✓ Frustrating!I like the game but on some levels you can only win if you use the ‘hints’. Even if you have done the same thing 100 times before and it doesn’t work, use the hint and somehow the same thing works. Mainly level 8-14, the man keep failing to his death but you watch all the videos online so you know you are doing everything right but it doesn’t work! Use the hint (doing what you have been) and he doesn’t fall to his death! 🙄.Version: 1.1.5
✓ Frustrating glitchesThis could be a great game but for some levels such as 25-13 where the pick-axe fails or the zombies don’t get completely destroyed by fire leaving a few pixels that get in the way. Another level that was impossible to finish was 22-3. The game play also seems to be slightly different when using hints. I agree with other reviewers that have mentioned this problem. ✓ IssuesSeveral levels have issues. Even though you do it exactly as you should, it just doesn’t complete. Particularly level 33-7. It’s fairly simple, but no matter how many times you do this one the miner gets to the water and dies. I’ve even tried it with dropping one box for him to push down. He does, and he stands on the box and moves side to side… but at least he’s standing. I wasted a solution on this game - to see it done exactly like I was doing it! ✓ Fun, but…The game was good enough that I kept playing despite the excessive time spent watching ads versus playing ( almost deleted several times due to the ads but I understand that’s how they make money). But then I hit level 8-14 and couldn’t complete it. So I looked on the internet and found several sources for the solution that did exactly what I was doing but my second miner couldn’t make the same fall shown in the videos without dying. ✓ Potential to be a great game, but……Addictive gameplay for us OCD sufferers. Would happily give 5 stars, but several glitches in the game prohibits me from doing that. Level 25-13 has several flaws: 1. The miner often “misses” the granite blocks with his pick-axe 2. After climbing down the ladder to collect the jack-hammer he turns around and climbs back up even though there is nothing to impede his progress 3. The miner gets stuck on the last hurdle after breaking the granite block. I don’t mind doing levels several times to find the solution, but if the solution is to hire proper programmers who check their work then I do mind! After reporting it to the developer their answer is: Thanks for contacting Carry1st. We appreciate the time you took to report the issue. ✓ Mixed bagOverall the game itself is very fun and kind of a unique puzzle game! However, there are two obstacles. One is surmountable and the other isn’t. The first is that there are moderately coming glitches. I can do everything right but sometimes the little guy just can’t jump over the rock or something. To solve this I use the Solution that will solve it for me, and it’s irritating to watch the solution do the same thing I did and it works. But it’s a fix. The second is that even when I do all the furniture upgrades and complete all the levels, at some point I’m stuck where I can’t add another floor to the cave because I don’t have enough happiness points, and to get happiness points I need to complete levels, but I’ve completed all the available levels and need to expand the cave to get more levels, but I don’t have enough happiness points. You see the problem? I’m stuck on that second one now and I can’t fix it, so I’m done with the game, sadly..Version: 2.3.1

I tried to find a way to contact app support but apparently I am only able to leave a review. You have GOT TO FIX THE ISSUES! As others have said, there are too many glitches to make the game enjoyable (or winnable) There are too many inconsistencies, such as miners getting stuck between rocks when they’re able to do the same maneuvering in other levels. Additionally, in one level, the stupid miner pushes all the boxes to the ladder, climbs up, and won’t come back down. There is even a level where the miner is not provided with the necessary equipment to get to the exit. He needs a jackhammer and it’s not there. Also, the “My Cave” button is grey and not accessible. It’s a great game but not worth it if you don’t fix it..Version: 2.0.0

✓ Can’t progress any furtherI had this game previously but after an update I couldn’t progress any further as the My Cave part wouldn’t allow me to add to my cave. I deleted the game and re-downloaded it and could then upgrade the My Cave section. Well for a while, as I can’t update my cave again so can’t receive Happiness points to play past Cobolt mine. ✓ Unplayable.The game itself is fun or it would be but all the fun is taken out of it. It has so many ads which constantly take over driving you mad and it's also one of those games that you cant just play, you have to have coins, stars etc to 'pay' to continue. The game still has many glitches and can be quite frustrating when the challenge is difficult and just when you have it either the characters get stuck (not frozen) but stuck in place. Also the character will take wrong tuns and will avoid the direction you think is most obvious, sometimes causing you to have to restart the level. App needs some serious work. ✓ Overall good gameI enjoy the game, the only issue I’m currently having is with a purchase. There was no way possible to move on without the purchase (I was only missing 2 coins!). I bought 100 coins for $1.99. The game only credited me 45 coins. That is not enough to move on in the game. ✓ GlitchesThis is a really fun game and great for brain. I only gave it a three because of these issues: 1) way too many ads. Use a VPN or turn off wifi and cellular. 