✓ Almost want to love it.I’ve been a fan of Wix for a long time. We run a service based company and our website and other features run great! We started to use the Contact List. It works great on desktop, but on the mobile app it doesn’t seem to format every field properly. For example, if a text field has more then what fits in the screen, the app doesn’t wrap the text. Also, on an IPad it looks like some text fields don’t align right on the screen. This is a bit annoying because you have to then go in and try to edit the customer to read what is on that text field. If you guys could address this it would make a lot of lives a bit easier. Thank you!.Version: 1.1

✓ Easy to use but sluggishIt’s a well-designed app with a clear layout but there’s a delay of a couple of seconds for every button pressed, meaning you tap something expecting it to respond which it doesn’t so you tap it again only for the first action to start a second or so later. There’s also a bug with changing your name in the Account section, it doesn’t seem to register any changes you make beyond a certain point. But otherwise handy.Version: 2.67301.0

✓ It’s good.The System works good. One thing I have been wanting to work better is listening to the phone recordings. When listening to recordings, is it possible for you guys to add a playback speed to help skip ahead if you accidentally back out or it stops for any reason. It doesn’t always want to play when tapping to a spot on time line and dragging the time dot is very glitchy. Most of the time it drags right to the end and it’s very hard to get close to the spot you want to start listening to. So play back speed and maybe a 1 minute fast forward and a 1 minute rewind would be great additions to listening to phone recordings..Version: 2.61194.0
✓ Feature request!!!So far everything looks good and easy to use. However on the desktop the booking calendar looks like outlook. Working hours are in white and out of hours is in gray. ✓ OUTSTANDING PLATFORMI’ve been a website designer since 2010 as far back as Adobe Dreamweaver and coding html, I then moved over to Wordpress were we had over 20 client websites. Wordpress was horendus, after you reach 20 plus websites your whole week is consumed troubleshooting issues with third party modules that have not been updated to work alongside the new WP Update. Several years ago I discoverd WIX. Well I can honestly say we have no issues whatsoever and our valued time we can now design, what we are good at rather than fixing WP issues we are free to design. All our website are now on the WIX platform, the customer service is absolutely outstanding. If you don’t find your solution in their content library, you can live chat or request a call. ✓ Love the App!I have been using Wix to make websites for a long time. Last year I got a job at a company running their website. I chose to use Wix because of the affordability and the great Wix Stores system. This app also adds much need usability when on the go. One problem though is whenever I try to add a product I will enter anything into any of the text fields and when I click return the screen turns white. ✓ Great First Step...Much Improvements Needed.This app is a great first step for business owners. I’m a restaurant owner and I use wix for delivery orders. I like wix but wix needs specific features just for restaurants. Each business is different and needs special attention but this app is a good first step for restaurants being that you can accept orders on this new dedicated app for business owners. Hopefully they implement new features and work on adapting features that most delivery services offer. Overall great first step and hopefully they continue to improve their apps..Version: 1.1

I also used the Wix Spaces App. The new Wix Owner app is just as great. To be honest it’s even more user friendly. Easy to manage and quick. ✓ ACTIVE OWNER (10 Months) / RECORDING STUDIOI am a local recording studio owner (STUDIO 302) based out of Rhode Island and soon a warehouse near you! I love the wix app, it is very attractive and response. Been using it for 10 months now, and the update on the “Spaces” app has been great. One issue I have (which is less of a issue and more of a methods issue) is I have multiple engineers who work for me; and so we have multiple staff to choice from for bookings. Which is great until a client tries to book, and they can book the same time as someone else’s session. Imagine a barber shop with one chair and 3 barbers. Our clients keep getting confused. (There is no setting for this ; yet. I was told) Thanks to the wix customer service team member who responded to me with the quick way to work around. ✓ Getting betterI like Wix, it’s definitely getting better. There are a couple things I wish they would update. The first being able to use subscriptions on digital products in the e-commerce. The second being able to have your customers upload multiple audio files to your site, or a zip folder with larger file sizes. I run an audio website for mixing engineers and producers at mix-off dot com, and I need the ability to have users upload and download multiple audio files or zip folders up to a couple gigs. ✓ Great for the end userStarted using Wix around 2 years ago after the limitations I found with go daddy. It's amazingly easy to use once you get to grips with it. You can make your own adjustments as and when needed for free! Upload media and content. I have 15 pages made of 6 main pages and 9 subpages. It runs faultless, you have live chat features, your notified when a visitor is on the site, along with what pages and time visiting each page. The insights are more then enough and an absolute must! Kind of Addictive monitoring it. Top google SEO wizard helps you get your site in top rankings for your keywords and noticed by the search engines. All website leads are grouped together in a inbox. Cannot ask for more. Full booking, point of sale, CMR suite, invoices and plenty of plug-in apps for every single business need. The price is very cost effective, we pay £17 pm plus £6 for a business email. Cannot fault it one bit! Just keeps getting better and helps our business grow a lot quicker..Version: 2.37925.0

