✓ A few irritating bugsPros: 1. Easy to use 2. Great way to multi app and keep busy 3. Very beneficial to set filters to automatically decline requests outside of your preferences 4. Super helpful in pausing other apps while on accepted requests. Cons: 1. I can no longer rate restaurants and customers, I really enjoyed this Perk!!! 2. Mystro constantly disconnects from DoorDash. I have to go through DoorDash set up again every single time I go onto the app. Sometimes doesn’t work and I can’t use the app that day, because I get frustrated with wasting time trying to set it up. 3. Also Mystro often randomly pauses my Dash even when I am not busy on another app, after 2 times I just go of Mystro and use the apps alone. Otherwise, I would rate 5 stars. If it isn’t fixed soon, I will have to unsubscribe altogether..Version: 2024.2.6
✓ Please make it more beneficialI am paying $18 per month for Mystro and the only benefit I have from it , is that I can see the destination address just with Lyft. I cannot see any destination address for Uber. I don’t have the opportunity to see the real Surge for Uber which is X2 . regular bonus is helpful if I have the destination address. ✓ ClarificationI downloaded the App the other day and deleted it today - because: When I opened the app, the first thing that I was confronted with was an agreement to automatically accept all rides. Assuming I have both Uber and Lyft open, when a $2.50 cent ride comes through, it seems to me that it will be accepted and the other app closed. With upfront pricing, I reject more rides than I accept. I ran this app three or four years ago. I’m sure that it has changed since then. Still, that automatic acceptance of rides hit me wrong and I deleted the app..Version: 1.0.42

✓ Don’t do it!Does app work sure but it will lower your earnings! So is it worth it? Prior to using this app I only drove for Uber, but ever since I tried using Lyft and Uber to maximize my earnings it actually worked the opposite! Uber alone pays more! Logging on and off from Uber is what this app does only causes Uber to feed you less business. So for your own sake don’t waste your money! Mystro isn’t willing to refund your money. ✓ App is great, when you can get it to installAt first I thought it was me. Then I realized every time I restarted my phone the app wanted to reinstall. Ok, I played along, but the installer had to affect background files, and it didn’t seem to always finish. Let me be clear: I HATE THIS PIECE OF CRAP APP! Getting it to install is near impossible! ✓ Beware of the paywallI really wish apps would stop paywalling. This app requires you to purchase the subscription service in order to utilize it. For Mystro, you have to download the app, create an account, and complete the setup process through the settings on your phone, only to be met with the inability to go online due to the subscription block requiring $135/year or $19/month. Call me crazy, but that’s a lot to request without offering a free trial to see if it’s even worth the time. Especially considering you can only link 4 accounts (DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, and one other). You cannot link other delivery apps like Instacart Shopper/Roadie/Shipt/etc. This might be a savvy app for ridesharing if you do Uber and Lyft together, but this app is not for gig delivery drivers — maybe useful if you do DoorDash and Uber Eats together, but that alone isn’t worth a $135 subscription if you ask me..Version: 2023.12.12
✓ Please add in Mystro the “Copy the pickup address” and “Copy the destination address” buttons!Someone already mentioned this suggestion earlier in their review for Mystro. Please add in Mystro the “Copy the pickup address” and “Copy the destination address” buttons. In my humble opinion, these buttons should become available after the driver accepts the ride. It is a really good feature, which would many drivers use with their NAV systems in downtown with a lot of high-rise buildings which makes for GPS navigation communication with satellites much more difficult. ✓ Mystro appThe app does not switch between apps like it’s suppose to. When a trip is accepted it’s suppose to go offline for the other rideshare. Example: I accept a trip for Uber then Lyft is suppose to go offline and vice versa, but it doesn’t it leaves both online and if you don’t physically turn or disable one or the other then if you don’t accept the trip even if your on one app then your rating gets effected and goes down on your acceptance rating. And the filters set don’t work if you set for a 3 min pickup it still sends well over 8-25 min pickups..Version: 1.0.42
