Brilliant appI downloaded this app after doing Courtney’s free live workouts - which became addictive! After finding myself short for time and knowing the lives get posted on her app daily, I was excited to sign up to her app so I could fit them around my own schedule. I downloaded and subscribed to the app and I was so surprised! The app was beyond what I imagined. You really do get your moneys worth. There are endless amounts of choices of workouts and so many amazing food recipes, it’s what I wanted and much more. The app also sets you up and recommends calorie goals for all those who take calories into consideration - like myself - it’s simply perfect. Courtney is an extremely inspiring human being and she makes the most fun workouts and it means so much to be a part of her squad! Not to forget, my body has changed in the very short time I have started her workouts. I’m so glad I found her, she’s changed my life..Version: 2.0

The best fitness app out there!!!I started following Courtney on Instagram around last June after hearing from a friend how good she was. I had been out of fitness for 2 years and was unsure if I could get back into it after an injury and lack of motivation. I started off trialing her free IGTV workouts to get a taster and absolutely loved it, so fun and so motivational. I ended up downloading the app and doing my first challenge in August. Courtney has made me fall in love with fitness again. Every challenge gets better and better. I am seeing better results now than when I was at the gym. For me I have seen major benefits in my health, fitness level, energy & sleep. I feel happier, healthier and stronger. The physical aspect is a great bonus and boost of confidence. I had an emergency c-section that left me with a lower belly pouch, I can say that it has reduced majorly in size and a lot flatter. My little boy even likes to join in, especially the boxing. I started off doing her low impact alternatives during the workout but now I can do most/sometimes all high impact as my foot injury has strengthened. Thank you Courtney. THE MOST AMAZING FITNESS APP EVER!Ive been following Courtney black and her home workouts since March 2020 and let me just say she is amazing and has changed my life massively. I used to go the gym but hate the feeling of people looking at me and be worried about the way I looked so I wouldn’t go over to machinery I didn’t know how to use and It just didn’t make me feel good constantly worrying and being watched when exercise should make you feel super happy and positive. These home workouts have completely changed my life. I love to workout and now there’s no worry about people in the gym. The workouts are so challeging, varied and fun I can’t rave about them enough. Every week your training all your muscle groups and getting stronger each day! Also don’t think that these workouts are easy because there at home, They are so challenging and tough (in a good way) and my body has changed so much. All the meals on the app are gorgeous and have enabled me to eat so many different meals and all within your macros. It’s honestly better than any cook book or website recipes. If your debating getting the app I 100% recommend to join the Facebook group and chat to us, see everyone’s before and after pics and ask any questions your thinking about. AMAZING ALL ROUNDER!!This app has changed my life!! Having had a baby 10 months ago I haven’t had the motivation to get back into fitness... until now! I watched the lives when I could on instagram but having a baby made it impossible to make them every time. I have lost 10lbs in 6 weeks and have started seeing a more toned, stronger me. This app lets me work out when I want (unbelievably Courtney uploads the lives around 2 hours after they have been filmed which is insane! So you can still do them the same day), the workouts are so easy to follow, there is a specific workout plan for you if you don’t want to follow the lives, THE FOOD IS UNREAL! (Please try the sweet potato brownies!) and everything is planned out for you so you don’t even have to think about what you’re doing/eating! Also the new MFP-like feature is fab for logging non-CB meals! #TrainedbyCBI following Courtney’s work outs long before the lockdown and the app, going to the gym and using her instagram posts as guides. Lockdown was a hard change for everyone, my mental health was really effected and my motivation to keep fit really dropped. But then Courtney’s career exploded across the nation. The enthusiasm for her work got me off the sofa and start following the live work outs again. I’ve fallen back in love with fitness and focused more on my wellbeing, it’s become a new way of life rather than a ‘diet routine’. My work place reopened and my working routine was put back into place so the lives time on Instagram no longer worked for me. So I got the app.... Will I go to the gym again .... Well I don’t need too, you get everything and more on the app. Work outs, diet plans for both in and