✓ Amazing in partsI was struggling to email the support team so unfortunately have to post a review. I’ve downloaded the app recently and so far it’s been great! The workouts were manageable but tough, and I was working very hard! For day 1, day 2 and day 3, I was loving it - although a few technical glitches but I think that’s because it’s a new app. However, I got to day 4 and was expecting something very similar, manageable but tough! However, I’m convinced there is a mistake on the app, as I was instructed to do 8 HIIT exercises, and within those exercises do 8 sets (30 seconds on and 30 seconds rest). That would equate to 64 minutes of HIIT exercise without taking into account any rest between each exercise. This seems excessive to me. I completed it as I wanted to stick to the app, but I can’t help feeling this is a mistake on the app? I’m wrecked today, and I don’t think I will be able to do day 5! I just wanted to check this was actually correct and not an error on the app? If it is correct, this might want to be amended as it is quite a shock to the system and could put people off sticking with the app. Or I’m just really unfit! Could you advise if there is an error on day 4? Or is 64 minutes of HIIT normal?.Version: 1.3
✓ Be careful with this one!I had this for one month and did not continue with the membership. The meal section is limited, meals with incorrect/missing ingredients, and I don’t think why I’d pay £15 a month for a calorie/macro tracker that’s nowhere near as good as My Fitness Pal which is free. I mainly got this app for the real time workouts, but Courtney does not explain form, goes too fast, and I have no doubt that people will be getting injured from these workouts. I am a qualified personal trainer and feel as though I have a duty to tell people to be careful doing these workouts! Weight training after hiit is very poor programming and will leave people susceptible to injury, and not to mention encouraging people to perform moves like deadlifts with absolutely no regard for how to keep your back safe etc. She is also only concerned with calories burned and tells people they do not work hard enough if they don’t burn as many calories as her. This is a toxic mindset and ripe for causing all sorts of disordered eating/exercise habits. BE CAREFUL GUYS! There are much better trainers out there who will get you results while keeping you safe. Make the right choice..Version: 2.0
