✓ Non existent customer supportPlayed this for a while and when tried to contact customer support all has been ignored. all my aquariums are full and no new aquariums were made available for a while. will have to stop using this supplier altogether..Version: 1.0.45
✓ SolitaireWas loving this game. Had three tanks with loads of fish. Then a new twist came along where you put together a puzzle and that was fun too. Won two fish but then the next day my fish I had won on it for completing the puzzle was gone. I figured just a fluke no biggie and played on. Well today I played and after one or two games when it was time for a commercial the screen went black and I couldn’t play at all. I rebooted the game and everything is gone back to the beginning level one no money no tanks no fish. Don’t bother with this game it is a total rip. Deleting it now. If I could give it negative stars I would. Oh and don’t bother Turing to reach the devs for customer service because it just asks you for email but there is no way to give them your email address. I guess that keeps them from having to rely to you..Version: 1.0.6

✓ Problems with gameI really like this game with the tournaments, different fish, and tanks...But is has a big problem. I had most all of the fish and tanks, got up high in the tournament and boom...it started me out back to the start...even my user name was gone. I uninstalled then reinstalled twice because it has done it three times now. It gets a little annoying to say the least. Developers if you see this please help. I do like the game and want to keep playing but not if I have to keep going through this drama. Also, developers I hope you read this, because your ads show a fish getting its temperature taken...fish playing the cards...fish hanging from a chain....But I have seen none of those things happening. I believe this could be taken as misrepresentation of the game or possibly false advertising. ✓ Nothing like the ad!I downloaded this because the ad made it seem like it was a new fun take on solitaire. In the ad it showed moving cards in a solitaire like fashion to free up space on each row for fish to travel through, essentially creating a maze. I gave it several levels to see if maybe that was a mini game within the levels but this is just a regular old solitaire game with fish floating around the screen. There are also a ton of ads in between every single level. I’m fine with watching ads to earn extra prizes or help me look level but I shouldn’t have to watch them just to move onto the next level..Version: 1.0.40

✓ Cheat!I started playing about a month ago and loved the game! The challenges were fun and build aquariums was fun. This morning I opened the app and it said there was a change in terms and the only option was to agree. I did and when the game came up it was like I never played before! I lost my level status ( I was around 75), and my coins. It started me at level one again. I think their program is in a loop because every time I go out it starts all over again! ✓ From great to terribleThis game was excellent when I first started playing it. All the good things the five star reviews talk about. But then, it fell apart! I dont know what happened but they tried to make the game automatically put all your cards in (dumb idea if you really like playing the game) and then the game just started to freeze up. Even the ads freeze and then you lose the game you were playing. Suddenly there are all these interruptions (in addition to the ads) and every thing goes south. They had a good thing and ruined it by trying to do too much. Its painful to play now. I am going to delete it but I hate to lose the fish 😆.Version: 1.0.39

✓ Loved this game, but…I was at a very high level. I had won many fish tanks and had loads of fish. I have a lot of coins. I was really enjoying it…until I tried to play today and the game started as if I’ve never played it before. My tanks were gone, although the tank was the castle one I recently acquired. My coins were gone. I couldn’t believe it! This is the second time the game reverted back to the beginning, and I’m really upset! I started from the beginning once and reacquired many of the items I lost. I have purchased coins and diamonds to keep playing, and now, it’s all gone. ✓ Solitaire KlondikeI was loving playing the Solitaire game. I thought it was really cool that it was a fish aquarium that you could earn points and add fish which was really fun! but I didn’t realize at the time when you’re buying fish or adding to your aquarium if you change your aquarium you cannot take those fish with you .you have to earn more fish for that particular aquarium I was disappointed in that part of it I was hoping I could switch over to a different aquarium and still have all the fish I purchased or got by points. Many stops in one rotation usually ending on smallest prize. Number of coins to “buy” fish is astronomical. ✓ Great Game, Terrible Communication and BEWAREBeware because whatever tech you start playing this game on, it will not let you EVER change that tech and take your scores, coins, Diamonds, or subscription with you. I recently upgraded my IPad to a new version. I basically had to start from scratch again. Also? I cannot find my subscription info anywhere and writing to the developers has resulted in crickets chirping. It IS a fun game. Just don’t expect it to be like Bingo Blitz or Pearl’s Perils or even Fishdom who let you play across all platforms. I lost every aquarium I had and I almost had them all. Why is it that 90 percent of the time it comes up with 5 coins…very seldom do you get a 15 or 30 on the first try!! I guess I’m just lucky or the algorithm doesn’t allow it. ✓ Lovely Game that just TankedThis was a wonderful fun game. I even enjoyed the snakes and ladders for a bit but it seems everytime I land on snake 47! Its aggravating. I would rather have the option to play the snakes and ladders instead of being forced to as part of the game. Im seriously considering removing the game because of that frustration. After returning to the game and finding more frustrations that did not exists before eg. Costing coins for hints, not being able to successfully play thru several hands only to find there is no solution to your hand and you have to quit- these things did not exist before and Ive had this game downloaded for many months. However, brand-new is the obnoxious requests to sign in via Facebook each time you open up the app and also after each games to earn extra points by signing in via Facebook. ✓ SolitaireIt was really great in the beginning. While playing solitaire, you gain points and build aquariums. Kind of a neat side to the game. The side game filled in within a short time of playing. But, we still accumulate points as though we will be able to build or change the scenes. ✓ Frustrating!The concept is amazing! Play and win solitaire. Earn different types of fish bowls and buy fish. The frustration comes in with the coin situation. Side games are interesting. Earning coins takes an agonizingly long time. The player can only earn a handful of coins and the fish are expensive. Check in daily to earn a free fish, which in my case is ALWAYS a jellyfish. This could be an amazing and addictive game if the developers played it like the users do. See how you like the jellyfish every time you’re rewarded for signing in each day. Or try to get a “rare” fish. Ha! Lots of luck on that one! The only fish I can afford are the same fish I bought to put in the prior level. Boring! Make this game a five star app! ✓ Warning!If you change devices or need to reinstall the app you will lose all your progress and purchases! They have no cloud storage function and no way to fetch your data back! I played this game every day for two years, made multiple in app purchases and had every available tank opened and full of purchased and earned fish. The app got glitchy and started quitting repeatedly, so I deleted and reinstalled it… everything was gone! When contacted, the developers said simply “sorry for the inconvenience”. ✓ Fun but needs work.I really enjoy playing this game and like that I can play a hand without an ad however i keep getting the ads for Tim Hortons that I can not close without exiting the ap. I get frustrated with ads that have volume when I’m on silent mode as well. Also there is nothing so far in this game that allows you to save a fish so I feel it’s false adverting.
