Murder in Alps: Hidden Mystery for Negative User Reviews

Great game but could be betterI would love to give this review 5 stars based on the intrigue, the graphics, and the overall creation of the game (I love it!). But the energy levels is what brings my rating from five down to three. One energy every eight minutes is not enough, you can’t even get through one mini game. Overnight you should get up to 200 energy but this is never the case. I would much rather pay to download the game, if the energy issues could be fixed. Please update this problem soon, I am not the only one who is frustrated about this. If I can’t get more energy I will need to delete the game because it is too much effort to play. Could someone pls respond and give me feedback?.Version: 2.2.0

Don’t get this game!I actually love this game, but running out of energy in 10 minutes and waiting days to renew it is a lesson in frustration!.Version: 2.0.1

Takes too much energy to do ANYTHING !!!I looove this game but it takes a certain amount of energy for every thing you do, and it’s WAY too much. You can only ever play for like five minutes at a time unless you want to pay real money. Which just makes me not want to invest real money in it !! I love everything else, the graphics, the voices and characters, the plot lines and the diary option and games. The art is beautiful !! But it’s hard to get invested into the game with this issue. Please fix it !!!!!.Version: 5.0

Do I have to give it a star?I really want to give the game 5 stars, which it absolutely deserves for story, graphics, and gameplay BUT like most people I am completely frustrated and annoyed with the whole energy situation, or lack thereof. How can you play a game where full energy only gives you a few minutes of play? I get that you want your app to make money but who can justify buying energy when it will only last minutes?! I refuse to pay for energy under the current circumstances but I would have gladly bought a game of this caliber. What’s even sadder is that since the release of the game, most reviews make mention of the deplorable energy situation and how great the game would be if this were not the case, and yet no attempts at improvement have been made - it still sucks! Guess that really shows what you think of your customers’ opinion. Don’t waste your time on downloading this app..Version: 3.1

Energy issuesYet another review complaining about the energy in this game…. Overnight I only gained 78 energy , not even a full refill (which is ridiculous in itself) but that has completely gone in 5 mins of game play! Almost half of it was used in a conversation scene which isn’t optional and involves no more interaction that watching tv, and the rest was used up in one of the object finding games which I didn’t even get to finish as the energy ran out. 8 - 10 hours of energy regeneration for 5 - 10 minutes game play is insane. Now I remember why I previously uninstalled this game so quickly. As others have said, a paid option where the game could be bought outright would be preferable to spending money on energy refills that won’t last long. £2.49 for maybe 25 mins gameplay? No thanks..Version: 7.0

Bad energy systemCan i just clarify a few things? 1: i already used all of the energy receivers like link your facebook 2: im still in chapter 1 part 1 3: some cutscenes REQUIRE 20 ENERGY and i did some math : 1 energy every 8 minutes, 8x10=80 80x2=160, it takes 160 or more minutes just to get to get past a single cutscene. If you want better feedback i can give you a few tips, like for example, you can make the energy you get every 8 minutes decrease to about 1, its not a-lot every minute - but it will avoid you from getting these bad reviews you get, if this energy system did not exist, then you would make less money, and get better reviews, so i think you should just increase the energy you get, 1 per minute would mean a 20 energy cutscene would be 20 minutes to get past, still not as much, but enough to make the people buy energy - also it would get rid of the bad reviews, if you read this - thanks. Update: i deleted the game, way too frustrating for me..Version: 9.0.1

Don’t getLike many others have said, the energy system is terrible and unsustainable for a fun gameplay experience. You have to wait a whole entire day for it to be filled up, and even THEN it does not last long enough. You get about 10 minutes of gameplay which a lot of it is just clicking and finding random objects that have no relevance to the case. Then you have to wait another like 24 hours for another ten minutes gameplay. It just isn’t practical. And it makes what otherwise would be a great game, extremely frustrating and impossible to get immersed into. I suggest everyone to delete this app until this issue is solved. The company who owns this game clearly is doing well for themselves, they don’t need to add this much cash grabbing techniques. Sorry if this seems disrespectful. But it’s just such a shame and a disappointment because I love the art style, love the story line and concept, love the comic book style scenes, but the energy system completely ruins it. And I’ve seen people as far as 3 years back complain about this and still nothing has changed. If you’re going to keep energy at least give an option to pay for the whole game without energy, or be able to watch ads to COMPLETELY fill up our energy. Or AT LEAST make energy last longer so we can actually play for longer. Please listen to your customers. This game would be perfect, one of the best and most intricate designs on a mobile game ever imo, had it not been for this energy system. Do better.Version: 8.1.1

Murder in the AlpsI have to say that I have thoroughly enjoyed my 10 minutes a day of play on this game. I have been frustrated by not actually playing the game at all on some days, since I use up all my points going from screen to screen, but then the next day I generally have a solid 10 minutes. Unfortunately I have reached a point where a new portion of the story (which you will read whether or not you want to) is in production and I will have to wait, so I am going to remove it from my IPad. I will check back but unless the shortcomings, as pointed out by others (ridiculous wait time to refill points-24hours; ridiculous “charge” to move from place to place, screen to screen; having to restart a screen on which you are actually playing, rather than reading, because you run out of available points in the middle of play and having your progress disappear, making it necessary to restart and thereby use up more points; and finally, not having progress produce higher available points with which to play). I will miss the game but hope someone out there can produce as impressive a game, using fairly lifelike people and interesting screens that will allow more playing, less waiting, and less point usage for nothing that pays off. Try it; it’s an attractive program and interesting game..Version: 2.2.0

Very limited playabilityThe gameplay itself in this game is great but the amount of energy you use is completely ridiculous. Every little action, even going in and out of rooms, it seems, cost energy, and not a small amount either. They give you 200 energy per day, because of such a slow recharge time on the energy, but they may as well give you 10 for how many tasks and actions you can perform. This could be a wonderfully immersive game if the energy function was fixed, or simply removed completely, but as it is now, it’s unplayable simply because you can not get immersed in the game before you have a no energy pop up and you have to wait for recharge.Version: 6.2

Waste of TimeYou could leave the game for two days and the energy wouldn’t have recharged to 200. 5 energy per item you find which is barely enough for one scene. Turns players off the game right away. There are achievements which give you energy, but only ten. Ads are also available to watch for 20 energy, but there’s only so many a day and half the time you watch the ad and you don’t receive the energy at all. Takes around 6 months for each chapter to come out, at which stage you’ve forgotten what happened before. Graphics are beautiful, but lack of energy and long wait times mean this game is simply not worth it. Would be better if you just paid a flat rate and they didn’t make you wait thirty minutes to get one point of energy. Find a different game, this one isn’t worth wasting your time..Version: 3.1

FrustratingWhy does it cost so much energy to do one little thing? I just completed a chapter and got 10 measly energy!!! Why can’t you fill the energy bar up? 5 energy for each of the items on a list of 20 in one scene it’s ridiculous! All other games I have played do like 20 energy for the whole scene why are you so stingy w it the energy people won’t play longer I have deleted twice and I’m ready to do it again grrr. Great story line but not worth the constant running out and never being able to get a full energy bar EVER!.Version: 4.0

EnergyI love this game, however you can’t get anything done at all due to the energy taking 8 minutes just to give you one. It takes up far too much energy to do tasks meaning you’re only able to play for 5 minutes and then you have to stop and come back later hoping you have more energy. I don’t think it should take 20 energy to have a conversation or to watch a comic strip as they are necessities for the game. I also don’t think it should take 5 energy for every item you pick in the hidden item scenes as you have to grab and search for them all, instead maybe it could just take 20 energy overall or something like that. It’s a shame because this is so fun but it’s just ridiculous how long it takes. I went to bed last night on zero energy, woke up with 71, and was only able to complete three things (giving someone an object, watching a comic, then leaving the room) before i got the warning ‘this action needs 20 more energy’..Version: 4.1

Good butGame is fantastic but gaining energy is so hard and expensive..Version: 9.1.0

Great Game, But...This would be a really great game to get into, if it weren’t for the energy. You start off with enough energy to get your through a good portion of the game, however, you’ll quickly realize that it runs out fairly quickly. For example, with the 400 energy you start with, you can get through a few tasks and some dialogue, but just when you’re really getting into the story... bam! No energy. I wouldn’t mind that, except for the fact that there’s nothing telling you in the start that you need energy (or even how much you need) to do things. Just a little bar you can see from time to time showing you the energy, but nobody notices those things while in play. And other than that, it’s never pointed out, until you get a message saying you don’t have enough energy. I also wouldn’t mind it as much if it didn’t take hours to replenish energy. The game itself isn’t bad at all, but having to wait so unreasonably long just to be able to finish a task (I waited five hours and I still can’t complete a task) will simply bore players, who will most likely spend more overall time waiting for energy than playing in the long run. If you’ve got the patience for it, I say go ahead, but if you’d rather not wait several hours to play, I say skip this one..Version: 3.1

Greediest Game Design EverIt’s got an interesting and compelling story, pleasing visuals, a nice user interface, and well thought out activities for the user to complete. And then they came up with the energy tidbit. Want to pick up the items in the search? 5 energy each. Want to hand someone an object? 5 energy. HAVE to watch a comic cut scene that you have no choice but to watch? 20 energy! Now, this isn’t the worst, lots of games make you have an energy bar. What makes this so infuriating is that your energy only recoups at 1 for every 8 minutes, with a max at 200 energy. I’ll do the math for you- it takes 26 hours to recoup your entire energy bar, which only lasts for ~maybe~ 5-10 minutes of gameplay with their horrific nickel-and-dime energy usage. That’s where the money comes in. You get some free energy when you’re getting into the game, having fun, then it comes to a screeching halt. You are left to look at the free options which are connect to Facebook and joining an email list (ew), or the incredibly overpriced energy bundles. Instead of charging a reasonable fee to download, they decided to just be annoying and greedy instead. Now, occasionally you can watch ads for energy but that doesn’t work for everyone. Have fun playing for 10 minutes once a day. I’m keeping the app out of spite..Version: 5.0.1

Developers should read 😡 Energy and in-app $ are ridiculous. After writing the below review I discovered you can purchase a version for $20....that is greedy and outrageous! 52k reviews all stating the same complaint should be a red flag for developers to change their practices. While I said I’d happily pay I assumed it would be a reasonable price. What an incredible disappointment. I really enjoy playing this game, the graphics are great, the story line is interesting and the characters are endearing but the energy requirement is such a disappointment... I love getting lost in a game like this but due to the energy requirements for this game I can’t play for more than a few minutes each night. It takes over 24 hours to restore your energy to a full bar and within 5-15 minutes of play, it’s used up. Wait another 24+ hours and repeat. Hidden achievements and finding collectibles adds small amounts of energy but really aren’t worth the effort. The in-app purchase prices are outrageous! I’ll admit in a moment of weakness I did pay for what I thought would be a significant amount of playtime but was extremely disappointed that the energy purchased didn’t last 30 minutes. Either change how quickly the energy is replenished or I’d happily pay a one time price to buy the game without the energy restrictions. I’d give this game 5 stars if not for the energy issue..Version: 4.1

Need to Change the Energy SystemThis is very fun and beautiful game, but the energy system absolutely ruins it. You’re basically able to play for 10-15 minutes per day before you run out of energy. For a game that has such a rich storyline, it makes prevents you from fully immersing yourself in the adventure. The energy consumption rate needs to be decreased heavily..Version: 2.0

Murder in the alpsIt is a great game but I have deleted it as the energy takes extremely long to regenerate, it doesn’t fully regen over night which was a kill for me. If there are changes made with the energy on how long it will take to refill and how much energy the game takes with each item found then I will re-download but as of now I don’t see any changes happening soon since this has been a problem for years and still hasn’t been resolved, so I will keep it deleted until these changes are made! Good day!! :).Version: 6.2

We all agreeThis game is so fun but the character periodically needs energy and it throws off everything. I just walked in and saw the corpse but the moment is ruined because I need energy, and can’t progress until I have some. Just let us buy the game and not have to deal with the energy restrictions. Having to wait is really a bummer, but oddly it doesn’t matter if you don’t play for a day or a month, when you get back you will have earned the same amount of energy, which is lame. Also, are just going to sit here and act like home girl doesn’t have the stickiest fingers we’ve ever seen? She’s asked to find a knife, but she’s actually taking your curry. Maybe if she ate some she’d have enough energy. The puzzles that make sense (like fixing the phone), those are good ones; but I can only play so many games of ISpy: robber addition. (I’m not going to lie and pretend I didn’t enjoy playing solitaire, I just don’t know what the point of it was). That all being said, these characters are super fun. There’s one death from the first game I’m still upset about and I’m several games later, you start to care about these characters! (The animation is slowly declining in quality though, the first chapter gave each character much more detail, which I really appreciated. (Spoiler: Anna and Walter would have made a way better couple than Anna and Luigi, just gonna say that. But if you kill Luigi, imma be mad. ).Version: 3.0

