✓ Last update makes it crash on iPhone 6 PlusCan’t open on iPhone 6 after last update. I click it opens for a second and immediately closes again. I’ve deleted app and reinstalled and shut off phone etc. It just doesn’t work anymore..Version: 1.0.75
✓ Not for the feint of heart!Ok, so I am a week in and have been playing daily since launch day. Generally speaking this is a brilliant game. It has depth, options and is very involved. Don’t let this put you off! It will take some time to get used to the interface but it’s a more rewarding experience because of it. On the plus side it has nice graphics for a mobile game, has lots of replay value with a long campaign as well as PvP. The PvP is done very well being completely separate and optional. You can choose to enter the “Arena” or take part in a legion (clan) battle but there is no loss of resources like in other games which is great. Unfortunately the timing of the events is not great for those of us in Europe. The Arena is open from 1700-1800 and 0000-0100 during which time I am driving from work and sleeping so when lockdown ends I may struggle to participate. There is also an “Enemy Invasion” which is a little like a raid where you take on a super boss; this is also around midnight. Once you start to level up you can run “Joint Operations” where you play with other players fleets, you can mine for resources, take place in scenarios etc. You get a lot of content for a freemium app. There is, with most free to play games, in app purchases. This may lead to others getting an advantage if they buy more officers etc, however, even if you loose in PvP you still get currency and as previously mentioned is optional so it’s not impacted me like in other titles with “whales” keeping you down and taking all your resources. The English in the game is questionable and is like something straight from google translate. This can be frustrating at times as some dialogue doesn’t make sense and makes it hard to understand new features or how something impacts ship performance. In summary Pros: In depth Nice graphics PvP handled very well Lots of different activities Cons: English is poorly written Event times not European friendly May be too complex for a casual experience Overall, I love it and know I will be playing it for a long time.Version: 1.0.5
✓ Great gameI am addicted to this game. It’s very nice for goal oriented people. Just be careful about spending money. Things in this game are are very expensive. Don’t spend much money unless your budget allows for at least several hundred a month. Otherwise it’s not worth it. Just play the slow grind..Version: 1.0.73

✓ Very funIf you like space battles with ships you control or allow the cpu to control? This is the game for you. It’s been a blast so far. The mission can get a bit repetitive once you w dig deep into them. But upgrading your fleet is still fun. My only wish for this game is collabs with some space anime’s. A robotech crossover would fit in SO well. Hope the devs read this review. Having the SDF-1 and/or 3 with veritech fighters and zentradi with battlepods? Sweet lord make it happen!!! ✓ There is just so much awesome game here...I loved Galaxy Reavers 1 and would return to it regularly. This is a richly enjoyable and absorbing reboot. It rewards time spent playing with HUGE battleships so there is no need to pay anything unless you want to. If you get stuck just keep plugging away at all the other elements of this layered and complex game and you make a breakthrough in good time. The English translations are perhaps a little shonky but I find that is part of the charm..Version: 1.0.5

✓ FunSingle player game is complex enough to have you playing a few weeks to figure everything out. Time requirement is roughly an hour spread over a day if you want to max development of your ships. 1vs1 and 1vs AI is engaging enough to allow various strategies. Team/legion conflicts are straightforward enough to reward simple coordination and a well organised group can beat a stronger disorganised one. Always make sure to join the newest server to be on the same power level as the other players..Version: 1.0.73
✓ Translator would helpThe gameplay is fun. Graphics great. Fairly good p2w vs f2p balance. Biggest hindrance is the translation in game. Many items and captain special abilities don’t make any sense or just don’t do what they say. It seems to be a language to language issue. Not game breaking but a bit annoying when trying to pick captains and abilities. Story has the same issue with the npcs but I skip them anyway. Ships are a step up from the original. ✓ Fun but needs a little workGame is fun but whoever is doing the translations in the game isn’t very good. A lot of things in the game aren’t explained very well. This is partially because of the poor translation. I’ve learned a lot from trial and error with the help of some friends. ✓ Good Besides 1 flawI think this game is really good it keeps me engaged and wanting to get better ships and equipment. But I’ve had one very annoying bug. The game always seems to disconnect for some reason making me have to reconnect. It happens to me around 2 times a minute and can be very frustrating. This disconnection problem doesn’t happen to any other app or game on my phone that requires internet. ✓ Updating My Review From 3*s - 5*sI am updating my previous review from 3*s to 5*s I previously gave It 3* On The Reputation Of The 1st Game but deducted 2*s because of game support issues After playing Galaxy Reavers 2 a while and having contacted support for one or two issues that i had experienced. The support staff were quick to respond to my email and had my game issues solved in no time So i now give the game all 5 stars. I’m glad that we’re able to have multiple ships, and we can have miniature fighters fly around the bigger ships and protect them. ✓ Better game than mostBeen playing Galaxy Reavers 2 for a few months now and unlike other games with in app purchase....this game actually gives you some nice upgraded stuff without having to pay for them...kudos to the developer. Of course they can’t give it away all the time, sometimes you have to work for it and sometimes your legion members donate them. But (and there is always a but). The enemy invasion and legion battle..still scratching my noggin on that one. Enemy invasion ....only the leader and deputy can start them so if those players aren’t online..well you can’t play it as a lowly member. Legion battle is also a doozy but I’ve learned to just place my fleet and wait for the reward he he but overall this game is better than most of the games I played...they’re not greedy developers like other games do..Version: 1.0.71

If you enjoy space games with non-stop fleet commanding action, this is definitely the game for you. Endless upgrades, easy interface and just generally well put together. ✓ Server instability / overpopulationOverall, I love this game. The graphics and smoothness hook you, and the rng loot system is stable, even allowing high tier gear at low levels, even if you can’t use it. It presents a personal goal to build towards, or share while in a legion! However; almost every press of a button results in a disconnect, prompting a reconnect interface. This happens often. All servers are listed as ‘Hot’, to which I can only assume means they are full. There should be more servers to pad out your loyal fan base for a smoother interaction. I haven’t gotten to pvp quite yet, but restricting it to certain times in order to accommodate server overpopulation is ingenious! I can’t wait to build a King Carrier, as I have a little ways to go still, it looks beautiful! I was even able to obtain a Cruiser of the federation before unlocking it by level, making the ship that much more valuable to my fleet!.Version: 1.0.5

✓ Great Game But...The game is amazing with beautiful graphics and a solid setup for great success. However, there continues to be an issue with recycling ships that the developers have yet to fix. The bug becomes evident when you try to recycle a ship that may have been used in a previous lineup; however, although users remove those respective ships from the lineup, an error pops up when trying to recycle that says,” The warship is not recoverable in the combat lineup of the Military Competition.” This inability to recycle ships at will reduces the players’ ability to use resources that were previously used for another ship. ✓ Great gameDefinitely what I was looking for on version 2, getting to play the game against and with other. Paying gives you a hand but not a major advantage so those who don’t can’t compete with good skills. The only negative, and reason why I left is the legion battles and arena battles, crucial for high end development are at fixed time. If they even moved this for different servers I would have stayed. 2am is just too hard for me to work and play. Still great game and perfect if you gmt is +6 to -6..Version: 1.0.73