out the gym. You can even add your own foods to calorie track. Best fitness app ever!I’ve tried so many fitness apps out there. None compare to Courtney’s. She’s the best trainer. She’s super motivational, fun and even personal. Wow! Best shape of my lifeAs much as lockdown and covid has been awful, one of the very few great things to come out of it is; 1. My introduction to CB and her story 2. The CB app, it’s recipes and real time workouts, the sweat is real! #28DayChallengesaremyfav 3. My CB results! I’ve never been as toned, strong or as healthy in my life. I’ve been slim yes, when I’ve dieted and just done boring runs, but now... now, I’ve got toned, strong arms (and I’ve always hated my fat man arms) I have a round bum, perm bum and for the first time, no back fat. LIFECHANGING APPI’ve always struggled to stick to workout/diet plans, I started following Courtney on Instagram when lockdown started and I can safely safe I am hooked! She keeps me so motivated and her live workouts have kept me going throughout lockdown. I knew about her app but as a fussy eater the meal plans didn’t appeal to me and I was doing her workouts live at 9am so I didn’t see the need to download it. Fast forward a few months, work commitments took over and I wasn’t able to make the 8am live sessions so immediately I knew I needed the app just for that reason! I mean £15 per month for a minimum of 6 live workouts a week (usually more) was just a no brainer! Since having the app I have also found a number of recipies that even I have been able to make and absolutely love! I can’t wait for the barcode feature/ability to manually input calories/macros for any food item as this will then be the absolute number 1 app to have for fitness and I won’t need anything else (currently using other apps to track food) This is my fourth week now and I am so happy I took the plunge!!.Version: 1.9

THE ONLY THING THATS MADE A DIFFERENCE TO MY BODY!I have been battling with my weight for the last 5 years, from starting Uni to now. Perfect for achieving your fitness goalsFantastic app and I’ve seen incredible results following this! The real-time workouts section is great and the energy that Courtney brings to the sessions is amazing. I can catch up on any lives that I’ve missed whenever I want. There is also an exercise plan which can be either home-based or gym-based depending on your preference. All exercises in the plan are accompanied by videos demonstrating correct form, which is great if you’re a beginner (and even if you’re not but perhaps don’t have great form). I LOVE the nutrition section, there’s an abundance of recipes for all times of the day (which are delicious). The recipes section can also be tailored to meet your dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc). The calories and macros are completely individual to you, based on your height and weight, as well as being suited to your fitness goals, (weight loss, toning up, gaining weight etc). It is tailored to you as an individual making it possible to achieve your own fitness goals! All in all, I couldn’t recommend this app enough. Best decision I ever madeBeen trying to get into my fitness for years and just ended up thinking this wasn’t for me. Had my first baby and used that as an excuse to continue being lazy. Had my second baby just before lockdown and knew I had to start. Tried myself and planned workouts/meals however a week and a half in I got a cold and never got back into it. Saw Courtney on Instagram and followed her lives a few times. Absolute killers. Managed to do a few a week and then moved areas. Heard the October challenge was coming up and knew I wouldn’t regret it seeing the results from previous. Started doing everyday 2 weeks before the challenge and have now stuck to it. Half way through week 2 of the challenge and I feel amazing. My day isn’t the same if I haven’t completed the workout. Amazing app for all levels.Amazing app and for a great price! Everything you could possibly need for virtual training. SO much cheaper than a PT, and there’s options for gym workouts AND at home workouts - so it caters for those that may not be able to afford a gym membership too, but want the guidance. Each workout has a virtual guide on how to perform each move, so if you’re a beginner you won’t be completely lost! In addition to the real time workouts which are super fun to do alongside Courtney on screen. You have the option to create a workout plan and food plan for the week to keep you organised and prepped for the week. The app also calculates your recommended calorie intake for you personally, this is calculated by your fitness goals, height, current weight, activity levels etc. All meals on the app are really easy to make and delicious, accommodating all dietary needs with sweet and savoury options. Unreal- can’t wait to see how much further she takes it!I absolutely love this app!!! Found Courtney through her insta lives during lockdown and bought the app so could continue doing them