2) it shuts down in the middle of playing quite frequently. 3) some levels only can be achieved if you use the hint. Eg. Level 14-1 can only be done if you use the hint because the box at the bottom, on the seesaw, stays put if you use hint. If you try on your own, the box slides down the seesaw instantly and therefore you cannot make it pop up like in the hint method. I had it happen on earlier levels but never recorded which. When this happens, the only way to complete the level is to use one of my solutions, even though I know what needs to be done to get through it. ✓ No moreThe only reason this got 2 stars is because I used to love it and played daily. But since the supposed upgrade there’s absolutely no way to win some levels. When the little guy doesn’t jump, he just topples. Or jumps way too far and misses the landing completely. Or can’t seem to walk up an inclined surface. I understand some levels are more advanced. But when your character is actively working against you? No thank you. Maybe a year or so down the road I will install it again and hope the problems are fixed. ✓ Love the game, butWhen I upgraded part of my cave, I skipped over the middle upgrade and went straight to the third one, thereby missing happiness points. I didn’t realize until later that once I did that, there was no way to go back and get those points and I was stuck in a perpetual loop of never having enough points unless I want to repeatedly have to by expensive coin packs. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game to reset it and start over, but that just made it worse. It reset my daily streaks and cave to the beginning, but not my mine progress. So now I’m stuck with having no way to collect gold in the levels, since I already did it, AND having to start completely over in the cave with no way to collect gold. I paid to remove ads, only to be encountered later with "insane" (their words not mine) difficulty levels that you need to PAY to get the solution, otherwise you're stuck in the same level forever and the money you paid to remove ads, LOST. Don't even waste your time. There are decent game developers out there who do what they advertise and don't try to take advantage of their customers. ✓ Needs fixingIt’s quite a fun game but some levels are frustrating (in a bad way). The little man inexplicably hampers his own route out sometimes like he will walk away from the exit and kill himself. Sometimes he runs up a vertical plank and other times he can’t jump over a single pixel. Worse still is if you don’t dig the exact path for a falling stone it won’t work, if you push hint it will tell you to do the exact same path but this time it miraculously works perfectly. These things must be bugs and not just challenging levels. I don’t mind ads as it pays for the game but if you have to restart a level over and over again cos you’ve dug out the wrong bit then the ads make you want to scream. ✓ Still BugsWould be an absolute 5 starts but for annoying glitches and only one response to 3 emails. (1 per glitch found). Playing on iphone12. OS 15.4.1 Level 8-14 I sent in the complaint. It only worked after I paid for a hint - after already buying the ad free version. I did the same things as the hint before hand and failed. I think the program gives the green light to the hint but glitches on the regular level. Level 13-19 Had to use a hint I “earned”. Again, I did the same as the hint previously but it kept failing. It worked with the hint doing the same things I already did. And now Level 14-1 which doesn’t work no matter what I do. The small crate immediately slides to the bottom of see-saw which keeps it from being able to be tossed to engage the stone on the metal wall. No matter which part of the opposite side of the see-saw I get the large metal box to land on the small crate rolls off and hits the metal wall. Sort of, thankfully, with update I could skip level tho had to watch an ad I paid not to see. Indy, it seems I’ll never have the satisfaction of “solving” the level. I wrote to Carry 1st for all of these issues. Only got a reply on the first. All in all a fun game, but the glitches are frustrating. Now even the update is glitchy. The game keeps prompting me to update and when I accept, it goes to the App Store and only Opens my game again. In addition, the physics are inconsistent as sometimes things work as intended then other times climbs or jumps are erroneous or impossible. Also some solutions are so much about a precise move that the above makes them virtually impossible even having watch other solution videos again and again so you know what should work but just doesn’t for you. There are far too many levels that the only way to complete it is with hints. Not that it’s too hard to figure out, it’s just that the game only reacts in the correct way with a hint. It’s incredibly annoying to know exactly how to solve a