✓ Estimates are wildly inaccurate, no way to cancel an order that is received but not processingEstimates for order readiness are wildly inaccurate. I’ve ordered and my coffee has been ready 15 minutes before the estimate, so it sits there getting cold, to 20 minutes after the estimate. There is also no way to cancel an order that is received but not yet processing, for instance if it is 10 minutes after the estimate and still not ready..TacospagVersion: 3.7.14001

✓ OkApp works well. Great to be able to get my favorite coffee. Can’t order dark roast cold brew you have to make sure you put it under special instructions. Also purchased a gift card to use in the app but can’t see remaining balance after you use it. You can’t use the whole gift card either. ✓ Great coffee. Glitchy app.So I will start by saying Rook makes amazing coffee. The baristas at the location I visit are super nice and helpful. The app…. It needs work. Multiple times I have gone to place an order. Same order as the day before. Same pick up location. Either the store hasn’t received the order or it will get sent to a different location. If I go to place a new order, it will occasionally select a location that I’m nowhere near. For example I went to place an order in Manalapan. My location was Manalapan. The app wanted to do pickup in Homdel. I’ve tried on different phones and same thing happens. Also the app cuts off the total off the bottom of the screen. I’m running an iPhone 14 Pro and it’s cut off. On my work phone (12 Mini) it’s fine. I know it’s not the barista a fault and sometimes I vent about the app, but like I said coffee is great however the app is glitchy..Borr Sampson ESQVersion: 5.002.1502

✓ The app is a good start but needs some refiningI love your coffee and I am so glad you guys have an app! The UI is very nice looking but you need some help under the hood.. Currently, it takes too many clicks to actually pay for your order. I feel like I am asked twice if I want to pay for it. Also, it’s great we can now add a gift card but when submitting it - I never knew if it “took”. So I hit submit a few more times and now under the payment option I have my credit card and then my gift card listed 4 times. Lastly, I don’t know how to choose to have my gift debited and not my credit card. There is no way to determine how to switch between the CC or the GC. ✓ Really glitchy. Almost unusable.Most of the time it doesn’t load or says I have no internet connection. My gift cards on it are posted multiple times and I can’t see how much is left on them. It doesn’t let me pay with more than one payment method so I can’t use both gift cards at the same time or a gift card and a second payment method if my gift card doesn’t cover it. ✓ Rook Coffee is awesome, the app is notPlease redesign the app, it could be much more streamlined. I make the same order all the time and still takes me a ton of clicks (such as choosing “ASAP” every time when you don’t even offer scheduled ordering) when it theory it could be like 2. It crashes frequently, loads slowly, has a bunch of weird formatting, This is such a simple app and has the potential to be so much better with the help of a competent app developer. I couldn’t create my account because after I put in my phone number, the screen won’t go down for me to hit register. But, this app is confusing, and your new rewards system isn’t equivalent to your old system. I have to buy more coffees to get a reward for a cold brew than a hot coffee? ✓ Not very helpfulThe app feels kind of useless because once you order, instructions tell you to ONLY enter the Rook store when your order status changes to “ready/finished.” The problem is the order status never changes, and even the ETA is usually 10-15 min after your order is actually done. I ordered at 12:25, and my app said ETA 12:45. At 12:40, I walked in and my order had been sitting there for over 10 minutes. If I had waited for an alert to tell me when to come into the store, I would have been sitting in my car for over an hour and 10 minutes. You guys need to change your instructions or get your employees to actually hit the ready button when an order is complete. ✓ Long registration process to order your first cup coffeeI wish I could use Apple Pay and just order a coffee, but you can only order online and pickup inside the store. I get it, COVID, but the registration isn’t streamlined and you have to give up to much information. The app should have a fast checkout process as a guest. ✓ Works great when it doesWhen I was connected to WiFi the app worked just as it should, but when not connected to WiFi I just kept getting the spinning ring of doom when I tried to sign into my account, which is required at checkout. I understand this might sound like it’s just an issue with my cell service, but I was able to delete and re-download the app several times with no issue and up until I had to sign into my account everything worked fine. Also there is no option for “no milk” which I find strange.TQAVVersion: 3.3.12801