around my workout schedule WOW- this app is so successful because Courtney is a machine. Every workout is different and well thought out. She takes inspiration from lots of different training style so you actually can’t get bored. Some home workouts involve weights but she’s clear on how to use home alternatives if you don’t own dumbbells. And really tries to cater for everyone with low impact workouts etc. Most importantly, she’s so motivational and encouraging to workout with. And if you follow the Instagram people make ACTUAL results with this schedule. The app has other features like calculating your macros, tons of unreal recipes and a my fitness pal style food library. You can tell Courtney invests a lot in the app and it’s a priority in her daily life. They take all suggestions on board, keep you updated via Instagram with where they are up to and just move so quick. The fact her team got the food library up in about 3 weeks is just insane. They’ve not just built an app and left it, they have a chef adding recipes weekly, Courtney adding 1 or 2 workouts daily and improvements made regularly There is no stopping the CB. Brilliant workouts, challenging and varied enough to make them fun!I have recently downloaded the app and have been previously in my local Crossfit box (prior to lockdown). The workouts have changed my body composition and I have leaned out significantly through completing the real time workouts! One piece of feedback I would give, is regarding the nutrition section: there should be a button to select your activity level based on the number of steps you complete a day, not based on your job type. I say this, as I have a low activity job role but complete 12,000 steps per day. I think this would assist in calculating your correct daily calories. As initially I was set 1350 to lose weight, which quickly left me absolutely starving! As I am very active outside of my job role. Hope this can be added and updated within the app as I feel it would make a big difference for people like myself..Version: 2.0

The fiery fun motivational pocket PT you never knew you needed!Where to start with this app?!!! It’s EVERYTHING!!! Gym over cardio, run instead of a home work out, HIIT and home workouts for me have always been the enemy... however, after weeks of bingeing, comforting eating, bad habits and no exercise, I was moody, in a negative frame of mind and piling on the weight which was just making me more miserable. Could not fault!I’ve been doing Courtney’s live work outs during quarantine and found that they are the only ones that get me motivated due to her bubbly and genuine personality, when Courtney says she has got you! BELIEVE IT! I downloaded the app as I was feeling limited with food options as I’m not that clued up and it did not disappoint! I’ve had my breakfast and lunch from the app, yummy recipes and easy instructions to follow, I already had most of the ingredients! AmazingI love the app. I’ve followed Courtney for so long and always wanted to train with her. When the first lockdown happened and she started the free lives I took full advantage and loved the workouts. So I downloaded the app and I’ve seen better results then ever before in the gym, even my hubby was noticing. My hairdresser said I’m the only one to come out of lockdown looking better!! (What a compliment) but it also made me feel better mentally. The recipe section is amazing, I eat better and always have great ideas for tea etc. The shopping list section also means I spend less on food because I’m not buying ingredients unnecessarily. The best fitness app I’ve downloaded!I have been following Courtney on Instagram for a few years now and always admired her positive energy and great workouts. I came across her app when she started doing live workouts on Instagram every morning during lockdown all absolutely free of charge and helping thousands of people as I couldn’t always do the workouts live I downloaded the app as they all go on there to do in your own time. The app is amazing, full of killer workouts, it has an eating section and even allows you to take progress pictures to track your results. I was bored of doing the same workout routines myself and struggling for motivation however the app has completely changed that every workout is different and focuses on different body parts and it’s more importantly enjoyable and fun and doesn’t feel like a chore. Worth every penny, Courtney deserves all her success!I’ve followed Courtney for years and decided to start doing her live workouts five weeks ago. Low impact doesn’t mean high intensityMy daughter suggested to me at the beginning of lockdown that I follow Courtney black as I am/was a big gym goer age 51 still like to keep myself fit. I refused as I don’t do social media but as lockdown went on I caved in and downloaded instagram CB is the only person I follow Didn’t do this until the end of June. I am hooked I subscribe to the app as I am a morning person so love doing the early training. The