✓ Can’t save restaurants?Every time I open the app I can’t find the restaurant I am looking for and have to manually add it with the invite code. Don’t know if this is a bug or deliberate design feature but would make more sense to have a “recently visited” “my places” or similar section where you can easily navigate to the restaurants you order from frequently or otherwise save for future ordering without needing to remember an obscure invite code..Version: 2.50319.0
✓ Does not workUpdate (12/23)— 3 stars. Tigran from the Wix app approached me to rectify the issue with the app and followed up. This is being investigated. Original— 1 star. ✓ Can’t even get delivery to my placeI really wish I would’ve know that not 1 single restaurant on this app is apparently a ale to deliver to my house and no I do not live in a rural area whatsoever I’m quite close to downtown actually. I’m upset that I had to go through the trouble of connecting it to my personal Facebook and allow all these permissions and access to my data before I could even know that nothing would deliver to me..Version: 2.49127.0

✓ Doesn’t workNot clear prior to download that this app does not off delivery. When you do go ahead to order for pick up, it forces me to pick up at the earliest prompted time spot with no ability to change option, and then upon checkout, it tells me I can’t order because the restaurant doesn’t offer specific time ordering. ✓ App doesn’t recognise characters in namesWhen entering my card details the app did not recognise the apostrophe in my surname. I’m sure other people with non-western names also experience this issue. Very disappointing every time I use a website or app that doesn’t recognise characters. In reply to the developer’s comment, yes I have removed my apostrophe in my name. This is cultural issue more than anything - removing characters or altering my name is to erase my culture. ✓ Liars and thievesI ordered my food today at 12:59PM today and I they fulfilled my order without delivering the food and they took money from my bank account it’s a good thing I know the restaurant I called their and they said they got an order from them but no one came to pick it up but yet I can’t get anyone to answer the phone and they answered my text only once saying “it’s en route right now”. Yet I am still waiting up until this day to get my food sad bunch of thieves never again..Version: 2.72782.0

✓ Cannot login using my Apple IDI have tried, I’ve tried, I’ve tried. If you try to join or login using one’s Apple ID by pressing “Continue with Apple” on the login/registration pages, literally nothing happens. Deleting and reinstalling the app does not help, nor does rebooting the phone, etc. etc. The Google and Facebook buttons work just fine, as does “Sign up with Email”, so it seems there is a quality problem with this application, which does not thrill me. if you can’t get your app basics right, why should I trust you with my email address and password, because the quality of one’s app is indicative of one security overall. ✓ Not a happy clientI hire this casa hibachi to cook for my mothers party. On there page it’s says show and cook best experience. Never the less the food was salty no one was happy, the cook didn’t do a show at all! His wife and him both had no manners or education. When the food was done they didn’t even told us they just picked up and left when I try to reach out to them they block me on IG and phone. I would not recommend them at all or the food. ✓ Long timeI have been using Wix for over 10 years. Alway enjoyed the quality of the templates Because it felt personalized and professional. I suspect using this app for both my Resturant will be helpful. My only issue is Wix’s name all over everything. I pay for my service and I feel it’s minimizes the quality and individuality of my business. I have tried to find a way to remove it from the app download. If this dine site is the same that may be a deal breaker for using it. Wix is getting it right but tagging their name all over my business app is not appealing..Version: 2.46999.0

✓ AnnoyedDownloaded the app because a place said it was preferred. After entering my address and my first order I waited and waited for my delivery. I called the restaurant they said I ordered for pickup. It seems the app defaulted to pickup, I did not see a screen that gave me the option of choosing. I deleted the app and tried again after picking up my food. This time I got a screen that gave me the option. Not sure what happened the first time. I deleted the app..Version: 2.49658.0
