✓ Love this game but……I am really enjoying this game. But at the rate that coins are collected is really slow. I try watching the ads to gain bonus coins but 99% of the time I get a message saying that the bonus can’t be paid, but will be paid at a later date, which never comes. Would love an option to pay for the removal of ads but still get the bonus, like other games. Even a daily gift would be good. Then after logging in for, say, 7 days receive an extra special gift. ✓ Different gameplay to ad but goodThe gameplay advertised shows you being able to fire staff etc but in real gameplay I have not seen this option. Also as much as I enjoy the challenges you complete the level and have to wait far too long to get the next level, so I think the game was launched too soon. It’s been almost 6 weeks if not longer since I completed the last level and still waiting on an update that releases the next level. What’s worse is you have to try and get all the patients now in endless mode but none turn up. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get new patients in all the clinics but still only getting the same old ones. ✓ Level 23 is impossibleHappy clinic is a great game but level 23 is too hard. The challenge is to heal 8 people within 2 mins and 40 seconds which doesn’t sound hard but each person requests items at a random time, making it difficult to serve them and make beds to create space for other people. The time always runs out before I can get to 6 people. Might be a bug or just my lack of skill 🤷🏻♀️. But the game is good overall..Version: 1.3.0

✓ Great game… with some issuesI have loved playing this game recently. Such a good time waster when you find yourself with nothing to do. Super fun and had entertained me for longer than I care to admit :3 However… The game keeps saying that it can’t validate my progress mid level, kicking me back to the main screen and still using a life. Which needless to say is frustrating. Also, whenever you watch a video for double the rewards or for an extra life, sometimes an error message pops up and says that the reward couldn’t be given at the moment; wasting time watching an add for nothing. ✓ Amazing, but one thingI absolutely love this game. It’s so addicting. Designing the hospital feature is really cool, playing challenges are fun, and the storylines of all the doctors and patients are amazing! But one thing you guys could add is creating your own avatars and the assistant’s avatar instead of the same nurse with the blonde hair the old man with grey hair which asks all the options for the different designs. ✓ Great but unable to advance in the gameIt’s a great game with amazing potential! Not annoying ads all the time and very addictive. Main problem is as you progress it can become very expensive to upgrade and when your as high as you can go on Endless and your currently level then have no money to upgrade you get stuck. ✓ Frustrating 😫I love this game. Time management games are my utmost favourite....however....some levels get really frustrating as you can’t lose one patient. One leaves....level is over. Money takes a long time to bank up so you can buy things so patients patience lasts longer, or so doctors heal faster or to buy speed ups for your nurse. Maybe make it three patients can leave before you fail the level? It’s still challenging but will make people want to play more rather then giving up because frustration takes over 🤷♀️.Version: 1.1.0

Downloaded it and haven’t put it down for days but a while back a message pops up after you have watched an ad for extra coins and says it can not validate right now and today when I finished a level in Tokyo it keeps popping up saying it can not validate my game right now and my progress has not been saved. ✓ Second reviewAfter my first review. I realized there were other cities I will be going to, so having said that. I maxed everything out before I played San Fransisco and moving onto Hawaii, it also starts you over. The good news is that San Francisco is an endless mode, so you can stay and build up your coins and diamonds there before you move onto the next one. If you don’t have the resources ahead of time, it’s nearly impossible to pass a board. I highly suggest building stuff up and then you can play and not struggle so bad. Having said that and knowing this has made me love this game. I have multiple games like this. They are all extremely similar, so I do this with every one of them, if you have more than one, I suggest building all of them. It’s hard to just sit for a month and watch ads and collect happy faces for about a month, but worth it in the end. My only complaint is that you have to build up or you won’t be able to play past board 10ish. Just some advice, not otherwise, I love this game!.Version: 4.3.0