best workout app I’ve found!I’ve tried endless fitness apps and never found one that I could stick with. They all felt too generic and impersonal. The BEST - 5 is not enough starsI have never left a review on any app, but I have not stopped raving about Courtney Black to friends and family so I needed to share how I feel about it. I started using this app in August and I absolutely love it. The real time workouts are amazing, varied and challenging but if that’s not your thing there is also a whole tailor made plan for you to do at home or the gym. The variety is incredible. I have been following the calories and macros personalised for me and I feel nourished and healthy and am seeing fantastic results. Not only have I lost weight (in inches and the scales) my fitness has dramatically improved and I’m really proud of myself for how far I have come in such a short space of time. It’s clear Courtney really knows her stuff and really cares about her users having a healthy fitness journey. I love that she encourages balance in food. Nothing is restricted and there are no ‘bad foods’ a fantastic outlook for helping me build a better relationship with food. Not only that, she is so fun and motivating and will always reply to any DM’s or tags to cheer you on. There is also a huge tribe of people on a private Facebook page and the community is so supportive. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this app highly enough. Thank You CourtneyI never ever right reviews so here goes. Pre covid I was and still class myself as a professional dancer. I’ve been in the industry for over 10 years. Covid completely turned my world and dream job upside down. Being a dancer I’m normally always moving and rehearsing and gyming. I tried everything in lock down and then stumbled across Courtney on her Instagram lives. I noticed she was the only trainer who could keep me motivated, laughing/enjoying workouts and actually see results with. She has kept my “dancer bod” on track. I then bit the bullet and purchased the app and not only do I workout with her I get all her delicious recipes which are constantly being added too. I must admit I still use my fitness pal to actually track my macros as I’m sure in time I can use this app but it’s still so new and have no doubts it’ll get there. Warrior of LockdownsI found Courtney Black on Instagram back in April where she did loads of free live workouts .. I joined the app in June and I cannot say it enough how much this app and Courtney, along with her amazing team, have helped me, kept me sane, kept me fit, kept me going. Best fitness app out thereThe app has completely changed my relationship with fitness, while it was once a chore to wake up at 7am to go to work I am now bouncing out of bed at 6am to complete a workout before I start work. There is endless variety- every workout is different and there is something new to try every day plus all the old workouts are in the archive so if you don’t fancy that day’s upload you can try something from months ago that you do like. There is an amazing recipe collection catering for meat eaters, vegans and in between and many low calorie alternatives for your favourite dishes be it a Sunday roast or an Indian takeaway. It’s constantly improving and evolving and it’s the only fitness related thing that has held my interest for as long as it has and I don’t see that changing any time soon. Courtney promotes a healthy relationship with food, learning to fuel your body for workouts and she doesn’t advise silly low calories and over exercising like some trainers and apps do. AmazingThis app is amazing, I started her 28day challenge and it literally has changed my life my fitness levels have improved so much, and my mind set, I would never feel comfortable going to a gym and I certainly wouldn’t get up for 8am and take myself off to the gym but I’m up and raring to go for these workouts as I love them so much, her energy and encouragement is infectious, and this is so perfect for me, after 2 wks into it the challenge the changes I could start to see in my body were amazing I’d say this is 100 times better than going to a gym, and I feel like she is my very own PT, she is so passionate about what she does and so encouraging and cares about what changes she’s doing for everyone, not only for fitness but to make you change the way you think about yourself. My very own ‘Pocket PT’!My gym membership has been cancelled! The Courtney Black app has changed my life. During lockdown I stumbled upon her instagram page, grabbed a set of dumbbells and never looked back. The app gives you a personal work out plan with informative videos to follow. It also works out your calorie intake depending on your goals, which is then broken down further. I love training by following Courtney’s ‘Real Time’ work outs, it is so motivating - they are basically virtual PT sessions except I can access them anytime and anywhere! Courtney introduces challenges every few months which are extremely engaging