Nice ideaWhen I downloaded the app it wouldn’t let me customize anything it kept bumping me out of the app. Then I tried to cancel it and I can’t. Sent messages no one seems to respond. I want to quit the gym someone please help.Version: 5.0.4

Needs a lot of workThe workouts are great, in that respect it is exactly what I’m looking for. However the meal/food portion of the app is ridiculous and does not work at all. It does not save my settings, calorie intake requirements or preferences. Changes my meals everytime I close the app so it makes grocery shopping impossible unless I make a list outside of the app and write down what meals I bought for. Please fix so I can keep using the app. It has so much potential..Version: 5.3.2

Automate subscription feeHi after the update, the subscription fee is taken out automatically even though I didn’t activate any plan yet, I understand if it’s one time activation fee but I haven’t chose any plan recently. The app needs workI love Linn’s workouts, but the app needs some work. I’m currently doing the 6-week Summer Challenge, and the app crushed on me several times today while I was trying to open it. I decided to reinstall, but then it wouldn’t recognize my email to reset the password. I tried all three Gmail emails I have since I wasn’t sure which one I used and kept received the message that my email was invalid. Hours later, I used one of my emails again and I was able to rest the password. Unfortunately, my entire profile was deleted including the plan. My current subscription wasn’t not there, which is odd because it does not expire until 8/19. I sent a message to Athli via IG—no response. I couldn’t be more disappointed :(.Version: 5.1.2

Workout is great but the tech is the horribleI really love the workout plans since I first joined Fitplan. The new app has been giving me so much headache. The web and app do not sync at all. I get charged on my credit card when I purchased the membership from web but no confirmation emails or shown under my web account. Want to love it.I absolutely love Linn's workouts (I started with Fitplan a few yrs ago) and honestly good for her for starting out on her own to develop an app. As a fellow entrepreneur I def understand how hard that is BUT I'm getting frustrated with the app. As customizable as it wants to be it's not really not. The set days and having to move or swap days is time consuming and tedious it would much easier to just start the workout on where u left out or where u want to start but if I say I want to skip a leg day without swap/move the next day I'm brought back to leg day. When I just want to move forward. You can't also switch days backwards. I took a rest day outside of the scheduled and couldn't swap it for another workout day or delete it out. Another thing I do two of her workouts total shred and booty workouts plans but i can't jump between the workouts smoothly it restarts me every time. So im left to screen shot my workout from the other plan and incorporating it into the plan im currently working on. I also can't sync it to my Apple Watch so I have to use another app to monitor that. Lastly, the meal prep part you can't create your own recipes which makes it even more annoying so I had to get another app for that. Again I get it's new it's def hard and not cheap to do, but this issues makes things a extremely challenging and I keep losing focus on working out because im tired of all the extra work to get the workout I need..Version: 5.1.2

FrustratedI have been doing Linn’s workouts for over a year now and have been using the FitPlan app up until now. I decided to try her new app and I’m a bit disappointed. There are quite a few features missing and bugs to be fixed and this app costs more than FitPlan each month. I was also charged an “international fee” on my checking account for purchasing a plan through the website. I don’t understand why this app subscription isn’t charged through the app itself so users can use Apple Pay. The timer stops as well as the workout when switching out of the workout, going to a different app or locking my phone. Also frustrated I cannot link my Apple Watch or health app with Athli. The app is a bit clunky right now. The menu layout is not logical and menu is inconvenient to open when navigating anywhere in the app. I would suggest simplifying the layout and allowing users to link their Apple Watch..Version: 4.16.7

App needs to be more user friendlyWorkouts and exercises are great, but there needs to be a way to switch between exercises without closing the workout completely. Equipment at a gym isn’t always available in the order needed/wanted so it would be nice to go back and forth between exercises within a plan without quitting and restarting constantly.Version: 5.0.1

