✓ Needs workLast update has made this product useless for my situation, it’s nice that they’ve finally allowed you to save your labels but you can no longer rotate things around on the label making it obsolete. Will have to purchase a Zebra printer now..Version: 1.2.6
✓ PDF stopped working.All was fine until 24/9/23 worked like a dream . But now as soon as you enter the label from pdf to print the whole app just vanishes !! So I can’t print any labels at all !!!! Plz undo what ever up date you just done as it ruined the printer..Version: 1.10.2

✓ Poor print quality on the app.So on the laptop the prints are clean prints but on the app on iPhones etc there’s no options to change the quality so when printing the labels they come out with wobbly lines and not straight and clean. ✓ Worked quite well until I got my new phoneI’ve been using this app to print mailing labels for my small (very small) business and it worked well. But now that I have my iPhone 15 pro max - it does not print in the proper format. I have uninstalled and installed again - still doesn’t format properly. ✓ Not processing PDFs correctly anymoreI use this to print 4x6 Royal Mail shipping labels from my iPad. It’s worked fine for over a year but there has been some sort of update recently where the PDF isn’t processing correctly and labels are being cut off in printing even when all the settings looks correct for what I need to do. I’ve wasted a number of (not cheap) labels trying to figure out what to change in the settings and have given up. Before it was quick and direct, but I now have to connect my printer directly to a laptop which defeats the point of having bought one which would work via Bluetooth with my iPad. ✓ Not as good as older version.This update is terrible. A lot of the features like copy and paste were taken away to customize an image. It no longer shows how big you are cropping the image to on the screen. There are just a lot less options and the height and width are all backwards when creating a new label to where I ruined a bunch of labels because it was incorrect..Version: 1.3.1
✓ Update causing printer to keep disconnecting/reconnectingI've printed 1,000 labels and this has never happened once. I update to the newest version on 3/5/2023 and my printer keeps disconnecting and reconnecting as I'm typing into text fields. ✓ Will not print shipping labels in order AT ALL!! WORTHLESSAs stated above this shipping label printer will not print the shipping labels in order. The order the shipping labels print out are different than what you’ll see on your iPad, computer, phone or device. Already have tried reaching out to the company to see if they could fix this issue and as they’ve wasted four weeks of my time they have still yet to fix this issue, I provided videos, as well as countless evidence of this issue. ✓ Keeps Crashing, Please Help!I am only doing one star to get attention of developer, because I’m unable to report the issue any other way! I will correct to 5 after bug is fixed! I love the app, just need this bug fixed ASAP! When I go into “Open PDF” or “My Documents” it crashes, so I can’t import my files to print.