✓ Loved and finished the game.However, replaying levels would be great, as you can only play a level once. I am waiting for the new hospital update but I wish I got more than 100 coins for playing an endless mode level as I am trying to upgrade all my hospitals to the max and this will take about 8 games per upgrade, which could be hundreds and hundreds of games at ‘100’ coins a level to actually upgrade the hospitals to the max. Not to mention the mini game where you spin to collect the reagents is SO SLOW! Why do I have to click about 80 times if I have 80 points to collect my rewards? It’s so tedious..Version: 2.0.1
✓ Good until day 22This game is great i was hooked from the second i started. i was expecting the levels to be like candy crush like most games but when i saw that you had to heal patients i was so excited this game is good with the different upgrades but i wish they would cost a little less. i love the system where if you different pass a level you had 4 more tries with the heart system but i didn’t like where i’d you didn’t pass you wouldn’t get all the money that you earned which would then make it really hard to pass the level because to be able to pass it you would have to buy upgrades but without money that is impossible. now for the part i’m stuck on is day 22 i have tried so many times but can’t now pass it and have no money to be able to but upgrades. for day 22 you need so earn something like $256 and for me with four beds and only two of my doctors on$450 is hard the speed of the nurse that gets everything for the doctors is too slow and the doctors want so much stuff to heal a patient, it is over kill. there needs to be another way for make money which is easier but can only be used when your money is below $100, if this is possible it would make everything easier for when you fail the level you can make some money and you spent all you money. please consider everything i have listed i know it’s a lot to read but please piper.Version: 1.2.2
✓ This gameI gave this a four star because there is some issues with this game. At first it can seem a little confusing and hard but you get used to it. I am at the point where I have four chairs and like 15 customers and it is hard like very hard and I just downloaded this game today. If you don’t want to download it as a waste of time I will tell you what the game is all about. So first it walks you through everything and stuff like that. Then you have to play a game to earn stars to buy stuff and when you click on the button to get stars you buy chairs for your costumers because the more Cisneros you have the more chairs you need because the costumers can get mad if they have to wait a long time to get a chair. You have to hire people to work. You have to have people to work for lungs, heart, broken bones and more then you have to buy stuff that the costumers need and when buy them you tap on the object they need and then tap on the patient that needs that item. If there is an option to spin all at one click, it would save me minutes. :) And the pack I purchased most is the ones with unlimited heats (30mins). ✓ I LOVE this game BUT…This game is very fun and very addicting but there are definitely some issues I feel that needs to be fixed. It is really hard to keep up with all the upgrades because the amount of coins you get just aren’t enough. I’ve spent well over $100 over the last few weeks playing this and I’m still not caught up with all the upgrades. Unlimited mode is a good way to earn more coins but again it’s just not enough. I play a level for 5-6 mins and pass and only get 200 coins after getting 35 people through the clinic. I feel as if we should get all of those coins so that it will be easier to upgrade in different locations and in the one I play on unlimited mode. And if there’s no way to do that at then the gems need to be a little cheaper to buy since it doesn’t get us as many coins that we really need to upgrade the locations as needed. Instead of spending $100+ just to go through the coins and gems as quick as we buy them. I really like this game but I can’t keep putting money into it and I would hate to have to delete it. ✓ Invested!This game is so good, the STORYLINE! I am so invested in continuing the game- I am currently at the Sydney clinic. I have played so many phone games, but this one is my favourite. I play it first thing when I wake up, because it really turns on my brain. The harder it gets- the more you have to switch on! I advise that you do have to pay for some upgrades, because the difficulty level rises faster than the coins you can earn to upgrade your staff. It’s a little bit pay to play, only once you get to harder levels, however I believe it’s absolutely worth it. I believe there’s no issue in paying for games that give you joy and fun! I couldn’t recommend this game enough. I love to see the main characters story line progress. They’ve done an absolutely stellar job at being inclusive and diverse also. All races, and some diverse orientation couples/ love interests. Absolutely fantastic. Only thing I would say- more events please! There are also no intrusive in-game ads unless you decide to watch an ad for double coins or rewards. However it is easy to get stuck on a level and can take multiple (10+) replays of the same levelto earn enough coins