UrgghhOk, let me start with I love Linn & I want to love the app. Few things: firstly, it was designed as a website & not an app & that’s apparent when using. The app has very minimal functionality & it was not designed to be user friendly. second, the concept of moving around/ creating your own workout is amazing- but the actual act of doing either of those, leaves a bit to be desired. The app doesn’t have workouts like hiking/ walking/ biking- so if that’s the workout you did for the day- no way to track it. third, viewing the workouts ahead of time or even just bouncing between apps (such as athli. and music) your workout screen & timers disappear- god forbid you accidentally hit no- you have to start tracking your workout ALL OVER AGAIN. lastly, the app doesn’t connect to Apple - so all of my fellow Apple Watch wearers are up a creek without a paddle and have no accuracy tracking in the app..Version: 4.16.8

Demotivates youThis app has so many technical issues that I have had to start the same program 5 times without being able to move forward! Instead of motivating me to workout it has completely bored me since I am doing the same exercises over and over again..Version: 5.1.1

Love workouts BUTLove the workouts but the way the app works is terrible. If you lock your phone screen you literally lose the workout it’s annoying, it will erase it all. They should make it simple with a check mark to mark which sets and reps you have done. And fix the Lock Screen problem I can’t leave my phone screen on.Version: 5.2.9

Great, but…This is an okay app, but changing your workout calendar is a pain. If I want to move out one of my workouts, it shifts my entire plan and my rest days don’t line up with what I selected in when I signed up. For example, my rest days are on the weekend. If I want to move a Friday workout to Saturday, it’ll move my rest days to Sunday and Monday instead of ONLY swapping Friday with Saturday. And once you make the change you can’t undo it. You also can’t move days backwards, so if I wanted to switch my Friday and Saturday it won’t let me. Such a pain! I had to restart my entire workout plan bc my rest days got all messed up..Version: 22.1

Love the workouts, hate the appThe workouts are awesome! But the app itself needs a lot of improvement. If you leave the app to say text someone or change a song in the middle of the workout, it cancels out all your progress and you have to start the workout back at the beginning. Some of the videos also don’t line up with the actual workout title. I also wish there were more alternative exercises other than just using bands..Version: 21.2

Beyond disappointingLow quality app, packed with visuals but disfunctional. Support is easily ego-tripped and rude, which makes it non-existent. Tried to charge me twice despite cancelling, but my bank blocked these transactions as fraudulent. When I contacted them they authoritatevely claimed I didnt cancel subscription (while I did), and felt offended when I said the app was buggy. They asked me for more detailed feedback, so I spent my time to explain what technical issues I experienced, but they didn’t seem interested and just responded with „thanks, we deleted your profile”. Thats when I realised the question about the details of issues was passive-aggressive rather than aimed to solve any problems. All in all - a complete waste of time and since they don’t care about customers and don’t try to improve - I’d stay away from it and spend my money on something more genuine. Oh and - they are deleting unfavourable reviews..Version: 5.0.8

Love Linn but the app needs workI’ve been following Linn for years so I was excited when she launched her own app. I hung in there while they worked out some kinks but there had been some pretty frustrating issues that still persist. The timer interferes with your music and turns the volume down and doesn’t go back up for a few minutes. It really ruins my workout flow especially during cardio sets. Additionally the app will just close during my workout if I’m trying to edit weight/ time and I have to start the whole workout again and my progress isn’t saved. Really hope these can get fixed in the next update.Version: 5.1.8

Only Cares About Your Money - Scammy “results”I suggested she create a rule that in before and after photos they must be wearing a similar cut or style of clothes, and not hike up their bottoms so that the results are more realistic. I said this respectfully and she deleted my comment! I noticed she deleted comments from other people pointing this out to. She later blocked me for that! She’d rather you think her programs give dramatic results…news flash, her clients are just hiking up their bottoms or wearing a more flattering cut in their afters which affects things A LOT. She doesn’t seem to care and is okay with conning others. She isn’t open to suggestions or respectful discussion about this…just delete and block. Pretty obvious she only cares about money and not at all about those who are giving her money..Version: 5.3.0

Continually Charges you after updateThe workouts are great, however, since updating the app I can no longer log in to access the workouts nor does it recognize my email that I signed up with. That being said, I’ve been charged for several months and can’t cancel. It’s like they’ve deleted my account but are still taking payments. Came from FitplanI love Lynn. She has the best workouts. I just wish they would simplify the app. The core thing missing for me is that I want to check off each time I’ve done a rep instead of trying to remember if I did. If they could add in this feature and remove some of the unnecessary complexities, I think this app has the potential to blow up. It just has to feel easier and more satisfying to use in order to get there..Version: 4.16.17

