✓ Please Fix Some ThingsThe en version of this game feels so rushed, the gachas and events are mixed up and there's way too many lims, I know that you're trying to get en caught up to jp but it just isn't working. I think the en version should go at it's own pace. With the lims and gacha system, it's not fair. I personally don't pull very often, but I know some people who really care about getting rare characters snd they get nothing from it. I know that you need money coming out of the game, but I don't think it's fair. At least try toning down on lims and letting the en version go at its own pace, small changes like that can really make the game feel better to play..Version: 1.1.4

✓ There is a lot to learn hereHeads up this game gets really difficult for a rhythm game having not only the beat but also scratch and fader notes that sometimes require 3-4 fingers at once but once it clicks it is one of the best feelings. The addition of the DJ style notes are really fun imo but I appreciate that you can turn them to auto mode for the people who aren’t really a fan of them. I’m also a big fan of the characters, possibly more than the bandori girls. I like the college age characters a lot, as a college student myself I find them a lot more relatable. ✓ Pretty good! Really like RONDO.For some reason, it’s usually pretty hard for me to get attached to characters in idol/rhythm games like these. But with D4DJ I actually found it quite easy to warm up to the characters! I very much enjoyed reading through RONDO’s stories, and recently started looking more into Lyrical Lily! Was a little shocked by how much I liked them, too...found myself chuckling while reading through their story(ies). I will say that the actual gameplay isn’t quite what I’m used to - which is both for better and for worse! I do understand that some of the elements that make it different are meant to do that exact thing: make it more unique, but the pink line really does bother me sometimes...actually moving it is fine; having to ignore it sometimes is more the issue. Hopefully as I practice more I’ll get better with this!! Not the games fault, just my personal taste! Extra note: I really like the little games they pair with events like bingo and slots machines (that you get to do just by getting coins from playing through songs by the way - not a microtransaction thing) they’re fun and refreshing!!.Version: 3.2.50

✓ Surprisingly addictiveI can definitely say that this was nice. Jumping in, this might be my most favorite rhythm game (DJMAX is still first in my heart but D4DJ could place second). Once you download the game, being behind on the game is the least of your worries. They give you tons of rewards just for playing the game. (Completing the beginner campaign even gives you 3,000 diamonds + one free 4-star member!!) After I completed all the starter campaigns and everything, it ended up getting a little mediocre, thus, leading to me now explaining why I didn’t give a 5-star. After the beginner support campaigns, the game turned boring. There are some fun events but after that, I don’t really know. Some events are sometimes p2w, or have some really annoying bugs. As for the story, oh my lord. D4DJ’s story is the most uninteresting rhythm game story I’ve ever seen. Even Lanota had a better story. I ended up skipping through the whole main story only to get the rewards from reading the story. All they talk about is setting up things, and just plain old casual talking, with barely anything I found interesting like playing at a fricking concert, or at least something like that??? Come on, man. With my rant about the story being over, I highly recommend it. You probably won’t regret it :).Version: 4.5.25

Their style gets repetitive and most of the time, essential stuff that makes the game fun is behind a paywall, top that with bundles of advertisements and user tracking, I generally didn’t think my experience with this game was gonna be good. Once I got into it however, I kid you not, this is one of the best free to play mobile games I have ever played. My expectations for this game were honestly blown away. The storylines are super interesting and the gameplay is super fun and enjoyable! Plus, stuff that’s actually important to the game isn’t behind a paywall! ✓ It’s okayThis game is very nice, I enjoy gacha games and I enjoy rhythm games! So I really like D4DJ. But, there are some things that I wish could be changed. First off, the gacha rates are very unfair, sometimes I pull so many ten pulls and get almost to nothing, barely any three stars and it’s so hard to get a four star. The gems are so hard to get to pull too, you have to play sooo much just to get a ten pull. And with the rates, it makes it even worse. ✓ An Amazing Rhythm Game, an OK Gacha GameD4DJ is packed to the brim with music both original to the series and with anime and video game music covers. It’s insane how many music options there are here. The gameplay is solid and works well on a phone (but man, I wish this was a proper console release instead...). From the purely rhythm side of this game, it’s an A+. The Gacha though... like with Love Live SIF, this game prevents you from getting high scores unless you have high rarity units and have those units trained to the highest levels. Doing that is kinder here than in SIF (you don’t need multiple copies of characters), but it still means that the player must participate in the Gacha to do well in certain rankings, which is a shame. Nonetheless, I rank this 5-stars because of how good a rhythm game it is..Version: 1.0.1