to buy an upgrade to progress. ✓ Rebalance the Amount of Coins Earned!I have been a fan of the Nordcurrent games ever since Cooking Fever. It was an easy choice to download Happy Clinic. A new scene with new faces and new challenges! Over the years of playing, I noticed that you have to OVER grind to get coins in order to pay for upgrades. Grinding occurs through playing Endless Mode. Unfortunately, the coin payout for beating the level pales in comparison to the goal you must reach for that level. For example, one Endless Mode level at San Francisco requires you to reach 1045 coins. When you win, you receive about 250 coins as your reward. That’s only a quarter of what was asked for level completion. At that rate, you would have to play AND win at least four times WITHOUT losing any of your five lives in order to make only 1000 coins!! Plus, your doctors already cost at a minimum 500 coins! Nordcurrent!? Please PLEASE please balance out the coin payoff for completing levels within Endless Mode. This will greatly improve our coin bank, acquire upgrades, and even exchange those coins for purple gems 💎. Acquiring purple gems are a pain to get too..Version: 6.1.0
✓ Awesome but some problemsThis is my favorite game and I’ve been playing it daily at an addictive rate. I’ve made it all the way to the last level and am eagerly waiting for the next location so I can keep playing!! I also like seeing the memories and the little drama story that comes with it! I kinda wish the choices could be controlled but I still like following the story! (SPOILER) Sad to see the relationship with Daniel end…lol My only problem is that it’s not really possible to get very far without spending actual money to get coins and gems. The upgrades such as adding a bed or upgrading doctors are far too expensive and it would take ages to get enough coins from the levels without spending real $$. When you fail a level, you only keep a very small amount of it so it would take super long to get enough money for an upgrade to beat the level. I’ve spent probably 60 real-life dollars in this game which is a terrible addiction, yes. However, it makes me really upset that this is another game where the only way to truly win is to spend said real-life money. Otherwise, the ones where you don’t lose patients or you run out of time are just not possible without all the necessary upgrades. Like I said though, this is my favorite game and I cannot wait for the new location. I just wish the upgrade shop wasn’t so highly priced to make it nearly impossible to beat the levels. The game will be restarted. ✓ Progression to Coin earning ratio is offI downloaded the game today and have been playing it all day, and almost love it. The one critic I have is that the rate at which the levels get more difficult and your ability to buy upgrades 100% don’t match. There are a few ways that I see this could be fixed; 1. Allow the player to save up stars and spend them at their own pace, hence allowing the difficulty to increase at a rate the player can keep up with, 2. On levels that the player fails allowing them to keep the total amount that they earn instead of dividing it by 10 (for the most part), example, there was a level that I failed but I had accumulated 260 coins while playing, but at the end I was only gives 26 coins, my upgrades where all over 400 coins at this point, or 3. Lowering the initial amount of upgrades to make them more affordable from the beginning, I’m almost confident enough to say that the prices of upgrades could ALL be cut in half, to match the current earning and difficulty progression ratio. I’m excited to see what comes next for this game..Version: 1.2.5

✓ Great Game!So this game starts out slow, but once you get a little further it is addicting! There are micro transactions, but they aren’t necessary to be able to get far in this game. You earn coin and gems steadily and can actually use gems to get more coins if needed. Save them up and use them when you really need to and you won’t feel pressure to buy anything just to progress. I also like how you slowly build up the hospital and the little story that goes along with it as you progress. Also, at first, I was having a bug happen to where every time I passed a level and added something to the hospital the game would then crash and go back to the Home Screen. ✓ Nice game to play but…Whenever I am playing and a level finishes because some levels are timed. I notice that there is no menu to go and redo that level I just did. Instead I am taken to the next level. Also the amount of coins I receive are not enough, unless you purchase with real money, to buy any other items in the game. For example, I want to buy another hospital bed, and I cannot because the hospital bed is 600 coins. Each level only gives you less than the amount of the item’s purchasing price. So, if I am in level 3 I only receive about 160 coins. Then I will not be receiving anymore coins till the next levels and mind you in this level 3, the customers level of difficulty goes up by level 2 to 3 and now I also have to upgrade the doctors, which are 300 coins each and I had about 400 so that means only 1 doctor gets upgraded and the others will have to wait 2 more levels. Till I earn enough to upgrade all of them and by then the customers level of difficulty will be so high that I won’t be able to even play anymore without the customers all leaving by level 15 or so. So please fix the part of the game where I can go back to older levels so I may at least receive enough coins to upgrade all other items in the hospital to be able to defeat the levels..Version: 2.1.0