Energy ScamThe energy charging is ridiculous, it’s a beautiful game but not worth it.Version: 2.0

It could be greatAs other reviewers have noted the storyline, graphics, music etc all contribute to an engaging and enjoyable game. However the rate at which you chew through energy is staggering. Game designers should check out Sims mobile for good energy pacing and recharge activities. Such a shame, I love the game but won’t buy energy as it not worth it. (Depletes too fast to waste money on.) There’s no option to watch videos for energy either and at an 8min regen for 1 point it is painfully slow. The game itself is wonderful but it’s like reading a great crime novel and being interrupted every half page for several hours or days. So frustrating when with a few tweaks it could be a fantastic gaming experience as well as a fantastic story!.Version: 4.0

Energy ruins the gameThis would probably be a 5 star game if it wasn’t for the energy aspect. Look, I’ve played a lot of energy based games, and I understand the reasoning behind it, and mostly they feel balanced, but this one is by far the worst. Light years worse than any others. So bad, it backfires on the developer. Each object you find in a hidden object scene takes 5 energy points. Even after over 12 hours, the energy still hasn’t regenerated. Even with full energy you can only play for a few minutes. The more a game feels like it’s forcing me to pay for something, the less inclined I am to buy anything. At first, I thought I might buy energy to play this game, the quality was so good. But after realizing how much energy it takes to do one tiny thing, and that even after buying energy you’d use it up almost instantly, I’m not inclined to even play the game at all, much less pay continuously for the privilege. So, well done, developers, your strategy actually lost a potential paying customer. Even though all the reviews mention this, they apparently still get enough suckers throwing money at them that they have no incentive to change. So unless you want to constantly pay in order to play this game, or don’t mind playing for about one minute every other day (that is not an exaggeration) don’t bother even trying this game. This one’s getting deleted..Version: 8.1.0

If I could play it - it’d be great!Everything is great about the game. For any action in the game, you need to use energy. The main game throughout is the I Spy style where you have to search for things on the screen. Half your energy is depleted just playing one of those, then following a few instructions and your energy is gone. You can get free energy for watching video advertisement - don’t be fooled. I did this once to recharge and now it’s been two days and I’m still unable to watch anymore. I’m only ever able to play the game for ten minutes before having to turn off because I have no energy. The energy doesn’t successfully recharge over night either so don’t rely on that. I just have to constantly gamble on whether I can play or not. It’s such a shame too. If there was a one off fee to play the game without the energy, I would. I would BUY the game but this mess they have going on - no..Version: 1.3

GUESS WHY 2/5I don’t normally write reviews, especially on games but... the graphic is great. The storyline is great. The idea to use voice actors was great and well performed. This game has so much potential to be the best mystery game but the only thing stopping it is ofc the amount of time needed for the energy to refill itself. You’ll only get to play the game a good one or two minutes (maybe less) in a day before you find yourself waiting a whole day for the energy bar to be full again. IM DEAD SERIOUS. So many complaints and reviews regarding about the energy but they only responded to the one concerning the chapters. I feel like the issue bout the energy will never be resolved which is such a shame because other than that... this was a REALLY good game 👀😔.Version: 4.1

ÉnergieL’énergie s’écoule rapidement et prend un temps fou à se régénérer..Version: 2.0.1

Energy Bar FrustrationThis game used to be better but now I can barely play for 2 min before having to watch a 30 sec ad to replenish a small amount of energy. In the past I have bought into the ads and downloaded the advertised games but now I refuse to watch them because I’m so annoyed. Otherwise it is a fantastic game that I would be willing to buy if there were no energy bar..Version: 3.1

Energy depletion is a jokeHonestly, I get less than 5 minutes of actual hidden object gameplay at a time due to the ridiculous energy consumption. There’s no way to get more energy except achievements (which you need to play the game to earn) or paying almost $5 just for another 5 minutes worth of energy. I remember why I deleted this game ages ago now….I wanted to give it another shot as the graphics and theme is great. Oh and too much backtracking in the story! I go to a spot only to then have to go back to where I came from to get an axe or something. It makes the story so slow, I still haven’t finished the first chapter and I’ve been playing for three weeks!! I think I’m going to delete it again..Version: 7.0

Beautiful game ruined by in app purchasesSuch a rich and interesting game. So much effort seems to have gone into making this an immersive experience. Why ruin it with such a limiting energy system? I’d be willing to pay, but the pricing for more energy is incredibly aggressive..Version: 3.0

Energy system makes it almost impossible to playThis game seems really good. The graphics are amazing and it has a good story line. The only thing letting it down is the ridiculous energy system. I’ve just played for no more than 5 minutes, only to be told I have run out of energy. Unlike other similar games, there is no option to watch ads to build it back up, not any other option apart from liking them on Facebook, which obviously can only be done once. It takes hours for the energy to build back up again on its own. Why would you make a game that people don't have a chance to get into and immerse themselves in? Especially when clearly a lot of time and thought has gone into the graphics. It has the potential to be a fantastic game, but the energy is a real let down, as it seems all the other reviews have mentioned. I don’t write reviews for apps, but I felt I had to with this one. I am on the verge of deleting it, just because you really cannot get more than 5 minutes a day play out of it..Version: 2.2.0

Another review about the energyPROS: The graphics, storylines, voice-acting and puzzles are the best I’ve seen from a free mobile game. Anna Myers is a great POV character (and if she doesn’t end up with Luigi, I’m rioting!). The first chapter is definitely the best so far in atmosphere, plot, and difficulty of puzzles. I commend the developers for creating a beautiful looking and interesting game. THE NOT SO GOOD: However, as the chapters have progressed, I find some of the puzzles are far too easy, some being downright mind-numbing. As well, some tasks are pointless and just clearly there to make Anna walk from point A to B (and back again). It seems less care is being put into the puzzles and actual storyline as the chapters are being released. CONS: Yes, the ultimate downside of this game is the energy use and how quickly it is used up. To complete a mini game, I have to watch ~five 30sec ads, which is frustrating. I watch the ads because I’m so invested in the game and characters, so ads are better than nothing, but I wish 30secs of ads didn’t equal only 30secs of gameplay. The ratio should be better. I hope the developers read the countless reviews and actually upgrade to a fairer system of energy usage..Version: 4.1

Fun but not worth it - energy suckerAs with many many reviews before mine. You only get maybe 5 mins game play for free per day (some days even less!). This game costs "energy" for all actions. You can gain enough energy free per day for a short play period per day and the only way to gain extra is to pay pay pay (for example it costs about $5 for an extra 5 mins of play time). Would definitely pay for this game as a once off cost but paying for energy is stupidly expensive and not worth it. Unless you are patient enough to leave games unfinished and conversations half completed for a day while energy recharges it's unfortunately not worth it. Would have been a great rating if it were not for the energy issues..Version: 6.2

Energy problemLike the game but it take a awful lot of energy to be able to play a little bit. Also takes a lot of time for the energy to refill. So you end up playing once a day for 5 to 10 minutes..Version: 2.0.1

Energy design is weirdDoing any action, even finding items in the searching game depletes energy… It’s like they want me to stop playing instead of encouraging me to play, since everything I do has a negative impact. Full Energy literally lasted 2 minutes and regardless of the interesting story that I want to continue playing, I’m not going to because I can’t be bothered to wait half a day to play 2 mins by which time I already forgot the story. Seems like a very bad design and discouraging for free players who usually make up a huge percentage..Version: 6.2

Don’t bother downloading! This is the worst game I have ever played! I won’t get anything else done by this company or it’s affiliates ever again on principle! They are the greediest money grabbing company who don’t respond or listen to their players. They don’t care. For years everyone has been upset over the same issue and they’ve done nothing to solve it. The game is actually very good but it is totally ruined by the energy system, you can click a couple of things then you’ve run out of energy and have to wait 24 hours for the privilege of a couple of more clicks before the whole tedious thing repeats. They want you to purchase more energy for money or watch ads but as both options yield very little energy and because everything requires huge amounts of energy it’s gone instantly and it’s also far far too expensive. Don’t play this unless you’re a billionaire and even then I’d expect you’d run out of money before you finished this game. It’s the most frustrating waste of time I’ve ever had the misfortune to come across. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY FROM THIS WHOLE CROOKED COMPANY.Version: 6.2

Brilliant concept, ruined by time locksThis is a very well constructed game. It looks great and plays like it's an Agatha Christie novel... but, you constantly need to buy energy to play or wait for it to fill up. This would be fine if it wasn't insanely costly to do even the smallest of actions: it will stop you mid-puzzle if you run out of energy. And it takes a full 24 hours to refill your energy to play a couple more stages. The problem with this is you forget where you are in the story line and what was said/to who. This means you can't try to solve the mysteries as it unravels and are instead reduced to doing one or two puzzles a day with a vague idea that there's a plot occurring in the background. If they drastically reduced the energy usage and replacement cost (or added in a way to review previous scenes in more depth), I would happily give this game 5 stars. As it is now, it's almost unplayable..Version: 2.2.0

40 minutes wait to find ONE item. The energy bar re-fuels at a rate of one energy point every 8 minutes. When finding one item you use 5 energy points, this means that you need to wait for 40 minutes to find one item. Also, certain items need to be put together - often using 5 or 10 EXTRA energy points. It also uses extra energy points just to listen to part of the story (20-30 points each time) and there’s nothing for you to actually do. Also, if you tap the screen in the wrong place three times too quickly then you lose 5 energy points. It’s such a shame, because it’s got the ability to be a really good game. Most people don’t mind paying a certain amount. I was enjoying the game, but I’ve bought £17 worth of extra energy and I refuse to spend more. For that money I got far less than a quarter of the way through the game. No - I would definitely NOT recommend this game until they sort out the energy bar..Version: 7.0

AhhhThere are extra stories. and ya the energy thing is a bit bogus but if it wasn’t that way we would waste the whole day on this game..Version: 9.1.0

Don’t getGame is interesting but every move takes at least five energy even just finding something in object searches and the energy takes forever to reload.Version: 3.0

Not a mystery game! This is billed as a mystery game, and it kind of is, but 80% of the time that I spent playing it you are actually just “finding objects” in a messy room, like ispy. There are occasionally puzzles too, it’s not primarily an action/conversation based interactive game, which it seems like it is from the ads etc. It has little snippets of that in between these other things. For example, in the morning my character woke up, and then had to search for fifteen items before finding her hat, and I couldn’t leave the room without it. Then someone gets murdered and first you have to go to the kitchen and find a knife (again you’re really finding 10-15 items each time you look for something so unless you use the hints it takes forever, and then they limit your hints if you ask for too many) then you go back and they say, go back and find a magnifying glass, then you do that, then go backAnd find some baking soda, three items that could have been found at once, or even just find the one item instead of fifteen!…no interaction with characters, all just finding these objects which you don’t even need, all you actually need is the one object. Not for someone who wants to actually interact with a story. Also, the complaints about energy usage stand. I would way rather just watch an ad, or even just pay for a game, but you can’t do that, you pay over and over in little bits, or you wait 24 hours and then your energy gets used up almost immediately. Very stupid design..Version: 9.1.0

Energy issue!!!I LOVE this game, the graphics are beautiful , the story is great. But the ENERGY.!! Takes forever to replenish. I’m talking like 2 days to get full energy. PLEASE fix this. And I’ll give 5 stars..Version: 6.0

Energy system makes it unplayableThe energy system in this game is nonsensical. Took 1 hours worth of energy build up just to talk to the one character. It does not make sense to me why everything costs a minimum of 5 energy to do in the game when energy builds so slowly. Energy could be 1 per use and still make the game challenging but the current format makes it unplayable which is a shame because the concept and design are very well done. I understand wanting to encourage in app purchases but the game should still be playable without them and just use those to give an extra boost (ie. hints could cost money or pay to have energy fill up faster than usual etc. Rather than having to pay to literally play at all).Version: 6.0

Great in theory, execution not so muchThis game is fantastic at first glance. Beautiful scenery, voice actors, cut scenes etc. however, the energy system is absolutely ridiculous. It takes five energy per item in the location mini games, talking to the people (triggering a cutscene) is thirty and simple tasks in between can range from five to twenty. This would be fine if the game gave energy quicker then one every eight minutes, have the correct amount (70 overnight is my average even though it should be full) and if the game saved and restarted from where you were up to (each time I go into the game after acclimating the energy it will push me back to the cutscene or action beforehand taking the energy a second time and requiring me to wait further to play the game). Due to this you get about three to five minutes gameplay a day unless you want to spend money which do not even get me started on that can of worms (can someone say greedy developers?). Honestly it’s for a great concept and would be a great game but as it stands right now it needs a serious overhaul to even be worth downloading. I would recommend you skip this to maintain your sanity and your wallet..Version: 4.1

