✓ Boards Not working and closesI have used Boards since February and absolutely loved it until recently. When using boards, it closes and will not let me use it. I have tried to reopen and use it from my iPhone repeatedly. Was there an update that went out? It is not working and I am very upset that I am currently paying for something that doesn’t work. ✓ GlitchyIts always been a bit glitchy but manageable. I would have to close and reopen the app to get the keyboard option to stop going black or just disappearing. Worked ok when I first purchased it but now that I’ve been using it for 8-9 months, the keyboard is constantly glitchy to the point I don’t even use that option anymore. I just keep switching back and forth between Boards app and messenger or facebook. But now even doing that is difficult because it has started freezing up and won’t let me go back to previous screen or doesn’t allow me to scroll. I have checked to see if there has been an update but none that I can find. I paid $80-some for the full year’s subscription of the app back in March and now its mid December 2023. ✓ Free version is uselessAfter using this app for months (and loving it) now it’s not free anymore. The free version has lifetime of 100 keyboard interactions which is a countdown to a useless app. Don’t download it because you’ll spend lots of time loading your content and then you and every person on your team will have to pay a crazy amount of money ($9.99 per month or $6.99 per month billed annually per user). Once you run out of free interaction using the keyboard then, according to the developer, you can still use the app for free by going in and sharing from there. It’s like using a notes app and sharing from it. To the developer: Get your act together and fix this. By the way, if you are going to respond to this review don’t use the boards keyboard and copy-paste this instead so you know what we, your customers, are feeling: “ Hello, we understand you are getting value from Boards and now you're feeling disappointed. Your satisfaction is a high priority for us. ✓ It can collect sensitive informationThe fine print of the terms says it will collect any sensitive information you type when keyboards is turned on such as banking info, credit card numbers, addresses, phone numbers, etc. And even if you turn it off, when turned back on it will retroactively collect anything you typed while it was off. Not cool. Deleted it. And their reply states you can leave it off but you can’t share content with pictures , which is one of the main parts of social media marketing that I want to use this app for. 🤦🏻‍♀️.AK DPTVersion: 1.4

✓ Love it when it worksI love Boards when it is playing nice. However, ever since I upgraded to the business version (still in the free trial) the app has had a constant issue of continual crashing. Every time I add anything to a board the app crashes. It never did that until I upgraded. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I really wanted to be able to use this with the upgraded options but I will not be continuing past the free trial if the crashing issue is not fixed before then. ✓ Zero StarsI started out loving the app and ease of use. When it became a paid app I happily paid the yearly subscription price. Then all the trouble started, it glitches all the time. ✓ DisappointingThis app has been amazing… I use it for my business regularly. Now it is going to be a paid service… Saying you can still share everything from the app for free - what is the point in that? The whole convenience was to share things from the boards keyboard. Sharing from the app seems to be no different than the copy/paste I was doing prior to downloading the app. Perhaps mine isn’t working properly but without the keyboard there isn’t much convenience in using this app anymore. ✓ Deceitful ScamThis app is amazing, I’ve been using it to share my offers and respond to comments and it saves so much time and hassle! It was free for the last year or two and Now they want ten dollars a month (!!!!) for this app that only does one thing? ✓ Bait & SwitchI’ve been using this app for about a year and while I find it a great app to use, in the past few month they decided to make this a PAID app. Most apps that go to a pay method let you keep a portion of the app and then you can upgrade for premium services. After spending hours upon hours setting up my “Boards”, I now have to pay to use them when it was FREE to use in the beginning. It is also not “cheap” as a small business owner.