and brings a feeling of community with all her followers. My results from the June 28 Challenge were astonishing, in such a short amount of time I lost weight and began to tone up, all from the comfort of my own home. Fantastic app and trainerI found this app through a friends recommendation and love it. The workouts are well planned, there is a huge range of variety and they’re suitable for all levels. I’ve seen a massive improvement in my fitness and figure since I started using the app. I do a workout most days and also run alongside them. The app sets you up with a calorie and macro goal for losing weight, toning up or maintaining, which you can change at any time. The meals on the app are so varied and absolutely delicious. New ones are being added all the time, it’s always my go to when I fancy a new dish to try or want to have a fakeaway when the rest of my family are tucking into their takeaway. Courtney herself is great, really down to earth and the support she gives you is amazing. She makes the workouts fun and enjoyable. I look forward to my workouts everyday. Would totally recommend this app to anyone. Every other month there is a challenge, I’ve done 3 now and they really test your fitness and push you hard. I always see great results at the end of the challenges, and you can access them at any time after too so can do them again if you wanted. Using Courtney’s workouts gives me the motivation to get up and make myself feel good everyday from the comfort of my own home - I’ll never go back into the gym again! Will change your lifeI don’t normally write reviews and I’m not a big fan of social media so do not post my work outs or progress etc but feel this is the right place to do so. 2 years ago at 40 I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, I had to make some serious life changes and it was a struggle for a long time. Needed to be healthier, lose a bit of weight and change my mindset, this app did that. Lockdown was tough mentally and physically with the gym being shut and having to home school, a friend told me about Courtney’s free live work outs she was doing every day from and home and I started to join in. I then joined every day for the rest of lockdown and it changed my life, my body and my mind set. Cheaper, easier and more fun than the gymI started with the app in October and it’s the only fitness programme I’ve ever stuck with consistently. Courtney herself is amazing and very motivating. The app itself is good, the workouts are easy to follow and it’s all laid out well. I use the recipes every day I love them, most of it is easy and realistic to cook. I don’t use the nutrition part of the app (calorie counting) It’s the only part of the app I don’t like. It has a my fitness pal type calorie counter and I find it very time consuming, as you have to input most things manually and change the weight etc. It’s just not accurate or easy to use. I like that there is a feature to store progress pictures, but I don’t think it’s very well laid out, I’d prefer to be able to flick through the pictures or see them side by side. Currently the images view quite small. I know they are always working to update the app so I’m sure it will only get better. I’ve never had a problem technically either, so all in all good!.Version: 2.4

60 - and in the best shape of my life!Started doing the June challenge and to my amazement, stuck with it, even took pictures in my underwear (which was pretty depressing...🥴) - but loved the sense of achievement and have never felt like an outsider, even though I’m 40 years older than all the girls posting on Instagram! Went on to do the August challenge and now started the new challenge. Now, I’m burpee-ing like a mad woman, can do proper sit ups easily (not progressed to full press ups yet though), and can follow along with 95% of the October challenge with no problem. I’ve only lost 3lb, but the toning overall is amazing - I’ve waved goodbye to my bingo wings, back fat is almost gone, bottom (sorry, I’m just too old to call it a booty!) has risen to dizzying heights - seriously! I’m so impressed with myself! I’m doing the arm exercises with 4kg weights, and am about to progress to 6kg for the leg weights, and the bloody resistance bands are a killer but worth it. Has helped me so much through lockdownI was going to start a gym in January but due to lockdown this wasn’t possible. I saw quite a few girls using this app and thought I would try the 7 day trial. When I first clicked a real time work out video and baring in mind I’ve never worked out before, I was thinking I can’t do this but two months in and I’m nearly completing the 28 day challenge! I feel healthier and stronger. The food section is amazing. I am now eating a healthy amount of foods (before I would do these shake diets). There is lots of yummy recipes to choose from which really help but you can input your own food/nutrition aswell. Courtney is so helpful, so passionate and dedicate to every member. The app has already