✓ ScamAs many other reviews say, the app is hella glitchy. And it loves sending you to a blank screen you cannot close out of. I signed up for a card and was immediately denied . A day later I got scammed 50 dollars suspiciously and had to change my main card info. I would not recommend plus the steps are inaccurate most of the time. I’d suggest using the app if you care about your steps yadayada but DO NOT get the card. You WILL get scammed..Version: 2.0.2980
✓ Cool but not satisfiedI really loved the idea of this app, and the design was so cute and fun. I even suggested it to friends! However, I tried to get the fishing net bracelets reward and have been waiting about a month and a half now. From reading other reviews it seems like these rewards, which are the ones I was most excited about, are not actually good choices for star use. It’s still cool to donate to remove plastic or sponsor an animal, but now I’m always wondering if these trees are actually even being planted or if the ocean plastic is actually getting removed. This experience has left me with a sour taste and skepticism. I still use and like the app, but I’m certainly not recommending it anymore..Version: 2.0.2980
✓ Not receiving my prizesI loved this app In the beginning, it seemed like such a useful app to help. I got the dog food sample as one of my first prizes, this one did come in the mail. Skip ahead a few months and all the other stuff k got never came in… I ordered the net bracelets with my points and I haven’t ever received it in the mail. I also never received my points for inviting my friend. She’s also having trouble with the apps, she had ordered the monthly succulent box and never received it. This app seems like it has potential but it needs to be worked on… I would really like to receive my gifts. Thank you!.Version: 2.0.2840

✓ Walking for treesI have not gotten the card. I tried several time to no avail. Actually I’m ok with this. I am still planting trees with my walking. I have not tried to receive any of the free merchandise for planting at this time so I don’t know how much they charge for shipping and handling. It doesn’t cost me to walk, go on the app, and click to plant a tree. I don’t know where my trees are getting planted and I hope they are doing what they say they are doing. If they are that’s WONDERFUL! If not I haven’t lost anything and I’m getting my steps in. So… I’m all for it. Good idea!.Version: 2.0.2840

✓ Great, but one problemI love everything about this app but one thing. You can’t sync with your watch to get your steps. I wear a dress a lot of days to my job with no pockets and don’t have the ability to always carry my phone around with me all day and so I miss out on at minimum half my steps throughout the day. Customer service was really helpful but they told me you have to download another app to sync both your steps and their app in order to sync with an Apple Watch or Fitbit. If they can make the app able to sync with your steps that would be way helpful to people that can’t always have their phones on them and miss out on everything because your steps aren’t being accurately represented. ✓ LiarsYou said it's optional & we get to choose the AMT. Not true. Be transparent fam. They bait and switch and sign you up to donate money without knowledge. They take money out of connected accounts and start to drain you. If it was an opt-in, it shouldn't be automatic, fam. Or LET US DECIDE HOW MUCH WE WANT TO DONTATE..Version: 2.0.2840

✓ Change in reviewVery seldom do I change my opinion on this app but using the email function and speaking to Juniper I was able to get some help with some very buggy issues with the app. I needed to be manually pushed through to get my card. Also the email is really the only source to get help which is dated. However love what the app is trying to do. Wish they would mix up the prizes a bit but still some cool options. I also wish the app would be more update to date and informative with the direct change being made. I want to see where the plants are being planted on my App. I want to be informed about the places being benefitted and hear from the people actually doing the planting and sourcing the material. Hopefully these are all just things to come to make this app 5 stars.Version: 2.0.2897

✓ I Don’t KnowI loved the idea and concept of this app and downloaded it as soon as I saw it. I got logged in and allowed notifications, doing everything you have to do when you get a new app. I have had this app for about a week now and it has only recorded that I have taken 2 steps. I admit I’m lazy but I’m not that lazy. I have checked the app every day but there hasn’t been any change in the numbers. Is this just a me problem? I have tried logging out and then back in, shutting down my phone, changing the settings to allow access to my location 100% of the time. I’ve done everything I can think of. Can somebody help figure this out because I really want to love this app, but I can’t do that if it doesn’t work..Version: 2.0.2840

✓ Greater PurposeI have only just began my journey with the Treecard App and using my card. I have been really pleased with the functionality and layout of the app and all the perks and features that are included, that help the community to even better benefit the planet. I haven’t experienced too much of the banking side, outside of depositing the initial $10 and having it readily available. It wasn’t originally thought to be a primary card and I’m playing it safe and learning as I go along. As of so far, I can say that I am very happy with Treecards purpose and their ability to put it into action. Thank you!! 🌲💖✌️ ** Edited to 3 stars and will change back to 5 stars when resolved. I have gifted and have been gifted a half dozen rewards that seemingly have no way to be retrieved. I’m given an email that states to simply open the app to claim the gift. I do just that, each time, and nothing happens and there is no means to verify that it was successful. I’ve reached out several times to customer support and get the same list of instructions, in which I reply, it still isn’t working, and have yet to get real help..Version: 2.0.2840
✓ Please don’t waste your time!I got this app and loved it at first because I walk and my little gets to pick the tree and plant it. Ended up getting a Treecard and soon after changed phones and phone numbers and was not able to switch accounts over. Customer service is an absolute headache. You can not use your existing Treecard on a new account. Ended up losing my $10 deposit over it and now can’t sign into any account because supposedly my phone number is taken..Version: 2.0.2840
✓ 🥲I love this and I think it is very good for the environment but that’s not really the problem. The app is very glitchy and locked me out but my phone number saved and won’t let me sign in anymore because it says my number is in use so I can’t use the app at all.