Lack of energy complaintJust echoing the same sentiment as all these other reviews. Rating it 1 star because I doubt the developers care about any constructive feedback if they get their 3+ star rating. I at least thought if I let the energy “recharge” over night and then some, I would replenish enough to do more than just 1 scene and 1 task. If you’re going to charge for clicks in the hidden objects tasks, fine. But WHY are we expending energy for STORY PROGRESSION. Also we should be GAINING energy for every mini puzzle/task that’s completed, instead of using energy. If you want to skip the puzzle, that should and does cost energy, but this way it incentivizes the player to actually play the game instead of worrying about stocking up energy just so we can hear a conversation and progress the story. Sure the graphics are nice, and the idea is solid- it’s nothing that hasn’t been done before. But my god, have you ever played a game before? Clear lack of understanding in game pacing. I think most users have accepted the fact that we either 1) pay for a game upfront and expect full access/no hindrances, 2) free game, but pay with idle time, in app purchases, or ads. Except your idle time and in app purchases are so ridiculous, that it seems like users are just frustrated with the game rather than enjoying it. Kind of defeats the purpose of a game, in my opinion..Version: 5.0

INCOMPLETE AND FORGOTTEN 🥷🏿👎🏿🤮🤬🤬🤬🤬 MURDER ON YR PATIENCEANY chance of chapter 4 of Part 1 being in development? Unless the developers have forgotten it, or can no longer be bothered - in which case it’s time for an update to delete the ‘coming soon’ section. Also the alleged next Part (3). Come on, Nordcurrent, you have 2 offices (allegedly) in two countries (allegedly) - you are still going with your cooking games so how about SOMEONE in Nordcurrent get cracking with your murder mysteries. WAY past due with a new instalment (preferably complete the 1st Part before going on with Part 3). NO stars for your tardiness with no updates and no information forthcoming on this game from you. Well, WOULD be no stars but can’t give that. Negative EnergyTo get you going the energy is fully charged and collectibles and achievements easy to find. When the energy is depleted the first time it takes a silly amount of time to recharge. (Hard to tell how long. As an avid new player I pop back into it to have only one or two more clicks on something.) I haven't discovered the timer that says how long before it's complete. The energy bar isn't on the active screen. So until it's done you are in the dark. The game itself is enjoyable but I've not passed the first part of the game. I'm not interested in another money grabbing game no matter how well it seems to work. It's a single player game which has great promise but I don't want you to have my Facebook info. 50 energy points isn't enough for using my info to grab more money..Version: 4.0

It’s a great story and a great game but...Takes way too long for energy to rejuvenate. Also, searching for items in a screen should not take 5 energy per item! Don’t have the energy depleted when doing seek and find scenes. Otherwise i love the game. I’d play it all day if my energy would rejuvenate faster..Version: 2.0

Unplayable due to tutorial hintsI’m playing on an iPhone X and have just started the game. The bit after you find the key and then have to drag to Otto to give it to him is impossible to do. The tutorial hint overlays the key and you cannot click on it. I wanted to play this game but it is impossible. I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it but it had saved my place so I couldn’t replay from the start and not select the tutorial hints. The game has obviously not been tested over a variety of devices. Disappointing. Update: got it to work by flipping my device over (what terrible UI). I’m uninstalling the game as it is painfully slow waiting for energy to recharge. Every single micro action shouldn’t cost energy but it does. Means I can only pay for a couple of minutes at a time which is rather dull. Also when you watch an ad to earn energy about half the time you don’t actually get the energy reward. Bet the development house is getting paid for every watch though!.Version: 3.1

It’s not worth a itI really mystery games and I thought this one would be alright. I understand that creators need to make money but you can literally only play for about five minute without running out of energy. And to but more it cost almost five dollars for like 250 energy that will last you have ten minutes of play time. And I belive it takes 7 minutes to get one energy. This game has so much potential but the cost and wait time for just a small bit of play time is not worth it. Haiku games genuinely make amazing mystery games and they don’t cost money. Aside from if you get the main game but it take 3 hours for a key. Overall they have better game it’s more difficult and is extremely superior..Version: 8.1.1

FrustratingReally like the game but it’s ridiculous how long it takes to get more energy but it’s gone in two minutes of playing!!! I’ll probably end up deleting the game because I am not going to spend money on it and waiting for energy is extremely annoying!!!.Version: 3.1

Murder in the AmpsBeautifully designed game, the voice overs and art is amazing but beware; it is painstakingly slow to move through a chapter so I have yet to finish the first one despite downloading the app over a week ago. The way to gather clues is through playing hidden object games; find a dozen objects in a designated setting to collect a clue and progress in the mystery - BUT you need 5 energy bolts to pick up even one object in the game and you only get one bolt every 8 minutes. So to collect a single clue you need 60 energy bolts, meaning once you run out of energy you will need to wait 8 hours to do ONE hidden clues game and move ONE step forward in solving the mystery. And how are you rewarded? Once you make an important discovery in the case you go through a narration sequence that looks like a comic panel (excellent quality btw) but that for some reason also needs 20 energy bolts?? So 8 hours for a hidden object game to collect a clue and then 2 hours and 40 minutes more to see the characters interact before having to wait to collect another clue? This is unreasonable and seems like a deliberate ploy to get the user to pay money. Disappointing to say the least, the long wait kills any suspense build up too.....Version: 5.1.1

I wish I’d read the reviews firstAs so many others have said, the game itself is compelling, engaging, and beautifully animated. I love the story lines, searching for items and the mini games, BUT as many others have also said, the rate at which you use energy is ridiculous. I understand that micro transactions are just a reality and how they make their money, but the amount of energy needed to do even the smallest thing is absurd. You either pay every single day you want to play, or watch a 30 second add for 10 energy that gets you about 15 seconds of game play. It makes it impossible to enjoy and makes the beautiful game the developers have made frustrating, slow paced and basically unplayable. The people behind this app seriously need to rebalance how much energy each action requires and the speed at which it replenishes, add other ways to earn energy, or even offer a one time payment for unlimited energy. As it is now, it comes off as a greedy money grab, and I won’t be playing again until it’s fixed, which is a shame because I really enjoyed it. But there are too many other games out there to deal with this frustration on something that’s supposed to be relaxing!.Version: 7.0

Read your feedbackI really enjoy the concept of this game, the storyline, the hidden objects, however the extremely high energy usage makes this game almost unplayable 🙁 It takes at least 24 hours to “fully” recharge your energy up to a maximum of 200 but I just used 65 energy just watching the comic strip storyline without even playing any of the actual game. If you read your feedback you will see that this is the big issue with nearly all of the people who play. It should not take so long to charge or use so much energy for each action, especially ones you can’t skip. I feel like you should only use one amount of energy for each hidden object scene not continuous drain the energy each time you move or search. I hope you listen to all your customers feedback and make some changes otherwise this game is just not worth the time or hassle, which is a shame..Version: 3.1

FrustratingThis is a great game (so far). However, it is SO SO SO frustrating!! Like previous reviews, the energy refill is ridiculous. ‘Energy’ is required to play the game, every task, movement etc require x amount of energy. But 1 energy takes 8 mins to recharge. You can have a maximum of 200 energy, so it’s over 26 hours if you want a full bar. Which you can deplete in less than 10 min depending on how you play. So unless you are patient, or super rich to just keep buying energy, I would suggest you think it through before downloading a great game that you cannot get into the flow of because you keep waiting..Version: 2.2.0

Lack of energyThis game could be really addictive if the energy renewed itself faster. Like one energy every 60seconds is good not one every 8 mins. It has so much potential but with how long it takes to renew I don’t like the idea of it taking up memory space on my phone so I will be deleting it. It’s a shame because if a game is super addictive people are more likely to spend money buying extra energy etc.Version: 6.2

NEED DEVELOPER ANSWERI am very confused. I started playing this game yesterday and it was amazing! When I went back in it today, apparently I needed to find a hat. There was this sparkling circle around the dresser so, naturally I clicked it. When I clicked it an icon came on my screen saying “Downloading missing content” now this didn’t bother me too much I just thought I would have to wait a little while and then get back to this amazing game but, that is not at all what happened... sorry I love suspense lol. Anyways, right after that icon disappeared it said something along the lines of “Couldn’t download content please try again” Now naturally I was a little disgruntled but, I tried it again and again the content couldn’t download. Now I am an optimistic person so I deleted and then redownloaded the app. I then went back into the app and it saved my progress so, I again needed to find a hat so, I went to the dresser with the glowing stuff around it and it said “Downloading content” and then “Could not download content please try again” so I tried again not once, not twice but, 8 TIMES before I came to write this review. I would also like to point out that I saw that Version 2 was created a few days ago so it could be a problem with that. My question is why isn’t it working and is there anyway I can get this amazing app to work again? Please answer promptly. Thx -Carly.Version: 2.0

Love the game but don’t like how long it takes to get energyI really enjoy playing this game just don’t appreciate how long to takes to get energy and how fast it disappears just by doing two things needs to be updated so that energy isn’t used by doing two things. As I could play this game for hours but only get to play it for like 10 minutes before I have to wait a whole day just to be able to play another 10 minutes.. pretty disappointed.Version: 4.1

Really enjoying it but......I have really enjoyed this game. It’s really a find the hidden object type game but with an added mystery attached to it. I have just finished the first section and there is one thing that I find very annoying and that is the amount if life or energy you are given to use. It is such a small amount that you can’t get a section of story and the puzzle that goes with it in one sitting.I find you get almost to the end of the puzzle, run out of energy and have to wait for hours for it to give you enough energy or life to go back to it only to find you have to start the puzzle again! I can understand you don’t want us to race through the story in a couple of sittings and you can now add energy by watching loads of adverts but it really spoils playing what is a lovely game. So can we please have a bit more energy to play with?? It would make a huge difference to the flow of the game..Version: 2.0.1

Frustrating - in a bad wayThe game is well thought out with great graphics. Like most other users I find the rapid depletion of energy irksome but I had got used to it; either stopping for the day when it ran out or watching a few ads to get more energy. However now the developers are now really taking the p***, the video ads freeze several times so instead of 30s they run on for minutes. If you wanted to design a way to put people off, you’ve managed it. Update 8 June 2020 Downgraded my rating from 3 to 2 stars. The freezing ads are getting worse. It used to be around 50% of the ads that froze, now it’s 100%. Several others have reported the same but no response from the developer. In a couple of weeks I’ll rate it at 1 star if there’s no improvement. Update 17 June 2020 After contacting Nordcurrent they suggested disabling “Limit ad tracking” in IoS privacy settings. Since then I’ve not had freezing ads so I have reverted my rating back to four stars. The rapid depletion of energy and the costly replenishment mean I can’t give the game 5 stars, despite the fantastic graphics and absorbing play..Version: 5.0.1

ThoughtsI've been reading reviews and everyone's response is the same & you developers have not done anything about this! The game is great but the biggest issue is the energy. The game takes a lot of energy when doing tasks and it takes so much longer for energy to refill again which is so disappointing because I know a lot of us want to enjoy this game and finish off tasks. I am going to delete this game until the energy issue is sorted. Thank you.Version: 6.2

Lovely game, but energy too costly to justify continuingAbsolutely beautiful game, and really good so far…but the constant energy depletion situation is hella frustrating. Every time you find an object you lose energy, and it takes forever to replenish, so progress is slow. Can buy more, of course, but goes so quickly it isn’t worth the cost. Would rather buy the game upfront and not have this issue. Will probably give up on the game soon as only just get into it then have to wait hours for enough energy to find only a couple of items..Version: 8.1.0

Unable to get past chapter oneGame freezes when it should conclude at the end of chapter one, stuck on a screen that shows character in room with caption ‘I should wear the Hat’. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset my device and contacted the developer with no resolution. Great potential but disappointing!.Version: 2.0.1