✓ Game is mehIt’s not the best but is sure not the worst. It’s really hard to grind crystals unless you are willing to grind this game a lot. And I mean a ton. However, what bothered me most about the game was the skill pop ups. During live shows, when a character’s skill activates, the text covered the top of the screen. This is extremely annoying, as the top screen shows you which notes you’ll have to tap next however, with that blocked, you’ll have to react fast to notes coming towards you. Stupid. There should a setting disabling that, or take inspiration from Miku and how they activate their skills without covering your screen..Version: 4.1.25

The community has been nothing but positive and kind to me. This is the first gacha game I’ve ever played, and at first I didn’t think I would like it but I was surprised by how much is packed into a single game. There are so many facets of the game to explore, but it lets you choose what you would like to explore wether it be an intriguing and extremely well written story, or simply just rhythm gaming it allows for any player and play style. ✓ English Server Great So FarLoving the English version of D4DJ! I've played the Japanese version since release, and have enjoyed every bit of it. I've more or less dropped a handful of idol-based mobile rhythm games to focus more on D4DJ. The gameplay is a lot more intense and fun compared to most touch-tap games I've been playing for years. I play Bemani games mostly, so this game being slightly comparable to anything, it'd have to be Beatmania IIDX. Normal touch songs are ramped up in D4DJ with sliders and turntable scratches, which keeps you on your toes and challenging yourself to get better and better. The girls are all really interesting and funny. I think it's bushiroad's best new IP yet..Version: 3.2.50