✓ Great app!Having being a user for a while now, I had the same issue with the update. Simple fix, delete and reinstall the app! It works fine afterward. As for the review: Waaaay better than square! I used square for a while and it’s so limited in comparison! I prefer Wix’s desktop version’s functionality but this is great to make ends meet inbetween, it’s perfect for on the go, enough functionality to update the site or the store, to add blog posts, I’m not even using it to it’s full potential, so far I have no complaints! ✓ Things I’d like to see in Store Owner appI have been using the Wix website builder and Store Owner app for about 6 years. I really like the ease of everything! But… 1. When I create an invoice in the phone app, there is no option for “Invoice and Order” which will send invoice and generate an order when invoice is paid. I must go to my office desktop to do so. 2. When I use this option and send invoice /generate order - the app does not allow me to print shipping label, nor does it show that the invoice order is fulfilled. Being able to do both of these in app would be awesome. 3. And lastly, bring able to select “free shipping” for individual products would be very helpful. I am currently using the eGift Card - using it for a product rather than Gift Card so that no shipping rate is applied at checkout. Because the app reads it as the eGift Card, there is no option at checkout to offer a free shipping coupon. A work around for this would be awesome too! Keep up the good work!.Version: 2.66224.0
✓ Mostly happy with this appI love wix. I switched over to them from Wordpress (which they are a great company as welll). With Wix, I have an easier time building my site. Their app isn’t as intuitive or as organized as I would like it to be. I could make edits to my actual site on the Wordpress app and editing blogs was a smooth experience. I find the wix app to be a bit slow and editing the spaces between paragraphs via web browser is seem less while on the app it doesn’t show up the same way. I feel the menu is too stuffed. It takes multiple clicks to get where I want to. Even with all that, it’s a fun app to use, write with, and manage aspects of my online business endeavors. 4 stars..Version: 2.38841.0

✓ Buggy?I am so enjoying my Wix experience- building my site on my computer. But I was dismayed when I tried out the app to find I couldn’t add video to blog posts without it glitching. ✓ App Doesn’t Open on iPhone 14 After Update (Fixed)I’ve had to drop my review of the app down to a 1 star after a recent update stopped the app from getting past the Wix opening screen. I am unable to respond to customers on the go or check anything on my website due to this critical issue, and Wix has no contact number or email listed on their website for assistance. I cannot in good faith give them a good review when this is having a very bad effect on my business. UPDATE: After deleting the app and reinstalling it, the error was resolved. The Wix developer team also responded to the review with an update they had released to patch the issue. ✓ So far so descentThe app is easy to use and simple but I do have a few issues. 1. My notifications keep piling up and I am alerted but I cannot get the app to open the notifications “bell”. I tap on it to open but it just keeps cycling and cycling. Even when it did open it hadn’t actually updated the notifications in weeks. 2. My service is a subscription where people can change the amount of bins they need. There seems to be no simple way how to make this adjustment on the subscribers end of the webpage.