The only downside I have found so far is that you can’t save your progress by syncing to your Apple ID. Only if you link to Facebook can you save your game. That’s no good as not everyone uses Facebook, including me. So if for some reason my game offloaded then I would lose all my progress! You have to complete 3 rounds to afford 1 upgrade as the money you earn is very little compared to upgrade costs. Can never get ahead with money. Lives take too long to replenish. ✓ Please fix the coin ratioThe game itself is very fun to play so far and I’ve already had it for a bout a few days. The only problem I have with it is the coin earning ratio. While playing a level, you don’t earn much coins and the price of upgrades are pretty expensive. If you lose a level (which happens to me a lot) the amount of coins you earn gets decreased which is pretty unfair if you ask me. It makes it even harder to get the upgrades you need. There are a few things the developers can do to make this a little bit better. You can either make the previous levels playable again (like Cooking Fever does) so you can save up coins, keep the full amount of coins you earn if you lose a level, or decrease the amount of coins needed for upgrades. Doing either one of those things will make it a better time progressing in the game.Version: 1.2.5
✓ Super fun gameI’m super addicted to this game it’s so fun and very challenging at times. However it’s constantly saying it can’t connect to server and then restarts the app. It will do this a couple of times in a row whenever I’m trying to play a level and it will use up a life doing this which is very annoying when the lives take so long to regenerate. I keep checking to see if there’s an update to fix this but doesn’t seem to be. ✓ Pretty Good, But Trying To Pick Your PocketsI am a big fan of time management games in general and was excited to try this one. It’s a pretty good game and they’re always adding new materials into the mix when treating patients. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is because it’s obvious the goal is to get you to spend money on coins. Each level barely awards coins, which makes it difficult to fund upgrades needed to keep patients happy. I even caved and downloaded one of the suggested games which promised a 3000 coin prize. But when I opened the app again, a different suggested game was on the screen and I wasn’t even given the 3000 coin reward. There are no ads though, which is rare these days. I’m about to be on level 25 and have managed to get by so far, but the patients are quickly becoming unhappy with the wait time for treatment which is in turn making me less coins as revenue. Not sure how much farther I’ll be able to go without spending money on the game. I wish there was an option to watch ads in exchange for coins. There is an option to trade diamonds for coins, but it’s not worth it considering the diamond funded upgrades are way better than coin funded upgrades..Version: 4.0.1

It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for and replaces those classic (and often no longer available) apps I used to play as a teen. Keep up the great work. ✓ Challenging yet funI have been playing this game for many months now. I always have a game I can unwind to in the evening and unless you’re participating in the events, it’s not a game that requires you to be online 24/7 (although you might end up doing so if you’ve got nothing else to do!). I only have a few gripes though. 1) Why is there a timer for people to be able to gift you a life? You only get to ask for one life a day so it’s really frustrating when I come online and I can’t gift one of my team a life just because you limit how long they’ve got to receive it. It makes the whole team look like we don’t help so others who are looking at joining will see this and not want to join. ✓ LOVE ITIt’s so fun! I just got it and I’m already addicted. I would give this 5/5 stars but every time you finish a level you buy equipment. That’s not a problem but after you purchase anything it acts normal then about a second or two later it kicks you out! I would really like to enjoy this game without getting kicked out. I’m hoping this is a simple issue to fix because it really takes a fun calming game and turns it into an irritating game. I have many other games from these creators such as Cooking Fever and have not experienced this issue. I’m not sure if I am the only one with this problem or not because I haven’t seen any