Potential to be betterNot friendly with Spotify, will turn the music off or down everytime you open the app or unlock your phone. Then turns itself up again after your phone locks, very annoying when you’re in the middle of a set. Tracking/logging your workout is very confusing and if you get to an exercise and want to exchange it you have to cancel and re start the workout. Also annoying if you just want to skip an exercise and come back to it when someone is using the equipment you need. I did enjoy the workouts and there is so much potential for this to be a great app. But unfortunately I won’t pay for an app that doesn’t suit me and my workout style.Version: 5.1.6

Love Linn hate the appHaving regrets. Bought the yearly subscription but the app is super glitching. Example, I can’t change the start date of the program. The app prompts you to pick a new date in the calendar but unable to actually highlight and select date. Little stuff like that adds up to a miserable time for user. Issues with timersTimers on cardio workouts don’t work properly sometimes, and I have to use my watch instead to make sure I’m doing the right times for these exercises. When you leave the app and come back to the app it’s as if you’ve never started the cardio exercise, the timer doesn’t change. This happens a lot on the treadmill exercises. Overall the app is good, it needs more tracking functionality with smartwatch interventions..Version: 5.3.8

The app is cute, but the UX is trash.I initially wanted a refund because this app is annoyingly buggy (bug fixing creating more bugs) but the data issue I have is more concerning.. I have been exchanging emails with customer service to find out why I don’t have access to my personal information. I can only access my information via email (customer service) not the app. Shienna at Customer service is rude and very defensive. Acts like a stan of Athli, and not a professional. Their emails are deflective and defensive. The Athli.store website is a front - I couldn’t create an account via the web as instructed, I had to do it via IG DM (I wish I was kidding) I am going to contact the citizens advice bureau to form a formal complaint. *Update* - deleted the app. Waste of time and money. I will warn anyone who goes near this app that it’s trash..Version: 5.4.0

Work outs are good.Linn Lowe’s work outs are amazing. Been doing them for a few years across various apps. The only thing I really don’t like about this app is the fact that the videos turn your music down automatically and even when you pause or mute them the music stays low. I love the work outs and being able to track them on app, but that is so annoying and makes me not like using the app at all..Version: 5.2.4

This app is HORRIBLE! Stay AWAY!So I’ll start by saying that the workout program is great. But the app is a nightmare. I signed up for the monthly subscription with 3 day trail via the website. Two days in I couldn’t stand the functionality and minor glitches that need to be addressed so decided to cancel. But you can’t cancel!! The app doesn’t even show up under iPhone subscriptions because I signed up through the website, but when I sign into the website it says I’m not subscribed to any plan. Great workouts, apps functionality not greatThis app is awesome, Linn Lowes workouts are great, love it all other than the functionality of the app. So when I do a workout it shows a check mark. I go to the next exercise but the machine at the gym is busy. I go to the next workout, and then I go back and it seems as though my progress is lost, it doesn’t show the check marks anymore so I get lost lol. Also, sometimes I can’t go 5 days a week, I can only go 4. And it only shows the workout for the day, not for the one I missed so I have to go find the other day and start that workout. Don’t know if that makes sense. anyways, hopefully y’all can fix that, thanks..Version: 5.1.2

Liked it but some bug annoyed me !Overall a pretty great app but some points can be better : - the app is closing it self during a workout when you just go using an other app like Spotify and if you don’t go back quickly on it. So very annoying cause everything you did until then is not saved. - the count down before the exercise ends is really loud and turns down the music you’re listening for minutes after countdowns over - if you miss a week because you’re sick or on vacation you can’t report it or pause the program - you can’t pause during a countdown But there are lots of good points ! The explicatives videos and the proposition of other similar exercices are really helpful !.Version: 5.3.7

Each app iteration gets worseBeen following linn since fitplan but each app update removes functionality and ease of use. Love her exercises BUT now there’s no way to flip between workouts on the circuit out of order (very necessary when working out with gym equipment that may not be open when you need it) and no way to log your workout unless you click through every each round of every circuit. Very clunky app and difficult to manage the workout flow.Version: 5.0.2
