✓ I hate this forking appThis forking dumb shirt app is horrible. Stick to quarters. I’ve been double charged and not gotten a refund. The reason is because they only track your use for 1 washer. They don’t calculate the very human fact that maybe I need to use two washers at once. I’ve tried to pay through the app for a washer that wasn’t in use, it said it was available. The thing was totally empty and yet it told me “machine in use”. After I lugged my laundry all the way there. STICK TO QUARTERS!.1AngrySOBVersion: 1.15.1

✓ Mountain Green LaundryThe laundry room has been clean and the washers seem to operate well. I don’t understand why I was charged 4.25 for washer that is priced at $3.00. For $4.25 I could buy used clothes at the thrift store. I also don’t appreciate that the only option for the wash is light and cold wash. I don’t know what difference in number of clothes between light and heavy. Mostly, I want a hot wash to thoroughly clean clothes I can’t use fancy detergent because we’re allergic to it. ✓ Bug?Overall a good app. The My Laundry section has been having issues, though. When I start a wash load, it immediately tells me my load is done and that I should remove my clothes - even before I’ve had a chance to start the machine. Then once I’ve actually started the load, the app tells me I don’t have any machines running. I know that I had this working in the past (I remember seeing the timer telling me the time remaining on my load), but can’t seem to get it now. Perhaps there is a particular sequence of actions I need to use in the app and on the machine, but if so it’s not obvious. I used to load everything up before touching the app; this time I tried selecting the machine via the app before loading it, but that did not make a difference. By the way, a suggestion: when you do show a timer, you should also have an alarm to tell me when the wash is finished. Your timer is not that helpful if I still need to set my own. ✓ Machines don’t work or overchargeMany times a machine is free, but when you scan it, it says it’s in use. Also the washers are supposed to be $1.75 and the amount changes if you switch the load from light to medium or heavy but many machines when you scan them without having changed the original setting from light charges $2.00 or $2.25 to start with. ✓ Love love this app !!Let me just start off by saying You guys did your thing when making this app! Super convenient super easy to use , easy to access. I can refer as many friends as I’d like & receive $5 in a couple of minutes ! It’s just great. Plus I can view the timer on both washers and dryers that way I don’t need to sit in the laundry room all day. Only thing I’d say to improve on is sometimes the app lacks & does not connect to certain washers & dryers & I also experienced a slight delay in referral money but the good definitely outweighs the bad and I’m completely impressed. Download the the app and check your laundry location see if all are in good working condition and if any hiccups the same app is where you can report. For years I have to catch myself going to my bank just to get some change for laundry and most of the time I’m only available on the weekend and laundry places won’t give change if your not doing your laundry in this shop. ✓ Location issue? App issue? No response.I had started using this app about 3 weeks ago and the first week it was nice (they just set up our washers for this app from another one). The last 2 weeks I have tried contacting them about our location; the washers and driers stopped showing up in the app saying 0/0 for each. And the washers themselves have cost $0.75 more per wash. As we do 4-5 loads twice a week; this has really added up and has made it not only impossible using the app but has made it inconvenient using quarters to start the machines. This may be more of an issue with the service than the app itself but on the user end; it can’t be used to get a good rating..Elc121082Version: 1.10.0

✓ Awesome & Super ConvenientWe’re staying at a hotel right now and they just installed new washers and dryers here that are able to be used via this app! It’s so much easier than having to get quarters; just load money onto the app and do laundry. It’s also great to be able to check if a washer is free before lugging laundry up to the 3rd floor. The app will also let you know when the washer or dryer stops and you can add time to the dryer right from your hotel room. It’s super super convenient and makes doing laundry easier! ✓ Much better than quartersOver all I like this app. I’ve lived in apartments that still run in quarters, so the app is a huge improvement. Also, the washers/dryers are high quality and work great. Love getting live updates of how much time is left on the washer dryer without walking over to the laundry building. My only annoyance is that even though the app says I can add time to my dryer, it doesn’t actually work. I’m not sure if this is something our apartment complex has deactivated, or if it’s a problem with the app. I’ve submitted maintenance request that it didn’t work thinking maybe it was a bug. But the ticket was fixed and closed but it still doesn’t work, so I’m guessing this is intentional. I wouldn’t even mind paying for extra time, but it just doesn’t seem to be active at my complex even though the feature is still available in the app..Curt StylerVersion: 1.14.0

✓ Quick easy to the point, clean!Very easy app to navigate. Simple to add funds, scan QR, adjust settings, get notified— switch out laundry. My only suggestion would be, the app lets you know when washers are available but clothes are sometimes still left inside without being switched over, and the app still reads empty. Doesn’t always happen but… Can be frustrating. If you use this app please keep up with timely swapping? Perhaps in the future there will be a sensor to let us know when clothes are actually absent and washers are actually available! Or a small penalty for over an hour… lol. ✓ Overall, convenient!I hadn’t lived in an apartment complex, nor used a public laundry in a while. Considering my area of living I was surprised to see how convenient it is to not have to carry cash. The app allows you to set up an account and add form of payment from apple wallet, debit and of course you still may use coins at the location. The dryers work great, I don’t have to add more nor overheat my laundry. The dryer timer at my complex is spot on, the washers are unfortunately 25 mins behind. The negative for me, not being able to reach out to customer service and knowing my issues would be addressed or seen. Today, I tried to update my phone number and I created a new account subsequently. The help section was not helpful. I tried 2 log in with my email and I’m assuming another new account. I tried to log in my old account with my new number that I figured how to change and my new account populated which I expected. I had to unfortunately, add money to the new account after to complete my laundry. We have a washer down and dryer on its way to being down to. People have no respect nor care about property that belongs to others. 4 washers in a complex & lack of home training will ruin good products. ✓ Washing clothing app.I never used an app to wash clothing. They updated the machines in my apartment building; & now they use the app. Am not big into technology; but I’ve got to say: this app is very easy to use. I’ve helped the older seniors & other tenants to learn how to use this app. I think it’s great to give laundry tips-because people in college for the first time; might have never done their own laundry growing up. 1 bad thing: on my cellphone, the app doesn’t make a noise when any of machines am using are done. Can’t figure out how to get it to do it, so Siri sets a timer for me..Crazy tammiVersion: 1.14.0

✓ You will not get any promises they makeNot fabulous customer service actually no customer service. They did not give 5 dollars for sign up or sending a friend nor did that refund on a machine screwing up and paid twice on a load. I goes off app to website a lot and and you have to pay there and wont take from money in account. It took 250 a wash almost all the time but machine said two dollars so I have to use it or find quarters by this company is far from stellar..Sigz&bogzVersion: 1.9.2