Great game but frustrates you! This game is great so far, but I really haven’t progressed as far in it as I would have done compared to another game of a similar nature. It costs waaaayyy too much energy to complete tasks and you have to spend energy to carry out menial tasks such as having a conversation, which I think is ridiculous to charge for things like that. It takes EIGHT MINUTES to recharge just ONE ENERGY!! That is so slow! Very frustrating to come back to the game thinking you’ll be able to continue playing properly, and all you can do is find a few more items in the hidden objects part without being able to complete it! I would enjoy this game so much more if this concept was revised to meet the criteria of not interrupting game play so much. I would suggest faster recharge of energy, not having to spend energy on conversations, watching comics or finding each item in a puzzle (maybe energy for completing the whole puzzle instead?), and to maybe just charge £0.99 to unlock other locations when the first one has been completed, if it is important to have a payment portion to the game. I would much rather spend money to unlock locations than to buy energy which seems to deplete VERY quickly! Uninterrupted game play please! Or you would have received 5 stars! The issue I have described above is sooo frustrating that it’s actually cost you TWO stars rather than just one!.Version: 3.1

Good game, bad energy mechanicEverything I have to say has already been said by plenty of other people here. But I'm going to echo them, in hopes that the developers realize just how many people share this opinion. The game itself is great. The puzzles and mini games are fun, the hidden objects are probably one of the best I've seen (I love that they're untimed). The atmosphere, writing, and voice acting are all solid and enjoyable. I like this game, and I like playing it. Unfortunately, I barely get to play the game, due to the ridiculous energy refill rates. That finding an object and hints all take energy make an already unforgiving energy mechanic nearly unplayable. I understand that it’s trying to incentivize us to spend money, and I don't blame you for wanting to make money. I'm willing to pay in order to get to play your game, but when $3 barely gets me half an hour of game time, I don't feel like continuing to pay. I would love it if I could just buy the game whole and not even bother with the energy system. You have a good game here, and people want to play it. But your own energy mechanics are stopping people from being able to do that. Please consider making some kind of change, so that we can really enjoy this game..Version: 2.2.0

Great.. but..This game COULD be so much fun. It has a very unique concept and is incredibly detailed (especially for a free game). But just like every other review, the energy is such a problem. You don’t even have time to enjoy yourself because you get to play for 5 minutes, tap the screen a few times times and you’re out of energy. The energy bar only has the capability to hold 200 energy. When you’re doing a finding game, it takes 5 energy to find the object and there are 12 things to be found. This one game uses more than 25% of your energy when in reality you only need ONE of those objects to move on. I’m currently on a task where I’ve had to do 3 things (literally tap the screen 3 times) and it’s taken over 25% of my energy and I can’t complete it because surprise, I “don’t have enough energy to complete the task”. And the only way to get more is to spend money and I’m not about to that. It would be a waste of money due to how quickly it would run out. If you want to get your energy bar refilled for free, you’re waiting over 24 hours. Over 24 hours of wait time for 5 minutes of game play! Anyway, I’ll continue to play (for now) because it’s still very new to me and I’m still intrigued. But I know that pretty soon I’ll get sick of waiting so long to continue the game and just end up forgetting I even have this installed on my phone. Missed opportunity by the developers. Could have had something great here!.Version: 2.2.0

RoI really enjoy this game but unless you’re will to spend a lot of money each day you only get 3-5min play time a couple of times a day. The option for watching ads to earn energy doesn’t work either. I hadn’t played in a long time and just started again - now I remember why I stopped. Great story and graphics but you don’t get much time to enjoy..Version: 7.0

Doesn’t work!!!Crap!!!.Version: 2.0

Murder in the Alps Game ReviewDevelopers, This is a very well developped game. It has intriguing stroylines full of mystery with a very interactive course of investigation for the player. However, despite its great attributes, it is unfortunate to only be able to rate it two stars. It loses three of five because it has a disappointing design of its energy system. When a great game is created, a developper should also seek to give the players the opportunity to enjoy the most out of it. That is something to be proud of. However, as a player myself, I wait hours to give my energy time to fill up, and when I open the app after almost 8 hours of waiting, I find it has only reached 1/4 of the entire energy bar. When I have only completed four actions, my energy has been consumed greatly, so after less than a minute (yes, a minute) of playing, I have used up all the energy and now have to wait an additional amount of hours to continue advancing the investigation. The only result one accomplishes with this is seeing such a great game go to waste. Despite its level of interest, I will no longer desire to wait hours upon hours to continue the storyline. It is simply not worth it. As great developers, fixing this issue would allow a greater community of people that will want to download the game and enjoy such a great creation. Thank you..Version: 3.1

Awesome Game, Horrible Energy LevelI have never written a review for an app, however, I felt compelled to write one for this game. As seeing that the developers haven’t responded to other reviews, I’m not sure if it is even worth my time to write this review. I’ll start positive, the game is beautiful. The graphics, the storyline, and the characters are all amazing. Each character has their own voice and everything is pretty realistic. I am in the first episode right now and it is pretty fun. Now on to the bad stuff, energy! You have to wait ~26 hours for full energy and yet when you have full energy you only get about 5-15 minutes of play time. There are only two ways to get “free” energy (only 5 energy at that), by liking on Facebook and subscribing to their newsletter. Other than that, no videos to watch to get energy like other games (which I have no problem with). I get why they do this, they want money. If that’s the case, make this a game that you have to pay for from the get go... problem solved. The rate between waiting for energy and spending it is not fair. It takes energy to do anything, even watch the “cut scenes” that develop the story. As much as I enjoy this game, the energy aspect ruins it. I hope to see change in the future..Version: 6.0

I like the story, but it’s difficult to progress!I’ve been playing for weeks now and I hardly a chance to play before I run out of energy and I’m still only in the first part of chapter one. The art and the gameplay is captivating but the fact that I don’t even get full energy overnight is disappointing and it often takes a whole day to finish a full mini game and maybe a bit more. It’s frustrating, and it has such good potential but I’m getting a bit impatient because there is no way I’m wasting my money for only another 8-10 minutes of gameplay before it runs out. I implore for the devs to sort this out, maybe, and come up with a better energy system..Version: 4.0

Best and Worst Game on The App StoreThis game is by far one of the best and worse crime mystery/hidden object games available on the App Store. Visually it is amazing but the worst and most disappointing part is the amount of energy needed for every little thing as well as how long it takes to regenerate. I don’t believe it should cost so much for more energy when it’s utilized so quickly as well as the ridiculous and minimal energy you’re given after so long of waiting. Then when you’re in the middle of a hidden object scene and run out of energy, you have to spend all your regenerated energy again to do the same things you’ve already started before. It does not pick up exactly where you left off. For example, If you are in a hidden object scene and have already done a few tasks and found items but run out of energy, none of what you found before that is crossed out, stays crossed out so you have to waste the same regenerated energy to even try to get passed what you have already done. Why should it take 30 energy to watch a scene or open a door? There has to be a way to get free energy elsewhere. You look so long and hard for collectibles and when you finally find one you only receive 5 energy which does no good for the amount needed to do anything at all. This would be the perfect game if it offered free energy or daily spins or any incentives for how much energy it takes for tasks. Other than that, great visuals and presentation!.Version: 2.2.0

Could be better. As with previous comments the energy does not last long. In order for it to fully charge i had to wait for 2 days! One day only half fills it. Watching the videos to get more energy is tiresome but thats the only way you can fill the energy bar without buying. 20 energy per video. Maybe for the longer ads you can make it 30 energy and 20 for the shorter ones. Im glad i didnt buy energy as that would have run out very fast. Too fast especially considering that the story line is soooooooo looooooooooong. Please work on the energy meter. Surely story lines like the comic parts dont need energy. Otherwise, the game is ok. I have finally reached the second chapter. A week and half later..Version: 2.1.0

Takes to long for energy to refillThe game itself is fine but it takes way too much energy to do anything and it takes way too long for energy to be restored for free. I’m used to energy to be refreshed completely after I go to bed and wake up. This game requires at least three days for the energy to be restored completely. When you run out of energy to use a pop up says buy coins or watch a video for 10 energy. I clicked to watch the video but nothing happened. This game literally forces you to buy energy or toss the game aside. I mean for me I don’t pick games back up if I haven’t bothered to play them for three days. I mean if the company is losing money on this game it’s because people download it with certain exceptions and then toss the game aside because they feel like they can’t afford to play it properly. I mean I can handle paying 2.99 for energy once no big deal but not every hour. This game is good enough that you’ll buy energy at least once or twice but after that forget it. They’ll make more money off of many people buying those periodic wants of energy now instead of one person willing to spend and spend just to beat the game because you can be sure recommendations won’t be going around from that person or anyone else..Version: 10.1.0

Don’t do itThis is a fun game and I wish I could play it more, but this game owners are not trying to put out a good game, they are just trying to take your money. You can download the game for free, like many other games, and then once you get hooked you will need to add “energy”, aka, pay to continue to play. The problem is that it’s not like other games where you can play for free and purchase upgrades, or you can pay one price and “own” the game, or even the type where you have to view ads. If you do not choose to pay for energy, you can rely on the earned energy, which accumulates over time. The problem is that you only get about 3 minutes of play after 8 hours or so. I purchased energy and spent about $10 thinking that would buy a significant amount of time, but that only got me a very short amount of time - maybe 15 minutes. Given the type of game this is, you actually need to play longer. So my advice for the game owners is that you may enjoy a short term windfall from new players, but the pricing strategy will prevent you gaining longterm subscribers and longterm revenue from the game. I really did like the game, but not at the pricing structure you have developed. Remember that sometimes when things are cheaper, you actually make more money from more people as opposed to raping the few who are willing to pay..Version: 4.1

GlitchThis game is amazing!!! the other review pretty much mentioned everything I wanted to say. However my app glitches in the second chapter The Phantom. I’ve tried turning my phone on and off but it still won’t let me proceed. The list of items pops up then disappears, the golden gears turn in the bottom right hand corner (when it is loading the next part of the story) but continues to do those things over and over again. Please fix it.Version: 2.0.2

This can be approvedI love this game! It makes u think and the graphics is good. Something that can be approved on, everyone has been saying it in the previous comments but I’ll would say the energy. It takes a long time to fully generate and it’s nearly take 1 day to full bar and when u use up an energy it should be 1 but it’s like over 10. I use it up soo fast. But overall I think it good game but plz update it and change the energy so then everyone would be happy. Thxs.Version: 2.1.0

Murder in the Alps.I really like this game. It’s interesting and has wonderful graphics. But, the energy issue is the main cause that I am considering to let go of it. If I watch videos for 10 credits a pop, that helps since purchasing credits is out of the question, since my one and only purchase for a large number of credits was burned through in less than a hour. The stopping and starting to gaining more energy credits is very annoying. And when one has to continually watch video advertisements to gain free energy credits, is overbearing. Not only have I watched so many of them, I often do not get the credited energy that was promised in the first place. Ad watching with no reward is wasteful. And drags the game down from favoritism. Where is Anna with the credit/energies, I should be getting for the game, did she step out to get an Iced Coffee, have a smoke, read Cosmo and forgot what was going on..I watched several yesterday and got about less than half was pronounced as a energy/credit...Anna where are you? P.S. I would like to see the game as a purchase. It could be played offline, might be less money needed. Make the energy credits last longer...it’s sad, great game..if you are confined somewhere and have a lifetime to watch energy credited ads, or a full throttle wallet..ok I have said enough.....Version: 6.2

Awesome Gameplay w/o Energy to Even PlayThis game has great character storylines and amazing graphics, but I’ve had the game for over a week and have hardly been able to actually play due to how quickly your energy points are used and how expensive it is to replace them. You can only access points at no charge by subscribing to the game’s emails or linking your Facebook account. I don’t have a Facebook account, so I only received 50 free energy points. This is hardly enough to get you through a single scene. If your energy runs out in the middle of a puzzle, be prepared to start the puzzle over from the beginning once your energy is restored. I understand apps need to make money. I’ve spent money on several games, but always knew my spend was justified by the value received. I was able to get about 250 energy points for .99 during a promotion. It took less than 5-10 minutes to use that energy. It doesn’t make sense that each item you uncover on a hidden game requires multiple energy points. If the energy point system was more reasonable, if there were more ways to earn free energy points without the 24-28 hour wait, or if energy points were less expensive, I’d easily give this game a 5 star rating. Games like this should be either priced on the front end (purchase app) or allow more opportunities for users to accumulate points at no charge as well as making points more valuable..Version: 4.1

Energy flawedI stumbled across this game and I must say I’ve enjoyed playing it. My only problem is the energy. It’s so slow to build up. It spoils the fun of playing the game. Even buying it , it uses so much energy it really takes out the pleasure of the game. I will try it a little longer but will delete and look for others like it. As an extra comment, I’ve been waiting months for the next part to be added, coming SOON has been on for so long, how much longer do we have to wait or is it time to delete the game. It would be nice and polite if the developers of the app responded at some point to let us all know when ‘coming soon’ will be. If there are not going to be any more then at least we can delete it...due to this I have now reduced my star rating to one...please advise It’s has now been months and months since the last game, no response from the developers as to when the next game will start…. VERY DISAPPOINTED….no choice now but to delete the game Will avoid Nordcurrent games in future…. Such a shame.Version: 6.2