✓ Not so goodSo I paid the subscription used it loved it but on this new update they did on the app. Kind of screw everything up because it had me to go watch video do the trust and still not working so and I and then once more sensitive stuff with the VPN is just not good. ✓ Cool concept, execution is lacking. App is buggy.Issues with missing high-value trips on Uber because the app takes too long to accept them automatically. There is no way to manually accept a ride that matches your filters, so you have to wait for the app to try to auto accept and just hope it doesn’t miss the ride you actually want. Spends too much time on the ride screen for rides that fail filters, and no way to manually accept the ones that pass without switching to Uber app. App also has an issue where it will randomly go completely black, requiring a reinstall. My other complaint is that this app cannot filter and auto-accept rides while you’re actively in a trip, even when you have Mystro pulled up when it is offered. Would be nice to just let the app accept rides for me while on a trip if they match my filters. I’ll update this review as some of these concerns are addressed..Version: 2023.02.09
✓ I’m a driver who used MystroI was curious. Always trying to improve. Used the week long trial to adjust to using the app as well as trying different filters. After a week I was comfortable but unsure if I was able to earn more so I bought in and here’s what I found: The app does, in fact, switch off Lyft or Uber when you accept a ride. The filters also work. Find what you need as a minimum and the app will automatically accept jobs without you needing to make a decision. Very helpful while driving. I would argue the safety component is the feature I value. If you set the filters too high though, you won’t get many jobs and you will end up needing to reset or accept jobs after a quick review. The app absolutely does NOT help you earn more. It does not! I’m in Austin. I make $29/hour without the app and about the same with it. I could easily argue I make less. Glitches. Yes, they are there. At first I thought it could be my network, Verizon, but it isn’t. Glitching cost me a few rides. Got frustrated and eventually decided to discontinue. I may not make more money but I’m certainly not going to make less because a glitch cost me a ride. For me Lyft worked better. The glitches happened more w Uber. I don’t Door Dash any longer. The safety element is worth considering but the $20/month charge is too high a price point. I’d consider an updated version if the glitches were fixed and the cost was around $5 or $6/month. ✓ Is this App associated with Ride sharing companies?Is Mystro associated with other Ride share companies? Cuz if you use this app it will connect to account and ride share companies will know that it’s third party software and they will suspended or terminate the driver account, i believe it be good for the Mystro tech to coordinate that or do an agreement with Ride Share companies, other wise drivers will loss access to their account if they get caught by Ride share companies which they have software for fraudulent activities..Version: 2023.05.22
✓ Don’t See The PointDon’t see the point of this app. The “filters” aren’t filters if they still send you ALL ride requests. I end up having to decline half the requests that come in. And in turn will lose my status with both Lyft and Uber. When I can just use the filters inside those apps to not receive ride requests that I don’t want. ✓ Not happySorry to saying this here, but the app is not really properly working. Often the system not shut down the Lift/Uber app when I offer is accepted. ✓ Want to love it but…There’s so many bugs! I tried the trial version and loved it so I payed for the subscription but so many bugs started appearing. Multiple times per day/shift my dd account and or Uber or Lyft will stop working properly, sending me in a very long loop of trying to unlink and relink the account with no success often for an hour or more. This app has cause me so much down time and frustration and loss of money it’s hard to believe. When the app works right it’s great. ✓ Not worth the priceDecent concept, but not worth paying for yet. It is slow to turn off the apps after a request comes in (faster to do it manually.) The filters are lack-luster (Would hate to miss out on a hundred dollar ride just because it was 10 or 15 minutes out for pickup.) Basically all this app is good for is lazy mode multi app, and the price tag is too steep for that. Add to that the fact that Uber was broken for a while right before they turned on the subscription, and I just don’t have the confidence to even consider paying for it..Version: 1.0.26

When I turn the app on I will hear it say ride for approval and the information for the ride will quickly flash on the the screen and disappear. ✓ Great Concept, APP falls short though!Unfortunately this didn’t work for me, I was very excited to try it. Setting it up was a breeze, from downloading the profile to trusting the certificate, easy. Once I got it up and running, every time I click accept on a Lyft request I got an Error Message and it would still accept the ride, but the screen would freeze until I ignored the request, with Uber, every time I tried to accept a request it would again freeze the app and give me an error message and it would reject the ride request. I wish it worked out for me, I really like the app interface and the user friendly features. For now I’ll just accept rides manually. 😒.Version: 2023.11.20
