✓ Steve Harvey ℹ thought I could trustThe app has too many ads. There’s a threshold to collect winnings. We need to read the fine print at the bottom of each ad before downloading or like this game, we’re just wasting our time and getting our hopes up for not what we thought was going to pay to our PayPal immediately. ✓ Gift cardDid not like the ad? Saying that I won a $100 gift card. I thought great. Well you answer personal questions are asked if you want a card for good RX (what I take in medication is zero payments). Then you agree to receive nasty recorded phone calls and texts or phone calls thinking you are getting paid you think ok. What a scam! ✓ That’s it I’m doneI have been playing this for months. Never win anything but that’s fine, I actually enjoy the games so it didn’t bother me. But for the second time , I have updated and the first time the game would glitch. That was fixed. This second time, I updated and now every one of the points I have accumulated is not recording. ✓ All PCH GamesFor years, I’ve been playing 4 different PCH games that claim to have sweepstakes and multiple giveaways. I believe this to be false. A lie. I’ve played hours on top of hours for days, weeks, earning millions of tokens and game entries for years. I’ve never won one single sweepstake. I believe these games are just like every other advertised app games false advertising. There are no winners. ✓ Fun to play but it steals your pointsDon’t waste your time if you think you are adding “tickets” to win the weekly prize because it steals your points! Nobody will fix it or respond to you because they they HAVE been told it is NOT working, they don’t care. If you are just playing a game to lull time away, then chances are this is a great game to pick! But don’t believe you are earning extra tickets, they just get wiped away. Twice this week I had my points stolen, first time it was over 2,000 points second time was 3 days later when they took over 30,000 points and the contest for this prize doesn’t end for another 2 days. ✓ Glitchy and getting worseThe word game itself is pretty fun but it does glitch sometimes. In the last 24 hours I’ve noticed that the games are much easier than before which is boring and there’s been less rewards. I deleted the app and reinstalled it to see if this would change any of the other issues I noticed (missing menu items on screen) and I couldn’t get the app to start at all. ✓ My Opinion1. I downloaded this game because of Steve Harvey. I think I might delete the game because of incessant ads and no options so far too get rid of them. Also, where’s the settings button to silence the annoying music. I can’t play this game in public and I’m not willing to turn the volume down on my phone just for this game. 2. In this day and age with all the companies being hacked, you sure ask a lot of personal questions AND right off the bat too! At least buy me dinner first. Seriously though, it would be better to leave my email and opt in to notifications so when I win, I could provide all the needed info. To Sum it up: TOO MANY ADS!! ✓ Total garbage.Absolute and total garbage DO NOT download. Typically updates make things better but not with pch. With all their apps since last update, almost everyday prize entries disappear from previous day or even in matter of hours disappear or just opening and closing app they disappear. Had 40k on one app, all gone now. From the website to apps always constant problems yet they’re “working on it” monkeys working on it could do a better job. Used to be no problems worked fine but now it’s everything from crashing, entries disappearing, links on the site not working and other multiple issues but again it’s “being worked on”. ✓ All weekly entries are being erasedThe lotto, Treasure Hunt, Wordmania and slots apps this week have been having all the weekly entries being erased. The apps didn’t work for almost two days, started to work and build up weekly entries, and for two days, woke up to all entries being erased again overnight. Then it started working again and today, I checked and every entry I had was erased again. About 30,000 entries all erased. Support just keeps suggesting deleting the apps, force closing them, which never works permanently. Since they keep getting deleted, how do I know the entries for the regular sweepstakes are going through and not getting deleted as well? I liked the apps until this week. I just deleted all of them since there is no point in playing anymore. I watched so many ads, and all for nothing..JNTHYTVersion: 2.9.2

Other games work fine on my phone so I don’t think that is the issue. This issue makes it difficult to complete timed rounds and makes for a frustrating experience. Also, the ads are just too much. ✓ Best app experience possible??Version 1.2.7 as with all prior releases arrived intending “… to make sure you get the best app experience possible!” which turns out to include a greatly increased volume of forced ads, the majority of which are 30 seconds or more, and even worse frequently divided into three 10 second ads thus requiring more attentiveness to progress, and more physical energy in the form of tapping. Speaking of tapping, the ads’ close buttons show up in various forms and inflict varying degrees of frustration - either they are not clearly obvious or visible, and/or consist of tiny X’s that are arduous to isolate and activate with anything but a precision-guided tap from a sober brain in full-concentration mode. Folks with tablets may not suffer as much as those of use who use m our phones, but certainly the developers should revisit every user-related aspect of this app, and the decision makers in the PCH conference rooms should think more carefully about how their marketing/monetary decisions impact the users upon whom they depend to generate all that precious ad revenue. As I see it, terming what has been done to this app a “better ad experience“ is about as ridiculous as I would be if I were to continue playing it given the time it now robs. No more ladies and gentlemen, no more PCH app gameplay for this loyal PCH fan. ✓ Good but typos make it impossibleI’ve been playing with this for a long time and enjoyed it but recently I have encountered typos in the app. I’ve been a dedicated daily player and typos can make it impossible to progress so I had to lower my ranking I don’t know where to submit typos in the app so I’m sharing that here. ✓ Buy them a dictionaryThe developers of the app need to buy themselves a good dictionary. All too often I find words but get the response “word not found”. Also, the speed round is supposed to give you the same amount of time every time to find as many words as possible. The problem is it’s not always the same amount of time. WRF is up with that… seriously? The app is fun but would be better if PCH hired some decent developers/coders to make it work properly 100% of the time..Bom65Version: 2.3.9

✓ Ongoing Technical DifficultiesI have been trying to get access to Word Mania since yesterday and I keep getting the “Oops we are experiencing technical difficulties.” This is ridiculous. Not to mention the fact that I play the speed rounds and there have been several times where I would go on to play the current speed round only to find that the previous round I played showed as “missed.” I’m getting frustrated with all this nonsense. I hate the timer it never acts right, usually gets stuck, then I miss checking into the app when I gotta exit & re-enter it and sometimes takes hours to reset. Therefore I lose my elite status. Also, the time to check in always see to be different. I live in AZ so we don’t do daylight savings etc. so I’m always messed up on the time. Sometimes words are misspelled.
