✓ Not winnable without purchasesProbably one of the best apps/games. Very fun. Good graphics. But unless you make purchases for gems and coins, you can’t pass levels. I actually even submitted a ticket for glitch in the game where I was serving the number of patients needed and still failing, but then realized it was because I needed to purchase a revenue upgrade in order to pass the level, no matter if I hit the patient quota or not. Upgrades cost about three times the amount you are awarded per passed level, so without spending actual cash, don’t expect to advance very far cause failed levels only give about 20 coins. Plus side, no forced annoying adds. Huge plus for me. You can watch adds for double coins on failed levels. Also plus, endless game play as long as your beating levels. Energy only goes down for failed attempts. I’ve played games where you lose energy after 10 minutes per day and quickly forget about the app, so this is good for endless game play. I don’t spend a lot on apps, but this is fun enough and also cheap enough where I’ve made purchases. Probably would have been a 5 if it were hard, but at least possible to beat without spending actual money..Jade6810Version: 5.0.0

✗ Shame, has potential.Eight month wait for release of new level, not levels, just one level (completed within 24 hours). Boost didn’t work (was refunded boosts used) and this tanked my win streak. FB guessing comps rarely pay up gem rewards and if they do they are to random people not the actual winners (see FB page comments for proof). Once on endless mode, coin rewards are absolutely pitiful which make no incentive to continue playing those levels. Transparency and info about release of new levels is non existent. Graphics are awesome and the game play is great. The negatives outweigh the positives of this game by far, therefore only worth one star. - release new levels more frequently. - allow options to choose which location for in game events. - more coins for endless mode. - better rewards for in game events to compensate for the ridiculous 8 month wait time between releasing new levels..Not preggars!Version: 5.0.0

✗ Answer to developer responseI submitted a review saying the game was unbalanced and impossible to progress and got back ways to get coins, which missed the point entirely. The amount of coins you can earn is not nearly enough when compared to how expensive it is to upgrade things. 20-30 coins per failed level is not enough when to upgrade 1 of the doctor types is 550+ coins. I’m on level 9 illness difficulty and level 6 doctors and can’t make enough coins to upgrade them. And that doesn’t even take into account the other upgrades you need to make to earn enough coins or patience to finish levels. Basically be prepared to spend a boatload of time playing for free to get coins unless you want to pay real money, which makes the game feel less fun and more like a money grab..JadedromanticVersion: 1.3.0