reviews talking about this issue. Other than that I love this game so far, I would definitely recommend this game. I really hope this can be fixed so I can enjoy gameplay. ✓ This is My new favorite sim gameThis is My new favorite sim game especially since I’m a nurse! The game is addictive and fun but I have a few suggestions… this game becomes very difficult fast! It would be nice to have another option or mini games to gain more lives, gems, coins, & power boosters. It would also be a nice option if we could interact in our hospital while waiting for our lives to restore. In the Society group it would be nice to have a group chat option. Free play is just continuing levels and gets harder. I thought free play would be easier. It does help with certain society tasks though. The game crashes at times, often when watching ads. Please change asking for lives to so many hours versus once a day! And my last request would to have actual attainable tasks in the society task list. ✓ Not fun without the challengeThis game was pretty fun and addictive before the latest update because it was pretty challenging. The fact that you have to keep trying harder each time to win kept bringing me back for more. My current process is at the third hospital London but I mostly play endless mode San Francisco daily for coins and gems (from earning 10 keys) to upgrade London location. After saving up 300 gems, which took a few days just completing regular levels and getting daily gifts, I bought the auto option for weather changing then everything was a breeze afterward. I am currently at the level where illness lvl is 26 with my doctors at lvl 9 and already the winning rate is 99.9%. Then you guys had an upgrade, now what? In endless mode I would have a batch of 4-5 patients where I finished treating them and stand around with nothing to do waiting for the next batch. I would say anyone can complete this easily with just 3 beds. The game just became a slow boring game where the character mostly stand around waiting for new patients. I haven't play regular level yet but after the challenge of the game is being downgraded there isn't any incentive to play at all..Version: 2.0.0

✓ Great gameThis game is super fun and addictive it’s easy at first and once you level up it gets difficult BUT when you get to a certain level were you have to for example get 355 coins and a patient can’t leave angry seems almost impossible to beat like if they made the level that way. you would have to play it about 20 times in order for you to move onto the next level. this makes me believe the creator of the game made it this way so you can keep opening the app which is why i say it’s addictive cause playing a level over and over gets frustrating but i haven’t uninstalled 😂 i’ll have 4 beds and 3 patients that need heart healing and another with foot healing in the 4th bed another patient would come in needing heart healing and you’ll have no choice but to lose because the doctors are busy and the patient would get upset waiting..Version: 1.3.0
✓ Love! Could be better though..My sister and I love to play this game, it is fun and super cute. (We’re both adults enjoying this game lol ) however I do have a few suggestions to help improve the game because her and I are also frustrated with how fast the levels get impossible. First of all it’s hard to get coins and upgrade the doctors and equipment, and it’s easy to go flat broke on every level. So then when the illness level is a 6 and my doctors are still only level 3-4 it’s impossible to beat the level. My sister and I connected to Facebook in hopes to get coins bc every other app offers coins for logging in, and nothing. We tried seeing if we can send lives and coins to each other and still nothing (I feel like that would be a great feature to add!) Second of all the levels get super hard sooo fast!! This is supposed to be a kids game, correct? So why am I 20 years old and my sisters 23 struggling on level 26?? We’ve been stuck on this level for DAYS. I get that you have to make some levels hard but for the love of all things put gaps in between them so that people can save up their coins and diamonds just a little bit. I know sooo many games that don’t make their levels impossible until at least level 50. Again I love the game and not bashing on it. I just think it’s nearly impossible for a 20 year old to play it let alone its original target audience, kids. ✓ Not winnable without purchasesProbably one of the best apps/games. Very fun. Good graphics. But unless you make purchases for gems and coins, you can’t pass levels. I actually even submitted a ticket for glitch in the game where I was serving the number of patients needed and still failing, but then realized it was because I needed to purchase a revenue upgrade in order to pass the level, no matter if I hit the patient quota or not. Upgrades cost about three times the amount you are awarded per passed level, so without spending actual cash, don’t expect to advance very far cause failed levels only give about 20 coins. Plus side, no forced annoying adds. Huge plus for me. You can watch adds for double coins on failed levels. Also plus, endless game play as long as your beating levels. Energy only goes down for failed attempts. I’ve played games where you lose energy after 10 minutes per day and quickly forget about the app, so this is good for endless game play. I don’t spend a lot on apps, but this is fun enough and also cheap enough where I’ve made purchases. Probably would have been a 5 if it were hard, but at least possible to beat without spending actual money..Version: 5.0.0

