✓ If obscure puzzles are your thing….I realize this is a small company, but the game was an exercise in random puzzles that make no sense and demonstrates a laziness in design. Gee, a half eaten pizza sets up a puzzle box in another room. Why? That’s not puzzle design. That’s abstract nonsense. Almost if the game designers are laughing at us, silly humans, spending good money on such tripe. Maybe The Room has ruined me. But there is an Art to thoughtful puzzles that test your reasoning. This game was a supreme letdown. And I’m guessing that the 5 star reviews are from the developers friends and relatives..SamSon1959Version: 1.0.7

✓ Loved the game.. until the black screenThis game was very enjoyable especially since I love puzzle games. I am aware the developers are working on a solution to the black screen bug, but from what I have read online, many people are experiencing this. It is frustrating that I just spent $6 on an app that now has absolutely no function. If a developer could tell me how to fix the black screen issue please let me know. ✓ Stop Whining GlitchGlitch are a bit of an enigma. Normally I find that adventure games tend to become about a story idea and the puzzles are lame. I love Glitch puzzles. They often seem tricky but after I’ve worked them out or cheated, I realise I was just being impatient and/or dim. BUT the stories are lame. “Oh it’s all a dream”, “Oh the world has ended because I ignored all the danger signs”, “oh… (I’ve not finished this game yet but I already know it’s a lame story)”. Why review before I finished? I’m irritated by all the real life snarky often Glitch related references. It’s like you’re sabotaging what little story atmosphere that there is. ✓ Love Glitch, didn’t love thisThe 3D cubes didn’t add anything to the gameplay, and made it more difficult for me to immerse myself in the game. They also shrunk the usable part of the screen. I didn’t see the point. Two or three of the puzzles made no sense at all and I had to go to “reveal solution” in the hints. Even after seeing the solution, I couldn’t figure out the logic. ✓ Not up to the usual design standardsNot at all a fan of the small 'sets'. In fact, I really dislike them. It's such a waste of available screen real estate to shrink the rooms down just to have the look of other current games. The 'sets' could be larger if you only stopped creating them at weird angles. The smaller, individual, 'sets' make everything smaller and more difficult to spot. In some instances, it can be a little like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Developers need to remember that all ages of people are playing these games on various sized devices. I am playing it on the newest iPad - so not a small screen. I cannot imagine trying to play this on a phone or worse, an iPod touch. It may look great to developers on a 27 inch screen but you need to keep in mind that your purchasers are playing the games on smaller screens. Additionally, it makes no sense to place the backwards navigation arrow at the lower center of the screen. This makes it blend into the 'sets' and hard to see. With so much extra space available in the four corners, it would make more sense to place a "Forever Lost" style navigation arrow in one of the lower corners. There, it can be clicked on easily with a thumb while playing. I have loved all of the Glitch Games so far (until this one). I even played the very first one with a clown or killer in the hallway (no longer available). It short, I have been a fan of Glitch since the beginning. I have pre-ordered games to get them as soon as they are released. I am sorry to say that the style of this one has made it annoying to play. I really hope you are planning ditch this smaller angled 'set' environment for the creation of "Station 117", "Valley of the Eternals", and subsequent games. ✓ Not that greatIt is just an ok effort from an otherwise strong company. The puzzles are fine (albeit at times way in the left field) and graphics nice; however, it falls short of expected. The new viewing angle feels distant, too small and less engaging, there are several bugs that forced me to exit the game to continue, the hint system falls outside the screen and is useless, and the story feels rehashed. ✓ Stuck in Bar levelI was enjoying this game until the Ace of Hearts playing card would not budge in the bar level. I didn’t want to leave a negative review since I love and have played every Glitch game but I paid 10 dollars and have to quit early since I cannot proceed to the next level. ✓ Black screen and white lineLove Glitch games and knew this one is different to the others (zoomed out version, not a fan so far but I love Glitch). But docked stars as got the black screen on iPhone. All I could see were the captions and hear audio. Had to uninstall and reinstall and reset game several times. I’m unsure if it helps but I viewed the setting and clicked on advanced (didn’t change anything). Finally managed to not get the black screen when I reinstalled and just played. Please fix the black screen issue as I fear it will come back when I next reopen the game and not forcing a reset/reinstall and live progress. Also, everyone I touch the screen, my iPhone bottom white line shows (the line where you can flick up to go back to phone Screen) which obscures the captions and is distracting..TrixlaVersion: 1.0.5

✓ Perspective isn’t my favoriteIt’s a good game so far but playing on a iPhone isn’t ideal. I’m not a fan of the “game board” perspective and the little bar at the bottom of the iPhone gets in the way of the subtitles.
