✓ Gets boring fast.I started to give this game 1 star, but went with 2 only because it is fun to play when you are actually able to earn money. The problem? The cost of upgrades far, FAR exceeds the amount of money you earn. I’m only on the second hospital, and am at a point where I can’t beat a level. When you fail a level, you only get a fraction of the money you actually earned. Example: I earned over $300 but failed the level. I was only awarded about $25. I’m sorry, but I’m not going to play the same level a thousand times trying to earn enough money to upgrade. After completing a hospital, you have access to what they call “endless mode”. It’s not endless. You have goals to reach just like any other level. And it gets harder and harder. Same thing here…if you fail, you only get a fraction of what you earn. If they change it so we get to keep the actual amount of money we earn, I will change my rating. The money you earn in levels is disproportionate to the money needed for upgrades and it just makes the game an unenjoyable experience. Especially when you lose a level you only get 20-30 coins, it really doesn’t all add up. Developers need to change either the cost of upgrades, or increase money from levels and even when you fail them, perhaps give half money and the player can watch an add to get all the money they earned in that level if they wish. ✓ Great GameThis is a fantastic game. I would love to give it 5 stars! However it quickly becomes impossible to pass levels without paying money. I don’t mind paying small amounts occasionally and I think most players are the same and would stick with the game because it is such a lot of fun. However even if you pay for an upgrade eg. your nurse runs at a super fast rate, it only works for a very short time rather than for the whole level. Also, as you complete a hospital and enter “endless mode” for that hospital the rewards are altered so that you now earn a meagre amount of coins for the successful completion of the level. Added to that the new hospitals become doubly expensive and the rewards are halved. ✓ Not enjoyable anymore - far better games out there and more rewarding.This game was great in the beginning but the levels have been made too difficult you need to use so many boosters to pass them which is virtually impossible sometimes and then you are stuck on next level for ages. Also the rewards have not been awarded for a while which is really unfair. When completing tasks you can receive personal rewards and society rewards but this have been awarded at all and is quite bad and frustrating. I have reported this with the developers but no joy. I came 2nd in one of the tasks but didn’t receive any rewards which was so annoying and the developers asked me to provide proof but the task had finished and score was back to zero. You need to make this bit more easier, also there are no power ups I don’t understand why you have icons there. There are way more better games out there that are more rewarding. ✓ Sadly I am deleting.Let me start off by saying this game is SO much fun. I got addicted as soon as I started. Sadly I quickly learned that this game is just straight up not fair and wanting you to spend all your stats or buy coins for levels you shouldn’t need to. The amount of coins you get (or lack their of) for the amount of work you do in a level makes no sense and makes it almost impossible to beat next levels because you don’t make enough to upgrade. The most disappointing, when you make it to a new hospital it makes sense to start from square one, but you should be able to visit your old hospital and make the amount of coins you were making before going to the new hospital but instead you go back to square one making only a few coins even though you’re fully upgraded and running around those levels working your bottom off! ✓ Great Game, Needs Work For Necessary UpgradesHello, so I just downloaded this game & I highly enjoy it. But my main concern is it seems like one of those games where you have to spend real money to pass some levels, or “get ahead of the game”. My things is, like in Endless Mode, we are having to earn $650 in coins, but we only get maybe $200 of that & then we have the option to watch a ad to double to $400. As to where if the goal is $650 & the payout is $650, watch a video to get $1300. That would make it to where we could actually afford the upgrades without having to replay the same level 20 times. I literally had to play the same level over 10 times because I couldn’t pass it because I couldn’t afford the necessary upgrades. On top of that, I have to wait numerous hours for my lives to refill. However as you progress through the game it becomes phenomenally difficult. You cannot keep up with the doctors upgrades, which go up every three levels never mind trying to accumulate enough to purchase other equipment. Even when you are spending ‘real’ money it is impossible to keep up or stay on top of the levels. Sadly I think that the only point of this game is to generate money. You just can’t earn enough to carry on playing, I did buy the first lot but used them up so quickly and now I’m failing the mission to earn a few coins until I can upgrade again, and having to watch the adverts to double my coins. ✓ Loved it at first!I really enjoyed it at first but as I have unlocked more you don’t earn enough coins to do anything and I’m not sure why but the amount of coins you get when failing a level has dropped dramatically since I first started playing so it is taking far too long to level things up. The endless modes are also not worth playing after a certain point anymore because you don’t earn enough coins even after