✓ MehFirst off, it freezes constantly or kicks you out of the app. Second, there’s a lot of ads. Sometimes they even pop up in the middle of a game which is very frustrating. I understand that ads pay the bills, but it totally destroys the flow of the game. Lastly, and maybe it’s just me, but the colors are too light and they all sort of blend to me. ✓ Game is good but still has glitchesI downloaded this game last year (2023) when it came out and I began having fun playing the game. It takes a little while to warm up to the game but it wins you over when you try to understand how it functions. I still don’t understand the five types of bonus players under the game so basically I play the game without using them. There is a challenge at the beginning of each day and it’s tucked away in the upper left hand corner on the main page after you sign in. The board changes each day with a different form of challenge and that can be fun. If you’re playing to acquire “grand prize entries” then PCH has other games that acquire them much more often and easier that playing this game. This week one major glitch cropped up and my entire games played over the past few months disappeared and I was set back to Level 1, Game 1…almost like I’d never played the game before. Writing to PCH support is basically useless and their support suggestion was to delete the app, restart th smartphone and redownload the app. Well, I just did that and I’m still at the beginning levels. All the accrued bonuses went from nine in each of the five categories down to ZERO. Very disappointing. Since you can only sign into your own account with you own password this problem should have never happened. I also passed on to the support team a few other glitches with screenshots and you’ll got absolutely no thanks whatsoever from PCH support.