EnergyAs many people have noted here, the energy system of regeneration is wrecking what is a really cool game. I wait sometimes two hours and come on and can only click a few things. What really irritates me is the usage of energy to view a cut scene. If it's a mandatory cut scene why should we be penalized by losing 20 and 30 energy just to view it? Please change the energy to regenerate every minute and a half or so as they do on Klondike or if it takes five energy to find something in a scene let us earn back two energy for finding that item, take away the usage of energy to view mandatory cut scenes and also put the energy somewhere on the main playing screen so we can see how much energy is being used up. The feature where you can watch a video to get free energy has been extremely helpful, so for that I thank you. If not for that helping me get through the first whole chapter I would've walked away from this game days ago. Everything else on the game is great. I like the fact that it's not just hidden object, there are also mini games and the characters are engaging. Would've given this game five stars had it not been for the issue with the energy. So please fix this so people can actually enjoy playing the great game!.Version: 2.2.0

Poor energy regeneration but good game.It takes 8 minutes to gain 1 energy of 200 which means it takes over 24 hours for your energy to recharge. It takes at least 5 energy per successful move. The game is intriguing and seems well thought out but the energy regeneration is a MAJOR issue..Version: 2.0.1

Bugs in GameI have been playing this game every time a new one comes out however I really am not getting far in this new game. I understand you get 1 every 8 mins but if you wanted a full thing (to get you about 20 seconds further into the game) it would take 26.5 hours to fully recharge. I have been watching videos but it keeps freezing after I have finished having to close it down and I don’t get the extra 10 (watched about 10 videos with no rewards). The part that takes the most is finding the items costing around 60 and then you can’t progress. I feel you should make the time for the recharge less or just do say 30 for a finding objects section. I’m losing a lot of interest on this newest update and when I come back to it I can’t remember what has happened..Version: 7.0

ButIl y a un bug au moment du policier dans le poumon d’acier Tout devient noir.Version: 9.0.1

Phenomenal game, but...I love this game for many reasons. First, the atmosphere is amazing. You really feel like you are in their shoes and even in that time period. Second, it feels open at all times. You always feel like you can move around a decently large area. Third, it is not just a hidden object game. You also play interesting mini games, move around between rooms, and talk to people in the environment. It is more than just levels. Fourth, the hidden object part are really cool. It is pretty interesting to be able to look closer at things and interest with drawers and whatnot. There are so many reasons to love this game. As much as I love this game though, the energy system is seriously terrible. I don’t always hate the energy mechanic in games, but this is simply way too much waiting for not nearly enough playing. If you made the energy regain faster, even if it just went from 1 every 8 minutes to 1 every 5 minutes, that would be a significant improvement. I stopped playing for a few hours, came back, and could only tap 4 items. That is ridiculous. I’m still rating this 3 stars though, because the rest of the game is so great. If this is fixed, then this will be the easiest 5 star rating I’ve ever given. (Also, if you added a one time purchase for unlimited energy, I would buy it in a heartbeat. As long as it isn’t like $10-20, that would be ridiculous.) Thanks for your time..Version: 2.0.1

Needs more energyJust started playing about a week ago. This could be a great game, good story/great graphics love the little challenges and trying to find items, BUT, was just getting into the story line when I ran out of energy, WHAT I’d only been playing about 1/2 hr. OK perhaps I didn’t know that everything I did even talking to characters/using hints used energy. I then had to wait and wait and WAIT for the energy to recharge, @ 1 energy per 8 mins I still had only 90 energy after waiting all night, which is used up far too soon. For instance when you are searching for objects you could be looking for at least 12 items - that’s 60 energy which takes 8hrs to recharge. Yes I did find out after going back into the game that there are adverts to watch and collectibles to claim but that is still only enough to play for another 15-20mins at the most if you are lucky. As I said this could be a great game but you need to sort out the energy ratio..Version: 9.0.1

TypicalRestrictions due to “no energy “ unless you buy it .:. This game is not worth paying for.Version: 8.1.1

Energy dissipation is ridiculousThe storyline is fantastic. Even playing the game is really good! Only frustrating thing is to do anything it takes a huge amount of energy- I.e playing the hidden objects game it takes 5 energy away from you just for finding one object. They should really take energy away as a whole for each mini game rather than per item found! Even to talk to someone takes 20 energy points away. Literally can’t complete a whole hidden object game as by the time you found 3-4 objects that’s already 20energy points. To make it even worse in order to get more energy you either pay stupid amounts of money and it doesn’t last or wait 26hrs for the whole energy to refill again- it basically takes 8mins for 1 measly energy point to regenerate! They don’t even have an option to watch ads for regeneration of energy! I would say that’s probably the only flaw of the game- Well a Major flaw I should say!!! For that reason I deleted the game! Cause it’s no fun stopping midway after only playing maybe for like 5-10mins then having to wait 2 days for regeneration of energy! It spoils the game play!!!.Version: 7.0

Greedy game developersDon’t download this game. This could be a stand-out game. The stories are interesting, the graphics and animation are really good, the hidden object puzzles are ingenious, and there are some good mini games. I had one small problem, so contacted support, and had it sorted out straight away. I love this game. So why the one star? Because I’ve never played a game where the developers are so obviously greedy. I expect to have to watch occasional videos if I’m not going to pay money for energy. I’m not expecting the developers to run it as a charity - they have to make money. But EVERYTHING costs energy! Conversations, travel, every object found in a hidden object game. I paid £2.99 for (if I recall correctly) 250 points, and I used that in ten minutes. Who on earth can afford to spend £18 per hour on a game? Yes, you can watch videos for energy. I’ve spent twice as much time in this game watching videos than I have playing it, especially as around 10-15% of the time, the game doesn’t credit you with the energy you’ve earned from a video. Initially each video got me 20 energy points (equal to 4 items in a hidden object game), but today there was an update to download - and now each video only gets you 10 points. I have struggled on with this game for far longer than I would normally have done with such a greedy setup, but now I’m fed up of being exploited. Stuff your game. Stop scamming your customers..Version: 6.0

The most money hungry game on the App Store. This could be a brilliant game but it requires “energy” to play and progress through the game play. I’m okay with slow moving games but this one has glitches that wastes your energy so it takes more than it should. You get one energy refill every 8 minutes but to do one action takes a minimum of 5 and sometimes one action can use 30 units of energy. The developers had a great game but the monetary format is the most ridiculous I’ve ever seen on a mobile app game. Happy to pay for apps but this is literally paying a developer to tap once in the game to perform an action then pay. Tap again to do an action then pay. What a shame. This developer makes good games but please reconsider and re look at this games in app purchase format or the refill rate of energy to keep people engaged enough to come back and keep playing..Version: 2.0.1

Just let us buy the game outrightAs everyone else has said, the energy system is deeply flawed. I honestly would rather have paid for the full game, than spend a lot of money on energy. In the end I just downloaded other similar games and waited out the time to let the bar refill/watched ads when they became available. The energy system is ridiculously unbalanced for the actions you take versus what you spend, and often I'd have to stop a hidden object game, come back later, and start it again - and spend energy on things I had already found. Having completed the first chapter (while I won't give spoilers), one thing did leave a sour taste in my mouth. The ending was broken up into loads of sections by having the cutscenes stopped so Anna could do something that cost 20 energy. The most ridiculous example being her stopping to put a log on the fire, which gave no extra elements to the plot or scene at all. The game is well done, just give us the option to buy it outright, because the energy system cheapens the whole experience. Game itself? 5 stars. Energy system? 2 stars. The game is much better than such a broken system, and shouldn't be held back by it..Version: 2.0.1

Chapter 2 till when???!I have been waiting for Part 2 chapter 2 since 1 month now! When are you going to release it?.Version: 2.2.0

Remove energy - would literally just pay to play the whole gameThis game is SO cool. It has been incredibly well developed. I ended up spending the $25 to get the most energy and that took me to the end of the first chapter. I am so pleased with it, and I was so happy to spend money on it because of how well it was developed! However, once I finished the first chapter I ended up deleting the game because I used all of the energy I paid for to just barely finish the chapter and it didn’t make sense to continue when that amount gets me barely to the end of the first chapter. I wish there had been a trial period to get hooked and then just pay for the rest and that be the end of it. I can’t wait until we can figure out a different way to develop games instead of using “energy” and forcing the consumer to either wait the game out or spend more. Like charge me the amount that is enough for you to break even, and I will be happy as a clam. I was disappointed to delete the game, because I was HOOKED! I will be thinking about this game for a long time, but yeah, the energy trick is just nonsense. I’m already exhausted in real life, I don’t want to be reminded in a game. Please distract me with murder and mystery. I love it. K hope this helps. Lmk if things change!.Version: 4.0

Need more energy. The game is fun, but you use up a lot of energy, and it takes along time to fill the bar back up. I would gladly pay a one time price if I could play without having to use energy. The game would be a lot more fun, that’s for sure..Version: 3.1

Energy issuesI agree with the first comment, great game, great graphics and cool story but it’s not enjoyable at all! The energy only lasts a few seconds and you can’t even finish one game before you need more! Also the comic takes energy up (a lot) and you can’t skip it! Also it says that the game should renew its own energy over a certain time (well I am still waiting) every time I go into the game no renewed energy at all! Not being able to do much on this game and there is no save I have to start games again each time and it’s no fun. Please reconsider how the energy works in your game.Version: 2.0.1

What’s with the energy?!I’m surprised energy isn’t consumed just walking from room to room because literally everything else does! For example: the game told me I needed energy to continue the story, so I reluctantly waited - HOURS! - for the bar to refill just that little bit. Restarting the game though, I then watched a VERY BRIEF clip before the next puzzle appeared, BUT THEN the game tells me I’m already OUT OF ENERGY again - in the MIDDLE of a puzzle?? Is that why the energy bar isn’t always visible, so we don’t see how fast it drains? Why doesn’t it tell you the minimum amount of energy needed to complete them? 2 stars REMOVED just for that! As for the third star taken off, the dialogue is very weak while the hotel owner is a lazy idiot(he can’t even fix his own phone or find a key behind his own desk!) and the lady we play is little more than a grownup errand girl, told to do even the most menial tasks - and she eagerly agrees every time! The pros: the visuals are very well done; the puzzles involve interacting with the scenes themselves, and not just tapping on random items laying around; and the plot does sound interesting, it’s just very unfortunate it could take several weeks to finish just because I’ll always be waiting for the energy bar to refill(and yes, I know about the in-app purchase options, but those prices are outrageous! I’ll try looking up a collectible guide online before I consider paying for one of those chapter guides!).Version: 2.2.0

DisappointmentThis game is so creative and beautiful. The art, game play and ever changing side tasks are so well thought out so I have to give appreciation where it is deserved. The thing that has truly disappointed me is the energy system. I have wanted to delete this game almost every time I’ve opened just because of the fact that you have to wait an ungodly amount of time just to be able to do the most minuscule task. Not only do you have to use up outrageous amounts of energy just to begin a task (which on its own could possibly have an argument made for it) but then every movement made chips away at your remaining energy until you have nothing left. If you enjoy opening a game, getting invested and then only have about 5 min of play time before you are forced to either pay an insane amount of money for a phone game just to extend yourself another few moves of play, or wait over 24hrs to inevitably restart this process over again than by all means you’ll love it. I tip my hat to the designers and applaud the obvious effort they have devoted to their creation, but to the greedy people trying to take advantage of short patience and creating a system that was in no way short of coercion for payment. The only thing they can get from me is a flip of my middle finger. The only reason I give this game any stars is solely out of respect to the idea this game should be..Version: 7.0

Scam. Looked great at the beginning. After you play long enough to get hooked you run out of energy. At that point it will cost you close to $15/hour to keep playing and waiting for the energy to renew takes way too long, making it unusable..Version: 2.0

Money Hungry but could be so goodThe storyboard & graphics are very good although I don’t like the Dada story much. Porto Ceso was much more interesting but the amount it costs to play this game is honestly the worst I have EVER encountered!!! If you wait 24 hours, you can play for about 3 minutes per day. You can watch videos to extend the play time but they often hang. Just touching the screen whilst looking for an object costs. That’s ridiculous. If the money grabbing was fixed up, I would give this game 5 stars. But they never do anything about it. Just look at the other reviews or should I say, complaints. If you like a very good, free game, check out the Lost Lands series. I’ve played all of them without paying a cent..Version: 8.0

