✓ Use the right label cartridge!!After reading the related review of about 50/50 I thought I would give it a go anyway. So pleased I did, But it didn’t start to well, As per the guy in the shop I brought the kit with what I was told was two different size labels and all good to go, Well after 3 days of my wife and son and his girl friend all having a go, it wouldn’t do any thing but flash. I think this was just luck but, I had a go as per the manual and the machine wouldn’t acknowledge that a label cartridge was in place. So my thoughts were OK we have the bad luck of a faulty cartridge, on changing the cartridge I noticed it was labeled “C” not a tape width like “25mm” or something, on researching this, I found it is a cleaning cartridge supplied with the kit, Note the kit only comes with one label cartridge. On changing the cartridge to one that is a label cartridge. The unit immediately started to work. Adding more devices is easy and just done in the top right corner when using the app on that device. I would highly recommend this product, but would like to suggest a better OEM manual about cartridge choice. I wonder how many of the dissatisfied review writers have made the same mistake as us on cartridge choice??.Version: 1.1.0

✓ Sometimes Changes is or not goodIt does the job I need for it to do. Yet the fonts are different. The new app did not save my work from the old app so I had to spend hours recreating my work. The color combo came out darker. I learned that vivid is better than high speed. I hated I had to waste expensive product to test what I had created. ✓ I recommend Brother PrinterI’m happy that Brother Printer can print in colors and its Zero Ink. But i have problem with tape size 2; its just feed and cut everytime you turn on the machine; it then it wont do any print. The whole tape is just wasted. Its just keep cutting a big portion in blank. I wish they will also have Zero Ink to prints 4 x 6 photos..Version: 1.1.2
✓ Lovely little printer but…Not the easiest to set up on Windows 10. Needed assistance from Brother, which once I finally tracked down to Twitter was amazing!(10/10 to Wayne for his patience and tenacity) I’m not sure where you go if you don’t have a Twitter account! ✓ Love this but…I think these are great but people aren’t one race. I would like to see people of color on here or at least be able to change their shade. Also, the last app had loads of frames/art/fonts etc that was downloadable. Not a dealbreaker but this would be dope. Otherwise, I love that I can switch orientations. Also, it would be great if there were larger sizes to purchase like 3-5 inches, not sure if they could fit but I do love this machine..Version: 1.1.0