watching the videos to double up. ✓ Great game …butI started playing this game because I was playing another NordCurrent game called Cooking Fever and there was an advertisement for Happy Clinic. I absolutely love cooking fever it is so much fun to play so I figured this game would be fun as well. At first I fell in love with this game because it is easy to play but very challenging at the same time. I have completed all of the normal levels and have begun playing endless mode. For each city hospital you have there is an endless mode. At first each endless mode is easy. The longer you play the endless modes, or I should say, the more levels or times you play it gets harder. I love a challenging game but the levels are now becoming too hard to play and the only way to win them are by spending diamonds. I am getting really annoyed that I have to spend real money to be able to finish that level. My suggestion is to be able to make the nurse faster sense endless mode levels are becoming harder. I would gladly pay for her to become faster because after a certain amount of patients come there is no way that you can keep up. I’ve already got the gems in the piggy bank the first time I paid for them but the second time it took my money an hey presto NO GEMS! Now I get a window that tells me about validation error after trying to buy more gems again which it didn’t allow. Now I can’t even play at all. How can this be? I’ve even tried to contact support but to no success so at least Stubpb got through to them. ✓ Like but not sure I’ll continue playingSo up until a few days ago I was earning the full coins even when failing a level. Now I’m earning 10%. With the cost of upgrades and adding new doctors not at the same level the amount of time on a level when you lose is taking forever. I’ve been on level 140 for three days. The time to renew lives is a bit long considering the failure rate of these levels. 5 patients coming in for same doc but can’t lose a person is difficult. I also spent money thinking that if I purchased the gems upgrades those would continue to all hospitals. It does not. I might have purchased different packages had I known this. Overall I found myself wanting to play but with the coin changes upgrade costs I’m finding I probably won’t be playing this as often. ✓ Good if you want to spend moneyThe concept is great. But you realise early on that the game is impractical if you don’t want to spend money. It’s almost impossible to progress to higher levels since the output of coins from failed levels are so low. 20coins for a failed level when you need to purchase a 500coin+ upgrade. FB guessing comps rarely pay up gem rewards and if they do they are to random people not the actual winners (see FB page comments for proof). Once on endless mode, coin rewards are absolutely pitiful which make no incentive to continue playing those levels. Transparency and info about release of new levels is non existent. But the upgrades cost far too much to actually be able to do anything, and once you upgrade for customers to sit down, you go from 3 people in the queue to 7, which is extremely unfair to the player. They’re instantly put under far more stress than they would’ve been with that upgrade. Additionally, I feel like some of the mechanics in the game are pointless. Having patients be affected by weather when their patience meter is already low is horribly aggravating, and it made me rage quit many times. The fact that you could be almost done with the task and miss it by 5 coins is awful, especially since the game punishes your by taking 90% of your earnings, therefore blocking you yet again from getting the necessary upgrades for the clinic. Now today, one of the levels was extremely difficult and it took me a day to complete and save up to buy stuff to help me complete the level. I completed the level after many, many tries, got my coins for the completion of the level and also collected 10 gems for an achievement. it was definitely completed. I was on the home page when it crashed, and nothing would load, so i refreshed the app, opened it back up again to find that the level i completed, wasn’t actually completed. my gems and coins were gone and i was back where i started. i’m so frustrated. i used my timer boosters to complete that level and now i have none left and that was what really got me through that level 😭 this has happened enough and i don’t think i’ll be playing anymore 🥲 i’ll be deleting it if this issue isn’t resolved. When you lose a round no matter how many coins you have got up to the point of losing you get measly “token” coins for trying 20-30 average coins which you can double by watching an ad. There needs to be a revision in this game to make it playable. ✓ Coin collection is too slowLove the game however you get barely any coins to be able to progress in the game. The difficulty level increases way faster than you’re able to collect coins to upgrade your doctors. For example, my doctors are currently at level 7 difficulty but the illness difficulty is 12. Even if I pass a level and watch an ad to double my coin reward, I still only have enough to upgrade one doctor and then the next level becomes impossible again. Same with playing infinite mode in previous locations - you only get about 300 coins which isn’t enough for an upgrade by itself and those locations are getting more difficult with each level you play. Why is it that when you fail a level you don’t get all the coins you earned? That would help this issue immensely. For example, a level goal might be to get 400 coins in a set time, but I only get 300 so don’t pass. But the coin reward you get is like 20 coins not 300. It