had an update since I started and they are working on another one soon which is exciting. I highly recommend to anyone! Total inspirationI’ve been a member for a couple of years and haven’t got a bad word to say! I started doing Courtney’s workouts alongside running and healthy eating and then Jay joined so switched to his strength workouts. Even when I fell off the health and fitness wagon for a time I continued with the app and workouts to keep myself ticking over. I then got back on the train and stared healthy eating again and as soon as I did the results spoke for themselves. Now Jay has left the app I mainly do Luke’s workouts but occasionally I do a Courtney session. But it’s such better value for money than a gym membership and u can do a workout whenever u want, u don’t have to wait for a set class time! There is plenty of trainers to suit ur needs and the recipe’s are great. Courtney also does a lot on Instagram. Totally changed my bodyI’ve been doing Courtney Black lives for the entirety of lockdown (6 weeks) and I have a completely different body. Believe the hype!!Courtney Black and her workouts have changed my life this past year and this app has everything I’ve needed to achieve my fitness goals at home! The real time workouts are great, loads of variety from HIIT, boxing, MetCon to pure weighted sessions and every single workout is challenging - in a good way! You just follow along with Courtney through the whole workout and you’re done! She’s so encouraging and motivating and keeps it 100% real - I love her! Amazing appI absolutely love using this app, I have been following Courtney’s live workouts since the end of April and after downloading it I now follow all the real time workouts on the app as it give me the flexibility to fit them in around my daily routine! Also if there is a work out I absolutely love, then I know it’s there forever so I can keep going back to it! I love that the app works out your calories and macros once you have signed up and it also takes into consideration that you are following the workouts so it puts you in a calorie deficit without having to work it out for yourself! The meals are delicious and I love that new ones get added all the time, you can also add your own meals too! Love this app!!!!I purchased this app after seeing a few of the Instagram lives during the first lockdown and I’ve used it pretty much everyday!!! I would go to the gym 5 times a week or workout in my garage which consisted of weights and running and I kind of got stuck in a rut and didn’t see results or push myself. Since tuning in with Courtney i can honestly say the workouts are the best! They push you and you see your fitness improve as you begin to manage to keep up with the little pocket rocket!!! She’s funny and enthusiastic and above all she keeps it real! Changed my life!When I first downloaded the app, I was the heaviest and most miserable I’d ever been. I hated looking in the mirror, I had to buy clothes that had no shape and looked awful on me and I couldn’t make it up the stairs without being out of breath. I’m 16 weeks in and I’ve never felt more amazing! It’s given me a new view on life. My resting heart rate has gone from 72bpm to 59bpm. I’m working out 6 days a week, using weights and going for a walk on days when I’m not working out because ‘I’m missing being active!’ I’ve dropped 2 dress sizes and have been able to fit into clothes that I haven’t worn for years. Courtney is so inspiring and has helped to motivate me along the way not only with her ‘can do’ attitude but also because she’s ‘real.’ I have never liked exercise but now I can’t wait to do it! GREAT APP!I’ve been following Courtney Black on Instagram for years and have purchased and completed one of her plans and I loved it. I’ve always personally trained better when I’ve had a PT with me to keep me going and have been following Courtney’s live Insta posts since the lockdown and had great results from that. So when I heard about her app I just had to download it. Unlike other fitness apps it’s easy to read and follow & she not only tells you what you need to do and how many sets and reps but also has a video to demonstrate what the exercise is and how to do it which I find really helps me with my form. You go Glen Coco!Been following Courtney for YEARS now and have ALWAYS wanted to go to her for personal training but wasn’t able to due to distance as I’m in London. This app has solved that problem and this app has been far more effective for me than any personal trainer I’ve ever had (I’ve had plenty!). I’ve only been using the videos from her lives and there is such a variety of workouts in there and she explains in detail how our form should be and what muscles we need to contract and emphasises on the fact we need to have a mind-muscle connection. Pocket Rocket TrainingWhen I first found CB I honestly thought I would hate it. As a qualified personal trainer I was convinced I hated home workouts and would only get results if I trained at