✓ Messed up my all-important callI needed to record an important phone call. I bought and tested the software, which seemed to work well. At my meeting, it started just fine, but later I noticed it had dropped the merged phone number and had stopped recording. I started it up again and it stopped again. This kept happening through that phone meeting and to the follow up phone call the next day. I tried to keep an eye on when it stopped recording, but not only did this distract me during the meeting, there were no other cues to know when it stopped recording. This meeting, which I had been waiting for for weeks, and which had lots of technical information, was a bad experience due to this software. When it worked, it was great. But it is critically unreliable..Version: 3.8

✓ Horrible! App subscription issues!I tried paying for the subscription and it charged 3 times. There’s no way as far as I can see to contact anyone in customer support for the app. Even now I open the app and it keeps sending to a purchase page even-though I’m already a premium member and I can’t even use the app. I just want my money back and have no way of contacting customer support! 👎🏼.Version: 3.8

✓ Password is a mysteryI finally was able to get past payment (wanted renewal before moving forward) and it needs an email and password to access the app. Would not let me create a pw and apparently expects a password I have no idea what password it needs to open. ✓ When Receiving a Call the Person can Tell its Being RecordedTried subscribing for three day trial, but it automatically outlines a year subscription. Accidentally ordered a year and it was quite more than the advertised price shown. Then when I tried the App, I realized that if recording an incoming call, the phone beeps and the other person can hear it... so it’s not undetectable if using it to record a conversation without the other parties knowledge. Other uses I imagine it’s good, but not if you want to record a call for your own records without the other person knowing.. Hoping I can get in touch with someone and obtain a refund because $50 is a lot to pay on something that is advertised as $30ish....Version: 2.6
✓ Fraudulent AppOn a reputable website I saw the ad it said free after downloading the app I had to put my Cell number to activate then it says the app is only free for 3 day trial.