makes it extremely difficult to progress. It took me 15 attempts to pass a level because I had to wait to get enough coins from attempts, smile gifts, and endless mode attempts. While this game is fun, you have to spend your own money to surpass the challenging and difficult levels. Even if you upgrade all of the staff and the equipment, the upgrades don’t seem to be reflected in the game play, as the doctors and the nurse still move at a snails pace, and you’ll end up having to spend gems (which are very hard to come by through normal game play, and you typically have to spend your own hard earned money to increase your gems) to “extend your day.” Also, the amount of gems that one has to pay is significant, with it being 35 gems to extend your time on a level, and it drastically increasing for every extension thereafter. However, the last few months playing the game I’ve noticed that the bar used show the progress of the doctor ‘healing’ the patient, either has a glitch or there is a program that the company is running to ensure that the speed in which the doctor is healing is moving slower than it is suppose to. For example, the biggest issue that I run into is when I’m down to the last 15 seconds and I had three patients who should have gotten off the chair anywhere between the last 5 to 3 seconds based on their progress bar. The bar is filled and the doctor is still working on them and the time runs out, or the most recent popular excuse is the doctor ordering a surgery, whether the patient already had one or not. As a result, makes them ineligible to be counted towards the goal. I understand that it’s part of the game to do it once or twice, but this has become an issue every time I’ve played in the last month. It was super addictive and fun but then it got unnecessarily difficult too fast. Too many patients were coming in at once and the nurse does not move fast enough to get everything done in time. Plus, when you lose a level you only get a small percentage of your earnings which makes it so difficult to upgrade your stuff to get past the level. HOWEVER… the difficulty of the game escalates pretty quick and they basically force you to buy packs of coins and gems to continue playing without losing all the time. ✓ Addictive…But It’s a Money PitThe game starts off slow, maybe even a little too slow as I almost deleted it before it really got going. But once it picks up it becomes quite addicting. The first hospital gives you decent rewards and you’re able to upgrade as necessary. However, once you move on to the second hospital things unravel quickly. There’s two main reasons: 1. You don’t earn enough to upgrade the second hospital quick enough to beat levels. This leaves you have to either a) spend a lot of real money or b) try to earn money playing endless mode at your first hospital. This leads to the second main problem. 2. Playing endless mode doesn’t allow you to go back to previous levels and try to get a better score. Instead, the levels continue to progress which requires you to use money or gems in an effort to upgrade that hospital. This is useless considering your earnings in endless mode are a fraction of what you made in story mode. Overall, the game is fun. Am I willing to spend more than the $9 I already threw into it? No. Some games are definitely worth it. This one, however, seems to be set up as a money grab. It would cost thousands of real dollars to max out every hospital. The reason I gave it a 3 star is because the levels come to a point where you can’t beat it, and have to spend REAL MONEY to beat that level, or download an app to earn cash to upgrade. I’ve played the SAME level for 1/2 hours to try to beat it. The only way I upgraded my stuff was by playing to earn 24, 36, or 16 coins per level for not beating it. For example, there are items that are 1,000 coins , 2,000 coins etc…the levels pay about 400 coins, or lower…If you don’t complete that level, then it gives you 24+ coins with a max of 40. But you can’t go back and replay levels which means you never play a level well and there’s no way to earn more coins by replaying easier levels. Once you get to a level that is too difficult, you fail the level and get a token 20 coins and lose one of your 5 lives. You will never earn enough coins to get an upgrade and have a chance at beating the level and as I said can’t go back. ✓ This game seems impossible to progress in.I haven't been playing for a while, and I'm only on level 21. In the early stages, it's fun to play, however, I'm already stuck on level 21. It's not possible for me to get enough money in time with the conditions the game forces you to be in. With the conditions of the hospital, 6 beds isn't enough to treat enough patients in time to make the money required to pass. On level 21, you need to make $200 in two and a half minutes. Which means you'd need to make about $100 a minute, which is insane for such a low level. Speaking of money, you only get 10% of what you make. It's practically impossible to buy the nessasary upgrades, AND you can't really money grind yet, because you only get 5 hearts, and it take hours for them to refill. I'm debating whether I should spend real money on this game to pass the level, but it seems like a waste. The amount of coins you can earn is not nearly enough when compared to how expensive it is to upgrade things. 20-30 coins per failed level is not enough when to upgrade 1 of the doctor types is 550+ coins. I’m on level 9 illness difficulty and level 6 doctors and can’t make enough coins to upgrade them. And that doesn’t even take into account the other upgrades you need to make to earn enough coins or patience to finish levels.