the gym, how wrong I was! I wanted to find a workout that I could just follow along with without much thought for planning. This app is fantastic for making home workouts fun, Courtney is a bundle of energy and doesn’t take herself too seriously which is great when you’re in the thick of a big workout! Personally I have the advantage of already understanding form but if you follow along with her Instagram then you can find videos providing tips and tricks on form for the big compound movements such a dead’s and squats. Obviously that’s not as ideal as it is to see a trainer in person but it’s helpful none the less, especially when it’s not possible to see a trainer face to face. There is a lot of HIIT based workouts in the real-time section so this is something to be mindful of when training with CB, the workouts are tough but the sense of achievement you get from completing them and being able to keep up is great. I must admit the workouts can be daunting when you first start but if you stick at them you’ll soon begin to love them!.Version: 2.8

SO much in one app - and so cheap!A friend recommended CB’s workouts to me as they helped her in the first lockdown. I couldn’t believe how cheap it is for even a monthly subscription - a yearly one is the same as 3.5 months at my gym! And that’s without including the recipes and meal planning. The live challenges are painful, but also fun - Courtney is adorable and the fact that even she struggles on some workouts makes it easier when you feel like you can’t keep up. There is so much *stuff* on this app - I’ve only really used the live workouts section as I’ve been doing the challenges, but adding them all to my workout planner means everything is in one place, ready to go. There are lots of different workouts, and when you add the CB App Instagram and Courtney’s own Insta to the mix, it’s an unending amount of inspiration and help. I’ve heard great things about the recipes - you can add recipes to your meal planner, it builds you a shopping list and adds your calories to the plan too! I’ve found the calorie goal on my plan really useful as I get Gousto boxes, and it helps me choose what to order. I’ve paid significantly more for less-organised versions of just fractions of this app. The app is like having not only a Pocket PT, but a weight loss coach and nutritionist in one. Next step is linking the shopping lists to supermarket websites like Slimming World do, and then it would be world-conquering! Thanks Courtney, I so admire what you do!.Version: 2.4

Best fitness app yetBest fitness app I’ve tried, and I’ve done most of them! the real time classes are great and really intense, even if your fitness level is good. It very rarely glitches. The food ideas are so yummy but also healthy. Courtney is a bundle of energy and a bit of a laugh. Can’t recommend more. The Facebook group is a bit counterproductive to the cause, it’s amazing getting so many people into fitness but people seem to comment daily on how they couldn’t take the rest day (recommended) or they ate loads of food and they want to punish themselves and the validation they get from each other on the page just makes them think it’s not a problem. Getting fit is about being healthy so I think maybe more focus on that and people understanding why your body needs rest and less on obsessive calorie counting. My one issue is the timing, I think CB should just get a timer on her gym wall so that you can always see how long is left, you can easily set it up so it has 30s intervals or whatever on. Especially given it’s so unclear when each set has ended. Apart from that it’s fabulous and I couldn’t recommend it more. 🌟.Version: 2.5

Wow , just wow !I am a little late to the courtney black app and I so wish I discovered it at the start of the lockdown and not now I’ve gone back to work ! However there has been pros to starting later . I am now getting up early in the mornings before work to complete the 28day challenge ! I have never stuck to anything like I am sticking to this and I’ve even invested in resistance bands and dumbbells I honestly don’t think I will go back to the gym when I can do this at home . Best app! 100% recommend!I have downloaded Courtney’s app a few times and never really stuck with it (not due to the app, i just weren’t mentally in the right place) However i took the plunge and downloaded it again for the 28 day challenge in Jan! Best thing i ever did! Its amazing. Even though Courtney isn’t actually with you, it feels like she is lol. Some people have made remarks about her going too fast etc, yes she does, but during the whole workout she will ALWAYS give low impact and she ALWAYS says take your time or go at your own pace. She makes it very clear on all her workouts. There are a number of trainers on there too, so you can pick who you want for what day. From stretching classes to beginners workouts. There are always schedules put up for the week too so you can plan ahead for the week, which i love as love to have a