✓ Happy customersWe are always happy with our orders, but we have a few things to say/ask why is onion rings on the platers as a side but we can never get them, we have tried several times, time after time and again to fail. If you don’t no longer have them as a option please change it, or if you do have them then fix the app. And another thing I used my point to get a free kids meal and it took my points and still charged me, and 1 little container of gravy is hardly enough for the fries, let alone fries and shrimp. ✗ Cannot Customize fullyPlease get your developers to correct the customization on your “ cheeseburger” or add in “hamburgers” as an option. I shouldn’t have to call the store to order a hamburger because “no cheese is not an option on a cheeseburger”, which does make sense…it just isn’t functional when you have no other way of ordering what you want..LealangstonVersion: 22.14.2022082901

✗ Food is tasty, app is terribleApp keeps rejecting orders over the stupidest things like “Large Sweet tea is not available on an Americana Meal please change your order”. I change to Lemonade, same thing. I one time went through every drink on the menu in a Combo and still got the error. I end up having to order everything as individual items to get what I want, spending more money. Seems This may be causing issues when trying to order with a 3rd party delivery as well when I can’t pick up my order.
