✓ New appIt’s slowly getting better. Ok with note books but still hit and miss with the planner. You will need to keep the original app until the new one is sorted. At least now the planner when it does rarely work, goes to the correct page. I live in Australia, why can’t I buy the planner from you? I’m continually told “we don’t post to Australia”. ✓ Really ImpressedI have the late 2021 version of the Smart Writing Set. Everything works as it should. I’m left-handed and write at a strange angle but with the exception of a few words the OCR works really well. Calendar syncing is particularly good. I can’t comment on the old version of the app, but mine has worked without fault..MalllenatorVersion: 1.5.0

✓ Calendar update does not workI use moleskin calendar book. I used to be able to write in the book with my smart pen and it would show up in my iPhone calendar. For some reason since last app update it does not upload to my calendar any more. PLEASE FIX IT.FrankieTVersion: 1.7.8

✓ Pending the 5th starThe app is good. I really want to be able to switch between locking and unlocking notebooks of the same type more easily. Right now I have to press 5 buttons to unlock a notebook. I would like to only press 1 button to open or close a notebook. If that could happen, please! And thank you.D.TaggartVersion: 1.6.5

✓ Very good but with poor bitsFirstly I bought this primarily to transcribe notes. I am an author but still find ideas come easier with a pen than a blank screen. I was actually quite amazed how few typing mistakes it makes transcribing my scruffy writing! However, whilst it uploads multiple pages in text format correctly, the Word upload of multiple pages is rubbish. It gets the order wrong and duplicates pages. The other consideration with text is that you get a line feed at the end of every line in your notebook. This can make reformatting into a word document a pain. However , I found a workaround. When writing my notes, I write hash symbol (#) every time I want a line break in the final document, I then upload text and cut and paste into Word. It takes seconds. Within Word, I replace every line break with a space and then every hash symbol with a paragraph mark again this takes seconds. I then tried drawings. These you can export as jpg and png with and without the background lines but you can also export vectors. This is particularly useful as in an another package, I can then scale the drawing to whatever size I like. It is also easier to edit it as discovered that every time I lift the pen, it leaves an editable line. I was so impressed with this feature that I’ve gone ahead and bought a plain notebook purely for drawings. I should also add, when I bought my plain notebook, I bought a second lined one simply to save on postage cost and you do have to suss out how to have two notebooks on the go at the same time within the app, otherwise you will get in a horrible muddle, but it’s not that difficult. You archive one before starting on the other and then archive that if you want to revert to the one you were using originally. I don’t think you can realistically expect to be able to produce a finished document in your notebook and not have to edit it somewhere else afterwards. As long as you accept this proviso then for transcribing handwriting and uploading a rough diagram, then this is proving to be extremely useful to me. I can concentrate on my conversations and meeting pitches, make notes and stay focused on the outcomes knowing that I will have all the background details that I need. ✓ Poor upgrade - what are you thinking releasing it!I spent all day puzzled about why I could not get some features to work I nearly sent your product back. Then I tried the M+ app and it works sooooo much better than the new app. Please sort this as I was very disappointed - the best feature of copying pages from one book to another (well for me as I have lots of clients) isn’t working in your upgrade..Wanted to like this, but no.Version: 1.4.3

✓ An extremely poor upgrade with fewer features than 1.0The push to an upgraded app has run into so many issues - this has been going on for over a year now. With fewer features to 1.0. From the migration does not work, nor does the lack of recognising that the pen has been used to draft a number of additional notes to pages in the book. When syncing the pen - my notes hadn’t even been uploaded to the app. I may as well have just underspent and purchased a standard pen and paper at this rate. 1.0 was fine - only issue was with the sync to gdrive in its latter stages. Now both apps appear to have been rendered useless. I’ll continue with 1.0 until the upgrade is finally ready. I just hope its worth it when 1.0 is discontinued, otherwise - there will be a lot of customers migrating to other platforms. Edit: this has been improved of late and although there appear to be fewer bugs and issues with the app and pen, there is still some work to be done on the conversion from handwriting to text formats. Maybe this will be improved overtime as my newer pen is getting used to my handwriting. Please also note that one needs to upgrade their pen with this latest app as the old one doesn’t pick up everything on the tablet..Pmaa1987Version: 1.5.2

✓ My good penI bought this product three days ago and it is really interesting I am doing my sketches and some of my notes in this book but since I’m not using English handwriting the ability office scanning English texts is not useful for me but using different pen colors and different pen thicknesses is very interesting for sketching and doing detail design..Sadra k bVersion: 1.7.1