✓ ChallengingI play most nordcurrent games. This is for people who don’t give up easily but stay with it because you can achieve. My success has been to play the rounds continuously until you pass but focus on racking up the coins so you can buy higher levels of patience also equip upgrades faster doctors etc. you are giving daily gifts and they aren’t shabby. One issue is support. Forget it. No one is home. If you can’t find the answer in faq then you’re on your own. Their cooking game is the same way. Usually I can figure it out but if it’s too frustrating I’ll leave it behind for a while. One thing I like is that as long as I stay skilled in the game I do slowly move ahead (I don’t have money for diamonds here or in real life). I am legally blind and happy to be able to see the items on an iPad. They are not overly generous…just enough to keep me interested. Same with the Airplane game. ✓ Love itIdk what it is about this game, but I am absolutely addicted to it. I’ve never really cared about games too much. I’ll play them but never cared to be consistent with them, or keep up or anything like that. With this on, I am on it every chance I get. There’s just something about it that I cannot get enough of and idk what it is but I think I have a problem at this point 😂 my only thing is, I can’t figure out the highest level you can upgrade the doctors to go to? So far I’ve unlocked about 4-5 hospitals. ✓ Easy Game to Play, Fun Decorating for AnyoneThis game I really am loving and enjoying as it’s not one of those games where you have to play these (most of the time) rigged puzzles in order to level up and/or to earn stars, for decorating or adding equipment. It’s pretty straight forward, the actual game itself, and you’re not wasting game money for no reason. It’s not a one-off deal when you buy something to help you progress in the game and then you have to buy it all over again if you want that same feature. It actually stays the same, but you can upgrade that feature or features in order to help you out. (I hope my explanation makes sense. If not, play for yourself and choose for yourself what does or doesn’t make sense 😅) I was recommended this game by my best friend. ✓ Great game but about lvl 24This game is very addictive and it’s great. I’ve been hooked to it ever since I’ve downloaded it, but there are some annoying bits about the level 24. In this level you have to reach 280 coins in 2 minutes and 45 seconds. I would be trying my hardest, I’d be sweating trying to reach that goal but the timer ALWAYS RUNS OUT. I bought an extra 30 seconds twice! and I didn’t even get up to the 1st key. I would recommend extending the timer to get a better chance of succeeding. ALSO, why do the doctors need so much stuff? I have to run around the whole WORLD just to get 2 things for all the doctors. One last thing, when you fail a level, could we get more credit? I get like 100 coins or under and that makes it harder to buy some stuff to help me succeed in a level. For example, levelling up the doctors, or buying new beds. ✓ Good game but keeps crashing.I found this game earlier today and love it. It’s great fun to play especially when you have nothing better to do. However, after a level I keep getting kicked out of the app. I have no warning. It saves most my progress, up to the last choice I made but not the choice itself. ✓ Updated: Fun new gameI just downloaded this today, but it’s been fun and addictive so far. I play three other games by NordCurrent and they are all fun. I appreciate that I can earn both gems and coins for upgrades. I hope that I will be able to replay levels once I’ve unlocked free play because I like to go back and get 3 stars on every level. After playing this for several days, I can still say that it’s fun and addictive, but there are definitely issues with the currency and upgrade system. I’ve made it to level 112, but I spent about $50 to get the gems and coins necessary to do it. My other two favorite NordCurrent games, Airplane Chef and Cooking Fever, make it possible to progress in the game without spending money by level-grinding (playing the same levels over and over to earn coins & gems). This game doesn’t allow that. If you fail a level, you only get to keep 10% of what you earned. That’s really unfair. With how much upgrades cost, that means I have to play a level around 200 times in order to earn enough, but your lives are limited. I think that either Stamina need to be done away with, allowing continual level play like Cooking Fever, or you should keep the full amount of each level earned like Airplane Chef. I really like NordCurrent because they make cute, fun games and they have great customer service. I’m hoping that they listen to their customers and make the game a little easier for everyone to play..Version: 1.2.5