Need to pay to playHello, game is great but you need to invest money to really enjoy otherwise everyone will give up since to get energy is ridiculusly too long.Version: 2.0.1

It’s okayThe app is very fun, but everything you do costs energy, limiting down to only playing for a couple of minutes at a time..Version: 2.0

Seemed promising, but ...One energy per eight minutes is a stretch, but I’d be willing to wait if it didn’t disappear as quick as it does! In a hidden items scene you have around 16 items to find, costing 5 energy per item, around four of the items require a close up which costs you more. Freezing the screen costs 10 I think, so do hints, the conversations cost a whopping 20 energy for some reason, at the moment I’m stuck waiting again because it costs 5 energy to use an item you’ve picked up. If all this wasn’t frustrating enough, when you run out of energy half way through something, you lose whatever small progress you’ve made, so you lose all the energy you’ve invested anyway, what is the point? I understand that ‘free to download’ games need to make their money somewhere, but as promising as this game seemed in the first few minutes, I just don’t feel at all immersed enough to want to spend a penny on it, I can’t even really follow the story with how disjointed the gameplay experience is. It’s a shame really, I’d rather have just paid for the game up front, but to put any money into this would just be an absolute waste..Version: 2.2.0

Dommage..Version: 2.0.1

Good game let down. This is a good game but it’s failing is its energy system. The hidden object scenes use a vast amount of your energy; and if you run out of energy just before you complete the puzzle you must either buy some (not cheap), watch ads (assuming there are any to see), or lose your progress in the puzzle. Which means the next time you play you have to lose more energy on a puzzle that you’ve already used lots on. If you wait to charge up your energy, it takes a long time; a day’s wait won’t get you through two hidden object scenes. Ridiculous. The game needs to either make the energy go MUCH further, or give you more energy over time. Playing for five minutes once a day is not conducive to enjoyment. PLUS I’ve now played it as far as there is to play. The game isn’t even finished, by a long way. After Part One of the second section of the game there is, as yet, no more! When will we get the rest of it? Please, do tell us?.Version: 2.2.0

GoodLike the game but always waiting for energy. Please fix..Version: 2.0

Interesting and hooked, but...The game is super fun and interesting because of the great storyline’s and character voices and music. Good quality images and sound effects are used the whole time. But unfortunately the fun of the game is ruined because of “ENERGY”. You need energy to play a few minutes of the game and then you have to basically wait until tomorrow to get more. Yes I know that the developers need a way to earn money but this is just rigged and basically why you delete the game after 3 days. What you could do is make energy last longer or not have it at all or make easier ways to earn energy, fast. Another way to earn money is to make hints or extra helpful clues for people that become “VIPS” so you can still play the game if you are not vip for over 3 minutes. Just some ideas and ways you can improve the game and hopefully they can take this into consideration. Overall good quality besides “energy”..Version: 3.0

Not enough EnergyI love this game, I love the different aspects and the added touch of having mini games throughout however it is frustrating that their isn’t enough energy and it is used up so quickly, it often feels like I play for 5 minutes then the energy runs out but you have to wait all day for it to refill and the energy bar isn’t even full. I think the object finder games should be 15 energy for the game rather than 5 energy for every object found. If the energy levels improve so will my rating as this lets the game down badly.Version: 2.2.0

Energy system flawedAs others have pointed out, the energy system is deeply flawed. A hidden object mini game will take 5 energy points for each object you select, meaning the list of 12 items will take 60 energy to complete. It takes an incredible amount of time to charge back up - even leaving the game overnight my bar doesn’t even charge halfway. There are no options to buy the game outright. EDITED TO ADD; I’ve just gone back into my game after leaving it for 6 hours and the energy hasn’t charged at all. I believe you must only get one lot of charge each day (i think only 20 and that’s all. Ridiculous. This is such a shame as the game, artwork, voice acting, and story are all absolutely brilliant. But the slowness of the energy system makes it impossible to keep up the momentum. You have to leave it so long that you’ve pretty much forgotten what’s happened and what you need to do next. It makes me want to skip playing it altogether, but I’m hopeful the developers will pay attention to the feedback and sort this out. I would be more than willing to pay for the whole game as it’s that good. I’m not however willing to keep making micro transactions for piddling amounts of energy..Version: 2.0

Energy!!!The game is great, love the graphics and puzzles, BUT, you need to use so much energy that you can’t really do much at a time. It gets really annoying... I know that you can purchase money but I think it’s also a bit expensive. I think you should change how long it takes for energy to replenish, or make actions require less energy, to continue the story at one point cost me 30 which is way too much in my opinion. Change the energy situation and this game would be a 5..Version: 2.0.1

Beautiful game, ridiculous wait time and expenseSo if I were to pay $5-10 to purchase this game outright, I would purchase it and give it 5 stars. Beautiful graphics, good puzzles, and all that. The game is not the problem. Every review that mentions the problems with having to sink lots of money in this game to buy energy is correct. Every review that mentions the drain on energy to accomplish tasks is correct. Essentially, you are “paying” credits for every single move forward in this game, so you can only accomplish maybe an hour of game play if your energy is fully charged, which takes about a full day. And if you wish to keep playing, you can spend anywhere from $3-$20 (or more) to gain extra energy credits, but you will burn through that extremely quickly. You can buy higher end apps for less than what it costs to get enough continuous playtime for this game to be with it. So far the response from the developer is a generic “Thanks for the feedback; we are working to improve it in the future” but I don’t think they have any intention of changing this aspect of the game. I respect people’s right to make money off their work and It doesn’t need to be free to play, but honestly, having to wait over 24 hours to refill my energy so I can play a bit is enough to make me lose interest and quit and delete the app. It’s a shame, because it would be a fun game otherwise and I’d buy the app..Version: 7.0.2

Love the concept but...Energy runs out really quickly and you seem to use energy even when you’re getting things right. No way of knowing how much energy you have/are using when you’re playing the game, so you get halfway through a challenge and then get told you need more energy. The energy is also really slow to regenerate and you can only play for about 5 minutes before it runs out again. Great idea it needs some fine tuning before I spend more time on it..Version: 2.0

Energy is ridiculousI have to agree with the other players who made comments on the energy required to play this game. It isn’t enough to even play for 30 minutes. As soon as you are in the groove of playing your energy is depleted and either you purchase more or wait until its replenished. It’s a good game but as one player mentioned I would rather purchase the entire game and not have to worry about purchasing energy or running out. I’m not one to do in app purchases because I have been burned too many times. As developers I know you want to make money but I think you would make more if you just have the option to purchase the game instead of few minutes of energy. If you think about it it will be the same because you don’t get a lot of energy with a purchase so you are having to make purchases often. I hope as developers you address this concern because it has been echoed through many comments but I have yet to see a change. Update....since my last review I have dropped my rating to one star. I wish I could give it zero stars. I will be deleting this game because it is ridiculous that you can only play for 1 minute. And the developers don’t seem to care seeing that they haven’t addressed any concerns that have been made. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GAME....NOR ANY GAMES THIS DEVELOPER CREATES..Version: 2.2.0

Brilliant if Energy built up quickerI love how interactive this game is as opposed to search and find games, I haven’t got far into the game yet but really good so far. My only complaint is I’m playing it on my iPhone and I’m really struggling to read the text especially the text that is in red, I really have to focus on the red which will end up giving me headaches and spoiling the game whilst playing it. I hope this is something the game developers will fix in the future. Apart from that I love the mini games and the fact that there’s no time limit on any of them or the searching for items part so I can take my time and enjoy it more. So after the last review I feel the same apart from the energy, I play it for 15mins if I’m lucky once a day because of waiting for energy, it seems to take 24hrs to completely fill and with the some of the actions which are pointless taking up so much energy I think why do I bother? If your playing a scene where your finding and collecting items and run out of energy when you come back to play it you have to start it all again, so another flaw with the energy. Other than that which really spoils the game the graphics are amazing, as are the mini games and some of the storylines. Now I’m just waiting for the next chapter which I’m unable to start as the developers are still developing that one so wish that would hurry up..Version: 2.2.0

Great game, awful energy useThis game is incredibly fun and interactive and excellent at making you think. While it has so many wonderful points, the MAJOR drawback, is the energy. I saw someone else posted about this as well so I’m glad it’s not just me or something I’m doing! Seems you can play about 5 minutes before going through a whole bar of energy and that’s VERY disappointing. On top of that, it rejuvenates at an alarmingly slow speed. So if you play once a day, for 5 minutes, you’ve done what you can for that day so shut it down 😔 TERRIBLE!! I don’t want to erase it from my system, but I’ve really got no reason to keep it when I can barely play it. Just unfortunate cause it’s the first game I’ve found, through EVERY game I’ve downloaded, that I’ve loved. Aside from buying energy, there’s no way to continue play time without it, and it gets used far too fast. So, it’s disappointing. I’m holding out a little to see if maybe the developers fix this terrible feature so we can actually enjoy the game and all it offers. If it doesn’t, it’ll get erased with all the other games I’ve erased I suppose. Hoping that’s not the case however! **FIX THE ENERGY ISSUE NOW PLZ***!! Otherwise I love it 🥰.Version: 4.1

Too slow unless you payEnergy is used up fast and takes forever to recharge. Unless you’re prepared to keep buying energy it’s almost a waste of time.Version: 2.0.1

Great potential, but too pricey! This game would be great if it didn't use so much energy for everything. The creators of this game have overlooked one thing that is essential to getting people to spend money on a game: you need to get them hooked! It's virtually impossible to get hooked on this game, because it uses so much energy for so little progress, that you can't really get into it, before running out. It takes so long to refill the energy as well, that most people will lose patience with it, before they have a chance to get hooked on the game! I thought it would be worthwhile to buy the starter pack of 300 energy, so that I could play for a reasonable period of time. But, that energy was used up in a matter of minutes! It would cost a fortune to buy enough energy to play at a reasonable pace, so if you're wealthy, go for it! For the rest of us, it's just frustrating to run out of energy so quickly & then have to wait so long for it to refill, you've lost interest by the time you have enough to play. Then, it's gone again before you get anywhere! By being greedy, the creators will end up making much less money than they otherwise would, because very few people are willing to spend a lot of money for very little progress!.Version: 3.0

Energy depletionThere is a common theme in all these reviews and it is the rapid depletion of energy! Energy is required for almost any action in this game. Sadly it runs out far too quickly. To replenish, you must loosen your purse strings or wait for an eternity for it to refill. Sorry but this is just ridiculous. Although the game has good gameplay, it is diminished by the greed of the developers. To make any real progress you have to pay real money. Sorry but it ruins the game considerably..Version: 3.1

EIGHT. FREAKING. MINUTES.Okay, let’s get one thing straight. I like this game. I like the story. I like the gameplay. It’s clear someone put a lot of thought into this game. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that one energy piece takes a whopping EIGHT WHOLE MINUTES to load. Eight minutes! I mean, why? It took me forever to just get past the very first chapter of the game because every time I ran out of energy, I had to wait eight minutes just for one more energy piece. And if there are 200 energies total then 200 x 8 is 1600. So that means it take 1600 minutes for every piece of energy to reload. That’s the equivalent of almost 26 hours! So it takes a whole day just to reload every piece of energy. That’s just— absurd! One thing is for sure, unless you’ve got the patience of a hibernating bear, do not buy this game. Honestly, this game has probably earned the lowest review I have ever written. All because it takes forever to load energy. And, honestly, it wouldn’t be as bad if every little task didn’t take such an enormous amount of energy. I mean, even just handing something to another character takes a ton of it! Why? If you’re gonna make the energy take so long to load, at least make it last longer! I already mentioned that it would take 26+ hours to load a full tank of energy, but all that energy never lasts me more than I five minutes..Version: 8.1.1

Nice game, shame about the energyNice game to play with lots of interaction. The only downside is that you have limited energy. I had 700 energy and it was gone within 10 minutes. Each action takes 15+ energy so it runs out quickly. Then, of course, you can either pay for more or wait two days for it to re-charge. This has put me off playing this game..Version: 6.0

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP - WARNING!Don’t bother with this! It should be called “Murder on your wallet” or “Murder on your patience”. There are some great aspects to the game but they are completely ruined by the “energy” or to be more precise the “lack of energy” system. It’s not even worth listing the favourable aspects because the energy system is so expensive and slow that the game is completely ruined. Gameplay is limited to literally less than five minutes (and often less than 2 minutes) a session which unless you purchase a large amount of expensive energy means less than five minutes a day. Even when you do purchase energy the game burns through it so quickly and completely out of proportion to the cost. Also If you do purchase energy, most of it is wasted immediately on redoing everything you did before you needed to even buy energy. A good game ruined by greed! How this made game of the day I’ll never understand. Perhaps Apple realised how much their cut of the in-app purchases were going to be. I won’t touch anything by this developer if this is how they treat people..Version: 3.1

