This is unforgivable, and we first played the game without understanding what we were really trying to do. Eventually found guidelines buried in an online resource — but they should come WITH the game. Secondly, the game has proved very flakey. Some people have not been able to join in (on a stable connection) and games have just frozen. Not a very enjoyable experience! This game feels like a prototype. ✓ Want to love it ..The game just arrived today and I’m playing (against myself) to figure it out before playing it with the family. I noticed that anytime an image is needed to answer the question, it either never pops up or pops up when I only have a few seconds left. I see in the reviews that this has been an issue for a couple of years. I would have hoped this problem would be fixed by now, especially with how heavily this game is being marketed for the Christmas season. ✓ Good game in principle, but very glitchyWe enjoy playing the game but the following issues make it frustrating at times. The host cannot bring up the board on the screen and has to use a physical board to keep track of their play pieces. Frequently others crash out of the game and it takes a while to re-establish the link. Questions start to repeat very quickly and bonuses such as go to a ring are given when you are at a ring already. When the game has finished it returns to the main screen, but the next time you log in the last game is still playing and you have to reboot the game..Version: 2.0.4

✓ Okay but ruined by players being able to dominate game playI was so excited when I bought this game but to date it has underwhelmed me. The content is actually very good. However, allowing players who answer questions correctly to dominate game play often ruins the game. When a player answers a question correctly they are allowed to answer more questions until they guess incorrectly. This means an individual could be playing for 5 or more minutes if they have a winning streak. This is really frustrating because the other players zone out and it is rare that we have ever made it through a 60 minute game. My one recommendation would be to allow players to turn off this function so that each player is only allowed to answer one question each before handing over to the next player. This would certainly make our game play more enjoyable… otherwise this game may gather dust in our game cupboard..Version: 2.0.6
✓ Games Awesome But There’s IssuesMy wife and I absolutely love the game but there’s a ton of issues with the app. We just bought the new 00’s category and it stayed in our library for the session and then disappeared and I can’t get a refund from apple for it. There’s tons of questions that require you to look at a picture but they didn’t put the picture in there. Lots of misspellings as well. Really hope they keep releasing categories but I’d also like a lot of these bugs fixed at which point I’ll definitely increase my score to a 5.Version: 2.0.6
✓ You’ve broken itWe are a family across four countries and we have lived and breathed this game every week for almost two years. It’s given us a reason to come together and provided many laughs and good times BUT you have broken it. On Christmas Eve the game worked as intended, but from Christmas Day through to Boxing Day we have been unable to access the game and have spent many hours trying to get it working. The reasoning provided has been that the servers cannot support the level of activity due to high volume of traffic…. I’m sorry but for the amount you pay for this game the last thing you expect is the provider to cheap out on something so vital and obvious as server ability! This is not a budget game and quite honestly playing £5 for games with limited cards is more entertaining than spending hours on special days of the year trying to get a game to work, with no success for 2 days straight after issues had been reported by the company to have been resolved! In this instance paying more does not buy you quality as the product although a good idea in principle is sadly flawed and unusable. ✓ Great conceptGreat concept just poorly executed. Great potential to be amazing & definitely the way forward in game playing, especially remotely with family & friends who are not local. Although we had questions that seemed very UK centric (we selected US as our country), our sound worked fine, and it was pretty fun! However, second time playing tonight and no matter what we do, the sound won’t work. But it’s plagued with bugs which pretty much ruins the game: 1) The virtual board (on mobile devices) is extremely difficult to accurately move your piece and often becomes non-responsive. They need to make the board pinch/zoomable (duh). So frustrating sometimes I want to throw my phone. 2) Even though the category progress bar has not gotten to 100%, we routinely get the same questions OVER AND OVER even during the same game. ✓ I was scammedI bought this game for my whole family to play. There was 13 of us and we all installed it and it didn’t let any of us load on it kicked us all of and at the tile 4 of us had the latest iphones and every other app worked. This happened last year. This year we tried to play it again and it finally let us on but every single one of us was charged £1.99 for some pack. This was in the summer and i emailed them and 3 of my other family members did telling them what happened. Using the virtual board even on an iPad moving the icons is tricky as you can literally move anywhere on the board despite what you have rolled on the dice. So the person who likely knows the rules the best can’t visually show the other players how to play. 2) Remote players are allowed to select categories without rolling or moving around the game board. It leads to outright cheating as remote players can choose only the categories they like or go even further and only select Ring Questions to win the game in 6 questions or so. The game should automatically move their game piece around the board and select the corresponding category for the players to avoid this obvious flaw. It made the game unusable unless the players are physically present. 3) The voice chat function doesn’t work. 4) More playing pieces would be nice. My family is African American so we all want the one black token piece to choose but we all can’t be George Washington Carver..Version: 2.0.6
✓ Game MalfunctionedHey I like playing this game…when I can that is. I was playing the other day with some friends and the app just up and quit on me. We then tried closing the app and reopening it. They even gave us a new password and we still couldn’t log back into our game to continue. The app even said everything was updated. ✓ The audacity of the lag-Hi. You are probably wondering why I gave the app two stars. It all started with the latest update (more commonly) but previously we have experienced this issue as well. I am angry as we were doing a family game on here, and then it froze and then they cannot take their go. This is unfair as we had to restart the game, and frustrating as our current progress was lost. This app is cool for playing remotely with family and friends, but you have to be up for the lag. ✓ UnplayableThis game has always been a little bit broken. But since the update it has become unplayable. Buggy, randomly kicks players out, un-interactive, un-intuitive. Just utterly broke! The game was broke before the update but it was playable. But since the new update I’m sorry to say it has rendered the game useless. Such a shame because this could have been a great game. ✓ Really unfair triviaThe concept is fun and all and while the questions range from extremely difficult and precise to generally easy, the power up distribution is completely flawed and promotes an unfair advantage. For example, one of my opponents skipped a question and was somehow rewarded with +3 power ups for seemingly no reason. Additionally, several times during the game my opponents will receive power ups without even answering a question first.
