✓ Very poor serviceSo originally signed up using my PayPal as payment, now they are no longer supporting it which is fine, except I am unable to change my payment method, have contacted C/S and to be honest I would have been better off not bothering, useless unconnected advice that had no bearing on the actual issue have cancelled my subscription and will use another VPN from now on.Version: 2.4.2

✓ Does not work as intendedAd block does not block any ads on pc it broke my pc to the point where I could not run this program certain sites ended up being blocked and it required me to sign into Facebook daily even when I saved the log in credentials which was very annoying. Servers seem to be sluggish and barely working due to a massive amount of people trying to use their product and servers seem to be weak compared to bigger companies..Version: 1.3.3

✓ Meh!!If you’re used to ExpressVPN or the such with that type of intuitive interface then most probably you will hate this. Cancelled subscription the same day i subscribed, what a waste of money! I want a simple 1 click action to connect to my VPN when i need it, not spend 15 minutes figuring out what to do. I found the whole interface cluttered with shortcuts everywhere that do the same thing. Bit of a let down compared to other Macpaw products. ✓ Useless serviceFor the first couple of days this app worked just fine but soon after it stopped working at all. I can’t connect to any server (or whatever they’re called). Tried to sign out and sign back in; reinstalled the app and still nothing. Glad I got the subscription for free to try it out before I paid anything. ✓ Slows down EVERYTHINGGot this through my Setapp subscription and it’s not worth using. Seems to work okay on my M1 MacBook Air, but it’s absolutely terrible on my iPhone 13. It’s slows the entire phone down. Emails refuse to load and just error out. Videos don’t load. It takes nearly three full minutes to load a Twitter feed. Watching Netflix or streaming Apple Music is impossible. I’ve deleted it. There are better options out there..Version: 1.2.1

✓ Doesn’t work wellI bought this on MacPaw’s reputation. Sadly feeling let down. I am from the uk but work overseas sometimes I need to access uk specific sites. Like bbc news. ClearVPN fails time and time again. In fact when I set the location as UK, I was notified that the content wasn’t available in the Netherlands! 😳 I have requested a refund as I have reported these issues but nothing has been done and no responses to my queries ever offered. So I recommend going to ExpressVPN because that works..Version: 1.0.7
