✓ Love love this app !!Let me just start off by saying You guys did your thing when making this app! Super convenient super easy to use , easy to access. I can refer as many friends as I’d like & receive $5 in a couple of minutes ! It’s just great. Plus I can view the timer on both washers and dryers that way I don’t need to sit in the laundry room all day. Only thing I’d say to improve on is sometimes the app lacks & does not connect to certain washers & dryers & I also experienced a slight delay in referral money but the good definitely outweighs the bad and I’m completely impressed. I had my doubts and I was definitely wrong..AlexaanndriaaVersion: 1.7.1

✓ Overall, convenient!I hadn’t lived in an apartment complex, nor used a public laundry in a while. Considering my area of living I was surprised to see how convenient it is to not have to carry cash. The app allows you to set up an account and add form of payment from apple wallet, debit and of course you still may use coins at the location. The dryers work great, I don’t have to add more nor overheat my laundry. The dryer timer at my complex is spot on, the washers are unfortunately 25 mins behind. The negative for me, not being able to reach out to customer service and knowing my issues would be addressed or seen. Today, I tried to update my phone number and I created a new account subsequently. The help section was not helpful. I tried 2 log in with my email and I’m assuming another new account. I tried to log in my old account with my new number that I figured how to change and my new account populated which I expected. I had to unfortunately, add money to the new account after to complete my laundry. We have a washer down and dryer on its way to being down to. People have no respect nor care about property that belongs to others. 4 washers in a complex & lack of home training will ruin good products. I hope to retrieve my funds and accounts merged or deleted after monies have been placed.King Dagga'hVersion: 1.14.0

✗ SpamGood app if they just kept it to the service being provided. Just after signing up to use the app to do my laundry on vacation, I was hit with a barrage of spam emails from a variety of companies. You cannot unsubscribe from the companies as the ads in the emails are images and no links. When I drilled down further into the privacy policy about three links away from the actual CSC URL, I was able to locate and unsubscribe from about 2 dozen websites. So I did that and guess what, the spamming of 20-30 additional emails a day generated from me using this app, continue to come. If I knew this, I would have just gotten $5 in quarters to do my laundry. Shame on you CSC. I have never experienced something so bad..LongTimeLongTimeVersion: 1.15.1

✗ It works (until it doesn’t)Worked for a couple weeks, and then I wasn’t able to add funds mid load via credit card, saying that there was an error with processing my payment. I refreshed the app multiple time, tried different cards, and even deleted my account to start fresh. Finally, I just deleted the app and added the same credit card to my Apple wallet in order to pay via browser, incurring the extra fee for not using their unreliable app. Love doing laundry with CSC Go 🙃 Update: one week later, the Apple wallet workaround doesn’t work any more, so I straight up cannot add funds and do my laundry. time to try a laundromat!
