✓ Unsanitary Measures and Unprofessionalism at Night Owl North Miami BeachHello, I am writing this message to whomever it may concern. Today, January 31st 2023 @ 11PM , I had the rudest over the phone encounter with a team member at the North Miami location. I placed an online order on the Night Owl app for two cookies. When receiving the order it was all taped up and secured BY THE STORE. When opening it there was a roach crawling all over both cookies. I immediately call the store that I ordered from. A young lady answers, I let her know my concerns. She rudely replies “Oh nah. No at this store. It was probably the dasher.” I let her know it was all sealed up and say I doubt it was the dasher. She says it’s not “her problem” to contact doordash. I told her I used the actual Night Owl app and she hung up in my face. I have never came across such unprofessionalism especially when one is in the wrong Aaliyah Armenteros.Aaliyahhh342Version: 1.1.2

✓ Delivery can be difficultSince they outsource their delivery via DoorDash if there is a problem with your driver they have no way of making sure you get your cookie. This happened to me tonight and although I got a full refund this manifested after I had already been waiting for my order for over half an hour. ✓ Worst app EVER for food deliveryI love night Owl cookies. I order them at least once a week and they are my favorite way to indulge my sweet tooth. However, their app falls short on so many levels. Once you place an order it gives you a completely inaccurate delivery time. It outsources delivery to door Dash, with no way to contact a driver, cancel an order, or speak to customer service. I waited over an hour and a half for my cookies to arrive, and when I called the store, they still had not been picked up. I was on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to speak with a manager who would cancel my order and hopefully give me a refund. I still have not seen the refund and there’s no way to get any customer service through the app to indicate there is a problem with my order (ie never arrived!). I’ll go back to using Postmates for night owl cookies. Do not use this app for delivery!.AlifonsecaVersion: 1.0.9
