✓ Drivers Are GreatAs someone who has used the service in Venice, FL since it began, I have to ask: why are there never enough drivers? And do the drivers really have to compete with one another for hours? I’ve found that the drivers are fantastic - but if I need to get somewhere at a specific time, I may need to start looking for a ride over an hour in advance from the time I need to leave (so an hour and a half in advance)..Version: 4.11.12
✓ When it works it is niceAt least 50% of the time there is no driver available. I would never use this for any scheduled appointment or activity that I needed to be on time. I start scheduling rides 60- 90 minutes in advance. Englewood rider.Version: 4.11.12
✓ Terrible.Not only is On Demand extremely unreliable. It has it’s MAJOR flaws, for one. sometimes the system will bug out and you will lose your ride and money now is $1.25 a lot? no not at all. but for the own system to bug out and take my money?!? second. I use this to get to work and from time to time come home, now i would book a ride a whole hour before my shift started, and i am not very far from my workplace. Yet i would be sitting in the on demand for a while 30 minutes or even an HOUR! watching multiple people get picked up and dropped off, and when we would get close to my said workplace it wouldn’t even give the driver my drop off. instead would have them drive across town?!? and third. how come when it gives me the prompt that they are on very “high demand” and to “come back in a few minutes” i would naturally wait around 10 or 15 minutes and would come back and say the same thing? maybe an estimated wait time to get a ride would be SO much better and more convenient. overall terrible transportation and forgot to mention how these “sarasota county officials don’t take care of the van! i found mold in one of the backseat cup holders!!! AND! im no mechanic by any means so take what I say with a grain of salt some of these vans would literally shift so hard I thought the transmission would fall from the bottom! not to mention the constant smell of an exhaust leak! if i could give this 0 stars i would!.Version: 3.32
✓ No service available for meI really wanted to like this app. But every time I typed in an address it said “Your drop off location is out of our service zone – please choose a map or type another address.” All the addresses I entered were in Sarasota County. I got this pop up message every single time I used the app. The only places I had any luck with were hospitals and police stations. Maybe it was a glitch? Not sure. Could not get it to work. I was using a IPhone 12. I deleted the app..Version: 4.6
✓ Doesn’t pass Get Started screenMy girlfriend uses on demand and she loves it; however, when I try to make an account, upon launch, the app is unable to get passed the Get Started button claiming i need to check my connectivity. The app is effectively useless to me until this patched..Version: 3.32
✓ Handy, but not always reliableWhen the service works, it works great. However, there have been instances (either due to riders being overbooked or issues with the system itself) where I wasn’t able to get a ride or had to wait upwards of half an hour for someone to come pick me up..Version: 3.32
✓ Bad appEvery time I get on the app and try to order an on demand it says seats are currently filled come back in a couple minutes and I come back five minutes later and it still doesn’t work and it takes up to an hour or two for me to get it on demand on demand fix this.Version: 3.32
✓ Went to my pick up spot. Waited an hour. Guy never picked me upCouldn’t even cancel the ride. What a waste of money and time for everyone. I can still see him on the map as I’m typing this. The app needs to be fixed and let us cancel if they are refusing to even pick us up. I saw him stopping anywhere else that was 10 minutes from me and he never once went to my pick up spot. This app went from okay to a big no go. I do not recommend unless you want to waste $2 and your time waiting for them for hours outside..Version: 4.6
✓ ADD MORE LOCATIONSAtwater neighborhoods need on demands too and we are still northport yet you guys with go up at water yet wont drop off or pick up in the right side neighborhoods its so stupid we are in northport why cant you just add those neighborhoods?? Also the app almost never has availability it will take you a bunch of times of restarting the app and trying to get a ride yesterday i was trying to get a ride for an HOUR and never got even 1 this app is absolutely ridiculous also mind you i was trying to get a ride from 3:00 to 4:20!!!.Version: 4.13.6
✓ MediocreUseless if you have to get anywhere on time reliably. Also TELL users when there is going to be another person being picked up! Oh my God would save the money snd the space on my Iphone.Version: 4.11.12
✓ Doesn’t cover many areasI couldn’t get from Venice border line to North Port when my car broke down because this system has cut offs. They wouldn’t even take me all the way home in North Port even if I could because they do not service North Port Estates neighborhood. If updated to actually cover service within entire county or even entire cities within the county, that would be ideal being called Sarasota County On Demand. Otherwise, 1 star for the experience of using this app when needed most..Version: 4.6
✓ Can be friendly with studentsThe State College of Florida is not on that way, and I need to walk 50 mins from the point they left me, they could do it in 2 minutes, I sent emails asking if is possible to add the location, but they just said no, sorry. It’s not just for me! It’s an entire university, this app can be 5 stars but is stressful, even that I still using it! 😢🥺😩😫😪.Version: 4.6

✓ Needs improvementShould be able to have a queue for when you need a ride, instead of just being told there’s a high demand try again in a few mins. Also gps routing is not that great and times of pickup are always off. Should be able to put in a time for pickup and such for people that work and get off at certain times.Version: 4.11.12
✓ EhMy son needed a ride to work, so he used this service for the first time. The app worked fine and his ride arrived in 10 minutes. So that was great. The vehicle, however… the back seats of the minivan were folded down so only the middle row was available. There were three passengers, including my son, who sat in the middle… where there was no working seatbelt. One of the passengers was coughing and hacking the whole time, no mask, and the driver didn’t ask him to put one on to maybe not spread his germs to others. Disgusting. We won’t be using this service again..Version: 3.32