level, but be unable to do it because the minera get stuck on the corner of a ledge, where they won’t jump down or go back, and when there’s absolutely nothing in their way. I also hate that there’s no in-game tech support so I can’t send off a quick screen recording that shows how glitchy it can be. It’s not even consistent. ✓ Have to use solutions for levels I beat already!Love the game but there are a few bugs and annoyances. Too may adds first of all. I read some of the other reviews and looks like you already reduced the adds but just get rid of like 1 more add per every 5 resets and it would be perfect! My other main issue is that some of the levels I will do over and over again with no success until I finally either buy or watch even more adds to use that lightbulb for the solution only to find out it’s EXACTLY the same way I just lost the last 20 try’s. Why are the boulders farther apart or the box gets stuck sideways when I do the level myself, but when I use something I had to pay for it works perfectly. Not fair!!! I will be more than happy to give this game 5 stars as soon as this glitch is fixed because like I said, it’s a really fun game to just relax and zone out to. ✓ Great game poor ITReally engaging game. It’s not easy so I like it a lot for that. A bit of ingenuity is needed plenty of times. However, the game freezes and you lose your position in a particular challenge and have to start again. Not only that the adverts freeze too and even freezes my iPad completely. Nonetheless I put up with that to get through all except challenges in sector 26 which just wouldn’t start. The IT systems really let everything down. ✓ Stuck @ 17-2I agree that the review written on Monday (see “I wish the was a way to skip a level…”). I have tried the tips I’ve seen online and the miner only blows backwards. He never picks up the pick axe no matter when I drop the TNT. You suggested to the earlier review that he can skip the level after losing the mission; however, you CANNOT lose this mission as there is no way to kill the miner. Please advise!!!! ✓ Game is rigged to force purchases for solutionsI have been playing this game for a while and was having fun, until I discovered that the miner does not function the same within each level. He will jump up on small boxes in one and then is unable to in the next, which is the only way to beat the level. Then it’s the same with moving the boxes or walking up inclines to the distance the miner can jump down without dying, you can’t have a character able to perform a task in one level & then take that ability away in the next, especially when that’s the only way to solve the new level. It seems to me as if you are purposely doing this in order to force or trick your consumers into buying solutions to pass a level. It would be pretty convenient for a “bug” to make these specific things different across levels. I don’t like being tricked not forced to make pitches just to beat a game. It’s ridiculous!! If you want to charge people be up front about it and charge for the app all together. Don’t rig the game , thats childish and poor business. If these are bugs, then I suggest you fix it fast, because it’s not looking real good for you right now..Version: 1.1.6

✓ Great game with bugsThe game is really fun and the puzzles are creative, but I keep coming across levels where I am solving correctly but the little dude still gets stuck. This is particularly frustrating on levels that require very precise actions in the solution which I get very excited about when I make it happen and then don’t get credit for solving it because he gets stuck and I have to restart. I could still choose to watch ads to increase my coins but I was no longer forced into ads after each level. The game itself is great! It’s fun and challenging and for me very relaxing and I’ve recommended it to several people but after a week of ad free play, I was forced into ads again. There seems to be a glitch and after reporting it several times I can’t get any feedback so I guess I’ll have to request a refund and quit playing because I CANNOT deal with the ads! ✓ Fun game but so many glitchesThis is a fun and cute game but, having paid to remove the ads, I’m now annoyed by numerous glitches. The miner gets stuck on ladders or between boulders and the only solution is to use a cheat (when the glitch miraculously disappears) or skip the level. Currently, I’m stuck on a ladder in the top left of 15-9. Up and down he goes… and up again. And down again. And up and down… Exit and skip level. Disappointing..Version: 2.0.0
✓ Fun game but rigged tooI definitely enjoy playing the game, but the algorithm is clearly rigged to produce an entirely different outcome if you need to use game supplied hints. For example, I played one game at least 50 times and failed, but when I used a hint, the game did the exact movements I did but succeeded. Another game, one where things went into immediate movements, reacted entirely different when I had to use a hint. And in all games where I used the hint, it was impossible to replay the game exactly the same way and get the exact same result and win. So definitely rigged to produce two entirely different game processes when hints are used — and actually required to win games..Version: 2.2.1