DisappointingI have thoroughly enjoyed playing this game for a very long time. But since I put it onto my new iPad even though I had a saved game it has deleted the game and made me start again from the beginning. I have been looking forward to playing the new level that has just recently come out but now I’ve got to play through the whole thing again before I can get to it. Also it’s very frustrating how long the energy bar takes to refill. It’s almost 24 hours for a full refill which makes it a very very slow game to play. If these two things were fixed it would be a really enjoyable game but I’m not sure how long I will be playing this for. Other than that the stories are quite interesting and the puzzles are challenging enough not to be boring. If the energy bar refill could be fixed I would enjoy playing this game a lot more..Version: 7.0

FunIt takes to much time to get energy 👎🏻.Version: 2.0

Energy sucksReally interesting game, good graphics and the story is interesting. Energy is not so good tho. Messes up the whole game, can’t play for more than 5 min without running out of energy. Sad..Version: 2.0

Nearly there! Few issues need ironing out!Right, it’s a good game to be fair, good graphics, smooth gameplay, not difficult but my only issue the energy goes too quick, you do a couple of tasks and energy is gone again and takes like two days to go back up. It’s expecting you to purchase the energy once it runs out, there’s never any videos to watch to push energy up. It’s either wait or pay, and pay I won’t do as it’s ridiculous. Need to slow the energy down from dissipating so quickly. This kind of ruins the game. Only other issue is once completed a story, you’re waiting about 3-4 months for the next part, they should be ahead of their time, get a few episodes ahead and continue making them so nobody is waiting months for the next part. Last issue is when there is a special event on, carnival day or something, I’ll get notified it’s there ready to play but I go into the app and there is no sign of it to play. If these issues can be rectified it’d be perfect!.Version: 6.2

Started out strong, then became disappointingOn the surface, it’s a wonderful game - filled with intrigue, suspense and wonderful graphics. I also love the character development. However … there seems to be a lot of glitches that negatively effect the enjoyment of the gameplay. When I clearly see an item to collect or how to use another item to interact with collecting items, it won’t or can’t be selected. Even after I select the hint option, one of two things happen: either it directs me to the area I ALREADY knew I was targeting AND THEN it will let me select it (but only after I selected the ‘hint’ button.) The other thing that has happened, is that after selecting the hint button (even when I didn’t even need to use a hint), it will again direct me to the area that I already was targeting and STILL won’t let me select the item. So, again, I say that either this game has a glitch that needs to be fixed. Or … the developers are banking on the players using up their hints, unnecessarily, so that we will have to purchase more. I hope it’s not the latter because to me, that would be a very deceptive way to get money from your consumers. Once this “glitch” is fixed, I could happily say this is a very enjoyable game and one of my favorites to play..Version: 10.0

It’s great. But needs work.Okay, so I didn’t realise that this game had energy for doing stuff. So I used mine up by doing the hints (it’s actually pretty tricky finding things! And that’s great!!).. but anyways.. there’s no metre that shows how much energy is used.. nor anything that says this is what uses energy.. and also.. I wanna point out.. that the energy actually runs out so fast! You get like 5 mins of game time.. then.. boom.. energy all gone! Can you fix this? It’s such a beautiful game. Graphics are amazing. But the energy is really getting annoying. I wanna get hooked on this.. but I just can’t with only 5 mins of game time every couple of hours.. that’s another thing.. it doesn’t say how long it takes to have the energy re filled.. it just says.. come back in a while, how long is a while???.Version: 3.0

Adventure? If you are looking for an exciting game? Well, this is not your game for you..... unless you have plenty of money to waste to buy the energy points you need to continue on in the game!! Too man advertisements hamper your progress constantly, which is really annoying if you are waiting to continue! And if you get to the end of your progress, as far as these people have written the game you will only be disappointed because they have not continued on writing further stories! Plus so many people end up dead I was sort of expecting for my character to end up dead too.... YES! You can get points by watching endless adverting, which half the time aren’t available! This game left me so dissatisfied and disappointed! And if you are expecting the story to continue don’t bother! I have been waiting for it to continue for over a year! Which makes me wonder if the producers of this game have given up!.Version: 4.0

Great Game Spoilt...After seeing the trailer for this repeatedly whilst playing other games, I downloaded this game today and was really enjoying it until after a short while I realised what the majority of the other reviewers have complained about... the energy consumption of every single action undertaken is absolutely ridiculous! 1 energy regeneration every 8 minutes, but 5 energy used up for just one action? A 40-minute wait just to tap the screen once?? I understand that developers have to make money to keep improving and updating games, and to work on new ones, and I will spend a little on games that I enjoy playing. However, I think many players will delete this game because of sheer frustration with the energy issue. Such a shame that a really good mystery game is spoilt by unrealistic energy consumption which makes the game unplayable for many hours. Would have got 5 stars from me (and perhaps some income) if it weren’t for this. Not sure I will be persevering with this one - playing the waiting game isn’t really playing, is it?.Version: 2.0.1

Waiting gameThe same complaint as everyone else. I’m not spending real world money for virtual energy that is only going to last a few minutes and will not get you very far in the game. Game could be fun to play if you could play for longer than 5 minutes. It appears as though the devs have given up since their next chapter is not yet available; maybe review the energy and players will stick around. The graphics and the atmosphere are good but every review I have read complains about the energy strategy. There is an achievement for playing for 2 hours; well that will cost you big-time..Version: 2.2.0

This game is so nearly perfectI absolutely love this game. The art-style is gorgeous, the story writing is enthralling, the characters colorful, and the gameplay itself is, in my opinion, one of the best of any games I’ve played thus far. I wish I could give it five stars but I’ll reiterate what so many other reviews already have; the way energy works in this game is ridiculous. You burn through it very quickly and it takes forever to regenerate it again. It offers ads to gain enough energy for maybe one more action or even two if it’s not a cutscene but it’s hardly worth it as you barely get as much game time as the length of the ad. It remains the most extraordinary murder mystery/hidden objects game I’ve ever played and one of my favorite games of any genre, but the energy is such a huge drawback. It baffles me that so many have left feedback on it and the problem persists. Maybe the developer isn’t reading the reviews or perhaps they don’t agree but I’ll continue to hope either the rate of regeneration is ramped up to a more reasonable amount or that the energy cost per action is lowered to make the long regeneration time more worth it, allowing players more gameplay time before they run out of energy and have to stop..Version: 4.1

I like the game a lotBut the energy thing is ridiculous, I left it to recharge over night and I only get enough energy for 2 minutes of game play. This needs to be fixed. I understand it’s just to scam you into spending way too much money on energy but it’s ridiculous. The game developers need to fix this because other than that it’s an amazing game with a great story and setting..Version: 7.0

Not worth it.Can’t do anything without running out of time and it takes forever to refill. Not worth it.Version: 9.0.1

More Energy!!Love love love this game!!! But why does it use so much energy. It takes 5 energy per click in a hidden game. That’s sometimes 50 energy! I would rate more if the expenditure of energy was less. And I don’t like that you spend 30 energy just watching a comic strip that you need to watch so you know what your next move is. I would happily pay for energy if the it wouldn’t get used up so quickly! Almost takes the fun out of the game. Storyline is fantastic. Layout is awesome! And graphic are pretty good too! Just the using a little less energy would give it a 5 star for sure!!.Version: 2.2.0

Deleted it fastYou get hooked then bam you are out of energy and can’t play OH but wait if you pay with REAL money you can huge thumbs down.Version: 2.0.1

Energy takes too long to make the game worthwhileYou need energy to play this game, takes over 24 hours to get to ‘full’ energy, which is 200. Most things cost 5 energy, however some parts are 20 or 30 energy. The game itself is great, fun, exciting and great graphics. However, if they decreased the energy spend or sped up how long it took the energy to replenish it would really make this game better. There is no way to pay $ to play without energy either..Version: 4.0

Not worth downloadingI actually really like the concept of the game, but it has clearly been set up with the intention of depleting your money through in-app purchases. After a whole day/night of not playing and waiting for my energy to restore I went in only to have less than a minute of game play before my energy was zapped - was not even enough to complete one challenge. Utterly disappointing, especially as I’d spent money on purchasing energy the previous day and for it to only last about 15mins. Not worth the trouble of getting hooked in..Version: 4.1

Beautiful but crippledI’ve never played a game which goes above and beyond to actively discourage me from playing it. I get it, they want to line their pockets with micro-transactions but there is zero motivation to purchase energy when every action reduces energy by a ridiculous amount. Find an object? Energy. Don’t find an object? Energy. Use an object? Energy. Unskippable scene? So much energy. Being penalised for every single action, good or bad, is ridiculous. Where’s the motivation to play? Where’s the motivation to explore what is truly a fun game mechanic of secret areas and puzzles within puzzles? There isn’t any. When I do get to play, I really enjoy it. But those few minutes a day are such a disjointed experience that it’s impossible to be immersed in the story and makes playing feel like a chore. How about rewarding the player for doing well? It makes sense to reduce energy for mistakes or hints or skipping a mini puzzle but please balance things out to give me a reason to bother coming back..Version: 6.2

Absolute rip offSeriously disappointed with this game!! Great game play and ok puzzles but the money you have to invest is ridiculous. In 24 hours I gained about 80 energy of not playing, it then costs you 10-20 energy to talk to someone (depends on the scenario), then into a hidden items game which costs you 5 energy for every item. There’s 12 items to find = 60 energy plus you often have to find an item within an item which costs you another 5 energy to get into that. The cost of 1 hidden game is therefore average 65 energy (not including talking to someone). You charge £2.50 for 250 energy, so you can’t even get 2, 2 minute hidden games out of it because you have to use 10-20 energy between games!! Severely disappointed!! You have literally 5 minutes of game play per day from the energy you accumulate whilst not playing. At this rate, if I were to not spend a single penny, it might take me 6 months to get to the next chapter..Version: 4.1

Interesting, but frustrating. It’s a very interesting game but I would enjoy it more if the energy didn’t take forever to reload and having to use energy for pretty much every aspect of the game. It’s also frustrating when I leave the app running for a couple hours I come back and I have 20 energy which is used up in basically 2-4 moves. It’s also frustrating when I use my energy to find objects and I come back and I have to restart the search and use up the energy ending up in the same position. It’s a pretty game and has a good plot line as I’m interested to know who the murderer is but it’s too frustrating and too slow to get captivated enough I’m tempted to delete it..Version: 3.1

Needs to much energy...Fun game but can’t play more then 2 min at a time cause it always need more energy.. that is really annoying .. can even Finish a game after 12h pause..would be better if every game were less energy costly or if we would be able thé get more energy rewards.Version: 2.0.1

Could get addicted but nopeI downloaded this yesterday. I love getting addicted to a good game, and if it’s great quality and I’m invested in it I actually don’t mind spending money on it. This had the potential to completely hook me except I barely got the chance to give it a go before I ran out of energy and had to stop! I won’t spend money when I’ve barely played a game, and where I don’t feel like I’m getting value for it, and the rapid rate at which you use up energy just doesn’t make spending money worth it for me. Playing for two minutes a day isn’t worth my time, so I’d prefer to go back to an app where I can spend a decent amount of time without constantly needing to dip my hand in my pocket just to make minor progress..Version: 8.1.0

Energy sucksI prefer the Murder by choice game but both are a huge waste of time due to the energy issue. You run through energy so quick and have to wait a millennia for more, otherwise you have to pay. I paid once thinking it would buy me a few hours of play time, but sadly it lasted like 15 minutes, never again. I also never got an option to watch ads for energy..Version: 9.0.1

Great game, energy refill a huge downfallThis game is great! the gameplay and storyline is amazing, the only downfall is the amount of time it takes for the energy to refill. I can only play a small amount at a time and even then, I can’t get much done because of the amount of energy it takes to complete activities. would be great if this could be changed :)).Version: 6.2

Up the energyThis is by far a great murder mystery game I have played in a while. Graphics are unreal and the story line gets you hooked from the start. My only complaint is the energy level… the Energy is taken away from you so quickly and you can’t get into the game for long at all. You don’t even get your full energy restored over night unless you buy more energy. It’s too expensive for us folks in these troubled and tough times. There’s not even a way you can watch a ad get get the energy. This is such a shame and disheartening to the creators for doing this. Greedy if you ask me and anyone who is playing this wonderful game. Please creators do something about it. At least give us ads so we can restore energy without having to pay or wait a full 24hrs..Version: 9.1.0