✓ 2.0.0 Update issueI love this game, but have just updated to the new version 2.0.0, and there are glitches. I complete level 283, but cannot go any further, and a message saying “Validation error - There was an error validating your progress. The game will be restarted. Sorry for the inconvenience.”. ✓ Great game but disappointing prizes at the end of levelsThis si a really great game and I love that there is so many levels and things to upgrade but the fact that you can do an endless level that means you have to earn 2000 coins then only get less then a quarter of that as a reward makes it frustratingly hard to upgrade anything. Please let us keep what we earn it the endless levels. It’s just to hard to keep playing if we can’t earn enough to upgrade. Other than this it is a fantastic and engaging game..Version: 6.3.2
✓ Brilliant, a few criticismsIt’s one of my favourite games with that classic time management feel. I do have a few small issues, though. Firstly, it takes such a long time to earn gems and after a certain point, it does become impossible to play unless you have the automatic bed change. Along the same lines, I think once you’ve purchased the automatic bed change for one hospital, that should carry over to other hospitals. I think that the patient difficulty advances too fast, and it’s nearly impossible to keep the doctors at the same level, unless you don’t bother upgrading anything else. My only other critique is that when you watch an ad to get double the reward, it often has an error but says “don’t worry, you’ll receive your reward soon”, but you never actually do. ✓ Wonderful GameThis is my favorite game of all time. Addicting! I have beaten all the levels and I find it’s always fair in how much you receive for jewels and monies, without having the spend real-time money (though that is at times an added bonus). I would’ve given five stars, however I have one issue. The upgrades for the doctors max out at level 2000 for how fast they move, but the levels in endless mode keep increasing. Endless mode is a great thing to be able to play between the creation of new levels, to build up gems and money but once the endless mode gets too far with the patients, the docs can’t keep up and you can’t win them without spending any boosters that you have. It’s a disappointing thing, it would be quite nice if the doctors sped up by upgrades too. I’ve even tried because you can still click on the “$2000” upgrades but the amount won’t change. I have tried many times, wasting well over $10,000 in coins to see if this has been changed yet. Please consider so that we can enjoy the game continuously, and not have to set it aside while you are working on more levels. Thanks!!.Version: 6.2.0
✓ Cost 6 TIMES more to upgrade after new updateThe new update seems ridiculous!! It takes 6 TIMES more coins to upgrade each doctors now! My difficulty and doctors are 100+ for each location and it took 1xxx coins to upgrade each doctors before, now it takes 6xxx coins. I spent all my 400k coins to upgrade ONLY few levels for all my doctors in Tokyo but still cannot pass because each patient required 4-5 treatments (difficulty 111 and doctors are levels 135). I already fully upgraded everything in 6 locations, patients in other locations did not required more than 4 treatments. After this update, patience gone quicker compares to before. 6 times more coins to upgrade doctors when all the prizes from smiling faces and other activities remain the same. It doesn’t make sense and doesn’t seem fair. Peoples have to fail again and again and watch adv to save coins for upgrade actually lower peoples interest for this game. I love this game so much and play it EVERYDAY for 8 months. New update with increasing goals is good, however the numbers to upgrade things are too ridiculous. Please reconsider the number and look into the treatments issue in Tokyo..Version: 2.1.0
✓ Awesome game and developers listenThis game is so much fun. There was an issue with validation causing it to go back to main menu and lose a life and not be able to upgrade - but the developers have fixed this now so I’m rating it five star again. I’m back to doing the endless levels to raise my funds to upgrade everything. When I was struggling to upgrade - I just kept doing the levels I could do and used the ad feature to get double coins. I could double my coins even on the levels I failed so although it took a long time and waiting for lives and using ads to get extra lives I was will eventually able to upgrade the levels couldn’t beat and progress. And for every ten levels you finish successfully you’ll get a gift as well which sometimes has gems in which I save and use to get 5000 coins and upgrade even more :D.Version: 2.1.0