plan set up so i no what im doing. There is also a how to section, so if your not sure on form there’s video’s to show you. The recipes on here are amazing too! Especially the gnocchi meals 🤤 Theres breakfast ideas to snack ideas. I was paying £20 a month to use the gym, and i didn’t come away feeling as good as i do, doing these workouts. And all from home! I am so excited to continue this journey using Courtneys app. Definitely recommend to anyone! Well worth the money and in my personal opinion, the best workout app I’ve ever used. Just WOWCourtney Blacks App Is Out Of This World!!! One of the best fitness apps I have ever used, it’s easy to use and the food is unreal! The workouts go up at midnight of that day so you can do the workouts whenever suits you. The shopping list is very easy to use and when you choose your food for that week it is calculated for you. The work outs are fun and effective. There is such a good community with Courtney as well, people planning to meet up after the challenges to get to know each other throughout, boosting each other up and supporting one another. Another plus which is actually outside of the app - it’s day 3 of the October Challenge and I have put a few posts up on my Instagram, I have already had a lot of engagement with Courtney herself, she’s got such a big heart and so much to give, she truly truly cares! Life ChangingI started the 28 day challenge from the first day Courtney started it. At first I thought oh this really isn’t for me but I carried on. I didn’t see results in the first week like others but 3 weeks in can’t tell you how much I’ve lost. Not only is my confidence coming back but I finally fit into my favourite jeans I’ve had for ages! Great app just a couple of suggestions...I downloaded the app as I love Courtney’s live workouts but couldn’t fit them in around my work so it’s great that I’m able to go back and do them later in the day. I personally think she does a great job getting them up on the app as quickly as she does! I’ve not done any of the set workouts in my plan as I enjoy the lives but will try these once they stop/reduce. The nutrition part has so much promise, but this where I feel it needs improvement. If you go to the list of recipes you should be able to filter on meal type rather than scrolling through all recipes, a search feature allowing you type in key words to filter would also be great. I appreciate that if you click on the Add Meal button you get the list of related meals but you can’t click on that meal to look at ingredients. As others have said, when you choose the app to select your meal plan it doesn’t match to your allotted macros. Finally, a little QC on the recipes before they’re uploaded would make this app appear a little more professional, remove the duplications, ensure unit measurements are consistent etc. Overall, it’s a great app and I’ve no doubt that as it evolves it will be well worthy of 5 stars!.Version: 1.7

Amazing App!I downloaded this app because I have been following Courtney Black’s workouts on Instagram for months. When Instagram scrapped the 24 hour story views I was missing out on Courtney’s live workouts because I was in work, so I downloaded the app so I can catch up whenever I want. When I was downloading the app I did not realise the amount of information, workouts and food recipes that were available! Now I am able to catch up on any live workouts when I want, complete other workouts that are available on the app and try some of the amazing recipes, all the ones I have made have been delicious! When setting up the app you put in your details and goals and it will give you calories and macros to aim for, which I have now put in to my fitness pal and try to stay within my goals. I’m a motivated person and have done regular exercise for a few years now, but I don’t have a flat stomach and I wouldn’t count myself as “proper fit”. This just makes everything sooooo easy to organise, you don’t have to think “what workout am I going to do today”. The app contains more workouts there than you’d ever need and so much variety. I’m currently doing the January challenge and it’s INTENSE! Courtney is so full of energy, a real nutter- it feels like she’s in the room with you urging you on. (She also gives low impact options which can be good too) I’ve seen there’s a “gym option” too, which I’m looking forward to using when the gyms open up again. The app uses your information and goals to set you a calorie limit for the day- helpful because I’ve always just guessed how many calories to aim for. There’s a meal planner option with hundreds of recipes- just had the banana pancakes for breakfast! The recipes are quick and easy, with clear instructions. They tell you the calories and macros AND THEY’RE TASTY! I’d got into a rut with cooking the same meals all the time, I’ve already tried 3 of the recipes and am genuinely excited to try more! Ive always wanted to get proper FIT and I genuinely feel like this time I can do it!.Version: 2.4
