they tell me what was done on my behalf, only that my claim is denied. Do you enjoy wondering if you’re going to afford a bill because Dayforce randomly took $200+ out of your account? Do you enjoy being embarrassed in public because your card declined from insufficient funds, the same day you add over $200 to your account? If you answered yes to any of these questions I have the app for you!! Icing on the cake was receiving a text asking if a gas purchase I made was legitimate. I said it was legit. I then checked my statement to see Dayforce took all my money out except 36 cents. Why bother with fraudulent protection if you’re just going to rob me directly? Absolute scam. I’m disappointed my seemingly professional employer offered this service. It’s predatory for making people think you can get paid today, only to rob you dry when you most need it. DO NOT use this app as a banking app. Immediately withdraw the funds you transfer in to save the cash or deposit into your main account. If you let your money sit in Dayforce it will disappear..Version: 1.68.0

DO NOT USE THIS APPI accidentally transferred money to a closed bank account. The bank rejected it but it’s been 10 days and it’s not back on my Dayforce card. The initial mistake was mine but it’s ridiculous that I can’t get a straight answer from their customer service team when I call about when it will be resolved. They barely speak English and are not helpful at all. Use a real bank with customer service agents that are not repeating from a script. If you put in a dispute they say it takes 45 days. Scam companyThis company stole money out of my account and then declined a transaction twice I was trying send thru cash app.I called the company to ask how does a transaction get declined twice and u still debit the account?they had no answer and basically said I would get the money credited back in 4 business days!!! Extremely unreliable and rude customer serviceThis app places $360 on my card today, used the card for $15 and now checked it an hour later as i need the card again, and the money was gone, clicked “contact customer support” i was told that the pay roll for my company is who i had to call, they leave at 5pm, how are they going to add and then take money away from me when noone is even at the company?? On top of the person i spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, i tend to have A LOT of issues with this card and company, business owners: if you care about your employees, DO NOT use this horrible company..Version: 1.36.1

Tech glitches prevent access to moneyWorks ok most of the time, but occasionally there are tech issues where you can’t add any available funds. And according to their support team, there is LITERALLY no other way to add funds but with the app. So when this happens you’re out of luck. Glitchy and unreliableFor the millionth time since I started using this app, it is glitching and my available pay has not shown up. After my shift Thursday, my money didn’t show up but I decided to give it time even though I have bills to pay and I am now accruing late fees because of this situation. Went to work yesterday hoping maybe it would fix itself by the time I got off work and of course it did not. I am now sitting here 4 days later without my money and without any answers about my money. I already know when I call tomorrow for help, their support center won’t have any answers or solutions so now I literally have to wait around because dayforce wallet is not reliable. I hoped this would change when they switched banks but it didn’t so this is my final straw and I would not recommend anyone to use this app..Version: 1.70.0

Need access to my money at all times periodIt’s nice getting paid daily, but that’s moot when the entire app goes down for maintenance and all of a sudden I can’t buy gas or food at the moment I need to. Adult pay roll serviceThis is an awful pay roll service, they sent my card to the incorrect apartment my card was returned when I updated my apartment number I have to wait 10 more days on-top of answering security questions they create not ones that I was asked when creating an account I sent my identification in with a week left until expired and they refuse my id because it’s almost expired, then want you to pay nearly $40 for a new card even tho the mailing address was return to sender. Now I’m almost out a whole pay period waiting for my check, definitely would not recommend this third party service to anyone, the employees are no help once you join you can not deactivate an account very unprofessional, employees will speak over you or not answer your call after waiting 30 minutes. Not worth the headache your employees will get from using this third party pay roll system find someone else..Version: 1.62.0

Missing moneyDayforce took it upon themselves to do a change over without my authorization. Funds I’ve added from available pay to my account are missing and my check is also missing. I have money that I have to try to find now. I only rated one star because if it wasn’t for available pay I wouldn’t use it. It is supposed to be easy to use and easy access to your money but they made it difficult doing so. I also never had a physical card for the last card I had before the change over. I called and called for hours and months trying to get one to never receive one when they say i did and didn’t. They have my right address so i am assuming that they lied in regards to receiving a physical card. I am still waiting on my next card because I can’t access any of the funds I recently made until I receive that. I can’t even use Apple Pay. I haven’t found my card and I talked to a couple of customer service reps that just argue and never solve the issue or get me to someone that can. DON’T DO ITI tried the app for a week and all the other reviews are absolutely 100% true. I didn’t set up direct deposit i just used the pay loan from them. They loaned me the money but held my direct deposit from my chime account. Soon I disconnected my Dayforce account from the wallet app my check was deposited to come but they locked me out of the wallet app. I will be deleting my account in the morning and reporting this company to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the app to Apple Store..Version: 1.69.0

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASHI’ve used Dayforce Wallet in the past with a previous company with no issues. However, when I started at my new company getting my account restarted was the MOST difficult process. There was people on the customer service line like HECTOR who would just literally say, “Your card is canceled sorry there is nothing we can do.” And thankfully I had a few people who would actually ask questions, look into it and would try walking through different steps with me. Sadly, my account is still basically frozen because of “message” that nobody can seem to help me with. I was able to get into my account but that is it, I can’t get money out through my digital card. I’m waiting on my physical card but I assume there will be issues with that. One time I called for help and they bounced me from the Wallet help line to the Bank help line back to the Wallet help line. Both saying it wasn’t there issue… then whose issue is it? IT’S BEEN A WEEK. I’ve had nothing done and nobody will let me talk to a manager or anyone that can help. This customer service line is ABSOLUTE TRASH! I don’t recommend this app..Version: 1.68.0

HorribleI've been getting an error message on the app for almost a week now. I’ve deleted the app multiple times and changed my password. Called customer service and they said it could take 7-10 days to resolve the issue IF they can even figure out what the problem is.