The design is amazing I love the characters and overall it’s an amazing game! But there is one problem, I will buy songs from the shop but not be able to find them in the shows. ✓ Very good casual rhythm gameThis is a very good game for casual play or even harder if you play the expert difficulty u lcoked by beating the song on darf difficultly. I do not enjoy the story aspect of this game and if neither do you well your in luck, the story aspect is not mandatory to play the game; you can play the songs without having to put any time into the story mode, besides having to play the starting section but it doesn’t take long at all to complete only around a few minutes and then you can get straight into playing the game. ✓ Overall a good game, but a few faultsI’ve grown to love this game and I first played during the 1st Anniversary event. I got a 4* SP Saori on my FIRST EVER DRAW in the game and since then I’ve used well over 100,000 diamonds to play the gacha. Since then, the drop rates have been so stingy. You could spend 3,000 diamonds on a 10 draw to get all 2* duplicate members. This is such a waste of diamonds as you can’t use a 2* member for extra training so the duplicates are pointless. Fair enough you get a song shell in exchange for each 2* member but really if you spend 3,000 on a 10 draw and get all 2* duplicates, you should be able to draw another 10 times for free or have your diamonds refunded. The only time the gacha improved was during the 2nd Anniversary event, I got four 4* SP members and you could get even more if you used paid diamonds. The drops were generous as you were guaranteed at least one 4* SP member and you also unlocked Airi, the highest power player in the entire game for free. All you had to do was get a certain amount of points in the event. Unfortunately, since the 2nd Anniversary event has ended the gacha drops are back to normal and I don’t even bother to spend diamonds on them as you will get terrible drops every time. I’m not expecting all 4* members every time but when literally EVERY DROP is only 2* members, it’s such waste and makes me think what’s the point in introducing these drops if you only get 2* members each time. Also, the lag issue. Generally the game does not lag that bad for me but lately my game starts to crash for unknown reasons at certain points. During the lives (free or multi) I don’t lag at all but there are other parts of the game where lag has prevented me from accessing other features of the game. First of all, during the 2nd Anniversary event I finished 3rd in the Groovy Pt ranking but when I tried to claim my 3rd place title the game kept crashing and just said “error occurred, returning to the main menu” this constantly happened until the event had ended, and I was unable to receive my title. I’m also experiencing lag issues with the current slot event, where I am unable to do a spin on the slot even though I have 15,000+ slot coins. There have been so many technical issues with this game lately tbh it’s ruining the quality of the game. ✓ Great way to stay in D4DJ after First Mix anime!I recently had watched through the D4DJ First Mix anime series (just one season, hope more is coming!) and feel absolutely in love with it; I’m glad the English version of this game happened to come out not too long after I watched because this is a great way to feel connected to the universe of D4DJ in general and also to really learn more about the other units. ✓ One of the best games I’ve ever playedThe game itself is amazing, where you follow the story of Rinku and her friends. The different groups, songs and storyline are very interesting, and the game is constantly keeping you updated with cool crossovers, such as the Quintessential Quintuplets and Di Gi Charat. The rhythm game is excellent, and I love how if you get a ‘good’, unlike other similar rhythm games it doesn’t ruin your combo. It’s pretty easy to farm diamonds, and as a F2P player I haven’t had any issues and have got some pretty good cards. The stories and 4* maxed cards are well animated, no surprise seeing as D4DJ is made by Bushiroad, just like Bandori. Overall, would recommend, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it. ✓ Good Game!I am a huge fan of bang dream girls band party and when I saw this game I thought it was a phony version of the game , boy was I wrong! I saw it was made by the same creators which meant it wasn’t a rip of and when I downloaded it I loved the new features like designing your club and the medley live, the songs were also really good! I got seriously addicted and I ended up being a bit sad for not joining earlier T_T. But I heard they were releasing on ww so I downloaded it straight as it came out. And I’ve never stopped playing since really. The only down side is they skip events only to catch up with the jp version. I would rather go through every event previously released than catch up. I was looking for a good rhythm game for my phone to play during my free time. There were so many terrible rhythm games on the app store that just weren't worth downloading. I then stubble across D4DJ. I saw the game trailer and saw many reviews. I gave the game a chance and this game was beyond my expectations. So many songs to choose from, many characters, and so on. I enjoyed watching each unit's story and understanding each character's personality, characteristics, things they like and hate. The charting for a lot of the songs are really fun on certain difficulties as well. In the end, this game will always hold a special place in my heart. This game made me appreciate different types of music, and all of these songs on this game are a complete banger. If I could rate this 6 stars, I would. I also like how it focuses on training members for band power more than items. A big variety of songs, which you unlock in game with resources you collect. They often release new ones. Lots of stories with all the girls. Music videos you can unlock, too. They have events for 6 out of 7 days, with different game modes for bigger rewards. The gacha is exciting. It gives you loads of the diamonds you need to roll for cards at the start of the game, though it becomes harder to get enough when you’ve played every day for a few months. You can buy them, but it’s crazy expensive to get enough to have a good chance at a 4* card. But after about a week I was in love and understood about everything. Course then I had to transfer phones and the one thing I didn’t know was the fact that you can transfer all your data to another account. Leading to, starting over. But after about another week I had the hang of it again. There are so many things to do on the app, keeping me busy. You can spend money but only by choice. Nothing requires money. ✓ Its amazing but can there be an update where you can save progressIve had this game for months and have had absolutely no regret in installing it. But, something that bothers me is the fact that we can’t save our progress or get it back after uninstalling and reinstalling the game. There are times when i have to uninstall a few apps to get some other apps (which i will only use for a few minutes) due to the lack of space on my phone, so sometimes I have to uninstall this game. Sadly, when I reinstall it, all of my progress is gone. Ive even tried putting in the password but thats used for when I need to transfer data to a new iOS. I don’t want to uninstall this game anymore in fear of losing all of my progress and cards that ive spent months obtaining. Please add an update where we are able to save our progress even after uninstalling and reinstalling the game or even if we just create a password to input somewhere in the game to regain our progress after uninstalling it and reinstalling it.