FrustratingCan’t do anything in the game unless you keep buying energy it’s ridiculous!!!.Version: 6.0

Ruined by EnergyI agree with all the other reviewers. This games’ rich storyline is ruined by how difficult and expensive it is to attain energy. Why not offer different methods like watching ads to gain energy instead of payment only? It’s strange that the makers of this game don’t want you to be able to play for longer. Updated review: it looks like they added the ability to watch a video to gain energy but unfortunately it never works..Version: 9.1.0

I adore this game, but there’s one big issue...I love this game. The story is interesting, the gameplay is fun, but there’s something horrible you need to fix; Energy. Energy shouldn’t exist, because depending on the amount of energy you have, you can continue through the game or have to wait because buying it is extremely expensive and a waste of money. Plus, you can wait for hours only to get 10 energy, which you mostly need 20-30 energy to continue, so it’s a big inconvenience and you can’t even get it by watching ads. And to add to that, you always have to spend energy on the points of highest tension which makes everything worse. Energy prevents players from enjoying the game, but I know what you’re thinking, “How else will we make money? We spend time and effort into this game.” The answer is simply ads and/or not making it a free game. Not too many ads, just once in a while, and if you don’t make it a free game, you earn money and you make your players enjoy playing which you are REALLY bad at when it comes to energy. With this you can get rid of energy, or use energy for hints and skips for minigames. Note that this is still a great game, just this major flaw has to be pointed out..Version: 4.1

My opinion of murder in the alpsI love the gameplay but it takes so LONG to reastor your health and it’s kind of scary that’s all I can say because I’m a 7 year old kid and just telling you that this is not my high score of writing so don’t think this is my high score so game can you make it less scarier I’ve played it for like five minutes and it started to get scary so can you make it less scarier thx.Version: 4.0

Good game but frustrating with energyI agree with most of the comments I have seen. Great game, graphics, storyline and detail. However, the energy process is seriously flawed. I ran out of energy just before selecting the last object in the hidden object section. I then left the game to wait for this to charge up, only to come back to a reset challenge where I had to start again and was still unable to complete it. I’ve played many other games like this and usually the maximum time to charge energy is about 4-5 minutes and the game isn’t so interrupted (e.g costs 30 energy to start the hidden object but you are able to play it to completion). I have enjoyed the game so far and have been patient but I am getting more tempted to delete and find an alternative that actually allows for more gameplay. It’s a shame because without the energy issue this would be a 5* review!.Version: 5.1.1

Almost a great game!!!I would just like to add to my complaint of this game. Yeah, it does save your progress, but it does not save it correctly. The last time I played, I had found all but 2 items and of course I ran out of energy 🙄. So, I closed out the game like I always do to wait on the energy to refill🙄. I returned later to play only to discover that all the items I had found disappeared. I had to start over and again had to quit in order for my energy to refill😡. This is not the first time this has happened. Please fix this annoying problem. Also, I have really enjoyed playing this game when I am allowed to play it. Having an energy bar imbedded into the game is completely ridiculous. Playing the game for a couple of minutes and then having to wait pretty much a whole day to play again just destroys any enjoyment a player could have for the game. Take out the energy bar and charge people a price for the game. If they complete it in one day or very quickly, then so be it. Having to wait for my energy to refill, having to buy items to upgrade my characters, or having to replay levels repeatedly in order to advance to the next level have pretty much turned me against any game play for any game, no matter how good it is. This “new way of playing” has destroyed games. I hope someday, game developers will see the error of their ways and bring back the good ole days..Version: 2.2.0

The WorstThis COULD be a great game, but the whole energy situation just ruins it. I waited 12 hours to be able to play for about 3 minutes, and now I’m out of energy again. This is so not fun or enjoyable I’m ready to pack it in. The developers will tell you to join this facebook group, or watch this or that video and your energy woes will be over. Just charge money for the game up front and let people enjoy it..Version: 9.1.0

Energy (or lack thereof) is super frustrating. As others reviewers have mentioned, the energy requirements for this game are far too high for the rate of energy you generate. Waited overnight (less than half of energy bar regenerated) and was able to get about one minute of game time the next morning until energy ran out. Absolutely ridiculous. Needs sorting out. Shouldn’t be an energy requirement for having conversations and energy requirement for tasks should be significantly lower or it should regenerate faster..Version: 2.2.0

Amazing game, but feel like I’m being robbedThis game would be great if they didn’t keep harassing you to pay more! Longer you play, more times they want money! Ends up being that you have to spend 5 dollars for every 45 minutes of gameplay! Outrageous theft! Too bad devs are so greedy. I’d gladly buy it for a one-time price, but I feel cheated when they just want to abuse me..Version: 2.0

KiraCould be fun but run out of energy way to fast. Not smart on the developers part because I’ll do what everyone else will do. Delete it.Version: 6.0

Awesome GameGreat plot, great characters, great graphics but it just too energy hungry as most reviewers say. The biggest problem is that when you watch a video to get more energy, sometimes the energy doesn’t get added. At first, I thought I might have closed the video too early before the counter got to zero but no. I wait until the counter gets to zero and then tap the close icon and wait, but the “claim energy” screen never appears. 9 times yesterday and already once today. Also, I play on an older iPhone with a fairly small screen and many of the “find” items are impossible to find even when zoomed in because they are just too small. I have to use hints which gobble even more energy. Even the text is hard to read on a small screened phone. Potentially great game but very frustrating to play..Version: 5.1.1

A nearly good game ruined by aggressive monetisationThe game is very well produced, and looks/sounds great. It’s intriguing and seems like it would be fun to play more of. However, a ludicrously greedy energy system means that without shelling out sackloads of cash, progress through the game is insufferably slow. I understand they need to turn a profit, but the rate at which energy is sapped is wildly excessive and even if it is purchased you won’t get far. I would prefer just paying a set fee to buy a chapter outright than to have to continually pay through the nose to enjoy an evening of detective gaming. You could purchase several complete/fine games of a similar nature for a fraction of what it takes to persevere with this..Version: 4.1

Beautiful but frustratingSuch an incredible game, truly. But the energy dissipates so quickly, and you only gain back 1 energy every 8 minutes. But to do things in the game you’re spending 5-30 energy in minutes! I left it overnight to recharge, and then played for 5 minutes and all my energy was gone again. I would love to keep playing, but this is ridiculous..Version: 3.1

Developers?I wish my review didn’t echo so many others, but unfortunately it does. I truly love the game, as so many others do. The design is beautiful, the characters are intriguing, great storyline; it’s clear you have some talented people working for you. And like so many others have mentioned, the energy system is frustrating the way it is now. I’m wondering why this game is so different from others that are like it when it comes to using the energy to advance? It seems to me like there are so many solutions to this, where you as the developers could still make money on this game and your gaming audience could feel heard and have their needs validated. Perhaps there could be a way for players to earn more energy besides just waiting? In your CookingFever game, which I’ve played for a long, long time, there is a slot machine that dispenses gems daily to advance us through gameplay. I have heard tell of ads that others have watched to gain more energy, although I have not seen that option on my own game. Or perhaps the amount of energy could double from 1 to 2 every 8 minutes? Even this small change in the next update could placate so many of your fans. It could show them that you actually take their feedback into account. Just some thoughts :) A fan of Murder in the Alps.Version: 2.1.0

😔😔😔 Just as everyone keeps saying...So frustrating! The huge expense of energy for so, so, little game interaction. Also, enough is enough with the hotel manager ‘Anna, get me this’ ‘Anna, fetch me that’, I understand that the game aims to promote your character to find things but creativity when moving into the next mini game is key as not as bore the player. I played this for a few days and didn’t get very far. Got bored and deleted it. Just utterly disappointed! I actually love the high quality graphics and 1930s style. Like others have said in the reviews, if in-game costs are the goal for profit, create a sense of wonder. Continually, my energy would deplete before I had a chance to be sucked into the amazing world in which the creator is trying to convey. A lot of work needs to be done to satisfy players. I would have loved the game if I could get further with my energy level. Maybe would have even purchased something along the way if I thought it was worth my time and money..Version: 4.1

Murder in the alpsOnce you start you can’t stop( until your energy levels go down! ) no point in making the game free when you run out of energy just to pay for extra? c’mon look at all your reviews! complaints are mainly about the energy levels. It’s wasted just going from room to room. At least give the players time to reach the stairs 😡 before you start popping up those msgs 😡.Version: 5.0.1

HeGot game bc of cooking fever.Version: 9.1.0

Runs out of energy in ten minutesJust like all the reviews mentioned, the game requires a lot of energy to play. Every tap on the object is a minus 5 points, after 5-10minutes you’ve depleted your energy level. I naively paid to top up and choose the most popular option 1200 points of energy, well that has lasted me a whole of 30 minutes!. For some reason I don’t have the ads option and my game is up to date in the upgrade section so this game unfortunately for me is only a 3 star, as the story is great but not having enough energy disrupts you from playing it and would cost me an arm and a leg if I had to pay for top ups all the time. PS: I have used up all of my achievements and collectibles so no extra energy bonuses. Disappointing really..Version: 6.2

GREAT GAME....ONE OF THE BEST......BUT!I started this game by chance. I instantly loved it.....but I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t play but a few minutes at a time. I was hooked on it from the beginning. But, again as others have said....it is IMPOSSIBLE to get anywhere because of the energy problem. I tend not to pay cash for use of any games...but this one had me hooked. So I bought $20 worth of energy. $20 bought 3,000 energy. Plenty I thought. WRONG! I used that up in 15 minutes of play! There were several “ comic book scenarios” which use up to 20 energy....then some games 30 energy. Several find games which took a lot of energy 5 per item. Before I knew it the 3000 was used. WHY are we charged to WATCH the comic......we have no control of that and that uses up a lot of energy. So now I will never pay to play on this again. Definitely not worth what you are paying for! NOW I have finished the first two murders. I’m going to the next but IT IS NOT READY TO BE RELEASED? It doesn’t even say how long we have to wait! REALLY? I’m not that good at the game so it’s not like I went through many stories. I can’t play! So now I solved a crime, didn’t get rewarded for it and now can’t continue because the next storyline isn’t ready? WHAAAAAAAT? Don’t get started on this game. It has a good story line but we cannot play it either without a LOT of money or a lot of WAITING!.Version: 2.2.0

A bit of a shame.I have been playing this game for over a week and haven’t been able to get through the first chapter. The story is excellent, as is the art and storytelling. The puzzles aren’t that difficult. The issue of why it’s taking me so long is the energy restoration. To get full energy, you have to wait 26 hours, which will end up going fast as each puzzle will take you at best 60 energy (12 items), but what makes it interesting is each search has a hidden puzzle or two that will take 5 or 10 energy to solve. If you add that to 10 energy to hand over the clues, 20 energy to watch a comic scene, 10 more to pick up story items, and 10 more if you need a hint, you are getting less than half an hour of gameplay every 26 hours, but which point you are reaching for the diary just to see where you need to go. I know this because I’m a bit of an achievement hunter by nature and after playing for 9 days, my clock for solving the case in 3 hours hasn’t even hit the two. It makes it very clear that the company is not interested in the experience of people not willing to drop some major money for their energy boosts, and that makes me wonder why they made it free in the first place. With the quality of the product, I would have been happy to shell out a competitive price to play through the story without the energy system..Version: 6.2

Takes too much energyThis game is great! I love all the different individual parts to it, but it uses way too much energy. I took me 5 energy just to click something which is ridiculous — considering one energy takes 8 minutes to produce. Maybe if you weren’t so money hungry and let us enjoy the game, and wasn’t so tactical in trying to rob us of our money by purposely not giving us energy, more people would actually stick around to play the game. A little advice, allowing customers to actually enjoy the game and letting them progress to a cliff hanger will actually gain you more money. Why? Because allow us to get the that certain point will want us to make us buy more energy in order to play on. However, you’d are clearly not giving us enough energy and making tasks use up so much energy in order to take our money...but it doesn’t work like that. People are going to get bored and frustrated and end up deleting the game. Change this..Version: 4.1

Sort out the energyThis game is severely flawed by the energy. You have to pay energy for every action single action you take even watching the storyline unfold which is absolutely ridiculous and it takes forever to refill. This is a serious flaw in the game and the developers really need to sort this out. The game itself is enjoyable and something I know I would really enjoy playing if I got the chance but when you only get to play for a few minutes a day and sometimes can’t even complete one puzzle because your waiting for energy it totally ruins it. Stop using energy to watch the comics which you can’t not watch, change the energy needed for the finding games to one amount to play the game instead of having to use energy to play the game and every single item you pick up and extra for the zoomed in areas and refill if faster and I would happily continue to play the game..Version: 2.2.0
