✗ Not very helpfulThe app feels kind of useless because once you order, instructions tell you to ONLY enter the Rook store when your order status changes to “ready/finished.” The problem is the order status never changes, and even the ETA is usually 10-15 min after your order is actually done. I ordered at 12:25, and my app said ETA 12:45. At 12:40, I walked in and my order had been sitting there for over 10 minutes. If I had waited for an alert to tell me when to come into the store, I would have been sitting in my car for over an hour and 10 minutes. You guys need to change your instructions or get your employees to actually hit the ready button when an order is complete. I make the same order all the time and still takes me a ton of clicks (such as choosing “ASAP” every time when you don’t even offer scheduled ordering) when it theory it could be like 2. It crashes frequently, loads slowly, has a bunch of weird formatting, This is such a simple app and has the potential to be so much better with the help of a competent app developer.
